We went in at 11.45am lunch period to find only a handful of options to choose from, however once I chose the woman was so rude and unwelcoming, no smile, no customer service what so ever. Before grilling my panini the woman serving me grabs a tissue and dry mops all of the grease and muck left from whomever had a panini last and leaves it on the side. And standing 2 ft behind clearly seeing thick grease still thick smothering the top of the grill. While waiting for my lovely greased panini The woman serving and her colleague making no interaction what so ever, made you feel very unwelcoming. Both of the ladies just stood playing on their phones in front view of all customers. I would not recommend this to anyone. Greasy, dirty, unwelcoming staff

El "Fox reformada" está en el corazón de la bulliciosa Stoke Newington Church Street. He conocido el pequeño pub durante muchos años.

Me encanta este lugar, gran hospitalidad por el personal muy cálido y amable. Vine aquí con mi familia esta semana y he disfrutado de todo sobre ella la comida era deliciosa y te recomendaría encarecidamente visitar este lugar con tus amigos y familias.

Ordered a cheeseburger to take out and I have to say it's the first time I have had a cheeseburger with grated cheese and the cheese not melted, I opened the the tray and immediately thought somethings not right with this, it had grated cheese on it which was cold and the burger itself did not seem hot. Sat on the beach wall to eat it and on biting into it realised it was lukewarm at best and the cheese was never going to melt, the centre of the burger looked undercooked and pinkish in colour.Threw it into the bin.The elderly couple who run this place have been doing so for years so you'd have thought they could at least knock up a decent cheeseburger, HOT BURGER AND MELTED CHEESE PLEASE????

Stopped off for a hot drink and slice of cake. We were the only people in the coffee shop at the time but waited ages for our order, despite two people serving. The cakes were tasty but the slices were tiny. Also the "regular" coffee was served in very small cups. Not good value for money - will not go there again.

Very nice people, nice atmosphere, nice food. Never been to a Tapas Bar before and we were quite impressed with the standard of food!

Went here with my mum and my 11 month old boy for lunch. First time going after hearing good things and my mum had been a while ago. My mum had said the owners have changed. Food was bland. Jacket potato was swimming in butter making it greasy. The filling of chicken and bacon was shop bought therefore tasted of absolutely nothing. Nice area for kiddies but that's as good as it gets unfortunately. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

After our excellent tour of LMH in conditions that made you feel for the poor workers of the day, we were ready for coffee and cake. Separate pots of filter coffee and a jug of very hot milk; cheese scones and a slice of Bakewell, just what we needed. Even on a poor weather day, both cafés were busy, hopefully you will get a seat.

Today whilst waiting for my daughter to take her theory test I decided to get a hit drink Gerrards is next to a chain coffee store , which was quite full , I decided in Gerrards . Although the decor was rather dated it was very clean . !! The service was amazing , the two ladies took my phone to charge for me , suggested I sat down and they came over with my tea and toast . Yorkshire tea fir one in a pot that gave me 2 plus cups . The toast was out of this world fresh bread that had been cut very thickly and spread well with butter All this for under £4 !! The staff went the extra mile engaging in conversation . Sadly my daughter failed , good news when we next travel to retake I can revisit

Such a good night. Service was really good. Drinks menu had a really good options. Will 100% be back.

I am a Southport resident and found it incredible that this pub closed at 6pm because of a parade that afternoon. I felt that we were to blame for this for some reason, the truth being that they took decent money during the afternoon so we're closing now. Total contempt for people who actually live in Southport! Obviously not business minded people, especially considering the pub has run down in recent years and doesn't take much money anymore, or so it appears to me because I pass it all the time (being a local resident) and it's never full anymore.

2 children's cheese burgers, chips and a coke £10.50, I wont be going here again. Incidentally Munches' in Ruislip Gardens charge £6.50 for the same.

Pudimos asegurar una reserva para 2 recientemente en P. Franco. Aparentemente, solo tienen asientos por noche, así que se sintió realmente especial con un servicio súper atento. El menú era realmente único y pudieron satisfacer solicitudes dietéticas especiales. Los camareros también fueron muy serviciales y ofrecieron muchos conocimientos sobre sus vinos y qué combinar con los diversos cursos. La comida en sí era tan creativa, diferente a todo lo que había probado antes. I. e. pepinos con salsa de queso y berberechos con tomates frescos. Suena extraño, ¡pero funcionó! Muy, muy recomendable si eres un entusiasta y te gustan los vinos de estilo natural.

Pasé por aquí para tomar una copa caliente antes del teatro: un chocolate caliente decente y una agradable zona de estar. El servicio estaba bien.
