Nice place with great food. We had a mix of tacos (Fish Taco and Pastor), tostadas (Tinga and Cochinita) and quesadillas (Pastor and Carne Asada). Flavours are very good. I wouldn't call it authentic but it's very well executed. Nice mix of Mexican beers (Pacifico, Modelo and Corona). The only thing we didn't like was the downstairs floor. There was a funky smell, after a while you get used to it but isn't great, once that gets sorted it's a 5 star place.

We came here for dinner on a Saturday night and were blown away by how amazing the staff are. Our ticket got lost on its way to the kitchen meaning we were waiting a long time, but once we raised this to the staff they rushed our order and gave us some drinks on the house which was very generous of them. We had the strawberry and watermelon cocktails and thought they were gorgeous! We ordered chicken tacos, fish tacos, corn ribs and some tortilla chips and dips. Everything was super fresh and delicious- our favourite dish was most definitely the fish tacos. We found this to be enough food between the two of us. This restaurant has a lovely vibe and we are keen to come back a bit later on to enjoy the music.

Great selection of beer but the bright lighting and cheap hard furnishings detract from the atmosphere

Vaya. Cobró £ 9. 80 por una pinta de Guiness. £ 9. 80 ! ! ! ! Tuve que hacer una doble toma. Tendría que volver a hipotecarme para convertirme en un habitual. No volveré a estos precios.

Today I visited the Underground Shop and Cafe in Exbourne, a village where my parents called home for 40 + years. This charming cafe is a true gem, built and funded by the local community, and it shows in every aspect of the business. Nikki and her team of volunteers are warm and welcoming, always ready with a cheerful smile to make you feel at home. But the real star of the show is the food - oh, the food! I had the pleasure of enjoying the best breakfast in Devon this morning, and I can honestly say it was love at first bite. The coffee, cakes, and local produce are all top-notch, and I highly recommend treating yourself to a visit. What sets the Underground Shop and Cafe apart is its community spirit. You can feel the love and care that goes into every aspect of the business, from the friendly service to the delicious food. It's a true hub of the village, and a must-visit for anyone in the area. My mother loved the people, her friends, her village haven.X

I went to try these tacos afyer seeing a glowing review on Tik Tok. To be honest I thought it was ok at best. I ordered the Cajun chicken tacos with Garilc and Parmesan fries. On sight when I opened the box I was underwelmed. There was very little chicken in the taco and costing £5.75 for one taco I would expect it to be full. The chicken is shredded into tiny pieces and I could just about see the guacamole at the bottom. The Garlic Parmesan fries were very small and limp in places and although I could taste Parmesan I also expected to see some Parmesan on the fries. All in all it all tasted ok but definitely not worth the price.
