Anna(manager) was great. Always with smile the best service which I haven't for a long time. Just because of Anna I would back to this place. 5 star service. Thank you for a great evening.

Amazing atmosphere, good was absolutely incredible and the drinks were sublime. Specifically though, Pawel was the gentleman who served us and he was so kind and awesome the entire evening. Such incredible service. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a more Latin cuisine, and / or cocktails.

Sometimes you get a good waiter who fires out the drink for fun .....and sometimes you get Cameron who " only brings you drink if you leave a good review". Bailey was a good server tho, 5 stars to him.

Celebrate my birthday here and had the best time! Food was great, drinks were quick and Niko was the best waiter I’ve experienced. Made sure everything arrived together, checked we was ok, and was able great fun!

Time is money, friends, and Las Iguanas respects that. They respect it well. And the staff? I've got to hand it to them; they're top-notch. Always serving up smiles with the orders, they're friendly, they're helpful, and they've got this dedication to their work that you can't help but admire. Hospitality, in their eyes, is more than just a job; it's a lifestyle. And the way they live it, you can tell they're not just going through the motions. Cam was great! Good atmosphere here. Good for cocktails and shots. I didn't try the food so can't rate

The service and overall atmosphere were good. However the food is extremely underwhelming especially considering the price - felt like pre-made microwaved food. It is a known practice for chain restaurants, but I expected better from here. Maybe it depends what you order, but the best part for us was dessert which is hard to mess up.

Jaden/Jordan and Nikol were amazing they looked after us suggested drinks etc and even when we ordered the very drink they said not to get we were able to return and exchange for another. Great service they know their menu and were soo helpful. They even double checked that we wanted our steak well done and suggested we get medium as it gets tough when over cooked. My friend said his steak was AMAZING. Starters: chicken wings, beef quesadillas. Mains: Mixed Grill and beef and chorizo burger with sweet potato fries. Drinks: Daquari and Caipirinha Loved the food, take their suggestions seriously loool don’t be like us😂🤣 thank you guys!!!!

Had the mixed fajitas: steak, chicken and prawns served fresh, hot off the grill with a cocktail to wash it down. Great service from our waitress all very friendly. Highly recommended if you haven’t been give it a try.

Went here for the first time last night, just for drinks - not much on tap to choose from. It wasn't very busy, one of the staff was quite rude and the others pleasant, but not great at their job. We got given the incorrect bill and had to tell them what we'd had. I won't be rushing back.

Most of the food was good. One meal had to be sent back as it was cold, then brought back when most meals were nearly finished. Cocktails were lovely. We had two steak fajita meals and a nachos added to our bill that we didn’t order which totalled to over an extra £50 on the bill. We then struggled to get the server to come over so we could dispute this. There was also no reduction for the cold food and no apology either.

The staff were excellent. The restaurant wasn't very busy so there were only two main staff members on the floor but they were attentive. Had overheard me saying it was someone in our parties birthday so comped their pudding and bought it out with a candle in.

good tasting food, different countries cuisines like Mexico, Brasil and Argentina. I have dined here more than 5 times and tried different stuff.

We have visited that place for the first time and didn't get the service we was expecting, the servant sitted us at the table, said he will bring the food menu over "ina minute ", 15mins later and still nothing! He was too busy talking to other people, probably his friends on another table. We tried to get his attention but he was too busy looking at his phone. Spent 25mins there sitting for nothing, left without anything and no one even approached us to see if there was any issue that we left withoutordering anything. Poor service, really disappointing experience. Won't recommend!

Bottomless brunch, a good deal, especially if you are a lover of drinks. However, the cocktails were average, many of them had the same cachaca/rum taste. Food portions are tiny for bottomless brunch, so don't expect a large filling meal. Got charged for someone else's meal. But on the plus side everything was sorted quickly and efficiently by staff and manager. Will be back probably

Food was overwhelming spiced to the point where it is only just edible. The restaurant was also cold with a constant draft and it didn't feel cosy or comfortable.

Can't give more than 3* Positives: The food was pretty good, but expensive for what it is. My friend with a nut allergy was taken care of well. Cocktails were also very good, once they arrived... Negatives: The food must've taken about an hour to arrive. Two drinks that we ordered took 45 mins to arrive. We were about to give up and leave when the drinks were brought to the table. Getting hold of waiting staff is difficult as no-one comes and asks how the food is. The restaurant cleared out as we were there but nearby tables were left dirty for ages. The staff who weren't behind the bar were just milling around at this point. There was also an air conditioning unit blowing in our direction making the place feel a little cold (not ideal on a very cold night). We've been to the Las Iguanas in Cambridge before and the service is much better. Overall I would avoid going to this one in the future.

As I person who also works in Las Iguanas I was sooooo disappointed in the service here…. We came for a some food and drinks,for a friends birthday and if we didn’t get food we wouldn’t have been even asked how everything is or if we want to order more. We waited so long even when we were there it wasn’t even that busy anymore and waiters were just walking around not even looking over the floor to check on tables…. Very disappointed with this as I love Iguanas and that’s why I brought my friends here…. It was our first time coming to this Iguanas but we will not be coming to this site anymore!

Service is terrible, every time I’ve gone it gets worse. the wait time for food is insanely long, up to an hour one time and I had to ask them to bring out the food. Last night we finished our meal and drinks and only once did someone ask how things were and we waited 30 minutes until I got up and went to the bar to ask for the check. The service is awful, everyone looks confused and not even busy and doesn’t check in on you. I’ve been to many locations and this one is by far the worst

I've been here a few times for bottomless brunch and have to say it's one of the best in Peterborough! The drinks are plentiful with a good variety, the food is good and always arrives quickly and the staff are awesome....particularly Ellie...she can't do enough for you!

Overpriced, small portions, service slow

The food was OK but expensive for the portion size. Service ok, but not once was we asked if all is good with the food and / or asked if we needed a top-up of drinks. Been Twice now, but I definitely won't bother going to the Peterborough branch again. The Las Iguanas in Birmingham, near the arena ,is bang on perfect, bigger portions served, and great service.

We had a starter, main and desert. For our starter we had the meatballs, each portion was £7. They were tasty. The sauce was fantastic and the cheese complemented the sauce perfectly. I would say however for the price you don’t receive your moneys worth. Now onto our mains, He had their signature burger and I had a traditional cheese burger. They were a little burnt but overall had a nice taste, the fries were lovely. Great texture and decent quantity. The burgers were £15 and £17 respectively. This included the chips. We also had desert, we wanted to try their brownie sundae, sadly it was quite disappointing. The brownies were stale and the quantity was tiny. For the price you could get a pretty big desert from kaspas, each sundae was £8 For drinks we both went with Coke Zero, the large drinks were £3.80 each. Decent quantity and tasted pretty good. Overall the experience could be improved but hardly the worst. As for desert I would 100% say there is room for improvement as this was the biggest let down of the evening

Went to Las Iguanas with my work crew for our Christmas do, and gotta say, it was kinda disappointing. We were there for like 3 hours, and it just felt like a bit of a letdown. First off, the wait between courses was crazy – about 45 minutes! It really killed the vibe and made the whole dinner drag on. And getting a waiter's attention? Forget about it. We practically had to do a song and dance to get noticed. The food was just okay, nothing to write home about. But the real bummer was how often they messed up our orders. Stuff was either forgotten or totally wrong. At one point, they started clearing our plates and then just... vanished. Left us sitting there with half our stuff still on the table. So yeah, not the great night out we were hoping for. It was supposed to be a fun Christmas dinner, but it turned into a bit of a hassle. They really need to step up their game with the service and getting the orders right. Safe to say we probably won't be returning next year 😥

If I could rate this zero, I would. We were a party of 12, so no doubt it’s already difficult as is off the mark, but poor, slow and entirely non-existent service, cold food, numerous incorrect orders brought to the table and a disappointing Christmas menu tops this night at a one star at the best of times. Waiters were more content helping other, equally large, groups by taking pictures or wandering around aimlessly. The kitchen does not start prepping food until all plates/the table is done with a course. One waiter took half our table’s plates, said they’d be back, then didn’t return. It took another waiter 20 minutes before they’d come to our table, by which point we already waited 30 minutes for dessert (which was yet to start prepping in the kitchen). Then another 15 before we got the desserts. All in all, we ended up in the restaurant for 2.5 hours most of which was spent shouting to hear one another, avoiding large music and just sat watching as staff were ignoring our obviously finished table. Won’t be returning here.

The food was amazing, well prepared and so tasty. I was shocked how quick it came considering how busy it was! The man serving us was so polite and easy to talk to, he was patient in accommodating to my fussy order 🙈 I would definitely come back here and would recommend.
