im not happy as i spent money for this i ordered 1x loaded chopped beef with 1 x peri chips and the order missing costs £7.49, either refund or send order straight away!!! i cannot access to them to contact due website is down and cannot use livechat for that and there is a lack of communication due deafness. i will be losing my money thankyou very much for this and delivery guy didnt help he proper rude and rode off. bad service, they dont bloody check customers orders in bag before giving it away!!! refunds or send missing item!

Honestly the best food you can get in peterborough. I go there so often most of the workers know my order as soon as i walk through the doors. Highly recommended to anyone who wants some chicken wings and or burgers. They’ve got a nice variety of food and never disappoints.Also they keep very good care of the tables and floors, always as soon as someone leaves one, of the members of the team is cleaning up right away.

I have a repeat customer in Big Mouth. The food an absolutely amazing. I love their peri fries but I wish they will put that in their choices. I tried all selections and all tastes very good. Their services is excellent and delivery is quick. I would personally mention a man with beard ( I don’t his name) but his focus and attention to customer service is excellent and he goes out of his way to give personalise services to his customers. I stumbled upon a delightful shop in Peterborough, and it exceeded my expectations! I ordered the Nashville spicy chicken burger and five chicken tenders. Truly, it was the best Nashville burger I've ever tasted—crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. The food was fresh and made right on the spot, with quick service to boot. The staff were also fantastic, ready to assist with anything you might need. If you get the chance, do visit this shop; you won't regret it!

Order came an hour late! The driver called and said he was stuck in traffic, when there is no traffic around where I live. Then he said what’s your address?? This should be on the order! So clearly he’s lying and just took the job and didn’t know where he was going. Food was cold and Big mouth did nothing about it! This is the 2nd time it’s happened as we did want to give it a chance. Won’t be ordering again! Don’t bother guys!

Ordered Family Bucket Meal and spicy wings were all bloody inside. Telephoned Peterborough branch to advise and was told they had checked there’s and they were fine. Told them to come and check the ones they sent me and said they don’t have a courier even though I paid £2.99 extra for delivery. Will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered my food and l paid for priority yet the delivery driver feels the need to sit in glinton petrol station car park for 30 min instead off delivery my food they ain’t answering the phone food has come stone cold disappointed

The food here is absolutely to die for. I was highly recommended this by my 2 friends who had actually joined me for today. We had amazing customer service by Nauman and Shahmeer who were both absolutely fantastic and very helpful, to which they had gave us recommendations on what to try based on what we wanted. They are however strictly cash only, so do bring cash, if not there is 2 ATMs right around the corner which is very convenient. I had settled on the Hot Mouth Meal, which had quite a lot in it, however the size is smaller than in the picture so but I saw why when I had got it. The burger although small had so many toppings but they paired so well with each other, the patties themselves are so well seasoned. Next up was The Biggy Meal, also was a very good Burger with TRIPLE patties, again, everything went together so well according to my friend. Lastly, we had the Loaded Fries. By far the best loaded fries I have tasted in a while, they live up to the name. We have tried both Beef and Chicken, but decided that Chicken is better (portion wise) but Beef is tastier, we have yet to try the Doner version. All in all this was a fantastic experience, from the customer service to the prices to the food, it was all top notch. I would highly recommend this place. The total meal cost us £23, which for the price is amazingly cheap, taking into consideration of the taste and how much you get.

Definitely one of the best places to eat in Peterborough we have six fussy kids and this is the only place we can all agree on everything tastes good and the staff are all nice, make sure you try the mango tango sauce
