Barburrito Arndale in Manchester

Food was warm, generous with burrito fillings and so tasty. Also put in some tortilla chips for free! :)

Tiny portions in their bowls but big prices. Better options in the Arndale for burritos and bowls.

Rice wasn’t properly cooked and chicken seemed to have a lot of sharp bones in it, food was pretty cold and not enjoyable

So stingy with meat! 11 quids for a take away burrito and there is barely 40g of chicken in it. OH the rice don't worry they are very generous with it. But I couldn't taste or at most stage see any chicken! Unacceptable!

I come to this Barburrito multiple times per week on my works’ lunch break and have done for a while now. Never had a bad burrito here. However, the reason I visit so often is the staff. Regardless of how the day is going the staff are always friendly and chatty and pick my mood up, then I can sit in a nice cosy atmosphere for a while before going back to the madness of the day!

First time having bar burrito , was served by a lovely young woman called Ramona. She was very welcoming and had good patience as I was unsure what to order. Amazing customer service and made a fabulous burrito. Will be back.

Burrito was wonderful taste wise but the service is a bit bad as they dont guide properly.

Very limited veggies to put in burrito if you take veg burrito. No black beans and if you choose chicken, you can only get one veggie. Plus no try to eat, no tissues to eat messy burritos and no sauces. I asked for chicken and the server didn’t listen, later added in a condescending way. Honestly, Tortilla on floor 1 is much much better option!!

Absolutely loved it! I had it before, but my partner ate there for the first time! The service we got was amazing, I don't know their name, but the person who served us was great! The food was amazing, all extras were fantastic and guacamole is to die for! We'll definitely be back! :) Thank you :)

Excellent customer service and brilliant reward scheme. I had a bowl of burrito and it was really good. Also had a free chocolate brownie with dark chocolate sauce. My recommendation would be to try and use more variety of sauces such as hazelnut or white chocolate.

Excellent meal at a great price. I have been coming here for some years now and I can confidently say that it has some of the best customer service in Manchester. Hosts are warm, welcoming and thorough in ensuring the best tailored burrito is given to each customer. One staff member, Daniel has regularly served me over the years and his enthusiasm, passion and dedication to detail make the experience of going for dinner an absolute pleasure. The team is caring and looks after their staff. These are a fantastic group of people that work here - excellent customer service is hard to come by, but it is in ample supply here! In addition, I am vegan and the options on display are fantastic. Vegan chicken, beans, mushrooms, peppers, onions, vegan sauces - the dream!!

Great experience. There was a little wait on the filling I wanted but it was communicated that there would be a 2 minute wait which wasn’t a problem. The manager on the till was really helpful as where the rest of the team. Barburrito don’t miss!

I don't know what happened to Barburrito, but the standard and quality of the food has really gone downhill. I used to go to a different branch regularly when I lived in the centre as I knew that I could expect good food. This time, having not been for a decent amount of time we got two burritos and a drink, which cost £22 - a price which might have been justified, were it not for the fact that we were served watery slop in a wrap. Really disappointed that, what was once a good company, has lowered to such poor quality of food. Needless to say, the burritos ended up in the bin.

As someone who struggles to eat in many places due to severe allergies, I popped in here with my children to be met by Sammi who couldn’t do enough for me. Sammi went through every single item I could choose and advise what was safe. Got to say definitely felt looked after, listened to and every allergy catered for. Thank you so much and I will definitely be back!!

Dined in at Barburrito Arndale, Manchester on Thursday 28th November. Perfect service with a nice atmosphere. Sammy was very helpful, approachable and managed her team very smoothly. She is a credit to barburrito and an example of great customer service.

The lady who served me today was so lovely and friendly. I was redeeming a birthday reward and she wished me a happy birthday and asked about plans for my day, and got talking to her about how great the birthdays rewards are and where else you can get them. An absolute credit to your team.

The cuisine was simply amazing, great flavour and taste and quick service. My favourite part is the churros as they are baked well and seasoned adequately with cinnamon and topped off with your own selection of sauce. I personally prefer the caramel sauce as it sweetens the already delectable baked good. Overall, the atmosphere was very welcoming and i was able to not only enjoy my food but enjoy a good meal with my friends.

I absolutely devoured that burrito it was banging! I must have been hungry because I ate near damn the whole thing and the churros.

Very unimpressed with the service here today. Upon entering we were immediately glared at by unpleasant and judgemental staff. Whilst we were ordering there was no explanation of what options we could choose from or any extra costs. It just felt very rushed like the staff were desperate to get back to their conversation. As for the atmosphere, it’s more enjoyable in the Manchester Arndale toilets.

As a person with a severe peanut allergy the staff were really good at assuring me there would be no cross containment or anything that would risk me or anyone else with an allergy from eating something they shouldn’t. They were very nice and good at handling the busy time that I went in.
