Small portions, not enough toppings. Staff were friendly, but a bit forgetful with items.

I recently placed an order from Casa Mexica and received Quesabirria tacos and a Burritos de Carne. However, I only received two Quesabirria tacos instead of the advertised three, despite paying £9 (the menu price is £12). The tacos had very little meat, and both the tacos and burrito were stone cold. I paid £20 for the order and was extremely disappointed. I attempted to contact the restaurant to address these issues, but they did not answer the phone. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant.

We were 3 people and ordered Burritos. Been served by a little friendly girl, who was incredibly attentive, polite, & cheerful throughout our ordeing. She offered fantastic recommendations & helped us pick the perfect options. It ’s rare to see someone manage a busy restaurant floor with such grace. Food was hot & delicious. Ambiance was fascinating. Recommended!

First time today in about 30 times going they didn't have any onion, when asked were the onion was the women serving (never seen before) had a bad attitude and said she only has one set of hands and was a little bit rude as I've been many times and not had one bad thing to say. Thank you

Food was average, not that many filling options. Service was decent and quick but could have been given more information about options and wrapping of burrito was quite loose. Was convenient and nice to have student discount option but have had better for the same cost elsewhere.

The burrito had no flavour whatsoever. Just unseasoned veg and rice - in a wrap - for a tenner.

Pequeño lugar, pero perfecto. Auténtica decoración en el interior y la comida es increíble. Todos tuvimos burritos y wow - las porciones son enormes, la comida era tan fresca y deliciosa y el servicio era fantástico. Sin duda recomendaría y espero llegar allí de nuevo!

The food was really good but I question the hygiene levels at this place. We ate in and there was tiny flies all over us trying to land on our food. When they make your food whilst ordering, none of the containers are covered which makes me wonder if flies are just landing and crawling all over the food? Also in the only bathroom they have the sink didn't work which seems really unhygienic (especially if staff are using it!) and also maybe illegal...? There are definitely better Mexican restaurants in Manchester with less questionable hygiene standards.

One of the sauces -salad sauce seemed to be spoiled , other then that the food is delicious and the service is great.

Despite the 4.5, I think this place is a really underrated gem. The staff have always been super nice and friendly, but the star here is the burritos. Great vegan options, delicious, good portion sizes and a decent price. They also don't charge silly prices for things above the base ingredients, nearly everything is included in the original price. A place that I've been to nearly more than any other restaurant in Manchester

Decent burritos here with (supposedly) 3 vegan burrito filling options, but I have yet to find all 3 available. Today only the vegan ‘chicken’ was available. Why? Is it really that difficult to stock up for all items on your menu? Not even late in the day, lunchtime on a Saturday and you’re already out of stock? Plenty of other burrito options nearly, I’ll be going to one of those henceforth. Please don’t close early! Arrived at 20:50 today, supposed to be open until 21:00, but was closed 😭

I had such a good burrito here! Super generous portions, tasty filling and so many toppings to choose from. Almost opted to get fries, but so glad I didn't as the burrito was huge. Good options for vegetarians. The lady who served me was friendly and patient too. Would recommend!

I got takeout. It was absolutely dreadful. Their rating is probably made out. Taco is soggy and chewy. Yuck. Never again. Please if you put in all the work to open a restaurant. Kindly do it right. It’s an embarrassment. Seriously.

Lovely little casual diner. All of the salsas, guac, tortilla chips etc. are home made and it makes a difference!

When busy it can become a bit messy, as people tend to leave their finished disches on the table. However we had a great time, food and staff is great ❤️ the place is fun. We went their on a Friday afternoon table for the four of us, but as it is close to the student center I imagine it could get busy. 😉

Ordered Quesadillas, bland taste of all 3 meats I chose, the Pico de Gallo is far from authentic, tastes terrible as well. The cheese has no flavour at all.

this place seriously just made the BEST burrito i’ve had, and the absolute angels that work there happily hooked me up with some extra cheesy cheese action on my tortilla chips and my burrito with a cute lil note. this is one of those places that i’m gonna be ordering from RELIGIOUSLY! love you guys big time <3

Alright. This place looks beautiful. Got myself a burrito grande. The first two bites were good then I hit the meat. Ordered beef burrito and the meat was just dryyyyy. There bits and pieces where its been sitting in the open or something similar. So all the juices were gone and all I had was the dry parts. Maybe the other meats are better? All the other condiments were good.

Nice colourful atmosphere. They serve a burrito you could probably order from other places. The wrap kept sticking to my palate. Prices are decent.

Went on friday... oh my days, the best quesadillas in ever. The chipotle mayo worked well and the pricing is spot on. Friendly staff and a walkway into mexican culture is the best way for lunch

Great little place, good well priced with good portion sizes. Lovely decorations and felt very homely, service was a bit slow compared to "fast food" but maybe we hit a bad day, but the food was worth the short wait and staff very friendly. Churos we're also very light and tasty!

"Vegan" burrito bowl with a side of beef, nice. Sometimes chain restaurants are better since they actually follow dietary guidelines.

This was very similar to a Chipolte in the United States -- a huge portion at a good price.

Tourists in Manchester & went here on a limb. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, was authentic Mexican & super tasty, was reasonably priced.

Great place for takeaway or a no-frills sit-down meal. You can hire the place for parties as well.

Been to this place a few times and they don't miss. It feels like a secret because it's just tucked away down a side-street, but in a busier area this place would be heaving 24/7. The food is unreal, and there's a bunch of drinks options. Give it a whirl for sure.

Used to be great and been back recently. Prices gone up but portion sizes have reduced significantly. Also erased half the menu so you a choice of an airplane meal: chicken or beef. Think I will be sticking to other places unless they improve but it seems like they are more close to shutting down.

Best Mexican in Manchester! Fantastic value for money with no hidden charges for fillings (even guacamole!!!), letting you add whatever you want to your burrito. Only thing I can flaw is sometimes the meat isn’t hot enough but it’s to be expected when packaged with the other fillings. Will remain my go to spot when I want something cheap, filling and most importantly, delicious.

Fairly small with limited seating, 1 table downstairs and afew upstairs. Loads of choices, I purchased the classic burrito bowl with chicken tinga (mild spices) and it was great. Good portion size and really tasty, recommended!

I tried their chicken tacos and it was AHMAZING. Also the whole ambiance is also very good.

If you fancy a taste of Mexico in Manchester then get in there! Quick and tasty food, welcoming and friendly staff, will be going again.

Fabulous paint party hosts, love jarritos and very tasty guacamole. Vegan tacos were nice but very wet, meaning the taco fell to pieces.

Half the advertised vegan options weren't available, and the remaining ones were lackluster (chunky veg and kidney beans in a relatively bland sauce).

Come here for lunch sometimes the portions are generous and the food is all great. You get a really wide mix of options and all the toppings come included.
