Terrible experience at the few branches in Manchester. Some bad times had here but food is fairly good. Honest review: Most staff are well trained and polite but I have most issue with the online customer support. I didn’t receive the promotions on multiple occassions that generate on my app and I am missing stamps so avoid their loyal scheme! No way through to customer services even after contacting the correct stated email. Terrible value. When in need of a good all round service and burrito meal there are plenty of other good if not better options in the city centre of Manchester. I just pit stop off when I must. Very resentful for my experience. But the latest “offer” notification I received from my junk mail was to leave a review to “win a year of free burritos”???!! Doubt it somehow but here, I’ve left you an honestly dismal one. Free of charge.

I have taken up burrito bowl and it was pathetic, I have never had such bad experience in any of the restaurants yet. The food was cold and when I was asking the person who was making my bowl to put different different fillings he was putting so less. It was not worthy as per the money they charged. It was totally waste of money and food.

Came in to collect a Too Good To Go on 13/07 Was told to sit down as they'd prepare it. Was left for 15 minutes whilst the manager was doing all the uber orders (even ones that came in whilst we we're waiting). The manager was incredibly rude to the staff at the time, and we felt so bad for the 3 young staff who just looked so fed up with her micromanaging the whole store. Manager ended up dropping a whole tray of Guacamole because of her rushing when there was 2 uber tickets on and literally nobody in the store... Continued talking down to her staff and being rude with them, just because she wanted to close early (this was at 9:30, close is meant to be at 10). She handed us our order at 10:45 and barely said sorry for the wait. Our food was half full and freezing cold, which can be expected for a TGTG, but when theres online customers getting the same food it's very discerning. Hopefully the owner of this branch will see this and give the manager some very needed training, incredibly rude and arrogant to her staff and customers. How do you get promoted as a supervisor and not have the common knowledge to serve in-store customers before online uber orders, never mind leaving them for a whole 15 minutes waiting for 2x freezing cold burrito bowls...

It’s hard to work in a picadilly gardens but the staff here are so lovely despite that. Burrito and wings were delicious. Great experience

First time here, staff was absolutely grumpy and moody, I was getting my burrito made and asked to get some sweet corn the staff rudely said it’s 50p extra, like ok I will pay, asked for more chicken & the staff looked at me in a way as if I asked for something wrong, was willing to pay for it, at the end the staff told me my total didn’t even give me the chance to ask for a drink when they made my total I asked for a appletiser and he aggressively handed me the drink, I asked for a receipt which again was aggressively handed to me, staff made no communication is like they were mute. This was today 20/6/24 at about 14:25 will never be coming again. I said thank you at the end still staff said nothing after handing me my order they just went back standing at the till

I got a burrito, I don't know how name but the guy who served me was lovely and I didn't feel rushed like I have felt in the past, love this place and the food every time, amazing vegetarian options

I have been coming to Barburrito’s for years and always loved the food here but unfortunately it seems to have gone downhill recently. They appear to have recently reduced the portion size and for what you pay it really isn’t worth it! Time to find a New Mexican 👎🏽

What a fantastic place to go on a date! The hospitality was very warm and the workers were incredibly polite, special mention to Natalija and Michael! They looked after me and my wife and made us two fantastic burritos! Would 100% recommend, and looking forward to coming back soon!!

A place like Kuchara in Korea where you choose your toppings before ordering. The portions are plentiful and delicious.

Delicious burrito, plenty of other options, too. Super convenient for a quick, tasty lunch. Staff are always pleasant and take good care with allergies.

This place used to be great but after eating possibly the wettest burrito ever, (one that fell apart far too easily & was generally pretty bland) I’m afraid it’s no longer worth it. Especially as Panchos & Zombrero are nearby & both fantastic! I’d like to add that since I posted this review it’s amazing how many 5 star reviews from ‘New’ profiles have popped up.. not at at all fake ones trying to bury my low review Lol

Food was EXTREMELY STALE. When asked for a student discount they said they couldn’t give me one because I had already paid! Shocking service! One of the worst tasting nachos I have had in my entire life.

Burritos were good, but the loaded fries was cold and stone hard. For this price I expected a bit more fresh fries.
