Barburrito in Manchester

Amazing experience , the staff had given me full support and helped me with my needs as I’m a Muslim and can only eat halal food. Both Managers kayla and Chris were very supportive. Will definitely visit this store again

Really loved the food and the customer service. Got the BBQ wings and burrito which were so good. Well-priced and will definitely be back again.

Food was good although service was poor. Was served by a ginger guy with glasses who was super rude from the get go. Basically refused to look us in the eye, made us feel stupid for asking what the different salsas were. No manners. Eye rolling when card decline the first time. A real let down. All in all a very negative experience and won’t be returning.

If I could put the service at 10 stars, I would! Our server, Chris, was so friendly and made our experience at the restaurant special. The classic burrito is delicious and the Mexican Veg option comes with guacamole, which is delicious. The churros are wonderful too.

I was served by a very pleasant lady called Johana. I appreciate good customer service which is rare to find these days.

The lady serving was extremely rude got the loaded bowl which should have some with free extra guac but she changed me extra for it. The price would have been fine it wasn't for the tint position, I couldn't believe how small they were! Im 56 kg i dont eat that much, but the portions were tiny! Dont waste your time or money for the most mid burrito, go tortilla, panchos burritos in the arndale market or zambrero just across Piccadilly. Disappointing will not be returning.

AMAZING! I absolutely love this place. The staff are the friendliest I’ve ever met. Chris made my burrito today and he was very charming but still professional. The quality of the food is outstanding- I wouldn’t be surprised if this restaurant was awarded a Michelin star!! The restaurant is also very clean with a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back! My taste buds have been yearning for another bite of burrito since I left. Thank you so much Barburrito- I couldn’t rate you higher!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The girls working today were amazing and deserve a raise. Also the prices are too high. Raise the wages and lower the prices.

Love bar burrito. We haven't been for a while but saw it's now on uber eats so ordered thorugh there at 8.45. 3 or 4 drivers accepted then cancelled. It arrived 2 hours 10 minutes after ordering. We had already ordered from somewhere else after an hour because uber said it closed at 9.45. We currently have no electricity in the kitchen, so we can't cook anything. I don't known why they are offering delivery to our area when no drivers will accept it. Don't order from here if you are more than 3 miles away. Uber eats won't gibe you anything for the delivery being over an hour late either

Manager had no hot sauce so gave me a little pot for free - made my day cheers guys

Manager was very friendly, cheerful and gave me sufficient information of the food and halal options. The service of all the staff was great too with great attitudes m.

We tried both chicken burrito and beef burrito, and we prefer the beef one. Delivery was fast.

Ordered delivery from here. Pathetic. Sent a bowl instead of an actual burrito that tasted terrible and didn't have the extras I paid for. Very disappointed.

Our go to burrito place for a while now! The best burritos in town and best vegan/vegetarian options. The staff are always really polite and kind.

Came in an hour today before they shut, everyone was still so cheery & talkative. Great customer service! I work in hospitality too so I know how draining a closing shift can be, but I felt so welcome. I didn’t catch anyone’s name, wish I did! X

Love Barburrito! Never had a bad experience. They make lovely food that is healthy as well as delicious and the staff are always so friendly. The rewards scheme is great and they do discounts for students, as well as a birthday burrito! My go to!

Couldn’t have asked for better service I walked in to a friendly atmosphere and was supported by the staff immediately. It was my first time there and I was unsure how the process worked. The manager Chris noticed I was a student and told me about the rewards I could get which has helped me and my friends a lot. Then he helped me chose my topping and gave me all his advice. Of course the food was great

Promising, but mediocre at best. Walking in, we were greeted by a quiet restaurant, with no queue. Behind the counter we saw three members of staff who unfortunately, for the most part ignored us and gave us a bad attitude. Eventually we were served by a young man who was rude to us, and clearly didn't want to be there. He made us feel as though we were causing a problem being a customer. For the most part he provided rude customer service, talking and shouting to other staff whilst serving us, leaving us as the customer to feel ignored and unwelcomed. As we got to the end, and our burritos were made, we paid with a different member of staff, who looked like the manager (wearing a different uniform). He was slightly more polite, but still strangely disregarding of us. This was such a shame to see, as you would expect senior looking members of staff to set a good example for the employees. We paid and sat down. Strangely, there was no music inside, which (with so few customers instore) led to us only hearing the staff in the back shouting to eachother, laughing, and joking with one another, which further contributed to our frustration. The standards of the food itself were brilliant. The burritos tasted nice, and we're good value. It is just such a shame that our experience in Barburrito was shrouded by the shadow of poor customer service, and a hollow atmosphere.

Let me start by saying, I love barburrito. But I don’t live In Manchester, so I’ve never been to this one before. The customer service here from some staff is appalling. A member of staff greeted us with a disengaged demeanour and throughout the order was getting angry at me for asking him to repeat the options louder, he then incorrectly made me order and asked his college to fix his mistake. I just add the other staff were quite nice. But the quality of the food was far worse then what I’ve had at any other barburrito,

Walked in and immediately met with a smile. I came in to get some churros as a reward and Kayla served me. She was so kind and helped me with it because I had no idea what to do. I’ve loved Barburrito for years but this is the best on in Manchester. The inside is so nice the seats are so comfy and the staff are amazing. 10/10 Go go go

I went to Barburrito Thursday just gone and although all the barburritos ive ever had have been delicious, this time I tried the mango salsa and it was an absolute game changer. The burrito was delicious and the staff were lovely and accommodating! The burrito was so filling I couldn’t even finish it never mind claim my free churros! Can’t wait to go back on my lunch this week at work!

Terrible experience at the few branches in Manchester. Some bad times had here but food is fairly good. Honest review: Most staff are well trained and polite but I have most issue with the online customer support. I didn’t receive the promotions on multiple occassions that generate on my app and I am missing stamps so avoid their loyal scheme! No way through to customer services even after contacting the correct stated email. Terrible value. When in need of a good all round service and burrito meal there are plenty of other good if not better options in the city centre of Manchester. I just pit stop off when I must. Very resentful for my experience. But the latest “offer” notification I received from my junk mail was to leave a review to “win a year of free burritos”???!! Doubt it somehow but here, I’ve left you an honestly dismal one. Free of charge.

I have taken up burrito bowl and it was pathetic, I have never had such bad experience in any of the restaurants yet. The food was cold and when I was asking the person who was making my bowl to put different different fillings he was putting so less. It was not worthy as per the money they charged. It was totally waste of money and food.

Came in to collect a Too Good To Go on 13/07 Was told to sit down as they'd prepare it. Was left for 15 minutes whilst the manager was doing all the uber orders (even ones that came in whilst we we're waiting). The manager was incredibly rude to the staff at the time, and we felt so bad for the 3 young staff who just looked so fed up with her micromanaging the whole store. Manager ended up dropping a whole tray of Guacamole because of her rushing when there was 2 uber tickets on and literally nobody in the store... Continued talking down to her staff and being rude with them, just because she wanted to close early (this was at 9:30, close is meant to be at 10). She handed us our order at 10:45 and barely said sorry for the wait. Our food was half full and freezing cold, which can be expected for a TGTG, but when theres online customers getting the same food it's very discerning. Hopefully the owner of this branch will see this and give the manager some very needed training, incredibly rude and arrogant to her staff and customers. How do you get promoted as a supervisor and not have the common knowledge to serve in-store customers before online uber orders, never mind leaving them for a whole 15 minutes waiting for 2x freezing cold burrito bowls...
