Very very small burritos, and mine felt like it was 90% rice. Also was cold. Pretty shocking tbh

Excellent service from Barburrito PG couldn't order an item online and they sent us this with the order and managed to still fulfill our request my friend was very pleased. Great communication and going the extra mile for their customers.

Just left with our food from the Piccadilly gardens store. Cannot praise anymore the service we have just had from Irein. When we first came in, they didn’t have available what we originally wanted. Irein was so helpful and her customer service was above and beyond. What a credit to your store!

When i was entered the barburitto Piccadilly gardens today they are very welcoming amd adriana is doing very well and the food was very Amazing ❤️

I have been to couple of these restaurants around Manchester, ordering the same double protein burrito. When I tell you I was shocked to see the portioning of the food. The previous chains had burritos filled to the brim. I asked for cheese sauce that costs 1£ got maybe I a teaspoon dashed right in the middle avocado a tablespoon again +1£ a TEASPOON of beans that were scraped of the metal dish. THE CHEESE I could count how many shreds of it there was. The salad as well a PINCH. I had to walk away because I never ever had such little ingredients and not even spread around(probably because there wasn’t enough to spread) . Will never come back nor recommend to anyone.

Johana provided excellent customer service. Her burrito was well made and delicious! I encourage everyone to try this place. I'll be back soon!

Came in mid afternoon, quiet inside but still had attentive staff. Immediately asked if I had any food allergies which I did. Staff called for the manager who explained all the risks and potential areas of cross contamination and asked if I was happy with it. Only issue they didn't have one of the sauces that I wanted but was offered alternatives.

Adriana was very friendly and welcoming. I was very impressed by her service speed.

Went here today for lunch with my friend we had been travelling with lots of bags all day and the team were so accommodating. A lovely atmosphere and even treated to some free churros! And the food was delicious ☺️ Would 10000% recommend.

We had the loveliest experience at bar burrito, the staff were so friendly, nothing was too much, and the food was perfect! They even saw that we were travelling so treated us to some churros to help brighten our long journeys home. Overall, a great experience!

I was served by Michael and he was excellent and very attentive, a giant thumbs up from me!

The burritos were okay, but a bit too expensive for what they were. They were not heated up, nor were we asked if we’d like them to be. We also had to choose the least dirty table to sit down at, which I found odd because it wasn’t busy at all but staff were standing around chatting to each other. Overall the store has a bit of a depressing vibe.

Excellent customer service and brilliant food. Had a chicken Mexican wrap and it was amazing the garlic mayo. My mum is vegan and had a salad bowl and absolutely loved it.

I enjoy coming to this store. The staff are professional yet friendly and are always open to having a laugh. Food is always yummy and the prices are really reasonable. I enjoy trying new burritos; recently enjoyed a classic chicken with chorizo as an extra, with chipotle. Would recommend 😃

Came to bar burrito in piccadilly gardens and was pleasantly greeted by the manager Edgar. He explained all the ingredients that they had and asked if i had any allergies as i had never eaten here before. I asked for recommendations and he recommended the loaded chicken and chorizo burrito which was perfect and tasted amazing! The customer service that he gave was 5 stars. Will definitely be returning again! Was a great atmosphere.

Food was good although service was poor. Was served by a ginger guy with glasses who was super rude from the get go. Basically refused to look us in the eye, made us feel stupid for asking what the different salsas were. No manners. Eye rolling when card decline the first time. A real let down. All in all a very negative experience and won’t be returning.

The lady serving was extremely rude got the loaded bowl which should have some with free extra guac but she changed me extra for it. The price would have been fine it wasn't for the tint position, I couldn't believe how small they were! Im 56 kg i dont eat that much, but the portions were tiny! Dont waste your time or money for the most mid burrito, go tortilla, panchos burritos in the arndale market or zambrero just across Piccadilly. Disappointing will not be returning.

If I could put the service at 10 stars, I would! Our server, Chris, was so friendly and made our experience at the restaurant special. The classic burrito is delicious and the Mexican Veg option comes with guacamole, which is delicious. The churros are wonderful too.

AMAZING! I absolutely love this place. The staff are the friendliest I’ve ever met. Chris made my burrito today and he was very charming but still professional. The quality of the food is outstanding- I wouldn’t be surprised if this restaurant was awarded a Michelin star!! The restaurant is also very clean with a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back! My taste buds have been yearning for another bite of burrito since I left. Thank you so much Barburrito- I couldn’t rate you higher!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Burrito de bar de amor. No hemos estado por un tiempo, pero vimos que ahora está en Uber come así que ordenado a través de allí a las 8. 45 . 3 o 4 conductores aceptados y luego cancelados. Llegó 2 horas 10 minutos después de ordenar. Ya habíamos pedido desde otro lugar después de una hora porque Uber dijo que cerró a las 9. 45 . Actualmente no tenemos electricidad en la cocina, por lo que no podemos cocinar nada. No sé por qué están ofreciendo entrega en nuestra área cuando ningún conductor lo aceptará. No pida desde aquí si está a más de 3 millas de distancia. Uber come tampoco te dará nada por la entrega con más de una hora de retraso

We tried both chicken burrito and beef burrito, and we prefer the beef one. Delivery was fast.

Our go to burrito place for a while now! The best burritos in town and best vegan/vegetarian options. The staff are always really polite and kind.

Came in an hour today before they shut, everyone was still so cheery & talkative. Great customer service! I work in hospitality too so I know how draining a closing shift can be, but I felt so welcome. I didn’t catch anyone’s name, wish I did! X

Love Barburrito! Never had a bad experience. They make lovely food that is healthy as well as delicious and the staff are always so friendly. The rewards scheme is great and they do discounts for students, as well as a birthday burrito! My go to!
