Had an order where the wrong items were delivered. Spoke to Chris the manager on the phone and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Got us our order nice and quickly all correct with a few bits thrown in to say sorry. Also a handwritten note apologising for the mix up and wishing us the best. Thank you Chris and your team.

Kelly made us 2 amazing vegan burritos. She even let me try the vg feta before I bought it which was a nice touch. Her customer service was excellent and she clearly runs a great store. Hopefully head office will see this and give her kudos. Super tasty burritos and nice to lots of vegan options. Cheers.

DELIVEROO DRIVERS WILL STEAL YOUR FOOD. I rated highly so it won't reflect badly on the restaurant, but they made our food for delivery 3 times and each time a new rider would come and steal the food. I was told by the lovely girl (who was incredibly kind and patient with me over the phone). Bear this in mind if you order via Deliveroo. There are a lot of scumbag delivery riders.

Asked about allergies but then didn’t bother wiping the surfaces or changing any utensils - really poor service given that would be the bare minimum to do when someone has an allergy

We had lunch at Barburrito Manchester Piccadilly and it was truly a good experience. The food was delicious, the restaurant appeared clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. As a group of five students visiting Manchester, we were looking for a casual and enjoyable place to eat — and Barburrito exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was relaxed, and everyone seemed genuinely committed to providing great service. One of the highlights of our visit was meeting someone who we believe was the manager. He was incredibly humble, polite, and open to feedback. To our surprise, he approached our table with a generous offering of free food (pictured), which was absolutely delicious. This thoughtful gesture really stood out to us and made the experience even more memorable. Overall, it was a positive experience and definitely a place we’d return to next time we’re in the area.

I tend to grab a burrito bowl for my lunch most days that I'm in the office and it's always super tasty and can be a lot healthier than most food places near by

I'm from Bury, and came to Manchester Picadilly gardens today to visit Barburrito for my first time, I struggled looking for some grilled chicken and salad, GABBY served me with great patience a smile and even went out of his way to make up a salad bowl of my choice with the salads meant for burritos. As I DON'T like bread I also tried the PINAPPLE SALSA and LOVED IT!!!!! KELLY was also very polite and helpful giving me that taster. Thankyou to the great service both GABBY and KELLY provided. 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Will be coming back here again with my lad who loves Mexican. The food was amazing. Salad fresh. And sauces beautiful. MICHELLE.

I ordered from this store on Deliveroo on 4/4/25 and have had the worst food poisoning. You need to improve your food hygiene as it’s clearly not up to par. Very disappointed such a big chain could have such bad food hygiene standards.

I had an unfortunate experience with Uber Eats after attempting an order and ending up speaking with Kellyann back and forth for a while whilst she tried everything she possibly could to help sort my issue out. The staff also remade my food as it was starting to get cold and did everything they could for me, I cannot thank them all enough especially Kellyann Due to the issue with Uber Eats I wasn't able to get my food delivered however I'm going into the place Monday.

Ordered a tortilla bowl yesterday and it was one the best I have ever received. Ordered one today, missing cheese sauce (key ingredient) the bowl was dry once tucked into it. To be fair, they did ring me and say they didn’t have it in stock and offered grated cheese as an alternative, what can I do when ordering via Deliveroo. If I would have been there I wouldn’t have ordered. They shouldn’t be taking orders if they don’t have ingredients in stock. Horrible when you order a Saturday night takeaway and it’s rubbish. Burrito wasn’t right and both tortilla bowls were dry once you got past the top layer, rubbish.

Absolutely disappointed with my order through uber eats today. I hadn’t eaten in 2 days so I decided to treat myself to a loaded burrito bowl and a Coke Zero bottle. The bowl was not even half full… and they sent me a small can instead of a 500ml bottle which I ordered. Tried to ask uber eats for a refund or replacement and they gave me £2.50 refund which definitely does not cover the cost of the lacking food and drink.

Good evening, today we went to this restuarant and there was a bad behavior and education from the employee Keila, she was very rude to us, terrible service from her, we will not return. She was very rude :( In addition to that the rice was so bad, and small portions. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

I order from here all the time and the burritos are always AMAZING! Recently the team went above and beyond though, thank you so much to Chris for trying so hard to sort things out after we had a massive issue with our Deliveroo order a couple of weeks ago, despite it being Deliveroo’s issue, (not BarBurrito’s fault at all), the team did everything possible to make things right! I popped in today, and want to say a massive thank you to Kayla too who was so lovely and made sure our burritos were perfect, and even sorted a little something for my young daughters too 💖 They devoured the churros right away, you guys have now gained loyal customers for life in us 🫶🏼 🌯

Food was lovely. Every time I come here it’s always consistent, always really tasty. The staff are so nice, that don’t give smaller end of portions they always make it nice and full. Prices are great too, I would recommend this barburrito. The manager is lovely too!!

Hi Owner of Barburrito, Based on your response, I will expand on my feedback. We were there on Sunday 9th of March at approx 20:00 I will number the issues that led to my 1 start rating 1) While we were selecting our burrito toppings, we asked one of your staff members about meat options. His reply, but mainly his attitude, was of someone that typically does not want to be there, does not want to work, does not know how to handle customer facing roles. We honestly felt that asking any question would trigger the staff member to stab us with a spoon or something 2) We noticed that you have 3 or 4 staff members serving/preparing burritos. It was probably one of the most inefficient food supply lines we have ever seen. One bumping into the other, running like headless chickens. 3) One of my mates got like 3 spoons of rice on his burrito. It was impossible to eat. 4) With every bite of that burrito, you honestly had no idea what you were eating. All the ingredients (from the vegetables to the meat) were not fresh at all. At the end, the burrito was like a big dough filled with things that you could not even taste. I am honestly sorry about this review, because the shop has a lot of potential. But your food is not particularly cheap, and to receive such a bad quality food and really off-putting customer service, makes it impossible to rate you guys higher than 1 star.

Very low quality food and simply terrible service.

An absolute disaster. With the amount of fat that was in the burrito, I wonder how it is possible that it doesn't taste like anything. Maybe it's because of the kilo of dry rice they throw at you. In short, a disaster.

Today, I visited Barburrito Caffe and had a coffee and a snack—what a delightful experience! The coffee was rich and perfectly brewed, and the snack was fresh and satisfying. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the visit feel warm and welcoming. Their kindness and efficiency added so much to the overall experience. Barburrito Caffe is definitely a spot I’ll return to, not just for the great food and drinks, but for the amazing hospitality. Highly recommend!

Rude staff. Spoke to us like we were scum of the earth. One woman literally walked past me and ignored me when I was trying to get her attention by saying ‘excuse me’ about 10 times. Tried to go the toilet but they were locked, the staff said someone was in there but nobody came out of either toilet, after waiting 30 mins gave up.…. probably locked them because they’re too lazy to clean them. Food was fine but not worth it, go to literally any other place people.
