Shortly after booking, I received an automated email saying to reply and share arrival time, number in the party and any further information. I emailed arrival at 15:00 (the official check-in time), two adults one child, child's age, and that I saw they advertised a teepee would be set up on arrival and my child would very much like it. On the arrival day, I dropped my bags off at 11am and told reception we would be back at 15:00 for check-in (she confirmed the room would be ready by then, or even perhaps earlier). When we arrived at 15:00, we were told there was some mix-up and the room wasn't ready. As well as this strange blunder (given it is the official check-in time and the multiple mentions of our arrival time being 15:00), we were also expecting the following, as advertised on their website: a teepee set up for my child (which I even emailed about in advance to double-check), a children's colouring book, board games, a child's robe and slippers. None of these were there or happened. We were only staying one night, so seemed pointless to chase them and I didn't want to cause an argument infront of my boy. Therefore I emailed a complaint the following day. Their response was a set of poor excuses and mis-information. I then replied to their email to correct them and ask further questions, and it's been silent from them ever since. So a week later, I've decided to post this. One star for disappointing my child, and poor complaint's customer service. I paid for something I did not get, which is false advertising.

There is a party going on upstairs on Saturday until 11 o'clock I couldn't sleep very well But it was good But the beds are good The food is very tasty

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this in London, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made sure all of my needs were met throughout my stay.

Their energy and enthusiasm added to the experience, making service feel both polished and refreshingly personal. The food was fantastic—playful, inventive, and full of surprises. Every dish had a unique twist that kept us excited for the next. The cocktails? Impeccably crafted with care and precision, elevating the evening even further. The space itself is a clever mix of rough-and-ready, upcycled design that somehow feels both effortlessly cool and inviting. It’s a testament to how sustainability and style can go hand in hand. And the concept? Brilliant. In just one night, we experienced three distinct environments, three cuisines, and three unique atmospheres—all under one roof. It’s an adventure for the senses and incredible value for London. Oh, and did I mention the views? Absolutely breathtaking.

Great experience! All staff are very nice and friendly, the rooms are very nice and clean. The view was incredible. It’s in a perfect location for shopping and not too far from the main train station. The hotel food was very nice. I will definitely come again.

Perfect hotel for Travelling Family with children or without. For business purpposes it is also a very good choice. I liked interior design style and Interior Architecture. Combined Natural Sustainability and Minimalism. Location couldn't be better, It's in very center of London, close to Tottenham Court Rd, Baker St or Russell Square stations. This hotel is perfectly located near Regent Street, making it easy to reach all our planned destinations. The room was spotless, offering a stunning city view, with blackout curtains to ensure a restful night. The bed was comfortable, and having a cozy seating area by the window to take in the view was a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious, served with a breathtaking city backdrop—a perfect way to start the day. The hotel’s three restaurants each offered great food and drinks, and I highly recommend trying them all. The staff were warm, attentive, and always helpful. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and will definitely return on my next visit to London!

Great hotel! Location is great, close to SoHo and Oxford Circus, a major tube stop, without the craziness of actually being IN those areas. Friendly attentive staff, you can get a suite for the same price as a regular room at the Langham across the street. Don’t pay more for less!

A well located hotel not far from regent street/oxford hotel. The staff as so friendly and helpful. We were checked in by Ahmed who was so welcoming and went out of his way to ensure we had a lovely stay. Even coming round to greet us when we came back in the evening and helped arrange a widow seat at the lovely rooftop bar. Unique tree house themed bathrooms and I could have sat for hours on the window seat . I’ll definitely be coming back

Beautiful rooms with great views overlooking the city. However I would recommend asking them NOT to put you on the 14th floor as it’s directly below the restaurant and you can hear every footstep above. Very loud.

An amazing experience for my partner's 30th birthday. I had requested a corner room for the view and the staff were able to facilitate! They even left him a birthday cupcake in the room. We had the most wonderful time.

The best thing about Madera restaurant is the view. Very dim lighting which meant I could barely see the food. Music too loud for a restaurant. Food was very average and mostly tasteless. Staff inexperienced and over-attentive. And finally, there was no atmosphere.

I had food poisoning a few hours after visiting the restaurant. Violently projectile vomited just once but everything I'd eaten there. Nothing else from lunch or breakfast. Restaurant asked an 'independent' company to investigate and found they weren't at fault. Very convenient. How can they guarantee a single person in the kitchen didn't accidentally touch raw meat and then something else? If I were to guess I'd say it was the beef as something tasted a bit off about that. Either that or they served me gluten. The waiter didn't know that their complimentary cake was gluten free and then came back and said it was. If staff aren't trained properly on whether their cake contains a key allergen, how are we supposed to trust they follow the kitchen protocols?

Room is kinda tight. Not enough space for a family of 4. It’s well maintained and clean though. Sound proofing is almost non-existent in this hotel. We were allocated to level 14 on our first night and it was mad noisy with the music and vibration from the restaurant at level 15. We couldn’t sleep. Then in the morning at 6am plus, there were lots of furniture moving sounds and guess what. We couldn’t go back to sleep again. We complained and the staff were accomodating and they did made an effort to get the restaurant to lower down the music volume and changed to another room for us from our 2nd night onwards. Don’t take the room on level 14 if you ever stay there - unless u prefer to have a disco party at night in the comfort of your room. Location is superb. Nearest tube is Oxford circus. Shopping within regent street, Oxford street, Tottenham court, bond road all within walking distance. Lots of food and shppping nearby. The restaurant above serves great food and breakfast. We love the restaurant on the ground floor which serves great pizza. Pls ask for the gelato takeaway. I love the salted caramel gelato!

I ate here with 2 friends on 28/11 and the experience at the time was pleasant- nice views and decent food. Then 4 days later a no show charge of £30 p.p was charged to my credit card for £90! I almost didn’t notice it as it was a similar price to my part of the actual bill on the night. I have now contacted the restaurant 3 times to get the charge refunded. Messages have been forwarded to management and 22 days later still no-one has called me back or done anything about returning money that was wrongfully taken from my account. This is supposedly a reputable four star hotel operating a one star service! How many other people have been scammed in this way by this hotel/ restaurant? I understand mistakes are made but it’s how you deal with them that leaves the lasting impression. Very disappointing. I suggest you get your systems in order before opening your next venture in Manchester and after you eat in this restaurant check your statements!!

A slightly disappointed stay at this hotel. The main issues were the noise and the customer service. Our room faced Langham Place and was noisy with motorbikes and cars screaming past the hotel at night. Even 11 floors up it was waking us up. A couple of the staff too were less than welcoming and unhelpful. A shame as the rooms are quirky and well appointed with little touches. The views are brilliant but be sure to get ones facing East (rather than West like ours where we could only really see winter wonderland). For the money there are quieter, more hospitable hotels to stay at.

All staff are very happy and friendly here, the rooms are very unique and cool. I particularly like the window seats and the view from our window was incredible. It’s in a perfect location for shopping and not too far from the main train station. My only issue was the shower which would take around 5 whole minutes to warm up and then stayed scorching hot for the duration.

The spot is absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing and Kazi gave us amazing service, staying on top of everything and checking in with us. Super fun!

Had an excellent experience staying at the Treehouse Hotel. The location is excellent, very accessible to everywhere I needed to go. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities. I only wish they had reusable water bottles for loan. The staff was incredible, especially Robert, who was friendly and helpful.

The interior of the hotel is really nice. However one of the main purposes of staying in the hotel is to SLEEP! Unfortunately for me I was staying on 14th floor right under the sky bar. I woke up at 6 am because of the noise, because the restaurant above me started preparing for breakfast and was moving furniture around. So the feedback is: if you want to enjoy the hotel design and the view, go for this hotel. If you want to sleep, choose the other options.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. Don’t recommend. I brought special clients for a good time and the service was terrible. The front security was even worse and unwelcoming on what was intended to be a special night. The location is amazing so save yourself and go to somewhere nearby that offers the hospitality that you pay for.

It’s my first time in the Hotel, and will never be the last. The location is perfect and safe, is just 3 minutes walk to Oxford Circus station. Plenty of dinning options in the hotel or around it. Maddera/Nest are a must try places whether you stay in the hotel or not Special shout out to the entire staff working there, they have been super helpful, my bad that I don’t remember their names, even at midnight when I got sick they helped me a lot to get some urgent medical help and were extremely kind throughout that nightmare I was going through and even after that 🙏🏼 Not having a gym might be a negative point but there are plenty of drop in gym options nearby, so not an issue for me at all and will definitely come back 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Overpriced and not worth the money. We stayed here for an event recently - had a fault in my room that kept me awake all night. Complained in the morning and requested a partial refund for a terrible night sleep and was told I should have called them into my room at 3am to fix it - as a woman traveling on my own I am NOT going to do that! Staff were rude and not sympathetic whatsoever. The rooms look nice at first glance but they’re not worth the premium price at all.

A great place for any occasion. We were celebrating a 40th and had a fantastic time. So close to the centre of London but it is an oasis. The views are spectacular and make for great photo's and memories. The staff were very helpful, did not rush us and did everything they could to make sure we had a great time. The cost of drinks and food were very reasonable and there were choices for everyone. We will be back soon. Highly recommended.

Our stay at the hotel was top notch. We were happy from the moment we stepped through the doors. The ambiance really set the tone, and we were also welcomed to a complimentary candy wall. The attention to detail was remarkable. My girlfriend and I were staying for a couple nights and unknown to her at the time, I was also planning to propose. Laurence, who is one of the managers, was truly accommodating and really went above and beyond to make everything come together - thank you so much! We also dined at Madera and the Nest, both of which were great. I hadn't expected to have such flavourful Mexican food in London so that was a pleasant surprise. And the Nest had one of the most unique but equally tasty calamari I've had. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I am really glad we chose to stay here. We can't recommend Treehouse London enough.

Very accommodating for allergies and other needs. Brought us welcome treats and a treat for my brother's birthday. Cool and cozy atmosphere. Beautiful view of the city! My only suggestion would be a door for the shower as the water tends to puddle and back out into the bathroom. The city noises were also a bit loud, but that's to be expected. It was a lovely stay though and I wish we could have stayed longer. Cheers from Pittsburgh!

I was very impressed with the bars at the top of the treehouse hotel. It is a really interesting designed area with great views over London and particularly the BBC.

You can come for the cosy decor and the amazing views, but what should make you come back is how brilliant the staff is. Polite, nice, and professional. A true gem of a place.

I only attended the restaurant and it was so loud we could not remotely hear ourselves talking. We asked to turn down and the staff refused saying it was the atmosphere they wanted. No one could even try talking. Doesn't work for me.

We visited this restaurant on recommendation of a Londoner. The decor and the views were really impressive, but unfortunately the service fell very short of what was expected of a restaurant of this calibre. Firstly we were given one menu between two of us. We requested a second menu but this never materialised. Incidentally the shared menu, it took two of us to hold it as the clipboard was really heavy! The waiter took our drinks order and we asked for a Prosecco but they didn’t have this, which was fine. The only alternative sparkling wine that they offered was champagne. It wasn’t until much later that we realised there were actually alternatives in the menu. We then requested a gin and slimline tonic instead, but they don’t sell slimline tonic. We ordered a starter. Instead of this we got one of the mains. We then requested the starter first so they took away the main dish for about five minutes… Then the main arrived back whilst we were still eating the starter. But they didn’t bring the side dish until we grabbed their attention and requested this again. The food was really good, and well presented. Then we were pretty much left to it. No topping up of water. No checking to see if we wanted another drink, despite sitting with empty glasses for half an hour. Eventually the waiter brought our bill with the service charge already applied and hovered over us until we paid. There was no opportunity for us to check this privately, ( and I had to use the torch on my phone to actually read it in the first place). We felt under pressure to pay the pre applied service charge, as the waiter put pressure on us. Normally we tip well, but on this occasion the service fell short. We won’t be back.

This was my second stay at Treehouse Hotel. My first stay in October 2022 was lovely, which was why I came back. Unfortunately, after this stay (Sept 2024), I won't be able to recommend this hotel or come back. First, I would like to acknowledge that the primary reason for not coming back has nothing to do with the staff nor location of the hotel. The staff was exceptional and attentive and did everything they could to address our issues. The location is great - close to several tube stations, bus stations, and of course, right off Regent St. so loads of shopping and convenience. The issue we had with the hotel was the noise, primarily from their rooftop bar/restaurant, Madera. My first stay at the hotel, I was on floor 11 and didn't have the issues I'm about to talk about...perhaps b/c I was maybe on the other side or on a lower floor. Our recent stay we were put on the 14th floor, specifically room 1406. It is literally right below the Madera restaurant. It was bass booming music all night long until past midnight, but that wasn't the biggest issue. The biggest issue was the CHAIR SCRAPING against the floors above. It would be like that all night then we would be awakened at 6am due to the staff setting up the restaurant for the day. We got zero sleep the first 3 nights. We thought we could "tough it out" (we even had our own travel sound machine and large fan in the room and it STILL couldn't sound out the noise). We talked to the staff, which according to some reviews, seem to know about the issues on the 14th floor. We were moved to the 12th floor (1206, they don't have a 13th floor), and unfortunately, the noise problem was still prevalent since it was only 1 floor down. While there was no chair scraping, the booming bass from the music was so annoying. If you're still adamant about staying here, prepare to lose sleep or bring earplugs or ask to be placed on a lower floor on the opposite side of the restaurant. That's honestly the only way to ensure you won't be kept up or woken up by the restaurant noise.

The place has beautiful design and view, definitely recommend to visit. We had grilled octopus and a few margaritas and enjoyed all of it. We also tried madera churros and were very impressed with presentation and quality. Our waiter Madhab was great and made sure we moved to another table with a better view and that our evening has gone tip top.

Amazing location, absolutely love the aesthetics and space however the room service options and breakfast can definitely knock it up to a five had it been better. Also for some reason every time we pass by the coffee space near reception it’s ‘closed’ Rooms can be small so be prepared that it’s not the best option if you’re traveling with kids but overall, 7 out of 10

In our days full of adventure and new experiences in London, it was nice to start the day at the hotel rooftop with breakfast. It gave us the chance to plan some of our days before heading out. This is not a hotel, it is an experience. Would travel from NY to London just to stay here. The stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel is the epitome of home away from home. The food is top notch, staff becomes family and rooms are amazing and unique (complete with a book fairy!). Do not second guess it. The Nest is a great place to hang out after a night in the city. This was the cutest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life! The location is perfect and my room had so many fun details that were different than any other hotel I’ve been to. And last but not least, Julia who I believe is the manager was so amazing and accommodating throughout my stay! She went above and beyond to make sure I had an enjoyable stay and was so incredibly sweet. Can’t wait to come back and visit!

The corn cake was excellent,decorative with edible flowers and enhanced with ice cream. I enjoyed the tomato chutney with corn crisps.I was there only for a piece of cake and green tea.I look forward to visit again on my next trip to the city.

Fun. Service. Location. Firstly, this location has very comfortably sized rooms compared to most. The bay window with the couch built into it was incredible for winding down with a cocktail in my hand to overlook the city lights. Nature feeling throughout the entire establishment was a very warm and connected homely feeling. The staff was that of a Michelin Star restaurant, which was very surprising and made me feel lucky to be there. Both restaurants, yes... more than one, were in impeccable order. Too tired and beat from the day before? No need to travel far. Relax in their amenities and let them breathe life back into you for your next adventure. For travelling away from location, the walk is beautiful and very straight forward. Just pop open google maps and check direction from time to time, but be sure to keep your head up for incredible architecture and all of the choice shops. Lose yourself in the culture and melting pot of nationalities while exploring what the area has to offer. Not for kids ! Birthday trip to treat my kids and my sisters kids and arrive to be told that they can’t go in rooftop bar or the restaurant after 5pm so we went to eat and as there was no tables for an hour we were told to leave not even offered a seat to wait outside the lifts and the only offer is pizza on ground floor . Nothing fun to do like a treehouse with games in or anything that they would say wow about . Also booked 4 rooms together I was promised like a home alone vibe for them all to hang out eat popcorn etc and set up tepee , guess what no tepee either and rooms of different floor . Feel conned out of £3250 . Such a shame as it sells it self as kid friendly and fun but it’s not its adult hotel with nothing for kids to do but use there iPad in the room .

Very nice decoration and very well done

We simply adored this hotel! We stayed May 2023 - my mom, 4 year old and I. We had a hideaway studio suite booked but when we arrived were upgraded to a clubhouse suite. The room was gigantic for London standards, with plenty of space for all our our many suitcases and belongings including two wardrobe closets for each of us to hang clothes and store things. My favorite part was the giant copper tub, and after each long day of exploring the city I would soak in the tub and it was glorious (bath salts even included). The large bathroom was modern and super fun with the tree up the wall- the built in shampoo, conditioner and body wash were very nice as well. The bed super comfortable, we used the hot tea set up, and the record player was a hit. One night my son slept through dinner so the hotel was able to get a pizza delivered to our room so he could eat, which was great. We had lunch at the rooftop restaurant which was lovely and scenic as well as Mexican one night which was actually really good as well. There was a lot of scaffolding and construction around the building but we were notified when booking and honestly did not bother us at all. We still had a good view of the city regardless. The location was perfect- walking distance to a million cafes, shops and the tourists sites. What separates this hotel from the numerous other options in the city is the service! From the moment we arrived, each and every employee from the door man to the staff treated us like VIP guests with respect and helpfulness. My mom (in her 70s with a bad knee) returned a few times solo and without being asked helped her with her things from the door to her room. They were always friendly and offered directions which we asked many times since it was our first visit to London. I walked mostly since none of the tube stations were stroller friendly or had lifts which wasn’t a problem since it allowed me to see the city. The only thing I was a little surprised about was the extra 10% gratuity charged at checkout but for once I would say the employees worked hard for that service charge. Also, the building is slightly confusing since they don’t own the building and only have so many floors. Check in is near the top but they do tell you where to go when you arrive and send you on your way. Overall, loved this very unique hotel and would very much like to come back!

They took an insurance amount but they didn’t pay it back

One of the best hotels that can leave a beautiful impression on your trip. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable. The lighting from the windows is wonderful. The hotel's location is excellent and close to Oxford Street.

The hotel is great. It’s one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed on. It was so clean even the shower and the sink. The sheets were crisp clean the room service was very cooperative.The furniture is sturdy The view from our skyline room was exquisite. I stayed in the 11th floor at daytime there is a flight as we kept the window open but at night we didn’t really need much light, but it could be a little bit dim. The location is perfect. three minutes away from Oxford Street. There are so many cafés and restaurants nearby. The location is peaceful and scenic. The staff are friendly. The AC is cool and the controller works well. There are two elevators and there are rarely busy there was a guy who helped us with the bags and I have kept my bags with them after check out for three hours. I have paid extra service fee, but I was glad to pay it small, but very nice the price is affordable, I really like it a lot. It’s a unique place. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to other people. The only thing I didn’t like about it is leaving as I was willing to cancel my five star hotel booking just to extend my staying in this hotel. if you’re a family with kids.The kids will definitely love it, but they gotta be careful not to ruin it.

We went with very high expectations. Breakfast is really good and so is the location, However, the room wasn't cleaned during our stay, the beds were made an towels were changed but the room was full of dust, the floor hadn't been vaccumed or moped for quite a while , there were thick pieces of dust, which triggered my allergy symptoms and really bothered me while in London. After a few days we kindly asked in the reception if the room could be cleaned and it was, but even then it wasn't really very clean, there were still pieces of dust in the corners of the room and in the rug. This is an issue that should be settled if the hotel is to be considered a four-star hotel. Definitely not cost effective .

Stayed for a week in August 24. Lovely confortable rooms, fantastic staff and perfect location. Ate my body weight in penny sweets. Highly recommended!
