Rude staff, small portions and awkward atmosphere. I’m paying money to feel like I shouldn’t be in there. I used a reward and was made to feel stupid. Also wasn’t given my student discount because there’s apparently a £5 spend which I can’t see anywhere on student beans. Embarrassing branch…letting tortilla down.

im the biggest tortilla fan & have it all the time. I ordered a vegetarian bowl which was filled with chicken chunks. Would not recommend this branch for vegetarians and wont be visiting again. Love tortilla’s food but this was a really disappointing experience.

I had a buritto bowl from here, it was tasty, filling and the portion was OK. I appreciate the fast and friendly service, but I'm deducting points because I was NEVER asked about allergies when toppings were added to my bowl. The place was warm and cozy, nice atmosphere. My friend ordered a buritto she couldn't finish because it was "very bland", I suspect she was in the wrong because she didn't pay much attention to the toppings/ fillings she chose, and she compared it to "Mexican food from Greg's.

The exceptional service and flavorful food make it a place worth returning to.

They always run out of selection towards the end of the day, it’s frustrating that they have what you want, they offer no discount for the fact they have such few items for selection. Sometimes I’ve arrived an hour an half before closing and have ran out!

At 9:30 p.m. they no longer allow you to enter the premises to consume anything, only take-out. I don't understand why they set a schedule if it's a lie later.

Absolutely dreadful. The size of the medium burrito has decreased dramatically compared to past orders, which I guess the staff have been directed to do. Literally a measly pinch of beef and charged nearly £10.00. Also badly mixed. Absolute rip off now compared to the past. Avoid. See photo. I have tiny hands btw. And also still hungry.

I had a naked burrito and it was delicious but it was a bit cold. The place is tiny but they have a nice interior. Unfortunately it was really cold inside so we couldn’t enjoy it that much. The price-performance ratio was great.

very crafty. They have the meal deal prices set so you have to buy the CBD drink to get 40% off. otherwise you spend £2+ on a 330ml drink. Chancers. Sometimes the portions are generous and other times they are small.

An excellent place with decent food, only issue I had was with one lady with the hijab head scarf who was serving me, I picked the mild salsa for both burrito, it was more or less empty but she still managed to make two burritos with barely any salsa sauce, I had to request an alternate salsa which she put in a separate part as the burrito had already been wrapped, one would have thought it's common sense that she would have noticed there is not enough and should have informed me. Otherwise it was a lovely place with an lovely atmosphere, the gentleman working there was absolutely welcoming and very friendly, made the experience that much better.

I've been to other Tortilla places that are 5 stars, but my burrito was badly wrapped and contents fell out .Staff didn't seem interested, food ingredients still very good.

Good Mexican food, you basically create your own burrito or bowl. That’s delicious!

Bland and to make it worse staff are ambiguous about what you get in the burrito so deliberately offer additional bits not stating it’s extra!

Overcharged for our meal. Had to argue our case to finally get a refund on the overpayment. Could have been a pleasant experience but unfortunately not on this occasion. Check your bill and all the add on extras and what drinks are included in the meal deal. Chips are tortilla crisps not chips as expected. Strong aroma of moth balls present throughout .

Walked up to this branch as the charing cross one was closed but glad we did. The staff were friendly and the food was tasty! The restaurant wasn't too busy and we could sit in to eat 😋
