The menu of this place definitely coincides: burrito, burrito and burrito! You can have it in two variations, with piadina or without. All this can be accompanied with delicious nachos (the best). My husband destroyed the burrito, the quantity was way too much. Everything fresh.

We had incredible service and margaritas here tonight! Big shout out to Saj and Arifa for making the experience so great - we will definitely be back!

It should be mentioned how much extras cost like beef should be displayed or informed, although customer service was overall reassuring with its value.

Ate there on 7 February 2024 and both had terrible food poisoning. Both spent the night vomiting. Obviously not recommended.

Went for a burrito and instead i had the two workers doing the i…., first one of them was filming the other guy making my burrito, after i asked for a large burrito, the guy put me the rice without even ask me which one and he was laughing, then the grass fed bbq that cost 1 pound, he was giving me all of the leftover from the bottom that was there for hours you could even see the liquid that it was disgusting, so after all of of that and the supervisor seeing everything without doing nothing i left, don’t go to Tortilla Soho the staff is a joke.

Had a burrito from there today and it was great, service was also amazing. All the staff were extremely polite, especially Saj.

Been here twice and both times was super yummy and good value. Afreen was amazing this time we visited, she went above and beyond and made sure we were happy with our food. Only comment is non alcoholic drinks aren't that easy to deal with.

Had a blast at Tortila, and Marcus totally made our day! He’s not just serving food, he’s dishing out good vibes too. Quick with a joke and faster with the service. Ask for Marcus when you go, he's got the insider tips on the best eats!

This tortilla isn't up to the standard of others I have visited. They are not very good at rolling the burritos so they often fall apart when eating (this does not happen to me at Islington or Camden Tortilla) and the rice often has hard underdone clumps. Being in soho you'd expect it to be a little bigger, at lunch there is rarely space to sit in. It's very cramped. Generally the change of recipe for the chicken is a letdown and the switch to "mexican rice" instead of the options of tomato or coriander is disappointing.

The restaurant is good nice atmosphere and want we liked most is the worker Marcus he was nice and good at his job I will come back again to see his nice smile thanks marcus

I ate with them and it was very wonderful place very good foods. Marcus was very nice and good at his job. I loved the place because he was the one who took care of us. I congratulate the owner of the restaurant because he has a good worker like Marcus . And delicious food im back again.

The staff clearly didn't want to be there, not that I blame them, but one (I won't name publicly) was outwardly obnoxious to a group of female tourists with a language barrier. It felt like sitting in high school listening to the cocky teenage boy chatting up the shy girls. The food was mediocre and the portion wasn't worth the price point. We regretted not going to the Chipotle nearby.

Ordered to collect on Ubereats and they placed meat in the veggie burrito. While both rice bowls were cold and missed ingredients like salsa and jalapeños. I reordered to the burrito to collect and then they got the size wrong. Now Ubereats refuses to refund the burrito which we could not eat. So we paid twice for 1 burrito what a joke.

Straight forward burrito place. Quick to get serviced, and the food is tasty enough. It's nothing special but grand for a quick bite.

Always my to go place for a quick meal before cinema or theatre. Went last night and received impeccable service from Afreen, who went above and beyond, and exceeded my expectation. I rarely post reviews, but she really deserved it. Will definitely be back.

They didn't make clear their special offer, the advertised margarita and beer for £2.50 each between 4pm and 8pm, was only if you signed up online for a loyalty scheme to their tortilla chain nationwide, and if you tried to do it after the receipt for the full price of drinks was charged, it's not allowed, because the full price has already been applied to your order. So, margarita was approximately £4.30 and the beer was approximately £4.70. Overall, the full bill was very expensive, for a vegan wrap too, that wasn't very flavoursome, with just mainly onions in it, and not enough spiciness, and fresh vegetables taste and no pate type thing. You get a lot of toppings and very generous serving, but it was not tasty enough and very bland. It fell apart easily, as it quickly became too soggy. 😞

The filling for the burritos and tacos is lovely, very flavourful and tasty. The tortilla which it is wrapped in however, is awful. It's thin, soggy, and very fragile. Making the thing fall apart way too easily.

It's a Chipotle knock off and not all that great. I've been a few times to grab a quick lunch, service is good and staff are nice. The food is decent but the spice levels aren't that great. Lots of seating inside, no outdoor seating. If I had the choice I would go to Chipotle.

Food was great, staff was friendly, restaurant was a little small but that's to be expected for Central London. They have a spacious bathroom, though!

Sobre la comida sin ser nada novedoso y tampoco mucho que esperar de un restaurante de comida rapida pero bastante bien si buscar comer rápido y relativamente barato en centro de londres, el servicio y la atención es lo que debería mejorar y bastante ya que las chicas que nos atendieron su actitud era como sin ganas, eramos 5, así que era de esperar un pedido grande, y la actitud de las chica transmitía como "ya vas a acabar?" Después fui a pedir un vaso, porque uno de nosotros quería para tu bebida, y me dio un tarro de cristal que estaba por ahí que le dio un agua y ya, más por encima se veía bastante sucio.
