Food okay’ish but the staff service is terrible and live shouting at paying customers

Would give 0 stars if I could. The hygiene is terrible. Food tastes horrible. Oil needs to be changed. The guy cooking picked his nose then proceeded to touch my food. Half the servers can’t even speak English properly. This is such a terrible place. Never coming back

Used to be good on Uber eats, now the salad comes wilted and cooked in the burger, the bread is soggy because they don't grill it, just a lack of care recently, quality has slipped.

We tried the burrito and I must say that it was superior and then we had the fried chicken with chips, excessive portions, for 5 people including drinks, 29 Pound total Highly recommended

Had a soho combo meal which consists of a burger, fries, fried drumstick and drink (coke). Price is super reasonable where the meal cost just 8.5 pounds Food is expected to be dry since it's all fried. Do note that the place has limited seating, seven seats along a bench.

We stayed one night on February 24, returning to our hotel and looking for a place to have a quick dinner. At first we hesitated to go in because it was empty. We saw the reviews on Google and decided to take a chance.😍😍Very good service and great food. Cheap for London. I have to say that we were eating looking out the window and talking and when we realized the place was full of residents in the neighborhood collecting their messes for dinner.

Came here because it was halal tough to get halal food round here. The pricing was decent if you get a fried combo meal. I had the wrap which was ok nothing amazing. The chicken piece part of the combo was so small I can see why the price was low. I didn’t try the grilled food maybe I will. But overall a pretty basic place nothing amazing. Service was okay too. Hardly any seating tho more of a takeout place.

We came here just before closing and was served food. The food was tasty and hot. Service was great. We were asked what we would like in our burgers and on top of our fries. Cannot fault the food. Regret not coming earlier on. Thank you for serving us.

I hate it because it gets our orders wrong and doesn't wrap up anything right or good. Highly don't recommend it.

Absolutely fabulous fried chicken. I’m from Texas and this place blew my mind with how good the chicken wings, legs, and sandwich are. What a gem. Best meal I had in London and we ate all over. Dreaming of this chicken now.

Had this for the first time recently, really solid portion for the half chicken and nice chips also. The chicken was tasty and not dry, really hearty meal. And cheaper than Nandos They also have burritos. Not much place to sit so more of a takeaway

Was looking for some halal food in london, came across this shop and lord have mercy, this food taste good. Being from Trinidad, we dont get peri peri wings often, but this food was excellent, quick fast service , burger was on point and the wings was the main star for me . Also the fry chicken better than Trinidad KFC , no cap.

It's difficult to put my feelings in words. I mean, I bankrupted myself with this restaurant. Their food is just amazing. Very friendly staff, tasty meals and decent prices (don't be tempted to put prices up though) I recommend, well, everything (especially the chicken wraps yuummm) I mainly got my food delivered, but I found it cheaper just to pick it up myself.

The guys at chicken joint did a fantastic job with our dinner! Fresh fried chicken and large portion of chips and the burgers were delicious and a lot bigger than we expected! The guys even put in a couple of extra wings which was awesome! Very good value for money take away dinner. Will definitely go again!

Experienced this Joint for the first time yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised. Three helpful/friendly staff members served me 3 large pieces of Southern Fried Chicken: fresh, good quality meat, well seasoned, not greasy/oily but could have been a little warmer, (however, it was evening time). Also, a good portion of hot, crispy fries and ice cold Cola for £6.99. I decined mayo and vinegar but nice to be offered! It was a lot to eat; if I knew beforehand, I'd have ordered the 2-Piece meal for £5.99. A clean, unpretentious takeaway Joint, with a few window seats for dining-in but that would be a real tight squeeze.

An oasis in a desert. London is now just Prets, noodle places and coffee houses (charging £4 for a coffee). This place served me up a lovely falafel wrap, hot crispy fries and a drink for £7.50.

Small and unassuming but great food. Had the hot wings combo that comes with fries and a drink. Fries were perfectly cooked and tasty. Wings were great too. The American in me wouldn't really call them hot compared to what we're used to but they were still good. Highly recommended.

I go back here regularly because the food is good qualiry for a "chicken shop" and although it can get busy, the staff make sure everyone is looked after. The grilled wings lemon and herb are better than the other more famous chicken chain up the road! Recommended.

Great value for money, I ordered 5 hot wings with chips, sauce and a drink for just £6 which in central london is very affordable. Chips were crispy, sauce was nice, wings had plenty of meat on them, but could've been fresher... then again, it was a quiet time of day, but there was a heater with about 30 or 40 pieces of chicken when I arrived, making it quite dry, but still tasty. Altogether a great value experience, though the customer service could really do with some work. I was the only customer at the time, and guy serving was mumbling to me, didnt smile or seem very friendly in general. I dont expect fast food employees to be great in that respect, but he seemed very unfriendly. Still a tasty, quick value meal though!

Came here after a long day and few local food options. As someone born and raised in London, I can safely say this was the best filet burger meal and wings I have ever had. Great portions, amazing tastes. The minute you walk in you smell an amazingly spiced batter which is hard to find in the city. The wings were crispy and flavourful, so was the filet that was fresh out the fryer, it was delicious. Customer service was great despite them being really busy and working very hard to meet demand. May Allah give you barakah in your business. 10/10.

Sehr sehr leckeres Essen. Die Pommes waren mir so lala. Dafür war der Wrap sehr lecker! Preis Leistung war hier mega. Haben für einen Wrap mit Pommes (hatten danach vom Füllegefühl Bauchschmerzen) glaube ich nur umgerechnet 8-9€ gezahlt.

Just moved to the area and simply looking for a humble London chicken adventure. The chicken was a shade above average, low quality meat unfortunately tainted the experience but flavour was upto standard. Now the journey takes a tragic turn... The chips. Potentially the worst chips I've ever had. Was really such a shame as I'd placed the weight of my entire weekend on the success of this evenings meal. The oil can't have been hot enough as my 2 large portions of chips resembled 1 homogenous lump of skin on soggy mash potato :( not all chips are created equal however these were the mosquito of the chip kingdom.

Fairly a regular goer, if supermarkets are closed. The foods good, however the staff are ruder especially the young man. They seem to be specifically gruntled if I ask for two sauces with my takeaway.

Ordered from here for the first time before Christmas for over 12 of us, everybody loved the food. It was that good we have since ordered 3 more times when in London visiting family. We'd happily order from here every time and recommend to others - portions for the price are great, the food always tastes amazing. We especially are massive fans of their BBQ wings, my 92 year old Great Nan from Pimlico is a super fan! 10/10. Thanks every time!

An unfortunate first experience. I order from this place late through deliveroo, it was near close but they accepted the order. Disappointingly, it seems that the food I ordered was intentionally sabotaged by disgruntled kitchen team, uhappy with a late last min order. My order was the variety combo meal with taco with pork and queso, loaded nachos with beef and mild salsa, curros and a can of coke. The Nachos: the nachos had no salsa but did have the meat but we're DRENCHED on every layer with extremely spicy hot sauce. I cant handle plspice hence ordering mild slasa so this made them inedible for me. This seems deliberate by the kitten team as mistaking runny got sauce for salsa is a mistake not easily made, combined with the late order time. The tacos: After leaving the Nachos I took a bite of a taco, only to bite into what felt like bone. I opened the taco and found dried hard meat which crumbled or felt like rocks, it was also filled with large uneven chunks of onion and wilted soggy salad one was 99% salad. All of which looked as if it had been collected from the bottom of a catch tray. I didn't take another but for fear of the foods hygiene quality. I completely understand how annoying last min orders can be before close, I'm an assistant manager myself. But this isn't how you deal with these things. You either cancel the order or just take the hit and make good food. The kitchen team, really let down the restaurant this time.

The food is good however the chilli sauce needs to be changed, the taste isn't nice compared to similar shops. Also the Chilie powder sprinkler needs to be replaced as the big hole in the centre litterrally covers the chips in the powder

This is only my 2nd time ive ordered from here.. the first time my delivery was delayed so my chips were a little soggy, but it was a busy friday night so understandable.. today's order was very quick and my food was just perfect. I will definitely be ordering again. Many thanks.

This has got to be the #1 chicken stop for everybody. This establishment dominates in all areas against its competitors. The marinated chicken is full of flavour, the Chick-fil-A had a perfect level of crispy breadcrumb which made the double patty even more sublime. The whole family were extremely satisfied.
