Great buffalo chicken wings. Full wing portion size was very nice, chicken tastes fresh and juicy. No notes!

Decent location near Victoria Station, but not a place I'd return to. Food was mediocre — good portion sizes but lacking flavor. Burrito came with dry rice and random salad; spicy beef wasn’t spicy. Fajitas had tender meat but mostly tasted sour. Wasn't a fan of their "sour cream" Cocktails were tasty but overpriced. Service felt awkward and cold — staff seemed unsure and would keep staring. Atmosphere was flat. Paid 37£ for just burrito and cocktail lol

Shortly after booking, I received an automated email saying to reply and share arrival time, number in the party and any further information. I emailed arrival at 15:00 (the official check-in time), two adults one child, child's age, and that I saw they advertised a teepee would be set up on arrival and my child would very much like it. On the arrival day, I dropped my bags off at 11am and told reception we would be back at 15:00 for check-in (she confirmed the room would be ready by then, or even perhaps earlier). When we arrived at 15:00, we were told there was some mix-up and the room wasn't ready. As well as this strange blunder (given it is the official check-in time and the multiple mentions of our arrival time being 15:00), we were also expecting the following, as advertised on their website: a teepee set up for my child (which I even emailed about in advance to double-check), a children's colouring book, board games, a child's robe and slippers. None of these were there or happened. We were only staying one night, so seemed pointless to chase them and I didn't want to cause an argument infront of my boy. Therefore I emailed a complaint the following day. Their response was a set of poor excuses and mis-information. I then replied to their email to correct them and ask further questions, and it's been silent from them ever since. So a week later, I've decided to post this. One star for disappointing my child, and poor complaint's customer service. I paid for something I did not get, which is false advertising.
