I like that the vegan sign outside isn't that noticeable, so it seems like it is incidentally vegan rather than making a big deal out of it . The food was tasty and creative. We were given free empanadas due to a long wait, which we appreciated especially since we hadn't even complained about the wait! I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

First time ever going to a vegan restaurant, and I can't wait to return. We were in the mood for mexican and needed somewhere dog friendly at short notice. Shoreditch branch did not disappoint. Unbelievable food, couldn't believe it wasn't meat The short rib tacos were so good we got seconds! Frozen mango jalapeño margarita was so good!

My partner is a vegetarian and she called the waitress over because she refused to believe that she wasn’t eating a meat dish! Great price, friendly and helpful staff & easily the best vegan food I’ve ever tasted. 10/10

This is the best combination of atmosphere, food and service you can get. The place is absolutely buzzing with energy and life without ever being overwhelming. The food was some of the best I've ever had and being able to sit around the kitchen was a special experience. I couldn't stop ordering food, I didn't want to go!

100% vegan, and delicious! Just know that if you don't book a table you may have to wait a while, especially if you go around lunch or dinner. Have been wanting to come to this place for a while, it's definitely worth the hype! The food was amazing, and the staff wonderful. Can't fault it. Hoping they branch out to other parts of the UK!

Came here on Saturday with my friend it was our first time and we had a Cheezeburger burrito bowl and a chorizo bowl. It was a big portion not gonna lie, but it was tasteless! It was way too much sauce, and no seasoning… Also, had some tacos 🌮 unfortunately only BBQ short rib was worth it every single bite. I asked the waitress 3 times for a key to the toilet all times she forgot about it, u could of tell she couldn't care.

Food was fantastic. Service was not great, staff not particularly friendly or attentive. Toilet very inaccessible.

I’ve been wanting to try Club Mexicana for close to a decade now and it didn’t disappoint! Delicious and diverse vegan flavours and a great range of gluten free options. Plus, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, talking me through exactly which menu items could be gluten free, which always makes the experience so much more relaxing and enjoyable. As a nachos main, the nachos were the highlight, but there really weren’t any lowlights. Will 100% be going back!

We LOVED Club Mexicana, and i brought two friends who aren’t vegan to prove how good it can be and they agreed. Particular with the nachos which they said were some of the best they’d ever had meat or otherwise. The frozen margs also went crazy. Would absolutely visit again and wish they’d open a branch in Brighton.

Very hip place with very good vegan food. Great to see some good proper mexican dishes. Tacos were very tasty, but the flavour was mainly carried by the condiments, unlike the animal based versions. Service was super friendly and very fast. One of the better all vegan restaurants I‘ve been to.

Everything about this place was perfect. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced, portion sizes were WHAM (the fully loaded nachos were huge), staff were friendly, kitchen staff were super fast at turnaround, and the tequila was tastyyyy. 10/5 😍

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the restaurant in London. The host was unfriendly, and the waitresses were inattentive. They took only part of my order and then abruptly asked me to leave my table because it had been reserved for someone else. Throughout my interaction with them, the entire staff, including the manager, displayed rude behavior and demonstrated racist attitudes. It was particularly frustrating to observe that they did not approach or inform other customers nearby to vacate their tables, except for me. This encounter left me deeply disappointed, and I consider it the worst dining experience I have had in London. To add to the frustration, the manager not only refused to take my order but also insisted that I leave the premises. After being ordered to leave by the manager, I was left with no choice but to hastily calculate the cost of my starter and leave the corresponding amount on the table. To my dismay, the manager had already departed from the premises and refused to get me my bill.

I am Mexican, I was feeling very curious about your restaurant but I have to say that I felt disappointed about the tacos, didn’t enjoy the food at all… sorry

Club Mexicana is the perfect place to kick start a night out. Fun, colourful and upbeat the atmosphere inside and out is not too hectic but still merry. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I love their innovative seasonal tacos but the tofu fish was still my favorite. Their tortilla chips are perfection. A good hit of their hot sauce elevates the tacos perfectly. Should be noted though that they do not do margarita Mondays even though it is advertised on their Instagram. While the margaritas are delicious its a bit of a shame they don't come in a proper glass but they are still more than worth it.

So dissapointed with both food and customer service. First both of meals went back as cold. Then one ( Xmas) was so spicy you couldn’t taste anything! Spoke to waitress who said described on menu not correct as spice not only in cranberries. Couldn’t eat it. Told no loo available then to see someone handed a key so asked another waitress who said there was one we could use. Not good at all! Not expensive but a waste of money!

Unlimited taco Tuesday is always a hit. A bit crowded for my taste, but the cute area made up for it. Not sure who the heat lamps outside belong to but they turn off every ten mins or so. Would love to come back and try the nachos!

I have to admit I was not convinced by the meat substitutes before and still am after having it here. There is no need for a fake meat piece, if I want meat, I will eat meat. Vegan dishes can be prepared with other ingredients that don't try to imitate what they are not. But apart from all this, Club Mexicana is a good vegan mexican restaurant with nice options. Very well worth a visit when looking for a vegan restaurant in the area.

Over hyped, nothing special, save your money and go somewhere else.

Dined here with my vegan friend and was really impressed. Really flavourful vegan food — particularly impressed by the “fish” taco which was better than an actual fish one I’ve had at a well known Mexican chain. Price as to be expected for the area, spent £40ish pp but did try all the tacos, nachos and had drinks. Only thing I would like to see is some options that don’t focus on imitation meat and slightly fresher margaritas.

Adam our server was very welcoming, attentive, cheerful, friendly & knowledgeable about the menu. Our party of four all found the plant based food very flavourful and good value for money. One had the burrito, one had the “chicken” taco & another tried the selection of 3 different tacos, all excellent. We sat at the outside tables. Inside felt a bit cramped and stuffy. Staff was really good about letting us change from inside reservations to an outside covered food court table with big heaters on a cold evening. This location has a limited menu. We plan to go to Spitalfields to try the full menu options.

Here for a team/work lunch. The food, as always, was great, and even converted some staunch meat eaters who professed, "How do they even do that?". Big shout-out to the staff on Monday, exceptional service and attention.

Super friendly service and amazing food as a vegan this place absolutely slaps and the local Mexican beer modelo is a great touch too, took a non vegan friend here who loved it. Only annoying thing is the toilet is super far away behind a keypad elsewhere in the building

Absolutely amazing food. As a non vegan (or even vegetarian) you would never be able to tell this is vegan food. We came for taco Tuesday so all you can eat tacos for £20. Very quick service! Nice tequila based cocktails too! Very small so need to book to be seated inside.

Ma come dico io burrito von manzo, costine affumicate e formaggio ! Mi prendono in giro. Ebbene no abbiamo mangiato super abbondante e super saporito. Bravi ottima idea!

I stopped into the Club Mexicana in Soho on a recent visit to London. It's always a treat to find an excellent vegan restaurant on my travels. I had the cheezeburger burrito with guac and it was delicious, savory, very hearty. It looked a little lonely on the trays that serve as plates, and it would be nice if burritos came with a little side salad. The service was fast, friendly and excellent. The classic margarita was tasty, but on the expensive side for the size. I will definitely visit one of the Club Mexicana locations on my next visit to London.

Fantastic vegan Mexican food. We had the To-fish taco which was incredible. Also the El pastor taco which was also good. The classic nachos were delicious and the bbq jackfruit burrito was excellent. We had fries and refried beans as a side - the beans were amazing! Highly recommend.

5 minutes walk from Oxford Circus station this Mexican restaurant serves amazing tacos. We had one taco for each different kind plus a classic nachos, one frozen Pina colada and one margarita, all of them were delicious. We will back for sure. We spent around £40 for 2 of us.

The food is absolutely amazing! The vegan tacos taste like real meat! The rib, chicken, and cheeseburger tacos are to die for. They do Taco Tuesday as well where you get unlimited tacos for £25 I think. They keep them coming fast, and they don't skimp on them like in some other places. The only downside is that the place is a little small, so not much fits on the tables. Staff is lovely.

Best food on my 3 day trip to london

First visit to Club Mexicana at Kingly Court yesterday lunchtime and wow! Fricken delish vegan food! I had a cheeseburger taco, pulled bbq jackfruit taco and shawarma taco washed down with two frozen margaritas! Yum yum yum! Best vegan food Eva!!! Service was spot on too - can’t recommend enough! Go get your vegan on! ❤️💕

We had a reservation for 8:45 and upon arrival were told they were closed. They did honor the reservation (good staff) but were out of tortilla chips and guac. A literal staple. Maybe this would be good at a better time but after a 40 min travel period, disappointing.

Was a bit hesitant to go to a Mexican restaurant in London as they are usually really bad, unfortunately this experience was just like all the others. Absolutely no flavour in the Tacos and ridiculously expensive for what it is. It should be no surprise however with a menu having strange ‘taco’ fillings such as shawarma and cheeseburger. An absolute crime to the Mexican cuisine and they have no right to call themselves Mexican. Service was pretty poor also. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 was because the other people there seemed to enjoy it. I suggest anyone from a cultured background to stay away.

I got the BBQ bowl with black beans. Super flavorful. Only critique is that for the additional charge for beans, I think there should have been more beans. Would have also enjoyed a bit more lettuce! Great casual vibe and service.

The absolute best vegan Mexican food you'll find in London. Heck, it may be the best vegan Mexican food on the planet! If you're going after 5:30 p.m., be sure to get a reservation. A special shout out to Victor and Chris in the kitchen for the bomb 💣 chorizo and sweet potato burrito. Also, a tremendous thanks to Elouise for welcoming us and making our dinner a fantastic experience. Can't wait to return before we head back home to Boise.

Delicious food. Wasn't even aware that it was 100% vegan until we got there. I had Tacos (To-fish) and it was delicious!! My friend had them with jackfruit and she loved them as well. Our server was called Ophelia (I hope I didn't spell her name wrong) and she was amazing. We will definitely be back!

went during a busy night and waited for a table however a group had already taken the empty table. waitress kindly gave us the table instead as we were waiting first. just ordered the fully loaded nachos which was really yummy however wasn’t much meat. overall, would come again to try other options! they also do nhs discount!

Hunting for a Mexican restaurant lead us to Club Mexicana, a busy little place in one corner of an equally busy Kingly Court. Despite this, and not thinking to book ahead, we got a table very quickly. The staff were very polite, great customer service. And the food was delicious too. I should add, we genuinely would've given this place a miss had we noticed the Vegan notice on the menu before we sat down. We will definately return now though.

Complete disappointment. After visiting this restaurant, I realized that you should never trust reviews on Google. Terrible service, the restaurant does not have many tables in this place, when we were there, there were not many people. but despite this, 3 waiters could not cope with the service, they were very slow, constantly talking to each other. we had to wait 15 minutes just to be seated even though there were 3 free tables in the restaurant. we asked 2 times and only 3 times they allowed to sit down at the table. we ordered 3 tacos, it was impossible to eat them because the tortilla was very raw, because of this, all the toppings were on the table. we had to remind the waiter that we ordered a 15 minute cola. I ordered a burrito, my boyfriend ordered a bowl. but the waiter brought two bowls. I had to wait again for my burrito. when I took the first bite, I felt a very strange taste, it turned out to be lime quarters. that's just terrible. after a few bites, I left the burrito, there was no mood anymore. Naturally, none of the waiters asked if everything was okay. The waiters made mistake after mistake. would not recommend to anyone, will never go back to this place

Great Vegan Mexican restaurant, went for the 'tacos Tuesday' with unlimited tacos can definitely recommend. Service was fast so we felt like we had more than enough tacos within the time. The staff were also great with pointing out allergens. It looked like people were being turned away as they had not booked so booked is probably advised Note a service charge is added to the final bill

It’ s located in Kingly Court, Soho, a little mexican street food corner in pink. Extremely busy, the staff is friendly but you can feel the caos during the waiting period, better to make a reservation. Small sitting capacity inside and outside. Toilet is common and in the 3rd floor of Kingly Court. Card payment only. Soft tacos were the best, they serve also nachos and burritos, frozen margarita, Mexican Beer. I recommend; Fully loaded Nachos BBQ Rib Taco Fried Chick’ n Taco Frozen Margarita were very accommodating and got me a table as soon as they could. The majority of what I had was delicious (To-fish Tacos, Fried Chicken Tacos and Cheeseburger Burrito), the only thing I would say wasn’t worth it was the empanadas. Though they tasted good, the portion was very small considering the price. However, overall and excellent experience. little slice of taco heaven, just off Carnaby Street.

Service from the staff was poor. They made it very clear to us from the start we could only have the table for 1hr 15mins, that was fine. However, we did not need to be reminded of that fact every 5 minutes and being pushed from the table, when they weren’t full, 20 minutes before the time they said they needed it. Food wasn’t bad but it’s all fake meat vegan rather than using ingredients which are naturally vegan. Slightly expensive for what it was but might be due to the area. Overall would not return and would not recommend. Your money will be better spent elsewhere

Went on a Tuesday evening for Taco Tuesday. Tired 3 different taco options. And i must say i was pretty full after. Tacos were full of flavour and great for sharing. The frozen pina colada was delicious too
