Went for a bottomless brunch, service was lovely and speed of service was great.

The place was really nice, and the food and cocktails were fantastic. However, the organization left much to be desired... We met with friends for a Bottomless Brunch. The first drinks were brought after over 30 minutes of waiting. In the meantime, after about 20 minutes,we received Mimosas, which were part of the package, were brought. After ordering the first cocktails, everyone received theirs except me. However, one of my friends received two, simply because no one claimed it. It wasn't the one I ordered, so I asked for the drink I had ordered. After waiting several more minutes, I reminded the staff about my drink again. The waitress asked me if I was sure I had placed the order... I saw a waiter who brought 'my' drink to the table next to us. The lady there was surprised, but the waiter asked if he could leave it with her, and she happily agreed. After this situation, I asked the waitress again, and on the third attempt, she finally brought me what I wanted After over an hour, the food was served. After meal we pointed out that we didn't receive chips and salsa as a starter, and then they brought us another round of mimosas instead of the snacks. After pointing it out again, we finally received the snacks and we were offered the option to order two drinks at once, but they were brought with very long delays. On the plus side, they extended our drink time beyond the 90 minutes we were originally supposed to stay. Otherwise, with the 'bottomless' offer, we would have only gotten about three drinks

I have been here a few times now and am never disappointed. Today, my husband and I ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl. Very tasty food.. Felt relaxed in here and it wasn't noisy. The staff were friendly and professional. Really enjoyed the Merlot wine. This place does not disappoint and we will be back again soon.

Our bottomless brunch was really fab. The member of staff named Amy was the nicest, most helpful person! The whole atmosphere was lovely. Live music, amazing cocktails and an all-round lovely experience. We will definitely return again . 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m absolutely heartbroken about the service I received, this was booked as a surprise for my hen do, there was 8 of us all together, Don’t get me wrong the atmosphere was good but that’s what you make of it, bear in mind the money you spend, you only get so long for your table, we was seated and it took almost 30 min for our first round of drinks to be taken, the table was wonky and one of the glasses broke, the waitress refused to clean it up and we had to do that ( didn’t mind) it took an hour for our food to be ordered and at this point we all only had 2 drinks, so we asked if we could order 2, the waitress was so so rude it was disgusting! To the point the ladies we didn’t even know on a table next to us complained on our behalf because they wasn’t happy either, We had a friend who had allergy’s and clearly told them etc, then her food was covered in what she couldn’t eat and they just told her to pick them off so we had to complain again, until they finally brought her something different! Highly advice to grab a mcds before you’d be more satisfied! A lady on a different table even offered me her drink that’s how bad the service was that we received. Would not recommend! Revolution sort your staff out.

Went for lunch at Revs de cuba for my birthday. Was brilliant food offers and delicious food and cocktails. Entertainment wasn't bad either if you go for a bottomless brunch.

The positives: Food was delicious - well made and very high quality. Drinks were lovely and great value for money in the deal Our waitress was lovely, especially as she was dealing with some trickier customers The downside: We were seated immediately next to a very rowdy group who had been doing the bottomless brunch, despite other seats being available. It became apparent that one of the group works in the restaurant, they were not quiet about this fact. Smashed glasses, shouting, loud videos on phones and general disruption really spoiled the atmosphere and our experience. With or without one of the group being a staff member you would expect staff to ask a group behaving this way to leave the restaurant area (there is a large bar space for just drinking) but as one person was very vocally a staff member it seemed they could just do anything and other diners experiences didn’t matter.

Łukasz was amazing. I was in for an event and he took amazing care of me. the service that i experienced was 1 in a million- and i’m sure everyone else felt the same. in a room full of people i felt like i stood out. if lukasz isn’t a manager i will be surprised. Thank you for an amazing time

Organised and attended a hen do at revs de Cuba! It was absolutely amazing! The communication from the start was really good and any changes that needed to be made were done without a fuss and swiftly. The cocktail masterclass was great and so was our host, Sophie! The food and atmosphere was fabulous! Could not have asked for a better time!

Been a number of times now for lunch, service excellent, food exceptional, drinks brilliant.

It was okay, it could be better.... Food was okay and initially we received good service. Although, we were mostly the only customers but they kinda forgot we were there. They didn't clean our table for I believe more than 20 minutes (I don't know exactly how much time) after we finished our food and when the waiter came to clean, and we asked for the dessert, they said that the kitchen was already closed. It could be a better service if they would ask us if we wanted dessert before closing the kitchen...just a suggestion though.

Very poor value bottomless brunch, tiny food portions, starter sizes and poor quality. Cocktails were plentiful but disgusting, all tasted the tame, all too sweet and full of syrup and no alcohol, tasted them all and still sober and all vile. Will not return, waste of £35 a head

Came here last night for my birthday I will not be coming again! The barman was so rude I don’t know how they get away with talking to customers that way absolutely ruined my night. Avoid Avoid Avoid place has gone down hill so much shocking!

Me and my two partners visited the city centre to enjoy an evening. We booked an escape room & drinks after. Revoloution de cuba is the perfect place to go for a date! Both my partners absolutely loved it here and the service was great.

Dancehall? Rnb? Reggaeton? If this is your taste in music, then this is the place to be. That… paired with the appetisers, shot options and cocktails Revs de Cuba is a great night out. Whether a work night, link up with the friends or a spontaneous one.

We came here for a family member’s significant birthday, and it was perfect. There was 7 of us, and there was absolutely nothing wrong with any drinks or more importantly the food orders, absolutely brilliant. Fantastic choice of vegetarian options too. Service from Tobias was also fantastic, a great night all round.

Coctail master class as a birthday gift . Both my partner and I had fun the bar staff were friendly informative and knowledgeable. We were shown how to make different drinks . This is also included shots a welcome drink and a meal we got to make a couple of drinks each behind the bar . The food was lovely but the drinks were even better. We left slightly tipsy but happy . Next time we hope to book but as part of a larger group.

Always pleasantly happy when I visit here, such a great place with the best Latin music and vibe. Service from the lovely Freya, is another plus as she is a great asset to the team here and makes cocktails the way they should be served (unlike other nearby establishments) Food is full of flavour and happy hour is the best time to go for drinks galore. Recommend a visit!

We went for a midweek lunch and took advantage of the tapas plates at 3 for 18 pounds, along with their teapot of rum and raspberry cocktail. Cannot fault a single thing, food was fresh and tasty service was attentive and drinks were generous. The rum and raisin ice cream paired with a shot of rum and a cup of espresso was an unexpected flavour combination that I won't soon forget and will be back for again

I don’t usually do reviews but I’ve got to write one as the service and night we had here was incredible. I don’t live in Nottingham so our trip here was a spare of moment thing but Cameron's, May and Diego’s service was incredible Cameron was really funny and we had a good laugh May was really lovely and friendly despite having a rude customer (I work in the industry and let me tell you it’s easy to let rude customers effect your mood) this didn’t effect her mood and still served us with a bright smile so thank you. They both ensured we were served quickly and all 3 went above and beyond to ensure we had a good night so thank you. Well deffo be coming back.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday at Revolucion de Cuba. We were given a private room ( Havana room). From the moment we made an enquiry to the night of the party, the service was brilliant. Both of the managers ( Ed/Edward), were very helpful and responsive. Molly who was mainly serving us at our own bar on the night was also excellent. We enjoyed the buffet that was provided and like the food that they serve in the restaurant, it was delicious. There were a good selection of tapas dishes served. The atmosphere is the whole building (on a Saturday night) was excellent, we could go into the other bar/dance areas of Revolucion de Cuba, and then come back to our private room for a chill out. We would highly recommend holding a party/function at Revolucion de Cuba!

We visited Revs de Cuba last weekend for my partners birthday celebrations... we had great service and amazing tapas small plates. I was really impressed... we will definitely visit again!

Absolutely fantastic food and great customer service, only popped in for food and one espresso runtini cocktail but ended up having two cocktails as they are absolutely amazing. Feeling very full and tipsy.

We were a walk in and were seated immediately, offered menus, then within a minute or two out waitress Frey arrived with water without us asking which I thought was a lovely touch. She grabbed us the lunch deal menu, gave us appropriate time to peruse and my friend and I both got tacos, her beef, mine the vegan plantain. Frey was attentive without being overbearing, gave me handy advice on how to replicate a café cubano at home and made me feel really at ease about making changes to my order (the vegan plantain option was listed online, but only the vegetarian was listed on the in person menu so I asked if I could get it without the feta and she was so sweet about it). The service genuinely was a 10/10 and when you think of a stereotypical "great waitress" that was Frey to a tee. As for the food it was delicious, but if you're going for the lunch menu be aware the portions are on the smaller side, delicious but perhaps the lunch menu isn't the best if you're super hungry. This was my first foray into Cuban food and while I have no doubt it's not exactly what you'd find in Cuba, it is indeed lovely and worth the low price point. If you're ever stumped for a lunch option, I highly recommend Revolución de Cuba 🥰

Live music and delicious food. Excellent cocktails liven up the night. The service again was very good and food arrived quickly. I loved the spicy chicken.. A good band playing in the background kept the armosphere bubbling. This was a quick bite before the theatre, but we will be back soon. Good value, especially with happy hour

Really good welcome, very friendly waitress. Good table given. Explained all about menu and that it was happy hour, 2 for £10 cocktails. Gave us plenty of time to make a decision on food and drinks. Excellent choice. My daughter and I having a much needed catch up time, Three hrs we spent and never once felt rushed. A good visit, fabulous building. Thank you

Overall the food was ok however the experience of dining here wasn't pleasant at all. First off the drinks menu doesn't even list all soft drinks like water, Coke, lemonade etc, why I'm not sure. Then find out that of the 6 selections of the canned drinks on the menu only 1 was available. Mocktails also advised only suitable for 16+ as could have traces of alcohol, which never I've never experienced before. Ordered a coke, which later found out was a little more expensive than I expected, due to it not being on the drinks menu. Ordered the fish and then 5mins later got told it was unavailable. So then ordered the veggie burger, though 2min later again was told this was unavailable! I got a apology saying they've been busy since Thursday! Not really my problem, however I would have been more understanding (if still frustrated less) if staff knew food availability before giving you the menus. Also isn't it a requirement to show calories on menus (not that I'm watching mine)? After finally getting the shredded beef burrito, it was ok though nothing special. I did really enjoy the sweet potato fries and guacamole (which tasted like it had been made fresh on site). Don't think I'll be coming back.

Bottomless brunch was fantastic! Fray looked after us brilliantly. Great welcome, excellent prompt service, even quickly replacing a spilled drink and bringing us birthday shots. Cocktails were beautiful, definitely worth the upgrade to include more Cocktails. We had a great time - thank you Fray for all your hard work 👍

Demi was the nicest girl ever!! she served us and many other tables at the same time, making drinks, taking orders and serving food. This is so much more than we expected and she did such a good job. She was so so amazing She deserves a raise, I hope she knows how much of a good job she has done. The people behind the bar did nothing to help her so they don’t deserve anything.

Had afternoon tea but not in the traditional sense! A warm welcome with good service. Both the savoury and sweet foods were very tasty, and hot where appropriate. Visited late lunchtime and although fairly quiet there was a nice feel to the place

Food was great and served quickly although it was quite empty. The place has been decorated well so you could easily imagine it's in Cuba. Service was efficient but the waitress did not smile once. BEWARE though, they add a service charge to the bill without telling you. Given that the service was miserable, I object to this policy. Such a shame they let themselves down with basics.

I didn't eat but just went for a drink. It was a little early in the evening so wasn't packed either in the restaurant or bar areas. However, my wife pointed out to me how there were hardly any women in the place. Is there any particular reason. Just for balance, we don't live in Nottingham and it maybe because more females frequent there later in the evenings as a rule.

This was a random night, where my partner used AI to plan an evening out for a visiting friend. This worked out well. The food and service was very good, with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. After eating we had a drink and a dance where the customers were also out to enjoy themselves. A well-deserved five stars and we will be back for another night there.

My friends and I came here for tapas and cocktails and were really impressed with the quality of the tapas! We ordered a lot because I believe there was a deal and it was all so tasty! Plenty of vegetarian options! The cocktails are great and were 2-4-1!

Last night I went to Revolution De Cuba because it was my girlfriends birthday. I went up to get us two cocktails that cost £18. FFS just for two lousy cocktails. Then not long afterwards I went to the bar for Birra Moretti that cost nearly £6 for a small I felt sorry for me wallet spending £24 on 3 drinks. I wouldn't even step foot in here ever again the prices are too extortionate

My friends and I went for dinner at RDC to catch up. We’ve had bottomless brunch there in the past and had a great time. On this occasion however the experience was different. It was very dark in the restaurant, and there was a live band. The band was so loud that we couldn’t hear each other talking at all, and the overwhelming noise quickly became too much. There was also an issue with the total amount of our bill and it was more expensive than it was meant to be. The food was good, and the staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. However, the prices were quite high for the portion sizes and the live band was much much too loud

Popped into Revs with our teenage boys before going to the theatre. The service was good, even though they were very busy. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. We all has a selection of Tapas dishes which were all delicious. We had quite a lot leftover but staff were happy to pop it in a box for us to take home. Two-for-one cocktails were spot on too! Overall, a great experience and very tasty food!🥰

Came here for a friend's birthday, the drinks took ages I ordered on the app and it took 40 minutes after we actually found our server who took the food menu and did them herself despite a guy looking at the online orders 15 mins before her it wasn't busy at all really nit an enjoyable experience

The revolucio'n de Cuba is truly an amazing venue/bar / dining experience with a Latin feel & Latin inspired drinks & menu , set in a rustic antique building that originates from around the Georgian era . The revolucio'ns interior is very reminiscent of a pre 1960s Cuban night spot & features many vintage advertising items for the range of classic rums & spirits from the Cuban stable , plus some retro photos & pictures of Cuba's people & it's heroes . The decor is an eclectic mix of antique & Latin & many of the buildings arches , doors & masonry have been left as was and they are over 120 years old plus . The mix works & the atmosphere is relaxing rustic & romantic . The staff were very polite upon my visit & for the early doors slot , table service was included . The revolucio'n has a very good selection of speciality rums & spirits , plus a good cocktail menu & a good selection of premium draft beers & continental lagers all reasonably priced for a city centre venue . The revolucio'n has a good selection of table snacks & meals that are Cuban & Latin inspired & are also at reasonable cost , the revolucio'n does have a early doors happy hour & a two cocktails for £10 which makes it an excellent choice for the more adventurous drinkers who appreciate value for money & quality drinks in quality surroundings . The revolucio'n has probably the best fully loaded bar I have seen in the Nottingham area & it really is a little bit of Cuba from days gone bye right here in Nottingham ! Without the long flight ! . So if you like a bit of Latin spirit in your glass I'm sure the revolucio'n may well fill your spirit & soul with its totally unique atmosphere ! . RECOMMEND DRINK Cuba libre of course ! .

My food was good. My daughter's food was good. The other 3 adult guests were a little less impressed, but not unhappy with theirs. My recommendation is to have the tapas triple and Include the nachos. Would be 4 star, but if you want to charge £10 for a single cocktail it had better be damn good, and it was very average so you only get 3.

I would give less than 1 star if I could, no awareness of current offers, terrible bar staff and even a manager who does not seem to care less about allergies. Very concerning.

We are here for our twin friend's birthday, the food was fab and came out all together too. It will be two of us birthdays in March we will book again for the 16th. The cocktails were pretty damn good same for the service too. 🍹🥃🥃💪
