Rubbish store with 0 management deliveries wasn’t getting prepared and it took hours and hours with no update as drivers kept cancelling because the food never got prepared even though it has been paid for ages ago !!!!! That’s not normal

Don't buy food here because security don't let you eat there even if you buy their food, very lame

Ordered food via delivero. Order was accepted and was waiting for it. After one hour received a phone call from delivero head office that no order had been prepared and the rider was told there is no food. Very bad customer service by the taco bell. My son waited for more then one hour And he got upset and slept empty stomach.

The food is nice but the service is slow and sometimes the music is so loud. Couple of times items from my order were missing and I needed to get back which is annoying. If they improve their service next time my review will be 5*

Creo que esta campana de Taco siempre es tranquila y a veces no merece serlo. No es lo más ordenado o bang al día, pero la comida siempre se cocina fresca. Creemos que las patatas fritas son fabulosas con el condimento y la elección de bebidas es buena.

Had to wait 15 minutes for food in an empty restaurant, had to ask about it (absolutely fine but 2 people got theirs before my order). One of the cooks kept shaking hands with 3 different people and didn’t change gloves (went back to cooking). 20.30 9/12/24

Food exactly what you'd expect, and without the queues of the maccies next door. A little cold near the door, but plenty of seating, and pretty fast food!

The workers did not seem to care about anyone’s food or order, I ordered a taco and it came all crunched up, they seem to put no effort into the orders at all.

I am absolutely livid, I ordered a meal. I had a burrito, nachos and a BOTTLE of tango. What I received is a different story. My nachos are basically empty, my burrito is so small, my niece could consider it a snack and she's 12! I received two cans of tango instead of a bottle. Absolutely fuming. I hope the place gets shut down. Pathetic excuse.

A very well located small restaurant with fabulously good food and exceptionally great cheese sauce. The restaurant was clean, presentable, with fast service and great music. The price is reasonable for 3 persons. I recommend this restaurant for a visit including small children. Well done, Taco Bell.

The manager was so kind and so were all the workers it was late at night and they were still so accommodating and kind to everyone, genuinely recommend

I have been going to the taco bell chain for many years now and the quality of the service has deteriorated a lot. The food is not cooked. The quantity is spared. A big disappointment all round.

If you like Taco Bell (which I do!) then this place is great. Service is really quick during quieter times and is decent at busy times, and the staff are all really lovely. I've been there a bunch of times and always got the right order, and there are always seats available plus USB charging points. The only downside is, like pretty much every Taco Bell, the music is louder than you'd expect for a fast food place. Not great for chatting but that's not a major issue!

Me encanta Taco Bell, pero tengo que decir que estaba horrorizado por mi experiencia en este lugar específico. Debí haber sabido salir cuando vi las caras de los empleados luciendo antagónicas y francamente deprimidas y a los diversos clientes quejándose de que sus alimentos estaban fríos. Sin embargo, todavía pedí porque me encanta Taco Bell en general y he aquí mi comida estaba fría y me faltaba la mitad de mi comida! Compré una bebida grande, papas fritas grandes y burrito volcánico. ¡Imagina mi sorpresa cuando recibo una lata de 330 ml y NO FRITOS! Estoy disgustado por este Taco Bell y para todos los que disfrutan de su comida tanto como yo, le recomendaría que tomara el tren a Lincoln porque el precio del viaje vale la pena obtener la comida que paga.

Food and service were great but, despite being nearly empty it was very unclean and trash littered everywhere

Have only tried Taco Bell twice and sadly both times been disappointed, my order very late almost 1 hour 30mins which in some respects I understand given the distance for the driver, but the food arrived with items missing and was inedible. I think offering delivery so far out, is not the best idea and will save you more complaints. It wasn’t a cheap order either almost £40.

I had the chicken wrap with chips, it was gorgeous.

Unfortunately I found the task of purchasing food from this place very unpleasant. I stood waiting for my food for 30 minutes to then ask them if my food was ready. For them to reply, our uber orders are priority. Also the staff cant speak English which makes your ordering process a lot longer

The food here was actually really nice. However, when I came in last night, majority of the employees are so rude and unhelpful, I ordered my food on the machines and was stood waiting for 20 minutes to be told that I hadn’t made an order when I knew I had !! So I went back to the machines following them repeatedly telling me I was wrong and hadn’t order the food … to reorder the same items as I did previously. I have now noticed this morning that I have been charged twice for the same food from the order that i apparently didn’t make prior to them forcing me into reordering !! I’ve tried calling the shop multiple times today to resolve this issue and I’ve had no answer.

The music is played so loud that the speakers are cracking/popping. Couldn’t talk to each other or even hear the staff call out our number. Place was dead when we visited during the school Holidays. Lady’s first toilet was dirty and had no toilet seat, looked ripped off. My son’s first visit to Taco Bell and he was really disappointed in how dirty and uninviting the place was. The one near Victoria centre is slightly better. Food was ok typical of Taco Bell.

Machine wouldn't issue a receipt, the music blasts electric dance too laud to talk , all the food was cold , my burrito had no beef one toilet was locked and the second has no light in it the staff take the piss with a burrito full of avocado, all round terrible experience , please fix level zero customer service

Ordered at the till and was passively served by toby. He did not pay attention to the order or any questions asked at all. Once I had a look at the receipt I had seen he had put through something completely different to what I had asked for. Thought it was fine to let them know so they could resolve the issue, however I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully as a customer as the server was arguing when I was simply being patient and telling me to basically do one. The manager politely resolved the issue however he was constantly being rude and argumentative. Almost felt threatened with the stares and comments I was receiving by TOBY. Will not be back here again. Not to help it I got back and my order was still wrong!

The times I've been there's always been kind staff, generous with giving out their wonderful sauces if asked. Very consistent order quality, very tasty, can be great value depending on what you go for. The taco shell made of chicken is a wonderful way to avoid some carbs, and they do it well here. Larger store, only ever been here at night. Often empty and not busy (at night) - so extremely fast service. Many charger outlets for your electronics - very useful.

COLD AND DIRTY Great food, nice staff, but the place is always so cold and dirty which puts a downer on things.

I'd bot had Taco Bell for about 18 years, since the days when I would romp around California's Central Valley. With that in mind, I was sceptical about how much it would have changed in the near on two decades since I'd last had it, coupled with the fact that far from being served in the heart of California, this was to be served in the middle if Nottingham, a place where, thanks to a large student population, standards aren't what you would call high. But to my immense (and very pleasant) surprise, the food I had at this Taco Bell was just the same as I had all those years ago on America's west coast. Indeed, it took me back a little bit! Granted, I only had the standard burrito (the equivalent of ordering a cheeseburger in McDonald's), but nevertheless, changes of location and the ravages of time can change things. For example, McDonald's always tastes better in America, Guinness always tastes better in Ireland etc etc, but I'm delighted to say that here, at Taco Bell in Nottingham, they got it spot on. As with Taco Bell in the US, there is as much authenticity to true Mexican food as you will find in my sock drawer, however that doesn't stop this being a very, very good place to have a quick bit to eat at prices that, quite frankly, put the other fast food outlets to shame. I will be coming back for sure!

Place was very messy, but the food was good as always.

Place was filthy and food was appalling. Sorry guys but it was really bad. I took one bite of my taco and threw it in the bin. The tables were all dirty. After asking a member of staff to clean ours, we ended up having to use our knees as tables as the waiter wiped the table with a dirty wash cloth and dirty water which stank, it had been sat on the side prior. We were expected to put our food on the soaking wet table without even so much as a tray. Not a great experience at all.

Absolute appalling Taco Bell. Your Mansfield store isn't mentioned here so I'm doing a review here. Some poor individual was vomiting his guts up right outside the store, against the glass. He'd just eaten in your shop and then got sick. Not only did no one come and ask if he was OK but they left the vomit there. No cleaning went on at all. Disgusting. I will never eat in this establishment ever again.

Quick service when visiting on New year's Eve. Drinks machine was spitting ice onto the floor making the floor unsafe, staff were not prompt at cleaning this up or fixing the issue. Otherwise Taxi Bell experience as expected.

I asked if seven layer meatless burrito was vegan and not vegetarian. I can’t consume dairy and can make me unwell. Noticed after eating I was getting uncomfortable stomach pains. Decided to google ingredients and turned out what they told me wasn’t true and was in fact vegetarian not vegan which lead me to become sick. I tried to complain via their website but don’t think I got anywhere. Wanted me to show receipt in photo. Well they had no receipt paper in their self order so wasn’t able to do that. Not only am I vegan , but I also get sick from dairy. So not happy at all

Visited 27th dec, 1st time. Found the Service was quite poor, the 2 staff on duty looked like didn't want to be there, we discovered some of our order was missing, but since the self service kiosk hadn't given a reciept was nothing we could do. Food we did get wasn't labelled/ticked to define differences so.had to open.up to see which they were. Disappointed & definitely Won't be visiting there again.

Quesedila, needed microscope for meat and cheese. Tortillas nice and crisp. Party of 8, none impressed with their meals. Service not quick, if we hadn't gone early, our Theatre Royal bookings would have been strained.

Ask the attendant for the volcano crazing box meal and even pointed it out to her on their display board as the self service machine would not complete my order when I removed the cheese from the order. When my husband and I got our order it was just the plain volcano meal. We approach the staff about the error and even the manager who said that she can't do anything about it and have to charge us extra for the other items that was missed out. How difficult is it to take a simple order for two people and fix it when it is wrong. Honestly I would give no stars if I could.

My order had 3 burritos with rice, all the rice was hard as a rock and made the entire order inedible. Teeth are in pain as a result after just a few bites of trying to eat it.

There is no way to charge your phone actually (eating at 21:30) unless you manage to get a hold of upper management (the staff making and serving the food not actually helping when stating they will ask upper management to turn on the electrical socket; my first and only experience of asking such staff to far)

Everything we ate was great apart from the churros, which were stale, chewy and cold - don't know why it's so hard find a place that does good churros! But can't fault the rest of the food at all.

Would sooner of not given any stars. We were in Nottingham for a show and decided to try Taco Bell. Definitely the first and last time. BEWARE of the self service machines, first screen on right as you enter door, apparently always plays up(manager quote). The machine took payment but no order code or receipt. Screen displayed out of order. Proceeded to counter, explained to server who went to check their screens. Another colleague came over and said she would prepare the order. Manager then came and said would need to re order, explained several times to him and showed bank charges to be told by manager it will return to account in 3-5 days, sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't, that screen always does it. Come into shop if it doesn't. I Explained we weren't local to that store. I asked manager to give confirmation that we hadn't received what we had paid for, he wrote in neon marker on a scrap of paper my phone number and kept it and said you just need to use Adam 05, they will know who I am. Contacted customer services who stated they didnt get involved with stores but they could offer a goodwill food voucher, told go back to store to try for a refund it's not down to us. I would return but with transport and parking charges would cost a whole lot more to do so. Thankyou to the male and female servers who did try to be helpful and rectify but were stopped by the so called manager, who could clearly learn customer service from you both. Appalling customer service from manager and customer services.

Food was prepared quickly, was very warm and neat, the place was also very clean.

It was my first time at a taco Bell! The burrito was nice but very small and flat, not what I expected! The fries were nice. I also had chorros and the where chewy! Overall, it's not worth the money.

I've been to the one in Leicester a few times but I'm in Nottingham often and it's only a stones throw away from the hospital. Getting there was a breeze with parking right outside for disabled badge holders. I get there expecting them to not even have it ready (which is what happens when I click and collect in leics). To my surprise it was there and ready. I was greeted by 4 really lovely people who also divided the order into separate bags for ease of movement haha. It was clean and tidy, whereas the Leicestershire branch is worn down and manky. They were all so kind and welcoming the order was spot on. We had SO many condiments which we don't get in leics and it was all packed nicely and still hot! Fillings were generous and beautifully done. The Taco was layered to perfection! I got it home and the cheese was still perfectly sprinkled on top. It truly was delicious and made with care. Thank you! Will be back!

i ordered 3 separate meals and was only delivered 1. none of the chips were seasoned we called the restaurant all they said was ring uber. it’s not ubers fault. they get given the delivery they’ve been assigned to how are they supposed know. called the restaurant and all the girl said was “ erm erm erm call uber and complain “ had 0 idea what she was doing and was not helpful at all!!!!
