Forgot my burrito in the burrito meal. Had to run for the bus so didn’t realise until I got home. Very disappointed.

Shockingly expensive compared to its US counterpart. Unfortunately, I did not feel like it was worth the spend.

Worst place I have had the pleasure of eating at. Food was non existent, also wasn’t even assembled, I had to attempt to reconstruct what little I had. Very rude staff, but also the stomach issues that followed. This place shouldn’t legally be open if EHO just happened to conduct a 1 minute inspection. I could complain for hours but I’m sure, and hoping, this place will be the cause of its own demise.

This review is for your Mansfield store as it's not listed here for some strange reason . Dirty, been in twice, each time there have been lots of empty filthy tables. Staff have to be asked to clean them . Rubbish around and dirty windows. Last but not least, don't try to veganise or make your order vegetarian. Three times they got our order wrong by putting meat inside it. Never again.

I visited Nottingham in mid December 2022 with my wife and my daughter who is a fan of Mexican food. From the outside the place did not look inviting as the windows looked dirty. We ordered meals to eat inside. They were presented in a bag as if we were taking these away. We sat at what only can be described as a dirty table. My wife's food was almost cold and mine, with beef filling, was miniscule. We then noticed that they had not provided the fries with any of the meals. I complained and was provided with two small bags of fries. This was one short. This place is a disaster and I will never use a Taco Bell again. Disgusting.

For reasons I won't go into this was my next place to visit. I can't eat cheese so I went and saw a human to order my meal as I couldn't see on their touch screen to leave off the cheese. Anyway I chose the spicy burrito meal deal (extra beef for £1.50). It qas OK about as much I can really. No real kick, seasoned fries OK sadly to say a bit bland really. Service fine, clean on the whole. Not for me.

Just wanted food after a night out. Took almost 2 hours to get my food. More staff maybe? The queue was not orderly at all. People are pushing in. Feel bad for the staff as they need a bigger team, must be stressful!

today I went to the victoria centre Taco Bell and ordered my favourite a crunch wrap supreme and as I pulled it out from its package it was cold and it fell apart on the table seriously where the hell does Taco bell hire their staff from stupid people can't r us seriously they really need sort out their stAff and after my experience there today I WILL NEVER GO BACK

I ordered a 7 layer Burrito here. Had the following disappointments. 1. It was served not at all warm. I asked them if you prepared it now It shouldn't be like this at room temperature. Then they heated it and gave me again. Overall this means it was not prepared fresh. 2. It was not so tasty. No black pepper or even 1% any spice. No guacamole(this was mentioned in the ingredients but was nowhere). 3. My and every table were extremely dirty with either food pieces left by people, drops of ketchup,cheese etc and tissues. 4. The food quantity was not good. The so called '7layer burritos) was very light and less in portion. It was not so good experience. There are many food joints near to it. If all are closed then only you think about going here.

Poor service, lack of Communication poor listening skills! Fix up mate a 5year old could do your job

The food was nearly cold and another one of my small fries was missing after paying so had to ask for it so finally got it and didn't tell u has to get ur own drinks once u had paid for it. So poor service really. Seem to just rush ppls food thru even thoe not hot enough, barely warm. Could do with better choice of filling too rather than just chicken and vegetarian option. Its not the easiest place to get to if you dont already have plans to venture into the city centre as I rarely do. Taco Bell would be better suited to opening a second store somewhere in the Nottingham area with a drive thru.

After having a bad experience with the Taco Bell in London I decided to try this one. Everything was fine until we had a 40 minute wait for our food? We approached the desk and the cashier noticed we hadn’t got our order still. Turns out our food was sitting there but no one called out our number. Our food was remade quickly but 2 items were missing. When we asked to get these we then got another bag a few moments later but still only got one of the two items?!?! It’s a shame the service was bad because the food was actually nice!

We ate here today as once in a while we fancy a Taco Bell. The restaurant was lovely and clean and they are definitely following the correct protocol to keep their staff and customers safe. We ordered the meal for 4 which was plentiful with lots of choice. The food was hot, I particularly love how they season the chips. The whole experience was enjoyable and we will be back when we fancy our next Taco Bell.

Whilst away i was happy to see taco B in the area and thought id go all out as had it before. I ordered a meal for 4 and large fries and had this delivered in no time. It arrived in good time, super eager to eat this i was straight in. But i have to say i was a little let down because it wasnt very warm, now i don’t expect it to be steaming however a little heat retention would be nice. And the large portion of fries was more of a handful with barely enough cheese sauce. Overall I enjoyed my food and managed to eat about 80% on my own. Either i was hungry or 4 people is optimistic to say the least. I have no idea what the spiral crisps were but tasted nice. Absolutely love the churros.

I love Taco Bell and am super happy they have opened up stores in the UK. The food is tasty and I especially love the quesadillas! it's fairly priced and delicious. 👍

My kids hardly ever try new food and tend to screw their faces up whenever anything even slightly new lands on their plates. They don't even like ready salted crisps!But they love this place!Their eyes literally bulged out of their faces in amazement when they tried their first taco, and we have to go back whenever we're in town.They also love the refillable drinks - it's the only place we know that does Apple Tango which is great.I will eat anything on the menu and normally end up just buying a load of different stuff - tacos, quesadillas, burritos. It's all really good.And Taco Bell hot sauce is the bees knees.

Our first (and last) experience at Taco Bell was not a good one! First of all the machines that you order on were broken. The tables were also dirty and hadn't been cleaned from previous customers. Service speed was alright but the staff did seem miserable. I ordered off the vegitarian menu but my other family members ordered off the regualar menu and we all had burritos. When the food came, they were all wrapped in the same paper so we had no clue which was the vegitarian. No sticker or anything to indicate which was which. We had to physically bite into the burritos to find out which was which! Absolutely disgusting! This could also be dangerous for people with allegens! Being vegitarian I was very upset by this. All they needed to do was put a sticker or something on the paper indicating that it was vegitarian/ meat free. Very unlikely that we will come back. Should've gone to McDonalds instead.

Our first time here but we’ll worth it. Staff were good, food was excellent, not disappointed in any way. Even ordered more after eating to take home. Definitely will visit again when back in Nottingham

Granted we did visit this restaurant on peak time on a saturday night so we did expect it to be busy. However, as lovely as the food was, the staff didn't seem entirely competent. The tables that were free were all dirty from the last customers which is to be expected, the problem was that although there was plenty of staff in the restaurant, no one was actually cleaning anything- we were in the restaurant for nearly 45 minutes and not once did i see staff actually clear or wipe away a table, customers were having to do it themselves even though there was 2 members of staff just loitering in the restaurant and seemingly just wandering up and down . When i placed my order the girl behind the counter could barely bring herself to speak to me, which is not only rude but rather off putting. Maybe this restaurant is great when its quiet and i just had an unfortunate experience, however with a restaurant like this in a city-with ample staff- you would expect them to be able to cope effectively and efficiently to a large extent, rather than there being numerous dirty tables, rude staff and a very noticeable lack of order or structure to the ordering/serving process.

We came to Nottingham for an overnight stay as were seeing Ultimate Strongman at Motorpoint Arena. We came here for a brunch, we had to wait outside for 5 minutes as staff were late in. They had order screens which enabled you to pay for your food prior to collecting, the food was good and we had a bit of everything as it was our first time. The only downfall is we wish there was one closer to us!! Amazing food, so yum.

My partner and I decided to have Taco Bell for the first time ever, and it was absolutely brilliant. We were served by Viona and she was very nice to us as we mentioned we had never eaten Taco Bell before, I thought service was really good and food was even better thank you very much !!!We have hard shell tacos with beef and burritos with chicken. Popped in with a friend instead of going to mcdonalds as had always wanted to try Taco bell. I had a quesadilla and my friend ordered the doritos crunch box. arrived canteen style in plastic tray and box, whatever seasoning was on the fries was not liked by either of us and considering they sell spicy food there is no cool sauce (eg mayo) available. Staff could not have looked more miserable in their work if they tried. Wish we'd just gone to mcdonalds next door.

Don't bother. Treated badly from beginning to end. Food was tasty but nowhere near worth it. No receipt from self service, no assistance from 2 staff members asked, chaos, incorrect order, then repeatedly counted down to closing time when I would have left on time anyway. Everything so rude and uncomfortable.

me and my sister decided to try out a new fast food restaurant about a year ago so we thought we'd pop into taco bell as we had heard about it in america. When we entered the place it had a warm atmosphere to it however it was fairly empty, this was the first red flag. I cant remember specifically what me and my sister had ordered but all i know is whatever i had was absolutely disgusting. As soon as we took a bite into whatever it is we had ordered i remember being soo disappointed. Hopefully tacobell step their game up espeically with competitors such as roosters and mcdonalds right beside them.I really do wish you guys all ther best.

34 minutes we waited for 2 crispy tacos and a quesadilla. Tried to get a refund after 15 mins, refused and so we missed our last train home. When the food finally arrived we threw it away it was so awful. It was chaos in there with everyone waiting a similar time and getting wrong food. Awful, awful place.

So I’m on my break at work and I am really craving a Taco Bell. So I order on Deliveroo and state my severe allergy details. My order arrives and they have not taken notice of the notes I had written. I call Deliveroo who kindly offered me a re-order. TAKE TWO. I call the restaurant just to double check that the allergy statements had been acknowledged and I was reassured by a member of the team that this was seen. However there was no apology for the initial mistake. My new order arrives and I can’t wait to get stuck in. Unfortunately, I can’t because once again they had put the specific products I have an allergy to, onto my order ONCE AGAIN. I was processed a refund in the end. If you are in this line of work then it shouldn’t take a complaint for you to start taking you’re job a little bit more serious. Allergies are a MASSIVE deal in this line of work. And it’s also very simple to look at a note on an order and to not completely mess it up. Makes my Latino self very very sad :(

Vegetarian burrito served cold inside and told it’s cold because of the veg in it. Lady assistant helpful but the male assistant didn’t come over to discuss but called me up to the counter. Chips on cool side too. Won’t be visiting again. Poor value fir money.

Personally,I don’t go to places like McDonald’s anymore simply because it got very boring however I’ve been visiting Taco Bell for nearly 3 years now and I love it way more than any other fast food restaurants.I still got quite a few things I wanna try in Taco Bell but I do consider it my favourite place to eat.*If you’re there for the first time and a bit confused,I would suggest getting the quesadillas and a crunchy taco,you can’t go wrong with that :) The place and the toilets are nice and clean and most importantly the food is not expensive at all❤️LOVE IT

Sick on the door handle, my friend put his hand in it and then goes to wash the sick off his hand and there is no soup, giving this he had to go to next door and wash his hands in Mcdonlds. My food took 30 min, people served after me got their meals before me. I ordered on the machine which didn’t give me a receipt so I thought fair enough, run out of paper maybe. Olny staff member I could have said was good was the lady cleaning tables, she was very oppologectic for her incompetent colleges, and might I say the only one that cracked a smile. Lady on the till exsptionaly awful I actually felt sorry for her.

I took my daughter there today and we couldn't get what we wanted ... in a restaurant that has a menu based around beef, they had run out of beef. What kind of manager would allow that? Anyway, she ordered another option based on chicken and I passed because it looked like slop, even on the menu pictures. Then we waited about 20 minutes in which time lots of numbers were called, and as we were in a bit of a hurry (fast food?) I went to ask how much longer it would be. Apparently, there were 4 orders before us and it's always this busy on Saturdays and Sundays. But the place was half empty and the staff were working a bit like the sloths in Zootopia. I got my money back with no apologies from the rude youth on the till.

12th February at 10pmAfter a lovely evening at the ice hockey we decided to go to Taco Bell. We have been here for 50 minutes and still have received no food. When first given waiting time it was 10 mins then went to 30 then kept going up. When asking where are food was we got ignored multipuly times and even were told “I am not going to go their order now” after polity asking where my order was. They then continued to laugh at us the whole time. The service we received was apauling and I will never recommend Taco Bell to anyone. The way we were treated was ridiculous and when we eventually got some food the cheese tasted like vomit and the churros were the hardest things I have ever tasted. Worst food experience of my life. All the staff were so rude and ridiculous way to treat their customers. If I could I would give this no stars!!

I've always loved Taco Bell and recently discovered the one here in Nottingham. When I ordered Alex was very friendly and showed great customer service. The food also arrived very quickly and as always from Taco Bell was great.

Its in the city centre and competes against a lot of other choices, but it does deliver tasty food quickly (Burger places take note), clean inside and never seems too busy so always able to get a seat, well worth a lunch time break.

I used to like popping in here for a quick bite when in Nottingham, but it's gone right downhill. On my last visit we tried to order a kids meal from the gigantic menu plastered next to the till that had a section entitled 'Kids Meals' but were told that Taco Bell no longer do kids meals. Fine. We ordered some food anyway, and sat at a table near the counter to wait for our order. For over twenty minutes. During that time a crowd of people came in and ended up standing around for a dog's age waiting for their food whilst a chain of Deliveroo and Uber Eats riders came in and picked up order after order. This seemed pretty off, making customers who are present wait indefinitely because your online business has picked up.Finally, one of the best reasons for visiting Taco Bell was the hot sauce. There was none to be found, so I asked at the counter and just got told 'sorry, we've run out'. That's like going to the zoo and finding out they've got no animals.Sort it out, Nottingham Taco Bell.

Not as impressed as usual. Cheesy chips were great but the bean burrito was just bland. There were no hot sauce satchets any where and after going on line it appears they're behind the counter but at no point were they offered. No napkin either.

My order was completely wrong,i ordered off the fresco menu which is meant to have no cheese and i ordered a fresco burrito with no pico de gallo and i was given and normal burrito,i think, which contained sour cream and cheese and beans and pico de gallo.If i had been lactose intolerant,gladly i am not i just don’t like cheese, then this could have been a problem. My visit before this the woman had to check what the fresco menu was because they didn’t know. I think the staff need to be educated on the menu and know it. I didn’t eat the burrito and didn’t tell the staff as the queue was very long and i was fed up by this point. very disappointed,will not be coming again

Staff are ignorant and rude. Our order was wrong, some of our food was incorrect and some of it was missed totally. When we tried to appeal this, we were shocked at the way the member of staff spoke to us. Other customers and even other members of staff were also visibly shocked at the way she spoke to us. I've never been spoken to with that kind of disrespect by a member of staff at any restaurant ever. We will not visit again.

This was my first time at a Taco Bell, I was pleasantly surprised the taco supreme I ordered was very tasty although I would have liked them a bit bigger, but I was very hungry. The food is reasonably priced and I would go again.

Despite having visited a number of cities and states in the US multiple times this decade I have never eaten in a Taco Bell.Was slightly surprised on a recent short break in Nottingham with my twelve year old son to spot that there was a branch in the centre of the city. He insisted we have our evening meal there. The food was surprisingly decent and reasonably priced. We particularly enjoyed our cheesy fries.

Popped in for a snack - had the beefy melt griller from the Cravers menu - it was filled with a tasty filling and was good value for the price. The place was clean and tidy and the staff friendly.

Just went there for lunch, ordered the crispy chicken. OrderProcess was smooth as you would expect I added the cheese to my fries. This I would recommend as the fries for my friend we dry.Food came quickly and presented just fine, not thrown together.Overall an enjoyable meal and would go again.

Was initially impressed with the poster above the order counter showing scrumptious melted cheese on the taco but when I received the order I was utterly disappointed. The cheese (and sauce) was just a diluted gooey mess - imagine diarrhoea! No more Taco Bell, thanks.

My daughter has been so excited to try this place, the food was ok...but ruin by poor service, we had not been before was not sure how to order or how the meals opinions worked...Anton the staff member on the till could not be bothered to explain or even talk politely I could not hear a word he was saying so rude!!!!!! This fast food place is surrounded by other choices, but this is the best imho, fast food service by pleasant staff in an easy to use venue, good choices, portions ok and tasty, toilets at the back always clean, overall mighty fine fast food.

Love Taco Bell. Chucking down with rain and you realise your about to run past. Duck for an early lunch. Big Bell box meal with churros and pepsi. Great food lovely staff. Brilliant.

I have been to this Taco Bell many times and I have never really been disappointed. The staff are amazing, and the food is great, amazing for its cost. THis is one place to go to if I fancy a bit of fast food.

This was my second visit as I haven't long discovered Taco Bell. Food is reasonably priced and a healthier alternative to McDonald's (depending on what you choose). I had 2 lettuce, tomato and grated cheese tacos with beans for filling (vegetarian option). They were very tasty and I would definitely have them again. Nachos to accompany them, which were very flavoursome. They offer Robinsons fruit juice as a flat drink option for the refillable cup, which is quite hard to find at most eateries. Lipton Ice Tea also a refillable option, amongst the standard fizzy drinks. The place isn't too family friendly as the tables are small and there was only 1 highchair in the whole restaurant.Overall I would recommend it for a light lunch or quick snack rather than for dinner as the meals on their own aren't very filling, but you do have the option to choose your own fillings!

One burrito was ridiculous in cost and it's about 3 inches long, cost me almost a fiver! shocking, tasted average but overall, very poor, unsure if I'd go back

I read a lot of novels, especially American novels in which detectives often stop off at Taco Bell for their lunch. I think I was vaguely aware that the brand had expanded into the UK but until a recent day trip to Nottingham I'd never actually one of their branches so I had to give it a go. The first thing that struck me was how quiet the place was at lunchtime on a Saturday, which isn't ever a good sign. However I ordered a burrito meal with chilli fries and a cold drink. The drink was ok and the fries were nice enough. The burrito was a decent size and had plenty of filling but it lacked any noticeable "Mexican" flavour or zing. It only struck me later that there's no choice of how spicy you want your food. If you buy a DIY burrito kit in a supermarket they usually come in mild, medium of hot variations but there's similar choice in Taco Bell. Maybe Taco Bell are trying to serve up one option that they hope meets all expectations but I feel that having a "mild, medium or hot" option would be better. Overall my meal was filling and about the same price as a meal from McDonalds (who have a branch right next door) but I suspect I didn't get the same experience Harry Bosch get when he stops off at Taco Bell on Sunset.

I loved it in here.We had deal for 2 it was only £10.99 we got nachos with good amount of dips.tacos,quesadilla, chips and bottomless drinks which i thought was great value.We had the choice of chicken/beef.3/6 they also, do good deals which are discounted.Would recommend as service quick good variety if you like this kind of food and very reasonably priced.

Called in today for lunch. A bean burrito and a spicy chicken burrito with chips and drink. Good quick food, staff cheerful. Spicy chicken was spicy not wishy-washy.

Tried for the first time. Tried a fajita burrito meal. What it looked like on the menu and what I received was not the same. Not much filling and basically just cheesy rice with pieces of chicken. Not much taste or flavour. Such a let down.The fries were nice though. On the plus side, the bloke serving was really friendly and the food did not take long to become ready.

Went here after a few drinks and was such a good idea, really great burritos and fries! Fast and polite service.

Its an American restaurant chain that we now have I the UK, its semi-spicy food in tacos, burritos with nachos, and its delicious. Its a clean and tidy small restaurant with fast service and a friendly staff and well worth trying.

I used to go here all the time when I lived in Memphis, USA. I was very surprised to see it had finally arrived in the UK. Taste, service and price (we had the six tacos for £9.99) were first class. Nottingham has learnt the American way to do food and customer service!!

Having been to the Florida for many years and seeing this chain all over the place how strange that my first visit is in my home city .They are a fast food chase that serve mexican at a very good price .If like me you don't like Mac or Kings and have fallen out with KFC this is a good alternative .Don't think that mexican is spicy as you get the sauce separately so if you don't want your mouth to burn it doesn't have to .We had a chicken mix platter and sharing natcho platter for less that any family share meal from the other outlets and for a change was very nice .The decor isn't any thing special but like all these places value comes at a cost and it's a small price you pay for a nice meal .

First time I went taco bell and definitely won't be the last. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially Luke, who served me, he asked what I liked and didn't like and made good suggestions. He was very patient when I was choosing what I wanted unlike in other fast food restaurants. Very clean and had a very civilized atmosphere. Food was delicious and full of flavour. You get free refills on drinks with a wide range of choices to pick from.

Taco Bell may not be everyone's idea of heaven, but it is mine when I want to leave the workplace for a midday treat. Also it isn't costly and has good healthy options!

Maybe my eagerness built up expectations a bit too high but I found the food quite underwhelming. Me and my girlfriend shared a share meal with chips nachos tacos and a quesadilla. I'd stay away from the tacos. I'd still encourage others to give the place a go, I'd definitely give it a second chance but don't expect the complete great quality food.

Taco Bell is the best but even better when you can get it in the UK. We need more in the UK. The drink station and floor are a bit messy but the food is fantastic as in the US. A good range of choice and very fast service. If your in the area you would be missing a treat if you do not come.

First visit to Taco Bell and first impressions last... We chose to 'eat in' and sadly it was difficult to find a seat that was clean, remnants of food; sauce and grated cheese seem to grace most surfaces, along with wrappers and serviettes. The food was mediocre, but to be fair for the price it was nothing more than you could expect. The area where you return your tray and sort your rubbish was overflowing to such a degree that the floor was littered with rubbish. On leaving Taco Bell I noticed that the area around the entrance was disgusting, littered with food and clumps of fluff, if I've have seen this on the way in I would not have stayed.For a Sunday afternoon I was surprised the staff were unable to keep in top of basic hygiene levels, very disappointing, would not recommend.

On a visit to Nottingham we were looking for a quick bite to eat and spotted the Taco Bell and having never tried one thought we would go in.They definitely live up to all the good things we have heard and both my husband and I enjoyed our choices.Pretty good value for money for a lunch time snack and a good variety on the menu to choose from. If we see one again we will pop in.

Ok i go to Taco Bell every Wednesday while I'm at college Ive tried most of what they serve but the best dish I have is the crunch wrap Supreme with nachos as a side dish which ive had no end of times and the mince beef just tastes amazing I would highly recommend this place to try I have also tried the beefy melt which is one of small side options for £1.89 great place great food for a great price

Me, my brother, his partner and my hubby went to taco bell as we heard of it in america. Did not realise there was one in nottingham. When we went in was pleasantly suprised. It wasnt full of screaming kids and dirty. It was lovely. We went to the server and placed our order decent prices. I had the bell box meal which was pulled pork burrito no sour cream, chicken taco, fries, drink, and choc churros. Hubby had volcano burrito meal with sol. Brother had crunchystack meal with extra beef taco and churros. And his partner had there cheesy chips with a cola. All that came to around 20 pound which is quite cheap. The burritos look small when you get them. But looks are decieving it fills you up really quickly. I loved my burrito. Hubby loved his was very spicy which he loves. We will all be returning again. Me and hubby are going back next week to sample the burritos again. I wasnt a fan of the churros but i think thats just personal taste. Thankyou very much.

We are huge fans of Taco Bell and hope they keep on expanding in the ukCrunchwraps for us with fries and quesedillas too. Oh my, how we love it. Haven't got one in my home town. Here's hoping we do have one soon.Free wi-fi- and charging ports too. We will be returning.

Been here a few times and the food and staff have always been really nice. Lots of choice and it is a little different, highly recommended.

Myself and partner were in search of somewhere quick to grab some food. After visiting the one in Sheffield we knew exactly what we wanted and what was to be expected. Nothing but good value taste food served with smile in a clean restaurant. The food was served quickly and we were on our way again in no time. Would recommend this and would definitely go again.
