Always come here for lunch it’s the best burrito place in notts. Vicki is always really friendly and provides a really good customer service

Cold food, wrong drinks served,place was freezing,no clue on allergens,no atmosphere,won't be back

I visited a few weeks ago after a very long train journey. Nicely decorated resturant with lots of seating. I think it was close to closing time because they had closed off the toilets. I'm sure if I had asked, they'd let me use the facilities. The nachos were tasty, and there's lots of topping options. The medium salsa was more of a mild taste but not bad. Some of the toppings and the fries were cold, and I wish there was more cheese sauce. But overall, I'd give the whole experience a 3/5. I'd go back and would love to try more of the menu.

One of the best burrito places!!!!

We are regular customers as we love burritos. However, on this occasion we found the staff to be very dismissive and not particularly friendly. The burritos were 10/10, we just hope that the service will match the quality of the food in our next visit.

The food tasted amazing but what really stood out to me was the service. There was a really sweet server named Tope who helped us out so much when it came to ordering as we had never been there before. I will definitely come again just cause of the amazing service!

Me and my partner literally live here, the food is delicious, we've been coming here over a year, at least once a month. The service is always fantastic and the staff are always so friendly. My girlfriend and I were served by Tope, Angel and Ruth today and they were so lovely. Would definitely recommend for a little date, we're both veggie and always feel well catered for. The music playing is also really good too which is always an added bonus!

Great for a filling lunch. I've got to say the team and the manager are always super friendly and understanding, but it's never thought. This really adds to the experience

First time at barburrito's. The server, Ropa, was great. Very friendly and welcoming. During conversation, somehow I became named "a bowl"...lots of laughing followed while Ropa guided me through the available choices. Lovely person to have front of house.

The Burrito was really good and very flavourful. We were served by Angel, one of the team member. She was very kind and generous and she made it as spicy as we wanted and we loved it. Very friend and she was our Angel in disguise. Thank you so much.

Staff were lovely, prices were fairly reasonable but the food itself was really bland. Even the super hot mango and habanero salsa had no spice; it was just cloyingly sweet. Portion size was okay, I guess?
