The food was delicious I love it worth to try it

Positives; *very tasty burrito *good and helpful staff *lots of menu options *nicely decorated restaurant and Mexican themed music. Negatives; *was a bit messy especially around the burrito making area * although not seeming that busy service was relaxed rather than prompt * if you don’t like mariachi music you might want to bring your ear plugs

Food is generally good, although they do sometimes mix orders resulting in literally a 'mixed bag' of food. Where this place let's it down is service, there seems to be nobody who is in charge and the staff seem poorly trained. They don't even know their own menu and ordering is often a chore - the iPad till set up should be fairly straightforward to use but even this confuses their front of house staff. Top marks for the Katsu Curry, and the wraps are good.

Taste of food is good but the staff is very rude specially that guy. He is lot of rude and bahave with attitude and disrespectfully. Whenever you go there try to avoid that man also there is one girl she is so good but that guy is very rude I experienced him 2 times and found him rude both times also he said our manager allow us to behave like this. 🤷

order took over an hour to arrive and they forgot the jalapenos and hot salsa :( the rest was nice though but a bit cold

This restaurant doesn’t exist in Whitley bay anymore.. trip advisor needs updating or something. I just phoned up and booked a table but arrived to a non existent restaurant (the place I spoke to was in South Shields)

Showed up for pur booking for a joint birthday meal to find the restaurant closed, in darkness, no sign on the door. They never contacted us to save us a journey. When I tried to call no one answered. Messaged them on messenger and Instagram to be responded with a screenshot of their Facebook post saying it's closed due to unforseen circumstances. Not even a typed message. No apology. This is our third attempt to go to this restaurant. We spent a birthday night trying to get into any other restaurant on the fell, all were booked, so found a takeaway pizza and left it there. Unforseen circumstances happen but the lack of communication, the rude screenshot response with no apology, it's not ok. This restaurant seems to have bitten off more than they can chew if leaving a note on a door for customers is too much to ask.

First time ordering, we got the large meal deal for two, said it would take 1 hour max, 2 and a bit hours later it turned up, £33.00 for 2 burritos and 1 bag of small fries. Ended up putting the burritos in the bin as we did not enjoy them at all, meat was too chewy and the beef tasted like aniseed. Would not be rushing back anytime soon.

I'd heard mixed things about Tequila Tequila & I had decided it was not for me. But a lad from work was having a small gathering as a celebration. 5 of us and he wanted to go here. This last night, Saturday night. We checked the opening hours etc on Facebook and turned up at 7.30pm. Lights off and a HUGE padlock on the front door.
