The best restaurants serving Mediterranean food in South East

My husband and I shared a couple of gluten free cakes, carrot and polenta with orange and a pot of earl grey tea each with proper cups and saucers, unlike M&S which does not provide saucers anymore! It was a very enjoyable break after our shopping visit before we went home. Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite.

Coming to Meejana is a real treat! Me and my family love coming here during the summer! I remember coming as a little girl and playing with the piano. This place has everything from a Lebanese look to the taste and smell! I love coming here and i encourage other to aswell 🤍👍🏻

Wings were so good and service was amazing, particularly a waitress named Vania who was so lovely and made my experience 10/10. Will definitely be coming back

Good atmosphere for the football.

I had the homemade sausage roll (without the salad) and it was outstanding value for money! It was a meal on its own at £4.50 and very tasty! Well done and compliments to the chef! Service and ambiance were excellent and I really enjoyed my visit. Would definitely recommend!

Best experience in Europe so far! We wandered in after seeing the sign describing the Tapas Lunch Special. Amina greeted us with such wonderful enthusiasm that set the mood for our entire experience. The Tapas were fabulous, we tried the Mushroom Croquettes and fell in love. We also ordered the Marinated Lamb dish that came with potatoes cooked with onions and chorizo... It was delightful. Amina was so happy we enjoyed the meal and suggested a dessert which was an almond cake with ice cream. We enjoyed it with an espresso to complete our wonderful experience. We highly recommend 'Que Pasa' so you too can experience 'what's up' in Abington UK. Thank you Amina for the wonderful time in your town😁

Been in here twice now as we have found space here to sit and relax when other cafes have been busy. On both occasions we have had a tea & cappuccino as well as a bacon, egg and cheeses sandwich. On both occasions we have had a good experience here, the bacon being cooked nice and crisp and the egg not runny which is just how we both like it, give this cafe/ restaurant a go if you are in town as it is a friendly and pleasant place to go.

Went in for lunch, really great first impression. Very friendly, welcomed also by locals. Nice atmosphere, very nicely decorated and spacious. Great menu, lots of choice, able to change around what we didn’t want for an alternative. When food arrived, very well presented, fresh ingredients, large portions! Tasted very nice indeed! Staff very attentive and polite. Absolutely also loved resident Rocky who made us feel very welcome indeed! What a fabulous member of the team! 🐶 Will definitely be returning on our next visit! Hands down the best souvlaki I’ve ever had! Perfectly grilled, juicy, and packed with authentic Greek flavor. Super friendly staff and quick service—this place is a gem!
