A great restaurant for a casual and reasonably priced meal. The service is very attentive and I recommend the gourmet mezze for two which contains lots of different foods for you to try on one big platter.

Disappointed. Beef kofta main was nice but I’ve had bigger starters. Chicken tagine was not a tagine; two small thighs with potato and a little sauce. Bread was dry and hard. Nino was not interested in our complaint.

Amazing experience! Would highly recommend this place to everyone. Traveled 20miles and it did not disappoint. Staff were nice and welcoming. We were greeted by Asad who sat us down, he gave us recommendations of starters which everyone loved then to follow was the mix platter which was more then enough of 5 of us. Having tried a lot of similar food around the area this place has set the bar very high. Also price was good considering it’s Cambridge.

Absolutely stunning good every time. Super fresh, prepared with care and so tasty. Great service and worth every penny. Only wished we lived nearer and could visit more often.

Great food, lovely atmosphere, attentive staff. The whitebait starter was delicious but the Lamb Tagine was the real star, it was full of flavour with large pieces of succulent meat and lots of other fabulous ingredients. We will return.

How can this place which has a nice decor, serves decent food have a hygiene rating that is so low and do nothing about it?! (Official hygiene Rating 3/5) Given the price you pay, which is comparatively very high for Lebanese food, this is totally unacceptable. Sadly not going back til that rating goes to full marks.

The morning after I had lunch , bad diarrhoea , me and my daughter , the kefta lamb was poisoned food , never going back , I don’t recommend

Ate here last night, first time we’ve been back for a few years and it was as good as we remembered!! A warm friendly welcome , had a lovely table in the window, very friendly and efficient service from the young gentleman, helpful too with our questions. Food was so good, the sea bass was delicious 😋Washed down with a beautiful bottle of red wine 🍷 We’ve booked to go back for our anniversary in June and can’t wait!! First time at Bosa. My husband and I went for dinner. I have recently moved to the UK from the Middle East and I can genuinely say the food reminded me of home. It was so good, and very decent prices too. The servers were attentive, the place was clean and the food was fresh. We ordered the fattoush, batata harra and the arayes. For the two of us, the portion sizes were great. We were too full for dessert but will definitely be back to try more! The owner Sami made his way around all tables making sure everyone was happy with everything, he was wonderful, really friendly and always smiling. Would highly recommend!

We shared 5 mezze between 2 which was probably slightly too much. It’s expensive but the food is good and the portions deceptively large. I particularly recommend the hummus and spinach pastries. 4*s because it would be better if they offered vegan dessert.

Disappointing first & last visit here. Came with a friend for her birthday and had arrived early to an empty restaurant & we looked to sit at the first table we saw. Staff looked at us with disdain (we were nicely dressed) and came over to see if we'd reserved- we hadn't, so they said we couldn't sit as they needed that table (it was 515pm) in an hour for a booking. We asked if they could accommodate us and reluctantly they then suggested a table in a dark separate room at the back of the restaurant.. we said no and asked if we could sit outside (there were some unused tables) but that was also a no from Shawarma team. So we pointed at a barside table and asked about that and they eventually acceded. We ordered our food and cocktails and cannot fault the food - it is delicious. However the service was poor & unwelcoming from start to finish. Eg, the table we originally went to, was not inhabited till 630pm so much more than an hour after our arrival, we could have sat there. Midway through our meal we noted the staff organise the unused tables to accommodate another few pairs of friends - yet it was a problem when we asked for us? We were made to feel rushed before and during our food by the staff so when it came for the bill, I requested the discretionary service charge be removed from the bill as we felt there hadn't been a good customer service at all. The male waiter then argued with me and asked why & that it wasnt possible, so I tried to explain our reasons - especially since service charge is not obliged in the UK. He did not like this at all and spoke loudly over me and went to get his supervisor. She then refused to let us speak and proceeded to say loudly that her colleague was correct and we tried to explain our reasons and how we felt we'd been treated but she flat out refused to listen, constantly talking over us saying "sorry you feel like that" in a totally condescending manner and completely vindicating our rationale for removing the tip. I have not experienced such awful and unprofessional restaurant interaction before. I would recommend the food but because the service and treatment from the staff is so awful that I'd prefer to go to one of the many other places on that street. So disappointing especially as it could have spoiled my friend's birthday and this is an independent venue, and we prefer to support those instead of chains but I would not recommend this place at all.
