We took the breakfast twice here during our stay in Bristol. Very tasty juices and bread.

We enjoy 2 very delicious smoothies, definitely recommend giving them a go. Breakfast boost and breakfast protein 👍🏼 an excellent vegan choice, especially on a hot weekend!

Amazing Manoushe, the flavor is perfect, we tried Zaatar, Feta,Akkawi and Labne. quick service, nice location.

Lovely place for a spot of Arabic breakfast, fatayer were amazing, the only thing I didn't like is the flava beans breakfast, for its price i would have thought it will be authentic, but it turned out it came straight from a can.

Baba ganoush and hummus to die for..... smoothies are pretty good too

Came for breakfast at a quiet time, both staff did not look up and say hello which is odd as it’s so quiet and small you feel that uninviting energy immediately. We ordered food and drinks and everything we had was amazing. When we left we tipped, said thank you and bye and only one looked up and acknowledged us even though it was still quiet. As soon as we got out the door we were both like, ‘well they weren’t friendly’. I feel too guilty to rate lower than 4/5 purely due to the quality of the food.

Small cafe with great bar style seating to do some people watching. Food was very mixed quality. Baba ganoush was really smoky and was delicious. Sabenekh was so vinegary neither of us could finish it. Zaatar was bland. Service was unfriendly and more focused on online orders than those dining in.

Nice food, quite expensive but healthy. The waitress has her head in the clouds, that's why I give only 4 stars.

Lovely place to have breakfast in Bristol, delicious food, excellenr service, opens early and nice atmosphere. One of the rarest food places to open at 8 which makes it perfect for breakfast in Bristol.

Lovely food, really good coffee, a great smoothie bowl and a proper tasty brownie. Yum. Pickles in the flat bread a bit meh, but everything else tooooop draw.

Really good Lebanese flat breads for breakfast. Lots of vegan options. The smoothies are great too. Limited seating so can get full up and toilets are in the bar next door owned by the same people.

Excellent Lebenese food at good prices, loved the smoothie too. Very filling and great staff with a cosy atmosphere. Limited seating so good for a quick bite and to people watch.

Delicious acai bowl at a great price. If I loved Bristol, I'd be here all the time. Order the food but not the coffee. It wasn't great.

Orderd a green smoothie, it arrived partially blended and tasted awful. I presented it back to the cashier and she said their smoothie maker isn't great but attempted to reblend it and gave it back. It still tasted awful.

A tasty, healthy breakfast that keeps you going! Had the protein bowl and zatar on flat bread. All really tasty and very filling. Friendly team, good service and lots of options for vegan, gluten and egg free breakfasts.

Cute, quaint smoothie/juice shop, with added folded bread sides, all at a great price. Would recommend the food if you’re in need of a healthy snack.

I love this place. I come here for breakfast once a week at least and work my way through the menu of breakfast bowls. They are beautifully constructed. I’ve had a few of the manoushés at lunch too and they are very nice. Have noticed that they seem to have high turnover of staff, not sure what that’s about but it does affect the quality a little bit.

Excellent small Lebanese juice and snack bar, had the Berry energy with cacao and strawberry, great combo, will definitely try the manoushe next time

Wonderful people with approachable and positive attitudes, affordable and tasty flatbreads (I wish there was more filling! Anyway, I'll be back to try the rest) and a cosy atmosphere with plenty of natural wood and soft colours around. Such a gem in the heart of the city. This gorgeous little cafe offers a display of delicious treats and scrumptious flat breads, I had the Zaatar Manoushe. The coffees and smoothies are very good. My new favourite is called the purple one. Very friendly and attentive service. The food is very reasonably priced too and you can eat for under £4! I highly recommend and can't wait to sample more on my next visit 😊

Spent a lovely day with my head in the toilet after eating their beef Manouche. Not keen to go back anytime soon!

Really delicious food especially the manoushé’s and fresh pressed juice! Everything is so healthy and tasty. Would definitely recommend. Also good selection for vegans and vegetarians. Amazing value for the quantity of the food (lunch meal deal as well).

Tried their Lahm b Ajin and Akkawi manoushe and loved it! The dough was light, thin and flaky (the way it should be!) and the filling was well seasoned.

Great place to sample Middle Eastern breads and pastries.

Energy smoothie was delicious, would recommend and come back

Usually my go to place, extremely disappointed by the last visit. The place was not busy at all yet employees couldn’t manage 3 or 4 customers at most. Was told my order would take 10 minutes which is completely fine, got informed 15 minutes later that what I had ordered wasn’t available. Waited another 20 minutes for the new order and it was served ice cold!!!

I've never had Manoushe before but I will certainly be going back for more. Also had a smoothie bowl, smoothie and lavender latte. Everything was extremely tasty, very well priced and tasted very fresh. Cannot recommend this place strongly enough.

My new breakfast obsession on Just Eat! I love the Za'atar Manoushe and the Breakfast Protein smoothie. I ordered 2 days in a row and 3 times in the space of 5 days!

Delicious smoothie. Delicious zatar Flatbread. I will definitely order again, or visit the cafe! The food was very fresh and I feel good afterwards.

I had wanted to visit Five Grains for so long to try their famous smoothie bowls. They are all vegan and they have an array of options and for great prices. Their bowls are only £6 which is great and they are good value for money. I had the Protein Bowl which had different fruits on top with hemp, oats, peanut butter and more on top and it had a strawberry banana base. The toppings were nice; the fruit seemed fresh and good quality. The only thing I disliked was the peanut butter (it seemed like cheap umpire peanut butter which is not good for you). I would have liked more toppings on top as most of the bowl I was eating on its own. It was also a very runny consistency which was unexpected. I’ve only ever had an açai bowl though so maybe they are a thicker consistency than smoothie bowls? They have an array of different natural teas which were also really nice. The only reason why I wouldn’t rush back to this place is because of the cafe itself. The atmosphere was dead. It’s tiny inside but there’s window seating and two small tables so you can happily eat in. However, there was just no atmosphere on there and I felt quite uncomfortable. Also, my main issue is that there’s no toilets there. This is a big issue considering that they serve food and drinks, this should be required. It’s not the type of cafe you would feel happy to sit in for a long amount of time. They had some vegan cakes on offer which looked nice but I didn’t try them. The staff were quite friendly but upon arrival I didn’t get an overly nice vibe from them. Therefore, if you’re looking for a good smoothie bowl I would recommend here in Bristol because you’re very limited for smoothie bowl options anyway. But I wouldn’t necessarily rush back due if I’m Wanting a good overall cafe experience.

Best healthy breakfast in town. All sugar free, best ingredients and soo tasteful. That’s really worth a visit. For all sustainable fellows out there the absolute right place to be.

Yummy Acai and Pitaya bowls . We went again

The quality of the coffee, cakes and service was excellent.

This small cafe knows what it does best. A limited menu, however that is the beauty of the place. Excellent lunch for reasonable price. The ladies let us stay chatting here for ages and even brought us a glass of water. It would be wonderful to be greeted with a smile and cheerful disposition.

Smoothie bowl was erg lekker en gezond. Manouche was lekker en vullend, maar niet bijzonder. Vriendelijke bediening.

Such a lovely discovery this little place. Very nice inside with few outside tables. The serve Lebanese food, hot and cold drinks and cakes. The Lebanese food is a like a super soft pita made at the moment and filled with a variety of ingredients and a delicious vegan option. Very warm and cosy inside. We sat by the counter when the food is made and is lovely to see that is all freshly made. Next trip to Bristol definitely have another go!

Title says it all really - had lovely flat whites with great cakes - and took away a manoushe for later. Cosy place with friendly staff.

One of the worst foods I've ever tasted. I ordered their savoury manouch which took 15 minutes to make, it arrived dripping with burning spinach water that burned my hands and mouth. The manouch tasted awful, like sour soupy spinach.

We went there for brunch. The two ladies who work there were welcoming and friendly. We had the Akkawi cheese and Za’atar manoushes & a couple of drinks. The Food was delicious and fresh. I Loved the quality of the ingredients. The only comment I would say (as an Arab) is that the staff don’t give their food justice when they explain it to costumers (as I overheard them describe the manoushe). It’s honestly better than the description. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Bristol. All the best to this independent business

We've had some wonderful food during our visit to Bristol, but this was the best. I adore manousheh, so obviously I sought this place out, but I can say that this is the best I have had since, well, being in Lebanon itself. I could close my eyes and imagine myself in Trablous The bread was perfect, the topping was so, so tasty. If you've never had manousheh, and don't plan on visiting Lebanon soon, you *have* to try out this place! My son also had one of their smoothies, which was also excellent. But the manousheh is the point...

Great fresh food - we had the Sabenekh and a Feta Manoushe. Very reasonably priced and tasty lunch. It all feels and smells very authentic with the crates of fresh fruit around the counters. It was nice to have something a little different.

I'm Lebanese and highly recommend this place! Super delicious and fresh Manoushe that remind me of home. Tried the Zaatar Manoushe, Akkawi Manoushe and the Sabenekh - they were all seriously good, came out very quickly and extremely good value for money. Shukran ktir guys - I'll be back soon!

Lovely little Lebanese cafe, serving fresh smoothies, coffee and decent eats. We had wraps using delicious Lebanese flat bread, excellent fresh flavour and very good prices. Friendly service, tasty food, definite value for money.

Five grains is really great value for money, fresh ingredients and super tasty. Highly recommend trying these guys.
