tbh I used to love there food but it's been slowly getting worse ...ordered meat and chips and although the meat portion was ok for a large the chips where not large I wouldn't even say they were a small hardly any ..I don't know of they have changed supplier or use different oil but the chips are not very nice anymore ..the meat doesn't taste as good as before, onion rings were not crispy ...on a plus the garlic bread pizza was delicious

I recently tried the chicken shish and garlic bread with cheese from New Horizons Kebab, and both were absolutely delicious! The chicken was tender, juicy, and perfectly grilled, while the garlic bread was cheesy and packed with flavor. The portions were generous, and the service was quick and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great kebabs and sides in the area. home made chilli sauces was perfect ,thank you guys

Piping hot, fresh and really tasty

Food amazing as always, but this time unfortunately order was not 100% correct. 2 kebabs ordered,one with chilli sauce, one with no sauce. Both arrived without any sauce. All came fresh, and really great, but can't give 5 stars this time. I'm a regular customer, and will still be a regular customer, but my mate was disappointed that he didn't have a chance to taste the famous homemade hot chilli sauce.

Will not order from there again food was cold paid for a drink which I did not recieve

I paid for a large kebab, but it looked small, there was little meat, few salads, the kebab was not worth the price

I have been ordering food from them for years, never again. After ordering chicken kebab, I was seriously ill.Took me 2 days to recover. Avoid eating there, serious food poisoning possible!

Salad on kebab lovely fresh and plentiful meat render and tasty only negative is the pitta bread was very over cooked and rock hard! The chips were nice also

ordered a mix kebab. lamb shish was under cooked & chewy, the lamb donner was quite greasy. the kofte was perfect but the rest was only edible by consuming a whole extra pot of garlic mayo. Will not be coming back that's for sure

not worried about it being a bit late food was great was more than enough for 2 people will definitely use again

I make orders years .... never feeling hungry after any large portion.. Now is the price big and after eating large is like verry small . before I have been sharing large pizza with someone now I don't know did I need to start eat the box after but there is no salad and sosage... :p .Time to change and Try something else.

This is not the same kebab it used to be. The medium box looks like a small, the large looks like a medium. The was little to know salad. It's just disappointing because this was my favourite salad.

Said between 7.25-7.45 and arrived at 7.30 for our annual Xmas Eve takeaway. All food was hot and fresh (you know you can tell when it’s been reheated) Everything was tasty and worth the money as usual

I would give this 0 ratings but since that's not the case, I've never had a problem with this place but I have just ordered 2 chciken burgers and some onion rings, all of it tastes and smells disgusting. There was black bits in the chicken burgers, the onion rings had a vile taste. The chicken burgers aren't supposed to have black bits in them and they are NOT supposed to smell the way they did. Rang up to get a refund on our order and you could tell they were hesitant to give us one, making all these excuses about how they can't give us a refund till after 7. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.

Never had an issue before, use this takeaway regularly but tonight I have had a shocker of an experience! RUDE staff, made 2 mistakes, 1 corrected in the shop and 1 not noticed until we got home. Both mistakes were blamed on me when I called them to get a replacement. Bloke on the phone was so rude, he hung up on me when I tried to explain he had gotten the order wrong. Eventually agreed to provide a replacement and we had to go and get it! They wouldn't deliver as to busy, looked dead when I was in there 10 minutes before! Not a fantastic way to treat regular customers....

I did order large chicken donner and i end up with cheesy chips and mix meat on the top. Completely wrong order. I was so hungry i just eat it. But my order was wrong :(

For the first time Food never turned up. If you was near closing or to busy shouldn’t of accepted the order. Now have to try and get refund

Shocked this food came from New Horizons. Never had such a poor quality from them before. Cold, bland and stale.

I don't have a problem with them before but this time I have ordered on just eat at 7.10 now it 8.40 and it still not arrived I have phone them they didn't answer so I phone them again and they said it on it way and it won't be long I'm still waiting for my food my food arrived at 9.00 I'm not happy for waiting long for my food it only take 5min drive to get here so y it took 2 hour for my food also my food was warm when it arrived

Just eat doesn’t allow you to click more than one veg so I put a comment what I wanted…. Only received onion, useless. Chips and nuggets were dry.

I've only been with New Horizons for a short while but I am more than happy with the food (hot & delicious) delivered on time.The homemade chilli is to die for.

The burger bun was black and burnt, lettuce definitely was not fresh, was wilted and brown. Chips were stale. Never had a issue with this restaurant before but definitely put me off future orders.
