The food was really delicious, I ate chicken shawarma saj, it wasn't too spicy aswell so it was good for me, and I really recommend it! I also tried chicken wings and spicy potatoes, loved it, even though it was a little too spicy for me. The drinks were good aswell, the waiters and waitresses were very kind and helpful, the bathroom was also clean and pretty. After checkout we got 2 small baclavas for free and I found it a kind gesture. Overall I highly recommend the restaurant!

Best Lebanese in a very long time. Wega was attentive and answered my questions on the various dishes I wasn't familiar with. Best Kofta I've had perfectly cooked and succulent with perfect seasoning. The accompanying sauces are especially tasty and compliment the Kofta perfectly. Tabouli was fresh and zingy, the hummus something I usually skip but as it was the house special, tried it with Sajuk (spicy sausage) very very tasty but not spicy. The hummus was creamy and velvety. No alcohol served, highly recommend the apple, ginger and mint juice. Fantastic service all round with a friendly vibe. If you're in Paddington definitely give your tastebuds an invigorating liven up. (Behind Mc D's)

On the recommendation of Jad and Wega, we decided to dine in at Paramount Lebanese Kitchen while waiting for our train to Oxford, with just 45 minutes to spare. They assured us we’d have plenty of time—and they were right! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted warmly in Arabic and invited to watch the meticulous preparation of our meal, made from fresh ingredients. The anticipation built as we saw our dishes come together, and we were certainly not disappointed. We started with the vibrant tabouli and their renowned hummus—both fresh, flavorful, and authentic. But the real star was the lamb shawarma. The first bite of the slightly crispy wrap revealed tender lamb, beautifully balanced with tangy pickles and rich tahini sauce. My travel partner, who has spent the past eight years in Dubai, proclaimed it to be the best shawarma he’s ever had—a true compliment to the kitchen. Excellent service from Jad and Wega, I'm not really a fan of Lebanese food, I find it very salty and sometimes bland I've been to quite a few Lebanese restaurants on Edgeware Road and I seriously WOULDN'T recommend any of them! But this place, is truly different and way above the rest hence the 5 star ratings and high number of reviews and huge queue of people outside waiting to be seated I thoroughly enjoyed the food and wouldn't go to any other Lebanese restaurant should I fancy Lebanese food in future Next visit with be with the wife, it's been approved 👌

First time in London and was brought here by a friend. Delicious lebanese cuisine. Make sure to get the spicy hummus and halloumi, it was easily the best items on the menu. And as for service, Jad was excellent! He basically recommended to us what to get based off our likes, and he did not miss! Amazing experience overall!

We took the chef's special and it was — exactly like "grandma's food". Excellent choice! The service was more than friendly and playful and fulfilled every of our requests quickly. Props to Manos Jad as he was sooo kind and he refilled our sauce bowls many times :))))
