Lunchtime was filled with young kids running around, possibly different in evenings. Food was fowl, was not fresh. However this is expected from such cheap prices, you get what you pay for. But do not let the decor fool you, inside the restaurant looks quite decent that is not the case.

El mejor sashimi que he probado - excelente, las gyozas eran deliciosos y el filete de brocheta (carne de res solomillo con mayonesa wasabi) se derritió en la boca; recomendaría encarecidamente el restaurante.

AVOID - had a booking for a friends 40th which we paid £70 deposit. They even called up the week before to check if still wanted booking. We arrived at 7pm on a Saturday night and it was all shut. Called number and chased our deposit numerous times and had no response. Turns out they closed in July due to a fire and must have been chancing it with our deposit. Shocking customer service!

Very good experience. Had spring rolls and chicken wings to start. The mains were the highlight- very tasty. Some of the best beef I have ever eaten. Good menu choice. 10% service charge but no issue with that as it is advertised. I would recommend/visit again.

Tonkotsu is a great place to go and eat, I have been there many times before, casually and eating full on ramen. I have been there alot throughout the years, which is why I keep on returning. I originally came because my brother took me here for my birthday treat, which is why I love their ramen and keep coming back. As I have said, I have been many times, so I have alot of experience here, which generally is good; I sit down, they greet me, I get my food, then pay, then part ways. The thing I love about Tonkotsu is that they remember me and ask about my day and such (I do go there alot) I feel safe there and can happily eat (or slurp) on my noodles. The service is good, I don't have to wait long to order and recieve my food. During busy hours, and weekends, they are busier, so I tend to avoid these times. There was one time when I came for my birthday (I was told I could redeem free ramen, but wasn't sure if it was like the main one as the one in Birmingham is like different) so I sit down like I normally do, but then told to move to another place. I brush this of as "they are just arranging us because its very busy" but as I was sitting down, he would then try and take my order, even though I was clearly sitting down, the rushed experienced really made me feel anxious, which then I left and took my business elsewhere (I didn't as I just went home) Overall, the food and staff are loveable, and thats why I come back. The odd one or two bad experience can probably be justified with it being busy, so they are doing what they can to facilitate for lots of people, but being told to order just as im getting my jacket off and sitting down on what I want before looking at the menu was something that made me uncomfortable

I arrived here for lunch at Momo Coventry road. I did not realise the establishment was Cash only, it was not signposted properly. The Somali man tall one behind the counter was rude, several men behind the counter. Which was intimidating for females. If females are coming into your establishment please make sure your staff are trained to be welcoming and accommodating. Thank you.

Dim Sum was ok, obviously not freshly made / cooked but bought from frozen. Korean Spicy Chicken, not spicy at all, Chicken was quite tough and Chewy. Crispy Chicken Tonkatsu Udon, What can i say. totally uninspiring, very bland sauce. Oriental foods should alwasy have 'Unami' All the dishes lacked this.
