Daddy’s Dim Sum in Birmingham

The food is okay, you know what you're getting with a sushi chain. Sadly they didn't have a main ingredient that meant there were a couple of dishes I couldn't order. Staff could have been more attentive, I had to keep flagging them down to order more. It's a shame they didn't have the bells to ask for service like other yo sushi's had. Overall it's okay if you need a quick and easy lunch.

Terrible experience had a table booked for a friends 40th paid £70 deposit, even took a phone call to confirm the week before to confirm we were all coming , arrived at the venue for it to be closed no answer no response no refund and 7 of us stranded in Birmingham after travelling . Very poor service & handling given them a weeks grace hoping for a response and refund but still nothing, we were not the only ones waiting at the venue others were too AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Lovely little restaurant with fantastic food and friendly staff. This was our second visit here, and it has been a great experience both times.
