Delivery had incorrect items, however the food fell far short of expectations looking nothing like the menu. The chicken was not at all crisp and quite bland.

Was quite excited to to try the food. Wished I hadn't bothered. The chicken pieces were so incredibly bland. Dipping them in the Japanese Mayo added nothing as that was also bland. The chicken was supposed to be sprinkled with spring onions but wasn't. The fries were also unseasoned and bland. Everything was also a bit soggy and not crispy. The price paid just adds injury to insult. It's just not worth the money

Ordered food for a group of friends having a long overdue catch up. When the food arrived there were multiple items missing so I called to explain, had to speak to 2 people on the phone to then be told I needed to order again and spend more money and they would deliver the missing items as well. I explained as this was over a £70 order I was not willing to do that as would have to pay another delivery fee and service charge which was not acceptable and we didn’t want more food, just the food that was missing. Was then told the missing food would be with us in 15 minutes. An hour later and the food had not arrived, I called back and was rudely told it wasn’t their fault as they’d sent it out. The gent on the phone then said “what do you want, me to pay out of my pocket to deliver it?” To which I explained I’d paid a lot of money for the order, had been very patient but just expected to have all items delivered. I was then hung up on. Disgusting customer service, not to mention the fact part of the food was not edible (rock hard rice). Gutted as the rest of the food that actually arrived was great! Do not go if you expect to receive what you order/be given a basic level of respect as a human being (let alone a customer).

Food is very nice with a wide range to pick from, very good customer service that deal with any needs.

Terrible service awful wouldnt go back because of it. Drinks missed, food delayed, drinks delivered at the of the meal, plates not cleared up and down to get things and make sure food coming. Then when I said we wouldn’t be coming back the waiter said ‘ok then’ maybe if he didn’t have his ear pods in he may hear what we are saying!
