Could not fault the food. Attention to detail in both flavour and plating style. Sat at the Kitchen Bar and asked questions about the what they were making. I know this can be annoying for them as they are working but they we're happy to answer. Will definetly be back again! Best sushi I've had since going to a fusion Restaurant in Stockholm a few years ago!

Lovely food, busy fun atmosphere and good service. Beef was especially good! Having board games is a nice touch for everyone!

My first visit to Oishi Sushi, and it won't be the last! Ordered the vegetable tempura bento, which comes with miso soup - the batter was crisp and light and the veg beautifully cooked inside, with a tiny quantity of sauce which provided extra flavour and didn't make the tempura soggy. Service was very good - polite and attentive and not at all overbearing. Thanks very much, I'll definitely be back!

Great fried dumplings to start , prawn and pork. Had the curry laksa for the main with vegetable noodles, two mains enough for the three of us. Wine really reasonably priced. And I had a bottle of Bass which is a great beer

I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday treat. Amazing food. Lovely and kind ice cream gesture at the end when staff knew it was my birthday! 😊 Highly recommend

Really great food and service. We had the tapas starter (battered chicken, fried octopus balls and pork gyoza), mixed sushi platter and a beef gyudon. All delicious!

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and great drinks! However, the small plates were very small for the price, and the scallops were not cleaned well.

What a lovely experience. Warmly welcomed and patiently explained menu! Meat was plentiful and delicious. The menu was exciting with lots of things we fancied trying. Decor was fab. The sour drinks were delicious! One slight note, we ordered way too much food and would have appreciated the nudge that we could have ordered slightly less. We still would have spent a lot for lunch.

This is a small friendly restaurant with delicious food would also recommend it as good value too. We r will certainly be returning

One of the best places for Japanese cuisine. The staff are beyond helpful and friendly. The takoyaki is my favourite. However I would always recommend booking a table in advance as they can get busy.

Great food! Had the pork shoyu ramen and it was delicious! Really nice service as well
