Over all this place was really good. Ramen broth was really delicious. The chashu was also well seasoned however it looked like 3 thin peaces or roast pork, and the chicken gyoza had some weird spice init that made it unbeatable. maybe I expected slightly too much after living in Japan and experiencing Chef Morimoto’s food. And the last this is the price, for 2 (kind of small looking ramen), gyoza, edamame and 2 drinks we payed £77…. Way too much

Most delicious and light desert i have ever had ! Very easy to find , right next to china town. You may need to wait , and may be a long queues but it was soo worth it. Price is also very fair , will definitely go back ! It also has a small seating area downstairs , which is very limited.

Booked an inside table, after months of eating outdoors we were looking forward to it, arrived and the staff had moved all seating to outdoors. We were very cold the whole time which affected the experience. The food was ok but overpriced we felt, and a £100 deposit was taken the day prior to us arriving which I wasn’t informed about, asked for a refund to then eventually split the bill. Disappointing!

Afternoon tea with red letter day voucher We were warmly greeted and taken to our table where we were made very welcomed and were given the afternoon tea menu. Our waitress Veronika showed us the selection explaining origin and flavours and was very attentive. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. It was all very fresh, flavoursome and also lovely presented. The afternoon tea ended with matcha tea presented at the table. What we also greatly appreciated was that we were told at the end, when I asked whether there was anything to pay, that service charge is payable only if we choose to do so. Of course we paid as we felt that the service charge was well deserved by everyone, especially Veronika. It’s refreshing that it was presented as an option as most places we have been to insist and sometimes the service, especially when using a voucher can be lacking. Not here! We loved every minute and will be back.

Popped in for a quick lunch. I had the chicken katsu with rice and a side of karaage chicken with yuzu mayo. Katsu was really good, chicken crispy and sauce thick. Karaage chicken was nice, not sure about the mayo. I had an ice tea drink. All came to £17.00. I believe it was worth it and would return.
