Afternoon tea with red letter day voucher We were warmly greeted and taken to our table where we were made very welcomed and were given the afternoon tea menu. Our waitress Veronika showed us the selection explaining origin and flavours and was very attentive. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. It was all very fresh, flavoursome and also lovely presented. The afternoon tea ended with matcha tea presented at the table. What we also greatly appreciated was that we were told at the end, when I asked whether there was anything to pay, that service charge is payable only if we choose to do so. Of course we paid as we felt that the service charge was well deserved by everyone, especially Veronika. It’s refreshing that it was presented as an option as most places we have been to insist and sometimes the service, especially when using a voucher can be lacking. Not here! We loved every minute and will be back.

Wonderfull place with lovely staff (almost over pleasing) The teppanyaki chefs ware great! The food is nice, quite pricey for what you get though and I missed the soy sauce on the side. Overall a great expirerence.

We had the most delicious afternoon tea at Ginza today. It was a beautiful twist on the classic experience, with wonderful food and drinks. Each dish was thoroughly explained and we finished with matcha tea made at the table with complete description of the benefits and traditions. A special shout out to Veronica, who made our experience very special and couldn't do enough for us! We will definitely be heading back for cocktails and teppenyaki soon!

The food was small for such a big price, I did the ginza that costed 125pounds and it was sooo bad for its price. The cooked salmon was a weird sauce that was sweet with peas. And I waited about 4hours to finish the Ginza and my family bought a lot of other stuff that wasn't worth it. I went to a different Japanese shop called Sushioen around Whitechapel and it was 10x better for a third of the price . Overall a horrible experience

We were refused entry for a pre dinner drink as our 15yo daughter was with us and were left to wait on the street for 30 minutes until our table was ready. Good restaurants accommodate people in this situation. The service was average and unenthusiastic. The quality of the T bone steak and black cod was poor, sushi was good. This place has high notions about itself but fails to deliver. Exorbitant prices for very average service and food. Would definitely not recommend

Lugar muy concurrido con algunas mesas. Pudimos enganchar una mesa y disfrutamos de 2 croffles. Eran muy crujientes con sabores agradables.

Amazing food as always. Service was great but feels like could be made better with attentiveness and better order taking process. Love the terrace and the setting on a sunny day, can’t wait for it to open indoor.
