So yummy, Food is absolutely top tier and the prices were not too high. Would 10/10 come back again

I love Japanese food and wasabi is one of my favourite food on the go places. The portions are well enough and there are so many options of bento. 10 out of 10.

Very kind and lovely people staff this place. Otherwise it’s a standard wasabi sushi and bento chain store. Decent sushi and ramen.

Super convenient, good options for bentos and sushi, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. It is a small place so you cannot consume it there but you can go to the park to enjoy the food.

It’s got to be 5 stars. Customer service in here is first class. Shout out to Brian who is an absolute legend, so kind and welcoming every time I go in! Thank you!

Usually a big fan of Wasabi for the food and quick service, so decided to grab a quick bite here. Not only was the food a big let down but also the customer service. The young female cashier had such a condescending attitude and was unhelpful from when I was asking about availability of items. And when my contactless payment initially didn’t go through. She was demanding that I pay by card instead. And then started telling me off for not knowing how to cancel the payment on the card machine when I wanted to retry on contactless! What a joke! Will honestly just be sticking to the Wasabi near my workplace instead.

When Korean food is expensive and you don't want other food, wasabi was a bright light for only 7 pounds... Be sure to try the pork cutlet rice bowl... Koreans will remember Ottogi 3-minute curry... We packed it up and enjoyed it in the sun on the steps in front of the National Gallery. It’s pretty good to eat too.

Bought a lovely meal from wasabi and the service that was provided by Brian was outstanding 👌. Never came across this kinda service through my entire life. Thanks Brian for making out night by not disappointing us.

I love this place. There isn't much variety but it's just so simple to grab a quick bite. I was also surprised by how cheap it was. I don't really know what the typical prices are for sushi, but 3.75 for 10 maki rolls seems quite alright to me! The staff is also very friendly, tho unfortunately there is no space to eat it. Still, one of my favourite places to grab lunch.

Bought curry and sweet chilly chicken, there was no siting, but we enjoyed eating them at near by park in a exceptionally good weather. Nice and fullfilling.

Really lovely food and the soup was great - the sushi here is so well priced you get a lot for your money I think - I don’t think the fee should be massively higher if you’re eating in the store rather than out but it was nice regardless and fresh as well

I don't usually leave reviews for takeaway chains but Brian gave fantastic customer service, he's enthusiastic about enticing customers with new food on the menu! Enjoyed my visit!

Tasty food, nice curries and a good selection. The meals are served up and ready to choose from in the cabinet. This means the food isn't as hot as it could be and portions could be larger.

Food is really nice. Shop manager is really helpful. However, customer service is rubbish. They blocked my redeemable codes because they think that i am suspicious, as i buy food in the same show every day. They asked me to provide receipts and bank statement to prove that i paid for my food. It is ridiculous. They don’t value their regular customer, they treating them like they did something wrong when choosing Wasabi every day for a dinner. !!!!This is the email what they sent me after i asked them why my redeemable code is not working: Thank you for contacting Wasabi Customer care. Please, allow me to explain that, our technical team responsible for the Wasabi Club had blocked all users that scan the same QR frequently. Also, the lanyard related to your account was reported as under investigation. We are monitoring all accounts and lanyards to assure customer have to best experience with our Loyalty program. Simple, not much choice of food, but always there. To grab something to eat. Device is very good, staff are very genuine. They have some sort of discount in the very late evening 50% I guess. Thank you

Wasabi is one of my favourite places to get some food with friends or after uni. It is also great on vegan options...however, today i got my usual rose and lychee bubble tea? May have gotten the name wrong but it is usually my favourite but this time it tasted like nothing, it tasted different than usual. Maybe i got a bad batch as usually it is delicious.

Being a chain, it’s usually reliable and one of my favourites, but the salmon California rolls where grizzly and chewy. Extremely off putting and needless to say I couldn’t finish. Very bad and fatty cut of salmon!

評判は知らず、通りかかって面白そうだったので買いました。数日前にグラスゴー空港で寿司パックを買い、ひどい目に合ったので期待してなかったんですが、ここのは割と行けました。ITSUとかWAGAMAMAみたいな店が流行っているそうで、日本食が底上げされ、立ち売りスタンドもいい加減なものでは勝負できなくなっているということですね。　あとで評判を見たら、皆さん満足されているようで。

Since they launched in London, the consistent quality and user friendly prices have been a breath of fresh air. I've taken so many people & everyone of them us in agreement. Tasty, fresh, efficient service & reasonably priced.

Good place to get quick lunch. It almost out of free space to seat and eat inside, but a good (and cheaper) option is to get sushi away and eat them enjoying Thames views. This “Wasabi” store also provide boiled rice dishes.

I stopped by Wasabi about 3 times in a week When I was by the Embankment Station and also the Charing Cross Station Very close to The Strand, as well An exciting place to be on a weekend night! If you go to Wasabi a half hour before they close - the sushi & some of the hot dishes are 50% off Many people know of this deal & it's kinda fun to scramble with them The food is decent, fills your empty belly And at 2.95 pounds Not too shabby! Refused voucher issued by Wasabi Customer services team. Supposedly required manager present. Not sure how I can predict this in order to claim it. Wasted time and effort. Disappointing and unknowledgable staff.

Hay varias cadenas de éste restaurante de comida rápida a lo largo de todo Londres.. La verdad, la comida es muuuuy rica, excelente servicio y es una opción económica para los que somos viajeros con poco presupuesto ya que son porciones buenas, además, si van por la noche antes de la hora de cierre (me parece antes de las 9pm) ponen toda la comida a precio especial, por lo que es una opción aún más económica. Les recomiendo muchísimo el Chicken Katsu Kurri... está delicioso.

If you go to wasabi five minutes before the half price and pick up sushi and wait staff told you can't do that. If you put it back and wait in shop yiu can't do that if you walk out before you leave yiu get called fanculo. When phoned head office people are rude then for the problems you had in the shop you a free meal one free meal after the disgusting behaviour of the staff and rundness head office female who didn't know what was going on yet spoke in a high pitch voice . Wasabi not happy customer.

あちこちにあるチェーン店です。ショーケースに入ったお寿司の値段はロンドンではそんなに高くないかも。レジ横にある「ホット弁 当」は結構な量があり、カレーや照り焼きなどの種類があります。値段も5〜6ポンド位です。 ただ、6時以降はもう選べるほどの種類が残っていないので、夕食目当てに行くと残念かも。

노 머니시절 치킨 덮밥을 사서 아~주 가성비 좋게 먹었던 기억이나네요. 와사비 lovely and fantastic.

ロンドン滞在４日目で日本食が恋しくなり、購入。 スパイシーちらし寿司とサーモンの握り寿司を購入。 スパイシー握り寿司は、 辛味のあるチキンライスみたいな ケチャップ飯にサーモン、枝豆、胡瓜などが載っている。 日本人からすれば、なんだこれ？と思うが食べてみれば意外といける。 サーモンの握り寿司と海苔巻きもいける（何故か、これにもわかめと枝豆という つけあわせが・・・）、外国で食べられるなら十分、合格点。 寿司が恋しくなったらおすすめ、 ロンドン内に支店はたくさんあり、オックスフォードにもある。

I had a very bad experience. I gave the cashier 20 pounds note and he pretended that I didn’t give it. I asked the store to check the cctv, they couldn’t do it. They said they will get back to me aftet the manager comes the next day but I haven’t heard from yet!! Pls ensure integrity in your workforce.

Cheap but very tasty and fresh food. Almost like healthier but fast food type of place. You have ranges of food from sushi to sandwiches.

Terrible quality of the food in this brunch, apparently the poor salmon wasn't special to have a teriyaki sauce in the "Salmon Teriyaki" that I paid for...

Food was dry and lukewarm. Not the greatest. Just about edible.

Biggest problem with Wasabi ready prepared meals is that they are luke warm and then rapidly degrade to stone cold. This is not good for chicken dishes - I am surprised there are not more cases of Salmonella.

Quality of food has greatly reduced and yet prices have increased. Most recently noticed the change in Sweet Chili Chicken. Poor quality "chicken" that was inedible, lack of flavour and no pineapple. The claim to have made a new and improved recipe but it's clear they are just cost cutting. Will not be eating here again or at any other Wasabi until quality improves, there are simply other similar places to eat where quality is still good for around the same price.

C'est l'un des bons ambassadeurs du pays du soleil levant. Accueil efficace et professionnel. Propreté et qualité à la japonaise avec une belle variété de sushis à consommer sur place ou à emporter et déguster dans le joli parc d'Embankment tout proche; On se régale avec l'assortiment d'anago, toro et nigiri toro maki d'une belle fraîcheur. Depuis que la chaine existe, elle reste une des grandes favorites de la communauté nippone.

I've tried a Wasabi a few times and have always been underwhelmed. Firstly there's almost too much choice - if I'm in a hurry, I don't want to have to look at all the hot and cold food options and then choose something, only to regret my choice. The chicken noodle salad was all noodles and one tiny piece of chicken and heavy on the sauce so left half of it. Much prefer Itsu.

I’ve only just recovered from food poisoning after eating at the Old Compton Street branch in soho. I was horrifically I’ll after eating the Chicken Katsu Curry at 9.30pm 3 days ago.

Encontrar un sitio donde comer sushi de calidad a un precio razonable no es siempre fácil. En Wasabi, por un precio de unas 6-8libras puedes comprar una bandeja de sushi que incluye unas 20 piezas (de distintos tipos).Los nigiri de salmon están especialmente buenos. No será el mejor sushi que pruebes pero insisto, relación calidad precio es un sitio muy recomendable.

A chain I normally enjoy, this branch offs terrible. Unfortunately the chef in this branch consistently overcooks everything. Find an alternate store if your heart is set on a wasabi bento box. The sushi is unlikely to have the wasabi / soy / ginger in the box so check.

Siamo stai due volta a mangiare il Sushi in questa catena di fast food dove si possono trovare parecchie varietà di sushi e altro cibo take away . La qualità è buona rapportata al prezzo decisamente basso, e c'è veramente molta scelta anche di piatti caldi. I locali di questa catena sono moltissimi e se ne possono trovare in ogni quartiere. Se vi piace questo genere di cibo, avete fretta o non volete spendere molto sono estremamente consigliati.

Locale con sushi e bento da asporto. Molto frequentato dai londinesi durante la pausa pranzo che vanno a mangiare nel parco vicino. Esistono altri locali della stessa catena in varie parti di Londra dove è possibile mangiare pietanze espresse all'interno.Ottimo, in sei giorni ho provato quasi tutto !
