Kitkat was stale, the pancakes were undercooked and partially raw in the middle. Gave us the wrong order as well. Ordered strawberry and chocolate which they failed to deliver entirely.

Saw this place on instagram, so the expectations were overestimated. The place is very small and if you want to stay there and eat pancakes, you have to go to the -1 floor and dine in the basement. In addition, pancakes are not fresh. They cook a lot in advance and give you cold ones. Topping were fine. For me this place is not worth visiting

Recently, I visited a café with Japanese pancakes and it was simply amazing! The pancakes were so fluffy and delicious, with the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The flavor combinations were exceptional and the service was friendly and gracious. The ambiance was also very welcoming and cozy. I will definitely go back to enjoy this incredible experience with Japanese pancakes!

Me & my wife had the strawberry Nutella option, it was delicious, very soft. But the bubble tea was one of the best that I've ever tasted. We chose the taro milk tea with tapioca.

Very well run business. They had friendly staff and a generally calm and warm atmosphere. Plus the lightest, fluffiest soufflé pancakes in London!

We had the pleasure to try a couple of fluffy pancakes and I was a bit skeptic first but I was surprised how good these pancakes were, especially the “Lotus cake”. Strongly recommend a bite or two.

Helpful staff, there is seating downstairs so there are a few seats but usually always busy. We had the soufflé brown sugar pancakes and they took a few minutes so there isn’t a long wait. They were very light and fluffy, very much worth it.

Spectacular souffle pancakes in the heart of London. It draws attention because the façade is just a door. The order is placed and you are given a notification to pick it up once it is prepared. The waiting time is around 15 minutes and it costs about 8/10 pounds (2 pancakes with toppings). They have bubble teas to accompany them. The menu is limited but you can vary the ingredients available to your liking. It is very very rich. I recommend it! We repeat

So we had the made to order mochis and they were divine. Great flavours and very fresh. They had run out of mango whisky was a little dissappinting. They don't have facilities and that is a big minus. You serve food and drink at very premium prices a toilet is a must have. Overall I would definitely advise to try them.

Good place to have a dessert in chinatown. We were lucky and we didn't have much of a queue. It is true that they hardly have room to have it there and they give it to you to take away.

First time trying it. Was expecting a texture more similar to a traditional fluffly pancake - but it ended up being much lighter. Effectively more like a soufflé. Very very nice - and you can’t go wrong with the Nutella and strawberry combo. 😊

My favourite place for fresh taro boba in London! You can pay by cash for a 10% off, and ask them for a loyalty card to get a free boba after 5 purchases! You can get soufflé pancakes here too. Queues can be long but it's worth the wait and it goes by quickly. There's a small seating area downstairs with a bathroom but it can get crowded.

The Nutella cream and strawberry soufflé were so delicious, not too sweet, and strawberry gave a nice acidic zing. Soufflé felt like eating a cloud- highly recommended!

I lived eating here !! The pancakes were so fluffy and tasty but also very light so you feel okay and not completely full which is cool when you have a long day visiting after ! The food is made very quickly ! Thai tapioca and cream were delicious, not too sweet, just perfect.

Bought the Oreo soufflé pancakes (£7.70). Looked very pleasing to the eye. The actual pancake was super soft like eating a cloud and not sweet. Good amount of toppings to compliment it. Although it was nice, I probably wouldn’t buy it again at the price point. Staff was very friendly too :)

Think the wrong choice can make a difference. I got the Oreo one and can tell it was the wrong choice for me. The cream just tasted like cocoa!They don't put the normal cream on so only get this if you really like strong plain chocolate/cocoa flavour.

So just had the brown sugar bubble tea and soufle. Because of the reviews I wanted to go try it. After ordering our teas I tried to pierce mine and accidentally dropped it on the table. I asked the staff for some napkins to clean it. I apologised for the accident but the guy seemed irritated and unwilling to help. The lady handed me 1 napkin to clean this mess from the table and me and my mate were covered with this tea. I had to ask again for some napkins at which point the guy had the most disgusted expression.It’s not my fault the cups are hard to poke with paper straws. I hate to give it 2stars but my first experience has been so traumatic.

On Christmas Day there was a huge queue so we thought we'd give it a try. While waiting for our turn we look at the menu on the internet, once we arrive at reception we are told that for the holidays it is double price level so first disappointment. We had a strawberry Nutella fluffy pancake and it wasn't very good.

The cakes were tasty, but I think there are many better options in Soho if you are looking for dessert.

It is a very overrated place. The wait times were insane with no place to sit. I had the KitKat pancakes and it had a weird taste and smell of raw eggs. Not worth 8 pounds.

This place is very small and no where to sit inside, it wasn’t too busy. I would say there is a good variety to choose from, there is drinks options and these soufflé pancakes come with different flavors. If you don’t like eggs this isn’t for you, good thing is the soufflé isn’t sweet so the cream balances out. For 7-9£ you get two soufflé generous amount of topping and it’s reasonably priced. I rated it 3 because of all the hype around it and I would perfect a sit down option with bot cover. But for the price paid it’s decent and a good desert but sadly you need to eat it on ten go. I preferred the strawberry Nutella, didn’t enjoy the tapioca with the soufflé. Overall would recommend to try once, they are very light and fluffy and one can be shared between two if you want.

Pas mauvais mais pas exceptionnel Pas la possibilité de manger à l’intérieur, du coup tout le monde mange devant. Il peu sur côté grâce à tiktok. Attention ce n’est pas du Nutella mais du chocolat qui n’était pas très bon d’ailleurs. Nous sommes aussi allés chez fuwafuwa juste à côté et c’est bien meilleur

Das Essen, japanische Pancakes mit Erdbeeren und Nutella, schmeckte HERVORRAGEND!!! Sehr fluffig und den Preis (8£) wert. Das Ambiente hingegen geht gar nicht. Nach Aufgabe der Bestellung wurden wir in den „Ess-/ Wartebereich“ gebeten, der nichts weiter als ein ungemütlicher, super kleiner Kellerraum ist. To Go eine sehr gute Idee, zum gemütlichen Verweilen sollte man sich anderweitig orientieren.

The best souffle pancakes. Ordered Nutella and Strawberry. I asked for some cream as well and I said I would pay extra. The member of staff refused. When I asked her why she couldn't, she said that I might fall ill if I had cream with Nutella???? People have chocolate and cream all the time. Every pancake joint in the country will serve you chocolate and cream except for this imbecile 😂😂😂😂😂

Very delicious drinks (we had brown sugar taro milk and passion fruit tea) with natural ingredients and the fluffiest pancakes topped with Nutella & strawberries and Oreos. The shop is really tiny but they have a few seats in the basement. That was very handy on a rainy day

These pancakes are a must go in London. They are the typical extremely fluffy ones. They are definitely worth trying. Last time we were visiting, we went there twice and they were always perfect. I did not try the other items of the menu, but they seemed very good as well! The Lotus pancakes are to die for!

味道很普通，12鎊一份有小小貴，不值得再嘗試。 £12 is a little expensive for a pair of pancake, even it is in London. The speed of making pancakes is very fast but the taste of pancakes is very normal. Not worth trying again.

The fluffiest pancakes ever... I will definitely recommend, it melted in mouth when you take the first bite. Taste wise it's okay, they don't have any sittings there, hence you have to stand, the queue is long.

Go to fuwa fuwa instead. The man here was very unpleasant to us. Pancakes were cakey and not light at all. Expensive too.

Una buena opción para tomarse un buen postre ligero pero rico, después de una comida por ChinaTown. Son una especie de tortitas o souffle, muy esponjosas, ligeras pero sabrosas. Pedí la de tapioca con una salsa de azucar moreno y un poco de nata. Extraño para nuestro paladar, pero muy muy bueno :)

J’ai mangé de meilleurs fluffy pancakes, beaucoup plus savoureux mais cela n’était pas mauvais. Par contre, petit bémol pour la personne qui s’est occupée de nous: il n’était pas très agréable.

The pancakes are incredible, so light and fluffy. We got there when it opened and there was a queue. It seemed like they had pre-made some pancakes being opening. So the pancakes we were given were not fresh or warm, so that was disappointing. Also I really wanted the boba tea one and they said it wasn’t ready yet. I had the KitKat and it was very tasty, but I would’ve preferred a warm and fresh boba tea one. I don’t live locally so I can’t go back anytime soon sadly.

Piccolo ambiente. Al piano di sotto c'è una saletta per mangiare e bere con due tavolini e un bancone a muro e sgabelli. I pancakes vincono assolutamente. Qui è da tornare sicuramente. Sono veramente ottimi. Fantastici. Poi abbiamo preso macha e fagioli rossi. Con un bubble tea caldo al cioccolato. Si, cioccolata calda più liquida con tapioca LOL Buono 😋

The fluffiest pancakes ever! We were walking past, and the lovely smell got our attention. You order to takeaway, and then you wait with an electronic device for your pancakes to be ready. We got the brown sugar ones, and we shared them because that was big enough for 2! So soft and light, melts in your mouth! Really tasty, I want to go back to try different ones! Bare in mind that you might need to wait 15/ 20 minutes for the pancakes to be ready when it's busy.

Επιλέξαμε τα pancakes με Nutella και kit kat, ήταν πολύ νόστιμα αν και λίγο τσιμπημένη η τιμή μιας και η μερίδα ήταν μικρή. Παρόλαυτα ήταν αρκετά νόστιμα και αξίζει να τα δοκιμάσετε!

DELICIOUS! If you've not tried, you definitely must get amongst it. Their Japanese-style pancakes are to die for. The staff are sweet, and the service was quick and efficient enough considering the demand. There's almost always a line though, and they don't seem to have a dine-in area (or at least they didn't the day I visited) so bear this in mind.

بان كيك ياباني بعدة نكهات الاوريو والفراولة وزبدة البستاشيو والكيت كات المذاق عادي جدا عبارة عن عجينه بياض البيض مخفوقة وبعد الاستواء تكون اسفنجية وطرية جدا ويتم تزيينها بالنكهات حسب الرغبة المكان مزدحم ويوجد جلسات صغيرة جدا وضيقة لاتتسع الا لعدد محدود في القبو جميع الطلبات تقريبا خارج المطعم لان اكرر التجربة ولايوجد مايستحق الزيارة

جربنا البان كيك على المدح ، يستاهل المدح واكثر مره لذيذ وطري لايوجد فيه رائحة بيض ابدا ، اخذنا نكهتين اوريو ، والنوتيلا مع الفراوله ، كل النكهات كانت ممتازه ، المكان صغير مره ومزدحم باللاين . We tried the pancake. It deserves praise. Most of the time, it was delicious and soft, with no smell of eggs at all. We had two flavors, Oreo, and Nutella with strawberry. All the flavors were excellent. The place was small once and crowded with lines.
