Good pancakes but not like the Japanese originals, small portions for the price

While walking past this shop, I noticed it was crowded and decided to try it out. I ordered the Nutella with fresh strawberries 🍓 . They mentioned a 10-minute wait time, but I didn’t mind because the pancakes were absolutely Yummy and fresh. I highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again when I’m in Chinatown.

It was my second time visiting the pancakes are flavorful and tasty. I think the matcha and beands are not the BEST toppings. But was nice

Found this gem place, too many people waiting in queue, had to wait 15 min for our order cream with strawberry but it was worth it, never had such fresh cream in life, was so light, we wanted to have next day also but couldn't do due other reasons, one must try its on the way towards china town leading to piccadilly circus.

The best Japanese soufflés I’ve ever had, or better yet, one of the most delicious sweet treats ever! The combination was just perfect. I’m craving them again, but sadly, I don’t live in London.

The young guy just literally closed the door on my face while I was with my friend and said it's closed, while it was open 1 sec earlier. You are just awful with no respect. The ladies did not care too. It doesn't matter if you are closing if you allow me to queue! Never anymore!

It was very quick and delicious. We got the one with Nutella and strawberries for £8. The “Nutella” wasn’t Nutella but tasted like a super delicious chocolate pudding. All in all it was very tasty.

The pancake was super fluffy it was like I wasn’t even eating, it’s not really my type of thing but it’s really good quality. I got the pistachio one and I didn’t really like the cream that came with it, it wasn’t my fav but I still would recommend it’s a lil less than a tenner.

Sobremesa deliciosa e perfeita após almoço ou jantar em Chinatown. O lugar é minúsculo e sempre tem fila na porta, mas é rápido e vale a pena esperar. Pedimos a de morango com Nutella e estava divina.

Souffle and bubble tea is very delicious, but waiting time is very long which is understandable since the food is very fresh. But would be nice if they expanded their shop as there's usually a long queue outside with the limited space inside.

Delicious desserts!!! 😋😋 The room in the basement is a little small and cold but the goodness of the desserts frosts everything in the background.

Awful staff, so slow service. They are chatting and laughing together and no service. I asked about my order and they said please wait 10 minutes. I couldnt believe the answer because I was waiting already for 5-6 mins. No one told me that it will take 15 minutes while I was ordering. My car was waiting outside, I got stressed. Staff was careless. They opened whole machine to get hot. I dont know why they turned off before. i am so regret for waste of my time!!!!!

Got a hot taro milk tea and honestly I have never had a drink with such a weird texture. The drink was mushy (?) like whatever used wasn’t blended up properly. See pic to see how much was stuck to the cup. Tried to push through the weird texture since I paid £6 for the drink but eventually gave up

Seating downstairs with restroom! A little dark but it’s a quick bite. Overall not bad and quite fluffy!

The pancakes were incredibly delicious!! I had the strawberry 🍓 Nutella pancakes... although I have to say that these are more of a chocolate cream. But the taste is very tasty.

No wonder this place has long queues - the pancakes are delicious and surprise with a really cute presentation. The tea though is a scam. The quality of it really leaves a lot to wish for given the price.

This place always been great except my last visit . Chocolate sauce was too watery . Looks like quality is going down . Lotus one is still amazing , that is why I am giving rating of 4 !

It was tasty but we got cold souffle pancakes. Due this it was not that delicious. The nutella topping is a pudding and tasted more like a general chocolate cream. It was cold too. I expected a warm nutella cream from Ferrero for this price.

Mouth watering souffles with everything tasting fresh (strawberries&cream) and served warm. Prices are reasonable, customer service excellent. Polite staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dessert.

I don’t usually eat dessert but recently tried soufflé at Hefaure in Cambridge and London, they are so tasty. Not too sweet. I ordered cocoa cream with oreal. (I only did this in London, and I only bought one soufflé that time —> it is a bit cheaper when I paid by cash. Not sure if it makes any different if you purchase more.)

The BEST Japanese pancakes in London! I’ve had the pleasure of going to Hefaure for many years now. And they are by far the best Japanese pancakes I’ve ever had. They are sweet but very light. And they are very generous with the sauces and portion sizes. The main issue I have with them is the popularity and lack of seating. After going viral they always have a huge line outside the location, even though the two staff that work there are very efficient. You would need to wait a while. The second issue is a lack of seating. I used to sit downstairs but it seems they have closed the downstairs seating due to the demand (there are only 3 seats). They need to expand!!

Most delicious and light desert i have ever had ! Very easy to find , right next to china town. You may need to wait , and may be a long queues but it was soo worth it. Price is also very fair , will definitely go back ! It also has a small seating area downstairs , which is very limited.

The pancakes are very tasty and you can choose between different toppings. The preparation took a little longer, which is why we wait in a waiting area in the basement, which didn't look so uncomfortable because it was equipped with cozy lights

We had dessert after a good meal elsewhere. It was very good, but the room on the lower floor can get crowded quickly? Toilets are available and the small area is used quite well. We were satisfied in accordance with our expectations.

The fluffiest pancakes we’ve ever tried are an absolute treat and the creative flavor combinations make the experience even better. 🧋The café offers a range of bubble tea and boba tea/coffee options to pair with their delicious pancakes. 🥞 We’ve tried the Lotus flavor, which had a rich Lotus spread, crunchy Lotus crumbles, and a Lotus biscuit on top—pure indulgence! 🪻We also sampled a limited flavor, which had a refreshing purple floral spread with what seemed like clear chewy boba and some sort of petals, though the staff at the till wasn’t very helpful in explaining the combo. Regardless, it was a delightful surprise. Each duo of pancakes is priced at €9.7 and they’re worth every bite! However, the dining area downstairs feels a bit cramped, so it may not be the best spot for those who prefer more space while eating. But the taste definitely makes up for it!

Lots of people and room a little small but damn fluffy these pancakes

We had the boba brown sugar pancakes. They tasted delicious! The pancakes were soft and fluffy. The toppings were the perfect amount of sweet. The place is a bit small, so we had to eat them standing up. Would definitely come back to try other flavors!

The Japanese pancakes were so fluffy and good. I ate Nutella and KitKat. It was good but the Nutella and strawberry would be better. The strawberry would bring the freshness and cut the sweetness.

Have tested 2 of the pancakes. The Nutella strawberries and lotus pancakes were very tasty and something new. Very successful. You should definitely test it. However, the Brown Sugar Milk bubble drink was barely edible and not tasty. Then prefer the classic bubble fruit tea. Unfortunately there was little room to sit due to the limited space, but they made the best possible use of the space. Definitely worth a visit to try it out

Dont order online from here! They show no respect to the costumers who are not physically there.

I always finish my visit here with their amazing pancakes, and they never disappoint. My go-to is the strawberry and Nutella pancakes, which are a great deal at £8.00 to share. The pancakes are super fluffy, and they’re generous with the Nutella, which makes them absolutely irresistible. They offer a 10% discount if you pay in cash.

Really delicious Yummi!! It's like having a sweet cloud in your mouth and the taste is great. Great consistency and fresh products. I would get it again in a heartbeat if I'm in London. A very small, inconspicuous shop that you quickly walk past.

Delicious desserts. The place is really small, it consists of a counter, where you place the order, and they give you a token to let you know when it is ready while you wait on the street.

After eating souffle pancakes in Japan, this was a major disappointment. The pancakes were undercooked so it was effectively eating mousse. The Nutella topping was not Nutella but some cheap alternative.

The Japanese pancakes were amazing and definitely worth the £8!!! You can choose between different toppings. The picture shows Nutella with Kitkat!

The pancakes were delicious, melting in your mouth. I would definitely go back there again and recommend it to everyone ;)

They are soufflé pancakes… but they are pretty poorly done compared to what I’ve had in Taiwan/Japan, etc. The bottom of them is too burned, and the texture of the entire pancake is subpar, it should be melting and collapsing as you open them. The presentation was also not the worst I’ve seen? But it is meant as a quick snack to take on the road? I am not sure how you can have a soufflé pancake on the go… I don’t get that concept. The flavor of both the pancake and the tea felt industrial. The staff was sweet and accommodating nonetheless.

They were super quick with making the pancakes. Although it was a small cafe, we were still able to order and sit down. The pancakes itself were light, fluffy and addicting!

The dessert itself is very good, very light, has no sugar in itself and is eaten as if it were air. The main problem is that 8 pounds seems a little excessive to me for a dessert that is eaten so quickly

Absolutely unbelievable! The pancakes are soft, fluffy and melt in your mouth. I had the lotus ones and I could eat them all over again. 100% pay a visit!

I loved these pancake soufflés. One of the best I've had the opportunity to taste. They have flavor, are light, the cream is incredible, it's generous. On the reception side, the staff is neither cold nor warm. We had a Cream with brown sugar bubble soufflé and a Cocoa cream with Oreo soufflé. We had a blast. It's around £7 a portion. Note that there are only a few seats downstairs and it is very small. On the other hand, there are toilets and the condition is good.

Always stopping by for their fluffy pancakes every time when in central London. My favourite is the Nutella and strawberry variant soufflé which I can’t have enough of. There is seating downstairs though unfortunately just a few seats and usually very busy therefore difficult to find a free table.

Super small mini pancake cafe serving Japanese style soufflé pancakes and bubble tea. I've always seen queues for it but found a time when it wasn't so busy and thought I'd try it out. We just had lunch so came here for dessert and to chat. There was a small area downstairs with a few tables for you to enjoy your pancakes if needed. All pancakes are made fresh and to order, and have that fluffy, airy texture. We got the new pistachio flavour and thought it was nice with the strawberry but I personally felt the cream didn't have enough pistachio taste; it was faint. The dessert was light and easy to eat and perfect to satisfy my dessert stomach.

Very light , smooth and so yummy . I took the one with nutella and strawberry but you have a lot of choice . Service was quick and very friendly . It’s really a hit or a miss the viral fluffy pancakes. It had its prime time. Tastes eggy, with chocolate. It’s a one time thing to try, wouldn’t purchase again though. Others might like it depends on you as a person.

The prices are quite steep but considering the location is expected.
