The best restaurants serving Japanese food in City of London, Westminster London

Food was good - staff were very pleasant and friendly - would have given 4 or 5 stars but find the attempts to add on charges to the meal without giving proper notice or offering a choice to the customer spoiled the experience making you feel exploited - when I questioned this the waiter told me that the manager tells them to do it. They offer prawn crackers the minute you sit down, which you then naturally assume are complementary (after all they are in most Chinese places, and are very cheap basic items) ; but turns out they charge for them without telling you, then after the meal they add a 12.5% ‘service charge’ - ( I was happy to leave a tip and intended doing so )- but they add it on to the bill without asking if you want to pay it! - there is no warning or notice of these charges and these tactics are unacceptable and a real shame - if they need the extra 12.5% then just add it to the meal price so you know what you are paying! I always tip unless I have good reason not to!

Antes de una función formal en Guildhall necesitábamos encontrar un lugar rápido para el almuerzo. Este restaurante está muy ocupado para la hora del almuerzo y es claramente bastante popular entre los trabajadores de oficina locales. El hombre que trabajaba en la puerta nos sentó y nos aconsejó sobre la limitada selección de opciones sin gluten. Cuando preguntamos específicamente si un plato venía con arroz, él dijo muy clara y explícitamente que NO venía con arroz y si queríamos arroz tendríamos que ordenarlo aparte. Procedió a enumerar las opciones para que el arroz acompañara a la principal. Cuando llegó el plato llegó con una gran porción de arroz incluido. Le dijimos al camarero que solo había un error porque el plato no venía con arroz. El camarero nos corrigió y dijo que ciertamente viene con arroz. Un momento después llegó otro plato grande de arroz y miramos al camarero confundido preguntando si podía venir con el hombre que tomó nuestras órdenes. Le mostramos el arroz y rápidamente dijo que sí, sí, que no nos cobrará “por el arroz que viene con la comida” y se escapó. Para que quede claro no hubo malentendidos. Este fue un mentiroso fraudulento tratando de embaucar a un cliente por 7 libras extra. Nos facturaron completamente por un plato de arroz que no queríamos o necesitábamos. Yo evitaría este lugar por principio — dado que engañan deshonestamente para aumentar las ganancias.

Este lugar es extremadamente agobiante. La comida es sosa. El servicio es muy meh. No hay suficientes comentarios de asesores de viaje para tener una buena idea de cómo va a ser, así que tenía que tomar uno para el equipo. No recomiendo este lugar en absoluto!

A 160 libras por cabeza (antes de las bebidas, 15% de servicio, etc.) para su opción "más asequible" se siente como una estafa. Tuvimos 5 entrantes pequeños (sabrosos), un pequeño tazón de fideos seguido de tal vez 8 (estoy de acuerdo con la otra reseña, línea de producción) sushi. Seated, served and presented to the highest quality. Wonderful food. We all had one of the bowls towards the end of the menu - I recommend.

Bueno, bonito y barato. Local nuevo y espacioso, sirven comida asiática de cierta calidad. Centrico. Hay franquicias por todo Londres y en este caso muy cerca de Wsstminster Abbey.

Excellent food and friendly prompt service - but our evening was spoilt by music so ridiculously loud that it was impossible to even have a conversation without shouting. Also by 9pm we were sat virtually in the dark. This has such potential to be great but won’t return in a hurry.

Otroligt god och fräsch mat som görs på beställning. Ramen va väldigt god och smakrik, personalen var otroligt trevlig och såg till att vi fick sitta tillsammans och att den med allergi kunde äta. Trevligt ställle!

Like this restaurant chain for long time. The price of their food is adequate and food quality is consistent

My party and I looked forward to the "Unlimited Sushi" experience. Our hot food as well as our rounds of sushi were all tasty and appeared freshly prepared. The quality of the sushi was so-so, however for the price point I certainly cannot complain. There were quite a few rules to the buffet experience which made the whole experience quite confusing initially, however our waiter was willing to explain the concepts to us. The service we received varied quite drasticallly between different team members, some were friendly, inviting and almost comical whereas others were quite short with us. Overall we were satisfied with the level of service we received. I would recommend Sushi Eatery to anyone with a sushi craving, it is certainly a unique experience with stellar value for money.
