Why can’t you update your opening hours on Google ? Boring …

I stopped by Wasabi during my lunch break to grab a meal. After choosing my food, I joined the single line, just as you would expect to do anywhere. Right as it was almost my turn, one of the cashiers suddenly asked the person behind me to start a second line, which completely disrupted the order. In 2024, when fairness is something we talk about all the time, it’s surprising that we can’t even keep things fair in something as simple as waiting in line. I know this isn’t the biggest issue in the world, but it’s still not a good feeling to be treated unfairly.

Wasabi defines the idea of premium mediocre.

Excellent service despite being in a high footfall area. Manager is super nice and even remembers my favourites!

Take away and eat in restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean place. No bathrooms Good and acceptable food.

It's not Japanese food.It has a strong taste.

Excellent spot with reach from Chancery Lane Station and Farrington Station. It has a reasonable seating area if you want to eat in.

Sushi was old and tasted terrible.

Kicked out of store because if you order from Too Good To Go you're only allowed takeaway, seems a bit discriminatory given others were sitting there. Other spots always let you sit and eat - hypercapitalist.

Staff are very lovely. Food is well priced if you’re taking out- you can get a pretty decently sized sushi platter for £6-8, which costs £10-12 if eaten inside. There’s a good amount of seating available outside of rush hours. The salmon dragon roll is really nice. Not sure what the soy sauce and condiments situation is like; the food didn’t come with it nor could I see it on shelves anywhere.

£7.45 for a quarter of a box full, when adverts look full box? I know the pictures and real is different but not that much and still charge us £7.45? No thank you.

Haven't been here in years so thought I'd nip in. Disappointed that everything is pre packaged and the portion sizes have halved while prices have ballooned. £7.45 for half a portion of chicken - I don't expect to be going here again any time soon. Yes, I get London prices, but there's food stalls not far away that has significantly better food with 50% more food for the same price.

The Korean lady working behind the till on 03/10 at 1PM is very rude and unfriendly and does not know how to treat customers! The way she looked and talked to me was disgusting!

Less and less content in your products.

They changed the menu from last year which had a bit better vegan katsu tofu, but cheap, healthy, fast, tasty

The place has a decent variety of shushi, curry etc. Well stacked cold and hot items. The food is good, cannot complain about the ambience, given the business model. Liked them for those affordable quick bites between work.

I love the food here despite not being a sushi fan, there’s plenty of other choice and I tend to go here after work for hot food. Plenty of choice and lots of seating and wow the prices are very good 👍

It’s true I agree with the lady who complained about the assistant manager.she is toxic and very rude.. She shouldn’t be working there.. I asked for Katsu with rice and no sauce to be made. They always lovingly do it but when she was there she refused and in the rudest way. I always avoid her at the tills. She has anger issues and shouldn’t be there. Please get rid of her..

The female 'assistant manager' (blondish hair in a plait with glasses), was literally one of the most; hostile, unpleasant and unprofessional individuals I have come across for an extremely long time. Toxic is the understatement! I've always been a huge fan of Wasabi, and will continue to go to my three regular stores (where I go 3-4 times a week), all of whom have pleasant, friendly, professional and delightful staff. I will however, never step foot in this store again, where this staff member thinks it's ok to; belittle, bully and take out her personal frustrations on an innocent, polite customer! Awful experience, only go there if you too want to be humiliated by this worker!

Still a great choice for lunch, although I've seen the quality and portion sizes steadily decrease, whilst prices have increased - it's just not the same as when boxes were served fresh.

The most tasty and fresh sushi in London is in Wasabi. I like so much. Even vegan sushi and hot pot are delicious

Liked this place, it's situated in a busy area but they have ample of variety and the billing was quick even though the queue was huge. Nicely located in the bush office area. The place is super clean and there are some tables , if you want to eat in. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend visiting this store.

Nice clean and spacious. The damame beans are nicely salted.

OK for a fastfood option. The vegan Chi’King schnitzel is almost like a real chicken schnitzel, so that is OK. If you are in a hurry, this is a good option.

I love the food at Wasabi’s. This branch is one of the best. Do visit here if you get the chance. It’s located very close to Chancery Lane tube station. Just a short walking distance away. My favourite is the tofu curry with rice. I’ve tried almost everything here and have not been disappointed. The place is clean and has plenty of dinning area. Customer service is excellent. Just avoid it during lunchtime because it can get pretty packed! The only downside is that they use a lot of packaging especially plastic packaging. The sizes of their boxes are a lot smaller too. Overall, a great place for lunch or to grab a bite with friends.

Hi sorry but - I made a delivery order today for a poke bawl, the salmon tasted weird and the pieces were very white (faty). The piece of avocado was so hard omg come on. The white rice was good so will maybe try the hot food to glow up these 2 stars...

Delicious food, we live across the street and would like to go everyday. The staff is noncommittal about half price food 30 minutes before closing even though there is always lots of food left. Quite disappointing as we’d be there much more!

No spoon for noodle soup. No warning about ginger bags missing inside the meal box because the “Delivery in 2 weeks” said the staff. Really disappointed.

Great refurbish which has relevantly prepared for the COVID pandemic and somewhat future proofed it! While the removal of over-the-counter serving does remove the immersion created when purchasing food products, it stays sensible in the current times.

They have remove the bar where they made they food boxes on demand. Now all the dishes are premade and with much less quantity.

Very nice sushi restauraunt near Chancery Lane tube station. Helpful staff and good food at good rates. Good option for a light meal. Many places to sit.

2014 they introduced the smaller containers with the high bottom and the high profile so it looks like it is bigger than normal. Now, after refreshing the store, the food is pre-packed, all of it. Now portion is 2 times less than before. Thats a deal breaker for me. Can’t stand being tricked like that for the same £5.95.

Love the sushis there. Since the renovating there is more choice which is great. However I don't understand why the need of so much plastic containers for the hot food when it was never the case before. I.e. one container for the sauce, one for the rice and one for the chicken, and it seems like non recyclable plastic, what a waste!

Food at Wasabi is always to a good standard and custom service is fast and friendly, but when it comes to their new way of packaging...I cannot think of a more wasteful way of plastic. It used to be one tub with a lid, but now there is a lid for the chicken, a cup for the sauce and a lid. Double the amount of plastic before....how does this make sense for a company who says they are conscious of the environmental impact of packaging.

Do like this branch, the meals are not pre boxed therefore not drying out on one of those heated cabinets. The food is served by humans, this place can get busy so the turnover of food is hot n fresh. The best noodles I've had in ages. If only all Wasabi's where like this.

In London gibt es viele Shops in welchen man sich schnell Snacks und Mahlzeiten kaufen kann. Ich habe mir im Urlaub mehrmals Onigiri und Mochi's mitgenommen. Das Sushi ist auch sehr lecker.

I love this place, they have always something good for me. The shop is easily accessible for everyone on the streets, a large varaity of products, staff is always helpful and is always willing to advise and help out. Even I they think I don't know what I'm buying - they are advising. I love this place, it's always a great choice for me. Always 100% satisfied!

Después de almorzar y haber disfrutado del sushi de Wasabi, decidí probar uno de sus platos calientes. Fui con su pollo chili dulce. Fui por una gran porción, que era de un tamaño decente. La salsa tenía una dulzura abrumadora, incluso con el calor del chile. Después de comer sentí que realmente necesitaba algunos vegetales verdes o algo de ensalada.

A self service fast oriental food bar, quick tasty meal for less than the cost of a few drinks in a bar.

Comimos aquí para el almuerzo y no fue bueno. Teníamos el pollo Katsu curry y katsu yakisoba. La persona en el mostrador no sabía qué había en ninguno de los platos. Ambos artículos se secaron. Solo comimos alrededor de la mitad y tiramos el resto. No era bueno en absoluto.

Tuvimos una excelente comida aquí. Gran variedad de sushi a buen precio. Tuve la caja vegetariana que era el mejor sushi vegetariano que he probado y mi marido tenía la caja de curry y pollo. Ambos yum y bien hecho. El personal era amable y no estaba ocupado en absoluto.

Wish the food wasn’t that spicy. Was looking for a sort of sweet chilli chicken but literally I couldn’t finish what I bought. Far too spicy. What a shame cause the whole place is cool and I like the concept. Make it less spicy please!

Great, reliable food, good price - the only small issue was that the server refused to let me do an NFC connection for the free meal, claiming that I had to pay £7 for it. Obviously nonsense and another member of staff allowed me to connect.

Great sushi and hot food. The hot food is what stands out the most here.
