Otroligt god och fräsch mat som görs på beställning. Ramen va väldigt god och smakrik, personalen var otroligt trevlig och såg till att vi fick sitta tillsammans och att den med allergi kunde äta. Trevligt ställle!

This is a very popular restaurant with super limited space. We had their special Christmas ramen and it was very good. Tasty although the spice doesn’t seem to have a lot of strength but likely due to catering to the tastes here. Queue up !

Food and service do match expectations for a bar restaurant inside Selfridges, nice variety of dishes... but compared to other Ramen and Izakaya food places is below them regarding flavor. The broth from each soup I tried had a bit of metallic taste I believe comes from the gastro trays in contact with the inductions for long hours. I tried to explain management but walked passed by the other day and they still serve each broth the same way... also I find some Spanish customers get better treatment as most staff apparently is either South American or from Spain. Food quality is there, but other Japanese restaurants in Central London are far beyond. Buenas noches, amigos !!

We eat here e every time we are in the area, my children love the delicious food and attention given by their wonderful staff. Arrive early or late at lunchtime if you want a seat, very popular!

A great spot for a quick lunch at Selfridges, this ramen bar serves delicious food and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and location. We have been a few times, my favourite is the prawn gyoza and my children love the chicken ramens. The staff is very friendly, you can watch them prepare your food sitting at the counter. It gets quite busy at lunch time, go early if you don’t fancy queuing!

I thought this was just a ramen bar with nothing special and just ramen but nooooo this is the BEST ramen like so flavourful, and pretty inexpensive ( I think mine was £10.25) and the portion sizes are very good like I was pretty full. I got the miso mushroom and it was bursting with so much flavour and you can add on things like nori, or an egg, or even kimchi. They also serve Kombucha and the staff were super friendly and patient. I will defo visit again!!!

セルフリッジスのフードコート内にあるカウンターのみのお店。回転も早いので、さくっと食べてさっと出るので、大して並ばず、買 い物途中や観劇前に利用するのに便利です。麺の硬さも申し分ないけど具材は、日本のラーメン屋さんのよりアレンジされてる感じですね。

The food wasn't really what me and my dons expected but the Japanese manager named Apex was very helpful, man BUSSED us nicely. He seemed very shook of me and my donnys but he firmed it very well. Sorry if our loud energy scared you my g. Big ups Apex though still!! Big boy manager innit.

I was here last night and the food was terrible. The waiters were very friendly and helpful but this was not shown in the food. The soup with noodles was flavourless and was tasteless.

Noodles had no flavour. Seemed like instant cooked. Not restaurant, bar. Food was sickening. Never going again. Would not recommend.

I visit selfridges in the weekend and we decided to have lunch in Tonkotsu. Food was amazing like always but I noticed that service have improved and we actualy had a wonderful time. I recommend to visit if u are in the area! A+++

Me quedé muy impresionado con Tonkotsu ramen cuando visité en 2017, pero, lamentablemente, ya no es el lugar del que hablaba. El caldo seguía siendo bueno, pero los fideos no eran sabrosos en absoluto. . . El edamame al vapor estaba casi frío y el té de jazmín demasiado amargo (es decir, hecho con agua hirviendo en lugar de agua caliente)

Visité Tonkotsu a principios de este mes y quedé completamente decepcionado. Los fideos estaban tan hechos que se desintegraron en mi boca sin masticar nada. El caldo también carecía de sabor y tenía una extraña textura granulada en mi boca. También tuve un poco de gyoza frita que no era nada del otro mundo.

Cuando visité probé el ramen de Tokio, el ramen de Tonkotsu, el karaage de tori y el gyoza. En primer lugar me gustaría señalar; La imagen publicada aquí del gyoza no es una representación genuina de lo que recibe en el restaurante, la imagen muestra un gyoza al vapor cuando en realidad sirven gyoza "frito". Escribí eso en comillas invertidas porque, en realidad, se congela y se pone a través de un microondas glorificado. . . una máquina en la que colocaron casi todos sus guarniciones, parecía que calentaba / calentaba todo tipo de cosas; Gyoza, tori karaage y las gambas. . . Además de esto, ni siquiera los calientan adecuadamente, más como quemarlos. El karaage tori tiene potencial, un poco más sazonado y se sirvió quemado. . . pero podría estar bien si estas cosas se ordenan. I picked up a Tonkotsu ramen to take away. It was so bad I could not even finish half of it, and I so love Ramen. This one, It was so oily and did not taste fresh. I had to throw it away.

Vey poor quality. It is not ramen, it is bowl of pasta with very few and very poor ingridients. Price is way to expensive for such a poor mear. I would’t recommend to nobody. Avoit this place.

First time eating at Tonkotsu and it was super delicious. We had pork and chilli chicken ramen and the broth in both was delicious and the eggs, divine!

Ho ritorno a Tonkotsu ogni volta che c’è occasione il suo ramen e suo brodo e inconfondibile questa volta ho trovato due nuovi menù ramen con frutti di mare e ramen con carne e buona tutti due però ho preferito quello di carne e personale molto cordiale come sempre alla prossima volta

I couldn't finish a third. Tasteless broth. Noodles probably cooked a day before, egg was cold and bank bamboo shoots were bitter... Do you really know how to make ramen?

It is a good brand, however it does not present a good ramen. The noodle is way too old, egg is alright and broth is not rich enough. I have had ramen for my whole life, but ramen in London? No.

Situado en la sala de comidas, te sientas en taburetes, tuve el especial que era el ramen de venado, era solo una cucharada de carne de venado picada (o lo que sea) en un caldo bastante insípido, comencé con su Gozo, que estaba bien. Con una cerveza llegó el 25 que pensé que era un poco caro.

Este es un bar de ramen hall situado dentro de la comida de Selfridges. Yo estaba anhelando comida asiática, así que parecía una buena opción. Me sirve mi ramen a pocos minutos de ordenar; la gyoza al vapor tardaron bastante tiempo en comparación. El ramen era una ración grande y era decente, pero no el mejor que he tenido. La gyoza eran bastante decepcionante, ya que se estaban cayendo apartamento cuando les recogió con palillos. Opción rápida si necesitas algo de comida asiática mientras que las tiendas, pero eso es todo.

Abbiamo mangiato una squisita ciotola di ramen in questo bel ristorantino, durante il nostro soggiorno a Londra. Siamo stati accolti da un ragazzo veramente simpatico ed alla mano, che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Il ramen era buono, caldo, ma non aveva un sapore "autentico". Mi spiego: avendo provato la cucina originale giapponese, ricordandone i sapori, posso affermare che ci vanno molto vicini, ma mai tanto quanto dovrebbe essere. Però è molto accettabile ed è stato ben apprezzato da me ed il mio fidanzato. Anche i prezzi sono accessibili. Complimenti.

This is the first time I gave 'Terrible' rating to a restaurant. So disappointed at tasteless Tonkotsu soup. I am wondering if they check the soup by themselves. Just boiled water rather than Tonkotsu soup.

Il ristorante è composto da un ampio bancone ramen bar nel quale è possibile degustare una varia selezioni di ramen e di altri piatti della cucina tradizionale giapponese il ramen questo ristorante e davvero buonissimo,il sapore sono autentici è lo staff di Tonkotsu è simpatico e cordiale

A colleague told me I had to go to Tonkotsu at Selfridges for Ramen. The small bar was reminiscent of a traditional ramen bar in Japan. Unfortunately the ramen didn't deliver and the service was mediocre. My gyoza was quite good, but my colleague's gyoza stuck to the tray. His ramen was good, my Tonkotsu ramen (signature dish) was clumpy. The staff seemed to be attentive to a couple attractive consumers, but our service was average (perhaps I need to work on being more attractive) and I saw one gentleman have to shout to get their attention. I would try a different location, but won't plan to go back to the Selfridges location.

Un pequeño bar de ramen en Selfridge's con menú pequeñito, pero cada plato es excepcional y ramen es satisfactoria (sin apetito de hambre durante horas y horas después). Kimchi también realmente bueno, es picante, pero deja el sabor en la boca, uno de labios no quemaduras.

Located in Selfridge's Food Hall, this noodles bar serves very good ramen dishes. The seating is a bit tight (bar stools) and service a bit hit or miss, but overall a good place to re-fuel in this institution of a department store.

Noodles here are some of the best in the city. I had a Soho Ramen, pork and chicken stock with noodles topped with smoked haddock. This rocks!

イギリス人の友達が行きたいといったので、行きました。店内はなかなか盛況で混んでいました。イギリスだと8月だというのに寒いので、ラーメンも食べられます。味は濃くてイギリス人受けするのも納得です。日本であまりラーメンを食べないので、日本のレベルと比べられないけど、なかなか美味しいと思いました。

Had eaten noodles here two years ago and I could not wait to return. We went back on our visit to London in July and the visit was as good as I remembered. I had the spicy chicken noodles and it was every bit as enjoyable as I expected. Paired with an Asian beer, it brought out the flavours in the ingredients especially the pickled egg. Can't wait to go back again.

I have been going to Tonkotsu Dean Street since it opened and was pleased to find a branch at Selfridges. The atmosphere is different of course - when you walk into Dean Street you get the pleasant fug of simmering stock and the gyozas are always fresh. At Selfridges the catering is very much geared to the shopper and the choice and selection are more limited. However, the noodles were as good as Dean Street and I would certainly pick Tonkotsu in Selfridges over the other food outlets there.

Such a great stop - if you don't make your own noodles, it's just soup. Seemed really healthy and fresh, just what I needed after an overnight flight. The service at the bar is a bit off, as they are right in front of you and almost seemed to be staring at you. Other than that it was perfect and I'll definitely go again.

Arrived in London marble arch after along coach trip, checked into our hotel just off Oxford street & in need of food, we walked briefly & found SELFRIDGES & Tonkotsu, we had lovely ramen & extras, great food & service.

We stopped by for a quick lunch on a Friday and we were lucky to grab stools at the counter - popular place!Both the chilli chicken and pork belly Ramens were tasty - generous portions too. Loads of noodles and meat. The pork dumplings were also nice. Great lunch option.

I visit here at least once a week, and always get the tokyo ramen. It is full of flavor, the portion is huge (in a good way) the pork itself melts in your mouth, the eggs are the best ever. the chilli bits oil makes the dish. without it, is still pretty good, but with it adds a whole other dimension of flavors. It is in selfridges, but still pretty quiet, and non distributive. The staff members are very friendly and accommodating, and the kitchen and dining area is very clean.

This Japanese style ramen bar is a good place to reinvigorate tired shoppers.We enjoyed very tasty gyouza, with pork and with shiitake and bamboo.
