Itsu in City of London, Westminster

Bueno, bonito y barato. Local nuevo y espacioso, sirven comida asiática de cierta calidad. Centrico. Hay franquicias por todo Londres y en este caso muy cerca de Wsstminster Abbey.

Eat beautifulとうたっていて、お寿司が豊富。餃子や、日本の食べ物をアレンジしたお菓子なども置いてある。お店の中は清潔で気持ち良い。座席のイスは固定なのが、ちょっと残念だけど、だから整っているのかも。

Aquí se ofrece una gran variedad, y he encontrado que es consistentemente bueno. Hay muchas salsas disponibles para cuidar su comida según su propio gusto.

Fui a Itsu con mi familia durante nuestras vacaciones en Londres y definitivamente no era un favorito. La comida era demasiado picante y pedimos diferentes platos de fideos que tenían un sabor terrible. Además, cuando todos nos sentamos en las mesas nos dimos cuenta de que faltaba una de nuestras compras. Fue uno de sushi de los mostradores en el lado. Si no nos dimos cuenta de que faltaba, nunca lo habríamos sabido porque el trabajador no nos lo dijo en absoluto. Además, la actitud del trabajador no era la mejor. No soy fanático de este lugar en absoluto.

El servicio en Itsu en Great Peter Street, a tiro de piedra del Parlamento, es ágil y rápido, el sistema de colas es un poco caótico, pero la calidad de la comida es muy buena. I like coming here because the food is consistently good and the quality is always 100% and fresh. When its busy I feel a bit rushed but this to be expected because it is London after all.

Everything was served in disposable containers, even for eating in. The cutlery was plastic, and plastic cups were provided to pour from the plastic bottles. Then everything was disposed of in the same bin, plastic and paper could at least have been separated. And the toilet was disgusting! There was a list to show it was checked every hour, but checking isn’t the same as cleaning! The sever apologised, saying they were short of staff, but it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. The food was ok, but I thought overpriced.

Au détour d'une marche dans le secteur de Westminster, nous sommes tombés sur ce fastfood. Mélange thaï et Japonais est parfaitement mis en place. Je vais chercher de ce pas si ces enseignes sont en France.

Had a lunch when met up with friends. Good choice and excellent prices, especially considering some prices that can be paid for sushi. Vegetarian options available and a range of juices. Recommended.

This was our first visit to Itsu, we wanted something fast but nice to eat. It was excellent. Tons to choose with both hot and cold selections. Friendly and fast service. The place was spotlessly clean and the food was delicious. I choose the Chicken Teriyaki with rice but was very tempted by the numerous options of sushi. Will look forward to eating at an Itsu again.

Es una franquicia, pero tiene una excelente relacion calidad/precio. Si te gusta el salmon o el sussi este es tu sitio

Fast food de comida asiática presente em vários pontos da cidade, com preços razoáveis e boa qualidade nos pratos. A dica é pedir porções pequenas para quem não conhece a culinária que pode ser bem condimentada para quem não tem o hábito.

Came here after doing some tourism in London. The food was very good, not great but excellent considering the price.

Comí un paquete Eat Beautiful y tenía muy buen sabor, aunque todos los platillos son porciones pequeñas que no satisfacen del todo, la gente con bastante apetito es probable que necesite dos paquetes. Buen precio si se busca comer rápido, rico u barato.

Visited Itsu many times, the food is always fresh and tasteful. They offer a lot of choices and it's quick. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The prices are good, nog cheap but it's definitely worth it. Personally I'd recommend the rice with salmon and teriyaki sauce. Absolutely delicious!

My first experience of an itsu and I’ll definitely be back. It’s basically a Japanese version of Pret...everything prepared daily, same sort of set up in the chilled cabinets and at the pay points. Only real point of difference was the greater proportion of communal tables which isn’t everyone’s preference. The service was efficient, the food was excellent, (salmon sushi) and it was extremely busy so a good job on a busy Tuesday lunchtime.

Shocking. I went in at 8.55pm and ordered udon noodles. All good so far. After I'd paid I sat down and started eating, then when I went up to ask for some chilli sauce (it had all been put away) and Guillano (or something like that) said "no, we're closing in two minutes,"... I said err, "so you're still open then, so can I have some chilli sauce". With attitude he pointed me to.another customer who had one indicating I should ask to have his. I did and sat down... Three minutes later his colleague comes and without asking takes away the soy sauce and chilli. I then said "Can I keep that till I've finished?" He said, "no we're closed" and took it away. Unbelievable, it was 9.01. Then one minute later, at 9.02 they turned all the lights out!! Are you kidding?!? I then asked to speak to manager. They said he wasn't there... (fine but Gulianno was clearly dictating the tone). So I said, "You shouldn't have sold this to me if you're going to effectively treat me like dirt". Sure they want to.close, but at NO point did they tell me they were closing and everybody had to be OUT by 9pm otherwise they will plunge you into darkness and take your things away). This was shocking. The food is okay, but don't go here if you want any decent service.. they don't give a "shih tzu" for customer service. Avoid, or go to another branch.

Saturday lunch. Spacious restaurant with good selection of fresh food. Not busy and just a few minutes by foot from the bustle of Covent Garden.

We ordered korean BBQ rice, chicken udon and sushi from Itsu. Price is different if you eat in. But the price of udon and rice dishes remain the same. The Korean BBQ rice tasted like curry and the soup for the udon was really sour. Udon was slightly undercooked as well. The sushi/sashimi portion is quite small as well.

I visited during a busy week-day lunchtime. Service was efficient and friendly. I had a rice bowl (Thai chicken and seasonal vegetables). The food was piping hot, well flavoured and had a wonderful balance of spices and heat. A really delicious meal in a bustling and vibrant atmosphere. Not cheap but value for money. I will definitely be back for more!

Slightly away from the tourist areas means a slightly less busy experience. All pretty standard Itsu food, but good selection and the quieter location makes it easier to find what you are looking for an get served!

I visit Itsu regularly but I always find this itsu to be poor! For the second time now I've ordered teriyaki rice chicken and the portions are poor. You literally get about 3 large spoonfuls!! For 6.50 this is disgusting

Always enjoy having lunch here. Staff are attentive and the chicken potsu is my favourite. The Miso soups are also good value.

This Itsu provides the usual great selection of Itsu food and drinks, in a location useful if you're in the Westminster area for business or as a tourist, away from the bustle of Parliament Square etc

Great stop for mostly healthy fast food. Hot and tasty. Mostly Asian fusion soups and stews with sushi boxes. I wish there were one near my work here in the states.
