Had a bad experience at another sushi place so thought I would give itsu a try and was so pleasantly surprised! The staff were so kind and helpful and the food tasted amazing! Would definitely recommend stopping by! My new favourite spot!

Limited seating but otherwise everything you expect from itsu. Good staff and reliable, quality food. Edit: I'm not complaining about the seating being limited. Just saying it's more of a takeaway branch but with a few outdoor tables. 🙂

Sat outside on a beautiful sunny day. Not too many tables though. Food is okay and they have deals so look put for them. Place is quite small.

I love their takeaways. I had their takeaways at covent garden / charging cross location three nights in a row (and i am only staying in london for 10 days. lol). Fresh fish/veggie and relatively inexpensive. If you are solo, i recommend take away — they print toilet code on the receipt — it means you cannot use the toilet to wash your hand until after you pay your food. I was left with the option of bringing my food into toilet with me or not washing my hand before eating — so I brought the food back to my hotel room and enjoy it (with some wine and desserts :-)). I wish they expand this chain restaurant to US DC or NYC! p.s. For chain restaurants, maybe management can consider doing what Starbucks does - anyone can use the toilet with or without purchases.

Even was 41 minutes before closing time, I was rushed to choose and pay by the staff , which was polite and a nice presence, who want to help and increase productivity, but not trained for it! Disappointed , other itsu shops was much better

Excellent salmon maki. Good range of vegan, gluten-free, and snack options. A little expensive but worth it for the health kick.

A Pret-a-manger- style restaurant only this is Japanese food. There are a dozen different sushi options and better yet, hot options that are ready within minutes. It is mediocre 3-star Japanese food if I'm being generous, but the convenience is where it earns the 4th star.

OVERDUE: I found a STONE /concrete-looking piece in the Chicken Soup on 9 November 22; brought it back and was refunded, the manager, however, was extremely defensive, refused to give his name initially. I was contacted by the Itsu rep on 15 November 22 , Shari Coakley, via email, and was offered a voucher for a meal 'you can have your next meal on us' (which I refused); I have inquired whether the stone was sent to the lab for a proper analysis, NEVER heard back !!!

Something very fishy going on here and I’m not talking about the sushi. Big sign outside advertising half price sushi, go inside pick some sushi, the manager directs me to the self check out and swiftly disappears as I process my order. No half pricing applied at self check out. YOU MUST MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST FOR ADVERTISED PRICING. It can only be applied at the staff assisted checkout. Very poor business, and there were 3 other people in the store paying double the advertised price. Terrible terrible business practice 👎👎👎

As others have said, the bright smile and customer service are second to none. Devastated to read they are closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. I feel like venturing around there just to check!

Great selection of freshly made Asian foods, all quite healthy. The chargrilled chicken noodles are beautiful! However not much space for sitting in or outside the restaurant

Best thing about this itsu restaurant is the location. It also has indoor and outdoor space for dining. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The reason why I did not give a five star review is the lack of variety in the fridges, could be because I visited on a Sunday. I had a winter wonderland soup and that was amazing. P.s. excellent for healthy low calorie option lunches.

No transparency about stay in and take away prices. With no table service or anything extra why should I be charged £6.40 for a £5.19 item that I pick and dump myself? Price stickers need to have two clear prices

Very simple and healthy japan style . I had a lot of Itsu lunch in London studying time. You can easy find ITSU on the street or some big rail stations. price around 10 - 20 GBP pretty nice.

Awesome food if you are looking for health food on the go. Good veg as well as noveg options.

Great food although selection available was poor to usual days. Could have been because it was Saturday afternoon. Quick efficient service and got seat outside in clean area. Great central location.

The best Vegan Sushi! Love the dragon roll, always fresh and delicious. Wish there was another one a bit closer to my home in Portishead.

My favourite Japanese fast food chain

Food is nice and staff is very friendly and accommodating. They delivered excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend this location.

I pop in to Itsu at Hanover Square every Sunday around 5pm after my yoga class. There is a young gentlemen who works at the counter and he is so pleasant and courteous in his manner. I would definitely recommend this particular Itsu for the high level of customers service, especially if you happen to visit on a Sunday evening. The food is excellent, obviously the sushi is amazing, but I love their vegetable gyoza and miso soup.

Literally the smallest itsu I have ever seen... 3 seats indoor and a few more outdoor. Tent and lamps are not enough in the English cold. Might be a lot better in the summer.

In terms of quality it is a 2-star sushi, at its best. But prices are proportionate to quality, so it is just fine.

Love this branch they always seem well prepared for the lunch rush and I wanted to PAY Kudos to the lady from Greece she always smiles.

I bought some sushi here yesterday. Couple of pieces were off. The rest of them tested terrible, rice was hard and was probably cooked few weeks ago. I used to get my lunch at Itsu regularly, but haven't been here for last 3 months. The quality drop is shocking!

The salmon nigiri rice was so dry... I gave i 3 chances... thats it

Oh I really love this place:) And I'm a big fan of itsu now! It's tasty, it's cousy, it worths its money, it's fresh, once again it's tasty! And staff is really good and polite:) Best spot to eat for such travallers like me, who is sightseeing around London whole day and prefer to eat fast but healthy :) Strongly Recommended!

A regular Itsu - usually with pleasant and polite staff. Four tables for sunny days outside looking at the square, and you can enjoy watching all the hotties from nearby Vogue House.

Good food like in other Itsus. The service was outstanding, we didn't even notice it was 10 minutes before closing time, we were served with hot food and allowed to finish it inside. I think our server was called Lucia, big thank you to her.
