I visited itsu regent street 313 for lunch and I was very impressed by the quality and variety of the food. The sushi was fresh and delicious, the noodles were flavorful and satisfying, and the soups were warm and comforting. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Fjodor, who greeted me with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed. The restaurant was clean and modern, with a relaxing atmosphere and a convenient location. I would highly recommend itsu regent street 313 to anyone looking for a healthy, tasty, and fast meal.

My go to lunch spot during the week! The food is really fresh and delicious and super quick to grab and go. The team is also really friendly. I highly recommend this location!

I found an insect leg in the chicken noodles, in the bottom of the soup, sadly at that point I have finished the food, felt sick after I noticed the insect leg. I call the waitress over and shown her the insect leg quietly,in hoping she could see the problem,but she refused to admitted that was an insect leg ,she said that was a piece of onion and told me there will be no refund for me. Bear in mind I didn't even ask for a refund or anything,I was just pointed it out to show her there was a insect leg in the dish . I attached two photos here, don't know if people can see clearly or not as the pictures' quality wasn't great.

A comida é boa, é chegar escolher e levar ou comer por ali. Se escolher comer lá, mesas há poucas, tendo de partilhar mesas de bancos altos com mais alguém, a maioria que trabalha por ali vai comer e depois faz "sala". De resto, um pouco confuso a principio, mas depois é uma questão de hábito. Só tem um wc para todos.

Nice, place, we were served quickly. We mainly had cold food 3 boxes that we shared, along with a can of diet coke and 2 mochi =£30 (ouch!). What we did not realise was that the prices displayed are the ‘take away’ prices (I have learnt my lesson!!) The food was beautiful and there was lots of space to sit down. Toilets were cleaned but messy as there was water everywhere. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Awesome healthy "simple" food very well priced

I always love Itsu for food healthy casual food. Always fresh and delicious and veggie options delicious. Today I wanted to write this review specifically to bring to your attention the exceptional service from Ikram who was in the shop today, Saturday 3rd June midday. She went out of her way to really help me and I found her fantastic. She was working so hard and seems to be a real credit to Itsu. I hope in some way you can pass on appreciation and reward her in some way. All the staff seemed great, always are. Thanks Helen

It’s healthy and cheap, nothing to write home about but does the job. Can’t go wrong with the coconut soup

I really enjoyed this itsu. We ordered a katsu curry and wanted it customised so I asked if I could remove the vegetables and they were very accommodating with my request. The food was lovely and fresh. I would definitely recommend.

Layla was an amazing lady who took care of our order. She went above and beyond to ensure we enjoy our meal and she was very welcoming with an amazing smile! Thank you so much Layla, happy we came to this branch!

Not much dinner options after 7pm as they close the hot food mains. Food is good and good service but generally need to make sure hot food is available closer to the store closing time.

Competently made food in a busy area, ideal if you want to have a bite before watching a film in Regent Street Cinema or attending a concert in Wigmore Hall.

The staff have been replaced by automated tills. The user interface is badly designed and it feels really low rent. It's McDonald's level service but not McDonald's prices.

My favorite Japanese chain in London for having sushi or noodles during work time. It is quick to buy, you do not have to wait and you could buy to go! Amazing service. The veggie coconut soup is delicious!!

Really poor Teriyaki Chicken rice bowl today - half empty with not much chicken or rice in it - usually so much better. Won’t be rushing back there in a hurry

It basically is a Japanese-cum-Asian-style fast food and the quality (not necessarily the price) reflects it. I had the meat gyouza and some Korean-style noodles. The gyouza were terrible, crunchy on the extremes and extremely soft in the middle. The taste was bland, too and the "dipping sauce" had a strange flavor, as well. The noodles were acceptable, in the sense that their spiciness overcame any possible defect that they might have, but were dipped in some sort of spicy cream that made them somewhat stodgy. It is a good place for teenagers our young adults to grab something to eat on the go, but if you crave for Japanese or Asian tastes, look elsewhere: it actually disrupted any remaining desire I had to eat Japanese food in the foreseeable future.

Itsu is quickly becoming my favorite go-to quick lunch around London. Always fresh, always delicious, clean and air conditioned. The Regents Street location isn’t any different. I don’t know how they maintain such a high and consistent standard across their locations, but whatever they do - it’s working.

Today I recived the smallest hot food portion I have ever gotten from Itsu. So disappointed as this is my main branch. Empty shop, tiny portion. Clean place and good staff.

The place was really tidy and the food that I've ordered was tasty, healthy and well made. Staff were really helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

This is one of my favourite Itsu stores. It is quite large, in comparison to other Itsus in the central area. The Regent's Street Itsu always have "Hot Food" available, even at the happy hour, which is one of my favourite products - The Gyozas cost £4,99 on a regular basis, and £2,99 on the happy hour (30 minutes before the closing of the store) I recommend it

Delicious gluten free rice and chicken pot

I had a lovely lunch there yesterday. I haven't had itsu in a couple of years. The food was really good. I love how they have kiosks for payment now.

Pretty good size Itsu with a good selection, even just before they close. They have installed self- checkouts which makes it very quick and easy to grab a bite.

Itsu is a really great place to grab a quick bite to eat. All food is on display, warming delicious soups, sushi, noodles, salmon & salads. Generous portions, fair pricing. Overall good alternative to regular fast food restaurants.

Branch is not closed! Very much open and busy in a prime location on Regent Street. Friendly staff. Clean. Good selection. Like the new automated ordering system.

Food and service always are amazing

Quick clean affordable and easy bit

Cheap (in terms of price) but still offers very good quality sushi, sashimi and other Japanese food. This restaurant is always my go to restaurant if I am craving for good sushi(specially since there is a branch close to my workplace) . I have yet to visit a branch whose staff aren't helpful and polite which is always a plus factor for me returning to them. Also, they have this half price promo everytime they are about to close and if you're lucky, you might still have a wide selection left.

My fav dish is the duck ban bao !

Rice wasn't fluffy, it was hard. Miso wasn't salty and didn't really have a flavour. Gyoza that come with it weren't cooked very well.

Got the chicken salad. Tasted nice but the Teriyaki one is better

A nice clean restaurant, good food (for London prices), not too busy and the staff are always friendly, however, why change to payment screens? This removes the connection with the staff and makes it just another generic takeaway.

Stopped by on my way to the Royal Academy to see an exhibition. Pleasant experience selecting your sushi dish then completing your order via a machine. The Sushi Delight is a favourite of mine paired with a ginger low water.

I like this type of food. Something different, easy to buy, easy to eat. Quick service. Reasonable price.

The store was clean and organized. Wasn't busy when we visited amd not alot of choice food wise. The guy who served was very friendly and helpful, great customer service! The other store colleague who seemed to be the leader was not as interested and looked annoyed when a lady was asking to be served. Would go back again.

Located on Regent Street. Nice to people watch if you get a seat near the window.  Mainly high seat communal tables inside as per most Itsu branches and some normal seats outside.  Relatively quiet but a nice atmosphere an hour before closing on a Friday evening.  Good selection of salads, sushi, hot food and more (even late in the day).  They display calories and nutritional information which I like.  Wish more places would do this.  I just wanted a miso soup.  Something light which was perfect.  Hit the spot, nice and comforting.  Staff were pleasant and service was fast.  Cleanliness not too bad.  Would recommend.
