The best restaurants serving Italian food in Scotland

Food choice is excellent... All freshly prepared in less than 15 minutes... Excellent value too... Well worth a visit!

Al pasar, entré aquí y me recibió Robert, quien es el gerente. Ambiente muy agradable y Robert es obviamente feliz en su trabajo que se reflejó en su alegre y servicial manera. Recomiendo encarecidamente este pub que incluso tiene una explicación de su nombre en la pared.

This was not great, not very clean and bad service, and found a hair in my daughters food, also the menu wasn’t accurate, and missed stuff of on my daughters food.

The pate was a little bland, lacked seasoning. As did the bruschetta. Otherwise fast service and reasonable prices

An amazing Italian place in town. Portion sizes are huge and delicious. Cocktails are also tasty.

Having been visiting for the last few years I have been treated like a friend of the family and have got to know Jennifer, Toni, Dorothy and Neve and get looked after by them every time I call in. This visit was by far the best. Toni chose my starter and main course and wow, wow, wow!!! Carpaccio of Beef followed by an amazing Fish Stew which included prawns, clams, scallops, crayfish and sea bass. I’ve always found dishes like this ‘too fishy’ but this was so fresh and flavoursome. Partnered with the best Rose wine I’ve ever had, but forgot to ask what it was. 🤦‍♂️ Plenty of proof of awards when you come in to the restaurant but that doesn’t tell the full story. Go there, talk to them, ask them to suggest dishes and enjoy as I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

What can I say place was dead and it was a Saturday night with a big movie release - you used to not be able to get in to it before it was this place. Masquerading as an Italian not one pizza on the menu I can feel Italian restaurants turning in their grave. Burger was nothing better than a frozen birdseye with a cheese slice slapped on top of it lol what restaurant use cheese slices. The prices for the quality of food are high. Restaurant needs to work on a better menu (one that’s not laminated). Sadly won’t be back this place used to be so much better than what it’s become. Servers were pleasant and always checking t you needed help but I feel even they are embarrassed by what’s being served and the fact they have barely any custom on what should be the bread and butter of the week.

Don't recommend. Poor quality food, not very good trained front of house staff. More like a kids area than an adult restaurant. Sad but disappointed.

This restaurant has great food we went for breakfast the portions are really good and the staff were attentive, in the morning the restaurant is quiet which we enjoyed the only complaint we had was the cutlery was dirty at our table and had to ask for a new set the waiter was very apologetic after the incident however there are no other complaints as everything was spot on and would be returning

Ordered a latte, flat white and cappuccino- all served in same cups and all tasted the same Cheesecake bland and not worth the money No breakfasts available at noon No rush to go back

Magda was a lovely host! We’re visiting from the states and we’re craving some Italian after enjoying authentic Scottish meals all week. This place really hits and is right in the middle of Inverness.

Primera vez en un Tony Macaroni y definitivamente agobiado. El lema de “Comida italiana real” promete, pero la comida que teníamos no cumplió con la calidad, el sabor o cualquier aspecto de la autenticidad italiana. Mi Milanesa de pollo estaba bien, pero es esencialmente pollo frito y eso es difícil de cagar. La lasaña por otro lado era diabólica. Llegó con un aspecto muy rojo y tomate con un poco de queso derretido por encima. No hay señales de salsa bechamel ni textura ni sabor de carne. La pasta de lasaña estaba nadando en la salsa de tomate. Definitivamente no italiano y definitivamente no es agradable para comer. Nuestro servidor fue muy amable al respecto y explicó que era un “nuevo menú” (pero creo que podría haber sido una nueva receta que reduce los ingredientes caros, queso y carne). Escogimos una pizza como alternativa y eso fue igualmente decepcionante con alrededor del 40 % de la pizza sin cobertura y el resto una cobertura muy escasa. Sabía barato. El vino era genial. Mientras que la comida decepcionó a la servidora se destacó en su enfoque para lidiar con ambas comidas. Ella obtiene el 100% y es un crédito para el restaurante. No volveremos a comer allí.

Elegimos Wildwood para la cena después de un día de gira. ¡Buena elección! Nuestra fiesta disfrutó de una pizza de queso y espaguetis. El servidor fue solícito sin ser intrusivo. Estamos contentos de haber encontrado Wildwood

Things missing from order, pizza under cooked, ignored by staff to correct order. Flat cola from the gun. Dirty sticky tables. Dirty toilets. £20 burger had Stale burger bun. Rude attitude. All round avoid if posssible

I cannot recommend this place to anyone at all or lightning will strike me down. Avoid at all costs! I wont even go into why, on your head be it should you eat here.
