Bella Italia Inverness in Highland

Magda was a lovely host! We’re visiting from the states and we’re craving some Italian after enjoying authentic Scottish meals all week. This place really hits and is right in the middle of Inverness.

Excellent service by Magda and the food was lovely as always.

Lunchtime visit. It was busy and the staff were very welcoming. Brilliant service from Magda. We had the sharing board for starters which was just the right amount. The Marco Polo was great. Really enjoyed it and will bring the family next time.

My Family and I have been coming here occasionally for a few years now and they ALWAYS get everything right. The last time Me and my Mum came here together just for a little treat for ourselves and it was absolutely amazing!! The food was so delicious both Mum and I were extremely pleased. We only had a main course but it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. We were genuinely happy to be spending time together in such a lovely place and the service was fantastic. We felt extremely welcomed and respected there. Our Waitress was Magda and she was one of the nicest people ever!! I highly recommend going here it’s one of the best places to eat in Inverness!! <33

I can't say enough good about this place. I did the three course. Incredible value for what you get and the food is extraordinary. My server Gabriel was awesome as well. Big time recommended.

Tried calling as I had a question about the food and was trying to book online, all I got was an annoying automated message that just kept asking "how can I help" no matter what I said!!!! Ended up going elsewhere.... I have eaten in there before and enjoyed it but this is regarding booking delivery

YOU HAVE TO BOOK. DON'T JUST TURN UP EXPECTING TO GET IN. We visit quite regularly and are amazed at how many people turn up without booking and are turned away. Same applies to other restaurants in Inverness. Food is lovely and staff are very attentive even though they are often short staffed. Can sometimes take quite a while for food to arrive but is not a hardship. Better than feeling rushed.

We came here for lunch during a trip. The food was good, the atmosphere great and Magda is such a lovely waitress.

The food was excellent as well as the service Magda provided. My husband had the Chicken Milanese and I had the Bolognese, both were delicious! We will definitely be going back.Be sure to make reservations.

The cuisine is not bad, however the friendliness and to be seen again! But really! No patience, the waiter gets annoyed very quickly, a smile sir, you have to relax!!!!! Otherwise, change jobs!

Very well cooked dishes, on the other hand the ice cream is frozen and only tastes like sugar, the flavors stay pretty much there! The service and welcome are disastrous!! No smiles and coldness! I don't recommend it if you want to have a good time...

The dishes are rather well prepared but As for the welcome and the service...help...maybe you don't have to be a tourist to go to this restaurant.... Angry waiter and no patience. Do not try to communicate or exchange in a good mood.... This one denigrated us at the time of the bill, certainly unhappy at not having received a tip....No thank you, no "goodbye"... he just handed me my credit card with a disdainful look without even looking at me... Just good to receive the money in the cash drawer... DEPLORABLE

We wandered in, because we want some good Italian food, and that's what we got! The lasagna and the spinach cannalonie were were both excellent. We will ask for MAGDA on our next visit. She was kind, efficient, and helpful with the menu. Thanks for a great experience!

The food was delicious, the server we had was lovely. We went at 1pm which was fairly quiet, but still had a very nice atmosphere.

Worst Italian restaurant I have ever eaten at. Bruschetta where bread was soft, very coarse tomato, no basil but kind of pesto. Pasta without taste, pizza we had also very bad.

Four of has had a lovely set meal with wine. Our waitress, Magda, was very cheery, helpful and prompt. Chatted a little but not intrusively. We are from Glasgow therefore we cannot be regulars, however, no problem on visiting again if we are in the area.

Absolutely amazing place in the heart of Inverness. The food tasted exactly like authentic true Italian food made with love. Great service too and definitely try out the spaghetti and meatballs, best ever!

We ordered a variety of vegetarian starters and mains - everything was very tasty. The desserts were also very good. Magda who served us was fantastic. Highly recommend the place.

I really liked the service, and the people were really kind, I'd definitely come back. I really enjoyed the experience in Bella Italia and the people were so nice - This is from the children. What a warm, genuine welcome we got from Ivie. She was excited to have us there and did everything possible to make us comfortable. Megde is a great asset to Bella Italia. She went above and beyond to make sure our vouchers were sorted and ready to be used. Her service was top notch. With such members of staff, I will recommend Bella Italia a zillion times. Thank you for making our day super duper special. We will be back!

Lunch with friends in Inverness, good Italian restaurant, Magda very friendly and attentive!

We ate at the Inverness restaurant on Monday 14th April and our server, Magda was fabulous. The restaurant was very busy but she took time to serve everybody with first class service. She was polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely eat here again

Magda made our evening. We had been somewhere else and staff were suprisingly rude so went to Bella Italia instead. Magda was so warm, friendly and attentive. She genuinely saved what could have been a disaster of an evening. Food was hot tasty and our 8 year daughter loved the activity sheet. I never fill these things out but Magda was so fab I really wanted her to know she made a difference.

Had a lovely meal tonight. Staff very busy but nothing was a bother. Had a dairy free in our party and the waitress was brilliant and knowledgeable about what he could have.

This pizza restaurant is a fantastic spot for vegans! 🍕 They have so many vegan options, which is always great to see. I got the margarita with vegan cheese, and it was delicious—perfectly cooked with a nice balance of flavors. 🌱 The staff here are super friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The atmosphere is cozy, and it's a great place to enjoy a meal, whether you're dining alone or with friends. Definitely a must-visit if you're looking for good vegan pizza

Good pasta and service, the sauce and pasta was great and chicken was okay.

Food was delicious. Magda’s service was outstanding! They were all so hospitable. My daughter wanted spaghetti with butter, which wasn’t on the menu, and they did it for her. She was a happy girl. Definitely recommend!

We have eaten at Michelin starred restaurants on this trip & Magda’s service has outshined them ALL! You have a gem in her. So much we came back a second day in a row…the pizza was superb as well…but Magda won our hearts and return patronage.
