Bella Italia Inverness in Highland

Eating area was very cold. Diners wearing jackets. Staff were very nice. Disappointed with new dish- creamy prosecco chicken. ( very bland). Been several times but this is the first time we were disappointed .

Everything was perfect, except one of the guests next to us who was talking very loud. Otherwise we enjoyed our meal and the Service very much.

This pizza restaurant is a fantastic spot for vegans! 🍕 They have so many vegan options, which is always great to see. I got the margarita with vegan cheese, and it was delicious—perfectly cooked with a nice balance of flavors. 🌱 The staff here are super friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The atmosphere is cozy, and it's a great place to enjoy a meal, whether you're dining alone or with friends. Definitely a must-visit if you're looking for good vegan pizza

Good pasta and service, the sauce and pasta was great and chicken was okay.

Food was delicious. Magda’s service was outstanding! They were all so hospitable. My daughter wanted spaghetti with butter, which wasn’t on the menu, and they did it for her. She was a happy girl. Definitely recommend!

We have eaten at Michelin starred restaurants on this trip & Magda’s service has outshined them ALL! You have a gem in her. So much we came back a second day in a row…the pizza was superb as well…but Magda won our hearts and return patronage.

Gabriel was our server and he couldn't have been more helpful. He was warm and friendly upon our arrival and seated us very quickly. He was brilliant with the kids and made them feel included in the ordering process, which was great. Food was lovely and we didn't feel rushed at all, even though it was getting very busy and we took up two tables.

Fabulous Service! Fabulous Food! Chilly table though.. but it is cold outside. Would have been 5 stars for atmosphere if we weren’t freezing cold and eating with our jackets and gloves on 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Bella Italia in Inverness is a fantastic dining spot! The food is absolutely delicious, with a wide range of options, including plenty for vegetarians. The staff are polite, cooperative, and attentive, making you feel right at home. If you're visiting with kids, there's no need to worry – they offer special kids' dishes and even provide entertainment like painting and puzzles to keep little ones entertained. It's a wonderful, family-friendly restaurant where everyone can enjoy a great meal and have a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Liam was really good with us - dealing with our odd dietary requests with good humour (and more importantly got everything right!!)

We visited Bella Italia on Sunday 16th of February 2025 at 18.00 pm. We were so happy with the food and the servers are nice. They were kind to change the starter that I ordered it wrong as I had no idea it had got cheese on and he changed it for us to a different one. That was nice of him. Our pastas were delicious! We really enjoyed our dinning at Bella Italia, Inverness. Tanya

Perfect 🤩 both daughter and I Thoroughly enjoyed I had spinach and ricotta cannelloni and my daughter had spaghetti Bolognese. It was presented beautifully untied magnificent.

If I could select every reason for my eating then I would! The waitress that greeted us was so cheerful and friendly, we were difficult customers with our order of a half and half pizza (same toppings, one side with cheese and one without). The chef agreed to work around our problem of a cheese allergy and provided us with our half and half. Myself and my mother were both so impressed with everything right from the start, so much so that I’m currently writing this while still sat at my table. I wanted to say a massive thank you to the ladies that serves us today, you really made a mundane day special! :))

Such a lovely place and I will definitely return next time I'm in Inverness! The food is absolutely divine and the staff are absolutely incredible and are so good at what they do. I love that allergies are taken seriously here - it's one of the first things they ask before you order. Having worked in hospo I know how dismissive some places can be about them. Keep up the great work team! Bravo!

Maybe time of day (about 1400), but the restaurant was all but empty (1 other couple) which,, in a large room did little for atmosphere! However, service was excellent (Magda looked after us) and the food also. We went on a special offer (£5 for a pasta dish) though upgraded to get a preferred choice. As I said the lack of fellow customers may have been down to my "late lunch", but I felt the room would be better partitioned, lessening the "lonely feeling".

Went in for the £5 pasta deal in January and certainly was. I disappointed. The food was great and at such good value, service was also very fast and friendly from Wiktoria. Wouldn’t definitely recommend a visit.

Definitely worth coming here. Reasonably priced. Got to try spicy sausage pasta. It was delicious. Side of fries was good quantity and the right amount of crispy. Our server Magda was great.

Fabulous meal, despite being busy Magda looked after us so well.

Tried their christmas vegetable pasta, didn't like button sprouts in it (surprisingly they take 2 pounds extra for that). Didn't like their garlic dough balls either. Lemon cheese cake was a bit too lemony. Chocolate orange fondant was good, but sadly their quantity is lesser in set menu. Overall, it was okay but a bit below my expectations.

We were served by Liam today after a little confusion around menus and offers Liam went above and beyond to ensure our visit was fantastic. As a coeliac it’s refreshing to find a restaurant so clued up on allergens along with superb cocktails. Liam couldn’t do enough for us going the extra mile enhancing our experience. The service was first class Magda is amazing she is a really good host, absolutely so welcoming we will be back again. Food very well presented and tasty, I cleared the plate. Ministroni soup excellent lasagna amazing.

We were a big party of originally 20 people, and the business got in contact to arrange pre-ordering, which made our night go alot smoothly with timing for food coming out to our table. We had a couple people cancell from the booking and our server Gabriel was more then happy to help accommodate that. Extremely polite staff and very enjoyable experience with great organisation and communication from the staff, definitely recommend.

No hemos estado aquí por años, queríamos darle otra oportunidad pero no sabemos por qué perdimos nuestro tiempo. Comida no muy sabrosa como Little italy and tge pan de ajo era tan malo que no tenía sabor y fino y duro, no como debería ser en absoluto! No vendré aquí de nuevo. Malgasto de dinero.

I like the speed of service .. and the food is also great!we tried the 3 course ! Plus the very friendly staff his name is gabriel. We need more of him in the industry.
