Frankie & Benny's in Highland

We had a very pleasant experience. Food quality and temperature were both perfect, we didn't have long to wait for food. And the staff were very friendly and professional.

The food was not as compared to what I have had at other Frankie's and Benny. However service was excellent as always with a great family atmosphere

Paulina our server was friendly, efficient & knowledgeable about the menu. Nothing was too much trouble. My only gripe about our visit was discovering after being offered additional condiments & choosing barbecue noticed on our final bill there was a charge if £1 for this. The male server at no point advised there was a cost for this. I feel duped. Other than that visit was lovely.

Paulina looked after my family very well. Great customer service, very knowledgeable with the menu. Great food and speed of service.

Damien was great serving us. Went above and beyond to make sure we had a great lunch. Not many places still have nice staff, refreshing to have someone so devoted to high standard of service. Will definitely be back

The service here is always excellent especially from Paulina who is always so attentive, helpful and professional. I would recommend the cheesy garlic bread as a starter and the pasta is always good.

Great attention given by Damien and Emma last night while we were celebrating our grandsons birthday . Damien works super hard and wants to make sure everything is absolutely perfect for everyone. We have been here before while up visiting from Kilsyth , my son who stays local frequently visits here . 100% recommend this restaurant. Made even better by Damien . Thank you !

Fantastic meal with the family of 2 adults and 5 children to celebrate daughter’s 12th birthday. Our server, Damian went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. As he does on every visit to Frankie and bennys. A real credit to the team here!

Tushla-mai has been working here for a fair while I believe as I recognised her from some previous visits, she deserves some recognition for her hard work and loyalty to F&B’s always professional and on top form as all the staff are here and I will continue to come back as long as this standard is maintained, many thanks to all staff especially Tushla-mai

Attended this restaurant for a meal with my daughter, tonight. From the moment we walked in the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. From the girl that showed us to our table to the two waitresses that served us. Customer service 10/10 in all respects. Will definitely be back.

Definitely recommend coming here! Me and my friends went on a dinner night out and we definitely wasn’t disappointed!! We had Emma serve us and she did an excellent job! We had a lovely conversation with her and she’s lovely. Food was Perfectly cooked and had so much to choose from on menu. Will be coming back here again with family and friends for sure.

Paulina, is very friendly and welcoming on every visit we have made. Paulina checked in a good amount to see how we were and of there was anything else she could do it was very nice. The food has always been to a good standard on every occasion never had a bad food experience.
