Great attention given by Damien and Emma last night while we were celebrating our grandsons birthday . Damien works super hard and wants to make sure everything is absolutely perfect for everyone. The service here is always excellent especially from Paulina who is always so attentive, helpful and professional. I would recommend the cheesy garlic bread as a starter and the pasta is always good.

Fantastic meal with the family of 2 adults and 5 children to celebrate daughter’s 12th birthday. Our server, Damian went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. As he does on every visit to Frankie and bennys. A real credit to the team here!

Paulina, is very friendly and welcoming on every visit we have made. Paulina checked in a good amount to see how we were and of there was anything else she could do it was very nice. The food has always been to a good standard on every occasion never had a bad food experience.

Attended this restaurant for a meal with my daughter, tonight. From the moment we walked in the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. From the girl that showed us to our table to the two waitresses that served us. Customer service 10/10 in all respects. Will definitely be back.

Definitely recommend coming here! Me and my friends went on a dinner night out and we definitely wasn’t disappointed!! We had Emma serve us and she did an excellent job! We had a lovely conversation with her and she’s lovely. Food was Perfectly cooked and had so much to choose from on menu. Will be coming back here again with family and friends for sure.

Ate here on sat 23rd March would give that visit 5 stars. But revisited on sun 24th. Waited more than 10 minutes to even get asked for drinks! The excuse will be that we arrived just after there had been an 'incident' where someone was sick. But two staff were already dealing with this. There was 6 floor staff and 8 tables. Two members of staff floated about doing nothing and ignoring everyone. Several people had to go up to pay. Food was also underwhelming.

We had burgers with fries. The food was absolutely disgusting, cold and looked and tasted like leftover from yesterday. Shame on the cook!

All good apart from mains were not very warm

We just left Inverness F&B. Food was cold and tasted like from 2 days old, service slow. The lady which served us was nice but without any energy . More interested on dirty tables than on us. We spend 3 h on dinner and kids were hungry again when we got home . Was not busy at all, but we have been waiting for order for 20 min and longer for food.F&B is bad and more bad every time we go there. 0/10

It was nice, I enjoyed the carbonara my granny got the lasagna. I also got a mozzarella stick which was really nice if you like the cheese bites from macdonalds you’ll like this because it’s a nicer version that actually has a string pull. Desserts were nice but for my preference the tiramisu was too thick and not very coffee-y.

Arrived early before our booked time but that was no problem. Speedy service from very friendly staff. Great food and used a voucher. Five stars all round

The lady serving us was good however we waited 50 minutes for our food and charging near £20 for this chicken burger and chips is daylight robbery, the burger was just thrown together and was mediocre at best and should be half the price it is. Wouldn't go back, overpriced mediocre food.

The lovely lady who answered the phone was so accommodating and helped me with my partners requests while in hospital. Thank you so so much for being a superstar. We will absolutely be coming for a sit down meal once partner is better :) x

When I first placed the order for ASAP I was given a delivery time of 18.55 to 19.15 this kept changing , getting later and later. I eventually received my order at 20.04!

We had a delicious meal for two today and cannot fault anything. Starters were Garlic bread and meatballs, then main meals were, Chicken burger and fries, and Spaghetti bolognaise, very highly recommend eating here,we are coming back soon. The first question was do we have any allergies they should know about. Our waitress asked us on a number of times, if our meal was OK, and was there anything she could get for us. Excellent time...

One of the best restaurants in Inverness. They arranged a birthday surprised for my bf. Food is very nice and affordable. Staffs are lovely 💜💜 I can give 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for their service.

My buttermilk chicken burger was certainly lacking a bit of buttermilk chicken today.

From the beginning to the end the staff took care of us like friends, we felt simply welcome. The food was so good that even though we were full we wanted to eat more. Beautiful place, beautiful people and a beautiful time with the family.

Nice fit out and friendly enough service but the food just is not up to scratch for the price point. I am aware Frankie and Benny’s is a successful chain and some restaurants may perform better but it’s the kitchen that are letting this one down - just not quite enough pride being put into what’s leaving the kitchen - a bit lack lustre. Would probably not go back to this particular one. Also don’t like it when discretionary tips are added automatically to the bill - tips should be reserved for above and beyond service not people just doing their jobs to an average/satisfactory manner. Most people find it too embarrassing to ask for these tips to be removed so will just swallow it even if the service level does not justify it so I tend to find the practice a bit jarring.

Food is good and portion size adequate. Service was prompt and we were looked after well.

Absolutely great meal and after some confusion staff were great highly recommended and top marks to the manger for resolving our issue.

Overall, it was a good breakfast. Although the bacon was burned. The restaurant also seems to be understaffed. Staff that are on are great though.

Warm welcome..checked if we had any allergins...allowed to order drink before completing main meal choice. Nice and friendly without being pushy or rushed.

Chicken wings are too die for so tender and tasty. BBQ chicken stack was beautiful. Waiter not sure his name foreign accent is brilliant. Very friendly service and nothing is ever too much hassle. Made it extra special by surprising my mum for her upcoming birthday. He is an asset representing your company.

Child’s meal was wrong, fruit for dessert was rotten, restaurant wouldn’t redeliver as they didn’t have a driver, chicken parm sandwich was horrible, overcooked chicken till the point it was chewy, bread was stale and fresh ingredients were far from fresh both fries were stone cold all in all it was a horrific experience! Would not reorder or recommend. On a positive note the driver was most pleasant.

I’m not one to complain especially at a restaurant, as someone who also works in hospitality. However, this meal was extremely poor. The service was fantastic especially when short staffed managing big tables and birthday parties, this complaint isn’t for the servers but the chefs. I myself had the BBQ chicken (which is breaded btw not stated on the menu) it was OK but very mediocre and bland, the bacon was overcooked and chewy. The chips with the chicken weren’t cooked properly they were cold in the middle and also went cold very fast. My friend had the Mac n Cheese which was tasteless like dishwater with cream to be honest. Very flavourless and disappointing, wouldn't recommend. For a total bill of £72 for 2 people would expect better tbh. Needless to say, the starter pretzels were very nice highly recommend and the hot cookie dough dessert and Malteser shake was also very nice. Again service was fantastic we didn’t mind the wait inbetween finishing starters and mains as again they were busy and short staffed.

I came in and first got served by a foreign man and he was so kind and nice and there was this young lass with blonde her and she was so kind and i had forgotten something in the building and she ran out after me to hand it to me, i think those 2 are the best in there

Really disappointed with the delivery service. The delivery driver couldn’t find our property and had little English. We had to then go looking for him.

Food was great, didn’t know which dessert to have so we had two each. We will be back as the service by the young girl Emma was next to none. She was pleasant, happy and attentive. Being a chef I know not everyone is good at waiting but this girl just had it all. We will be back because of the service.

We experienced a wonderful night. The server was amazing, the other staff where amazing and the food was outstanding. And the cherry on the cake is when the staff sang happy birthday to my partner.

Three of us for lunch today. Gluten free pasta bolognaise poor. Tasteless and not very hot and no Parmesan cheese with it. Apple crumble slightly burnt on top and a tiny jug of custard with it. Baked potato with salad okay! Was nice when we arrived at 1200 but soon after really loud thumping music started. Could hardly hear each other. Asked staff to turn it down, slightly better but definitely not a place to catch up with friends for a chat without shouting at each other. Won’t be back.
