To start with, we were here for multiple nights for dinner. The staff were extremely nice as they brought us water but it was a bit iceless. On the first night we had mozzarella sticks, which were very satisfactory and a burger, the bun was rock solid and extremely stale. It also had many seeds on top of the bun which I found caught in my throat on multiple occasions, this could be a health hazard. It also was too big to fit in my mouth which made it extremely difficult to eat. On the second night things took a turn for the worse, the pizza was mediocre, however the oil was very over powering and it took its time to arrive. As we were eating our pizza we were horrified to see a customer walking past with his backside visible to all, which was thoroughly inappropriate to the younger audience, there was also FIVE! happy birthday songs which was a bit much and this became a non relaxing environment. Across me and my colleagues the cookie dough received mixed opinions, many loved it, many were sick after it, this might be something that needs looking into, It was soggy and gooey. The bathrooms were flooded and blocked in nearly all cubicles they smelt questionable and could have just been a bit better. The atmosphere was nice however it got a bit noisy sometimes. There were a multitude of choices for the sauces including tangy teds hot cause and ketchup and mustard that was very vibrant. My colleges comments were: the pasta was overcooked which is not on as that’s coming from an Italian, another colleague was disappointed with the number of onion rings with their steak that was also fatty. Now onto the positives, the staff were nice and one of them wore a lovely perfume which got lots of comments. Also for the price the Nandos next door would have been much better.

A group of 14 of us went here to celebrate a birthday and it was just wonderful. The food was tasty and everyone found something that they liked. Service by David was exceptional! He was so friendly and accommodating with the different needs of everybody.

Visited for the first time yesterday for lunch. Had my grandson with me who picked from the children’s menu and wanted an appletizer. The waitress failed to say this wasn’t an option, from the children’s menu. She failed to say that the drinks ‘top ups’ were only available on the cheaper lunch menu for the adults in the group. Waited 15 minutes for a child’s ice cream after we had all finished our meal. The drinks bill added almost £20 to our food bill. The waitress failed to engage and discuss what was include and what options were available. Poor service and an extortionate bill. I would never go back nor recommend this establishment especially if you are treating children.

We went again yesturday 19th feb 24 the service we recived was shocking the waitress couldnt understand us properly so had to show her on the menu what food an drink we wanted and when we finished our mains it took nearly an hour for her to clear the table and get our pudding order we spent over 2 hrs sitting in the restaurant as we vist a hood few ti.es throughout the year this was the worst experience weve had thus far not happy as our meal always costs over 150 pound each time i didnt leave a tip thos time either as we wall not impressed with the service given but the food was great as always We went yesterday 14th July our family had a table of 8 2 adults and six kids our waitress was super friendly informative and made some suggestions on kids menu always came to check to see if was happy with food or needed anything prices were a little steep but it was good food I had the steak I did ask for it blue but alas it came our rare but didn't bleed this should be an option to have the steak extra rare ie blue as that is how I always prefer mine but other than that the food was great all my kids aged from 21months upto 17 all ate and enjoyed the food

Went in Sunday around 3pm and was not too busy. Our server Lucy was 5 star. She kept checking on how our food was and didn't hesitate when I asked for another drink. Food was the best I've had in this particular Frankie and bennies. Ordered mozzarella sticks, Sicilian calzone and the new York cheesecake with salted caramel sauce. Absolutely recommend this place.

Food overpriced- chicken burnt; pasta was average at best. Wasted so much money that could have been better spent elsewhere. Will not be coming here again.

went today for our daughters birthday and it was excellent. we were greeted by Damian who was fantastic and the food was great as well. both the kids loved it and Amber loved the happy birthday song as well. will hopefully be back soon!

Went on a busy saturday night for dinner after a trip to Vue. Was greeted by a lovely front of house member who showed us to our table and wished us a Happy Anniversary as I had mentioned in the booking notes we were celebrating which was a lovely touch. Service by Annie was prompt and polite and always made sure we were comfortable. My boyfriend had the BBQ chicken wings to start which were divine and I had the mozzarella dippers. Preferred the wings. For mains we both had burgers, mine the chicken and halloumi and his the double bacon cheeseburger. Both were incredible and full of flavour. Added a garlic pizza bread with cheese too which was also delicious. Overall, a brilliant anniversary dinner!

Went up for lunch, had loaded potato skins and a large calzone. Good size, calzone was very good. Not too bad for what I paid. Staff very good.

Went tonight, shared garlic bread and calamari then shared bbq platter, it was OK macaroni was rubbish brisket beans were good.. 1 tiny corn on cob how can 2 people share that.. steak was well cooked though ends very grossly They forgot our onion rings and apparently kitchen ran out of peppercorn sauce tesco is 2 minutes away send sum1 F & B is getting so expensive

Was visiting the area on my birthday, it was an unplanned visit but decided while at shops to eat here rather than our hotel. Food was lovely, we were not hurried so could take our time and the staff made me feel special, highly recommend.

Food was really nice, had vegan wings for starter (even if you're not vegan you've gotta try them - amazing) and the vegan burger with fries, great service as usual from Tracy, very professional and always has a smile. Me and the better half have been here a few times now and will be back again, even if it is only to try another Cherry Cuba Libra cocktail, they are so good.

Good place to stop on the way north or south. Great service.

Mojito tasted very weak and just of soda. Ceaser salad was without doubt the worst I've ever had. No Italian cheese in a ceaser is pretty poor. Whole salad was tasteless. Dirty dogs were good but not excellent.

Best Frankie & Benny's so far. Food was very tasty and warm. Restaurant was very warm and clean. There's a free car park in front of the restaurant with plenty of spaces.

If you want to overpay for a long wait and average food then this is the place for you. Lots of places in Inverness and even at the retail park where you eat much better for much less.

was told by the lady who was at the front desk with glasses and a sleeve tattoo that a table for 4 she said she wouldn’t have anything for 15 minutes to which we said that’s fine and waited to the side she then went on to seat 3 tables fit for 4 people to groups of people stood behind us 3 times in a row as we are sat waiting so there was no reason we couldn’t be seated none of the people being seated had reservations as we were sat right next to the line, the bar staff were even puzzled to why the people were being seated before us especially when the place was half empty and as soon as we asked the lady at the bar what was going on she went and sorted a table for us straight away food was good and felt sorry for our server as she was lovely and would have left a tip if it went to her but were so annoyed with the situation in the first place it ruined the dinner out no explanation as to why we had to wait and others got seated nothing

Excellent unplanned visit. Quite noisy but really good pizza and salad and excellent service from staff who were as good as they get. Recommended.

Probably the worst steak I’ve ever been served. Terrible food and whilst the serving staff try hard they can’t help the quality of the bang average food leaving the kitchen. Son ordered a pasta dish and the portions are so meagre that we queried if it was a kids/junior meal only to be told it wasn’t. Never again.

We had a lovely meal and great service, plus a nice surprise having mentioned in passing that it was my girlfriend's birthday. The staff were really lovely.

We were all made so welcome as soon as we walked in, lovely atmosphere, very tasty food, plenty to choose from including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options and brilliant management and staff. A++++++++++

Great place to take the kids, they loved it.

Food was delicious as per normal. Offended that the waiter came with our mains before some of us were finished our starters. Should have waited, then cleared the plates when we were actually finished, then served the main. When I mentioned to the waitress she clearly blanked me even my friends noticed. Different sadly to our last visit.

Went out for a meal before we went to work and my partners food was cold by the time they had sorted it out I had finished, we won’t be back, place wasn’t that busy so no excuse

2 adults and 5 kids from ages 2 to 13, couldn't fault the food choices, standard, flavours, service or atmosphere, just brilliant. From the moment we walked in we were greeted pleasantly and seated, orders placed and with one minor hiccup of the kids meals it was returned and sorted super quickly no issues at all, everything was delicious, flavoursome, fresh, nice and hot and well presented. Even with 3 kids under 5 the atmosphere was great, staff were patient and very welcoming for the family. Just lovely

Have not been here for 2yrs,popped in for lunch,a Dirty Hot Dog,BBQ Brisket,crispy onions, jalapenos,cheese sauce,skin on fries,my other half Buttermilk Chicken burger fries,side of onion rings and a couple of drinks,prompt service,food arrived piping hot,wow.....so so good, messy 😋. Service great Food great

I took my son here for lunch. The meal was ok. I asked for the bill paid but it wasn't my bill it was another table the lady went to get me a refund some guy came over and said we wouldn't get our refund for 5-10 working days then we had to pay for our bill so for 2 meals that would have cost me £34.00 cost £87.00 I received my refund 7 days later. This could have been handled completely differently especially as it was not the customers fault. Shocking!!

Service was not great. Took ages to get 2 mains from ordering - nearly 50 mins. Also when we got bill, staff slow to get card machine. Food when we got it was ok, but portions small size for price. Sat underneath Aircon unit and it was freezing.

We were looking for somewhere to have lunch before going to see a film at the nearby Venue Cinema. Frankie & Bennys proved a good choice. The restaurant had a great atmosphere. Staff were friendly, and service was quick. There was a wide range of reasonably priced dining options and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch

The food and service was not good here. I had to go through three items before they had something available for me. The quality of food for the price did not match. Also, the waitress did not seem to want to attend us as she took forever to do things. Like when we asked for water, she said ok and then went back and forth a few times fixing some empty tables before bringing water for us. I thought it had slipped her mind and was about to ask her again.

Classic F&B but the staff were fantastic!

We dined in on a quiet Wednesday night. I had the chicken wings and cheese burger combo with fries while my family had the salmon and spaghetti bolegnase. All the meals were good. The service of our mains could have arrived quicker, but the service was otherwise really good. The place has an interesting seventies vibe with music as well. I recommend both the general and two to three course menus. They have decent opinions for each.

Good food Quick service. Good price. Need to give customers more time with the menu too esger to take order The management could engage in some customer service, too. This spoils what is otherwise a good atmosphere as they do walk about looking miserable.

Held our son's birthday treat here and the staff were very attentive and great and understanding with 10 boys in high spirits!! Food was great, well presented and in perfect timing to keep kids happy. Would recommend for any kids party and the extra highlight treat was pumping the music up and singing happy birthday when they came with the cake, which we provided. Great service, thanks again

Loved the food and service, especially the waitress named May, she is so lovely and catered our needs as we are group of 7, 3 kids and 4 adults, some with food allergies She took notes clearly, starting from the drinks to desserts, she served us with love and care 💓 Food is very tasty too, we ordered Italian mostly, veg and nonveg items, Parking is free outside as it is within the big industrial park, many other outlets are there, like Tesco, nandos, etc

Good food at an okay price. Lava fries were expensive for what was presented. Good atmosphere in the early evening, but the poor waitress was rushed off her feet.

The food, so basically the main thing that matters in a restaurant, was awful. I had a burger with fries, the fries were warm and yet, severely undercooked, some of them were still frozen. The burger itself was disgusting, it was squishy the bun broke bc of how water that was, the meat was over cooked making hard to chew. The aesthetic of the restaurant is great, but that price (very expensive as well) NEVER GO THERE!!!

We came in with 22 people last night (20.07.203) 10 adults and 12 children. Your staff were amazing and accommodated to us. Our server needs to have a very special mention as she was fabulous. She was very good with the kids and didn’t even get frustrated with them. Then she had the best banter with us adults too. Monika you were fab and made out evening. The food was also fabulous and we felt you did great. They even sang happy birthday to one of our ladies. Thank you Monika for being fabulous xxx

This is the first time at inverness restaurant, and it won't be the last. Excellent staff as well as an extensive menu.

90snot for 4 meals and the smallest portion of chicken breast ever for £17), this 4 bites monstrosity was, whilst tasty (I think from sampling 4 mouthfuls) would have made a bantam look obese. Said same to waitress and although she agreed, she then did absolutely heehaw about it other than a nonchalant shrug of the could not give a toss shoulders. Ach well. Live and learn. Thankfully had sides to get enough energy sustenance to make it back out to the car.

I was dragged back to here on my son's orders. It had been quite some time since my last visit as I usually ended up with OK, but overpriced food served (eventually) by fairly unhelpful/uninterested staff so my expectations were not particularly high. We came in and were warmly welcomed by a cheery team member who showed us where we were sitting. The team looking after us were first-class throughout our visit. The food was much better than it used to be and was served within a reasonable time frame. Needless to say, I will be a lot happier returning here.

Excellent staff very attentive the dirty fries where really nice unfortunately the dirty hot dog let the experience down dramatically, the hot dog tasted like an overcooked tesco £1 microwaved hot dog very tough bread and bad tasting dog, everything else was nice.

It was good food, very friendly service and fun atmosphere. The entrees did take a ling time to get to us, but otherwise a very good experience

Just home from having a birthday meal for our granddaughters 16th birthday. So disappointed that despite saying it was her birthday they celebrated someone else's birthday in the restaurant but completely ignored us....We now have am upset young lady, thinking we didn't care enough tomake her night special . She has waited 16 years to get the " Frankie & Benny's experience. Atmosphere in the place was quite flat tonight..no background music etc...Let's just say it'll be a long time before we return.

Great experience at frankie and bennys last week. All the staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was great. Decent value for money too!

My partner and I have been a few times in the past and usually order the same thing. This time we ordered the same thing and the food was cold and she got a tiny piece of chicken and almost a full plate of sweet potatoes fries and nothing else we used to love frankie and bunny's but the food on the 27th may was so appalling we are not going back my ribs were cold and my chips were un cooked very upset as its not exactly a cheap place to eat :-/

Enjoyed the dining experience and the atmosphere. They take food allergies seriously with a menu that sorts based on the specific allegy. Would give the food 3.5-4 stars. Lasagna was good but nothing special. Burger was better but the bun was a bit dry. Taramisu was pretty tasty.

All the staff were super helpful and friendly. Very cheery too. Didn't wait long at all for our food to arrive and when it did it was absolutely delicious. Will definitely return again and again. Highly recommended for any occasion or a quick stop off for a bite to eat.

Excellent meal. We had two margaritas for the children which were good and two burgers which were excellent. The staff are super attentive and fully aware of the need for good service. For a no hassle meal I’d highly recommend.

Food and service very good atmosphere a bit sparse

Sever when I visited was great, really made my night. Even though it was busy they went the extra mile for me and didn't skip on good service. I saw the manager go into the kitchen to help, thats how busy it was, and this server didn't miss a beat. Worked relentlessly all night. Server told me her name was lucy if I remeber right.

Saddens me to say as I love Frankie and Benny's as a good go to place as I am gluten free and they have whole menu dedicated to those who suffer. So bravo for that. Unfortunately this branch (Inverness) has gone down hill dramatically which is so very disappointing. We were sat at booth at front which had food all over the floor under the table, the table was dirty as were the menus that we were given. In fact they were so bad I got the previous person's food all over my hands. I asked to be moved to a booth and for new menus. I got moved to tiny table (not a booth). Onto the food. I had the steak salad with a chilli dressing. Steak was fatty and really tough and the salad was so smothered in sweet chilli you couldn't taste anything. Even the jacket potato was overcooked and cheese was non existant. My young niece got oreo dusted ice cream and that even was dissapointing as we hunted for the oreo dust and it was there at the bottom and could only be seen with a microscope. Even the presentation was awful. Everything just dumped on plate and in glass. Poor show Frankie and Benney's and I hope one of you're staff read this and take it on board. Even you're front of house was so miserable it has really put us all off returning. Thankfully you have great practices elsewhere which myself and my family and friends frequently go to. In fact I am just about to give a rave review for you're Rotherham Parkgate branch as they do an amazing job everytime. Consistently excellent and their staff are super friendly and place is immaculate. Step it up Inverness you're letting team F&B down immensely.

To be honest I was a little disappointed, they were busy but my pizza wasn't great, the kids ones were ok though

We arrived as walk ins with our 8 and a half month old son, and we felt so welcomed 😊 Everyone was so helpful and kind to us, my son had a wonderful first experience in a proper restaurant! The food was lovely aswell as quick! Would definitely recommend if you have children of any age :)

The last two visits we've had to this location has been fantastic, we've been in for the Dinner set menu and Lunch set menu and both have been fantastic food portion and quality to price.

Was a nice lunch, probably ordered more than I could eat but was nice. Most staff was nice and friendly until I wasn't ordering anything for my son (to many allergies to eat) and asked for a plate as he had his own food. But she turned friendly when it came to me paying so she would get a tip.

Food is always amazing here but I also go for the staff. Always get a good laugh with them and the service is always good. Never had a complaint about the food and its always a go to place for us. I have 2 children who can't have dairy and the menu options for this is impressive. Will enjoy to eat eat for many years to come hopefully. Keep up the great work.

First of the lady that served us , Tracy I believe her name was , she was fantastic, could not ask for a better service, breakfast was good and well priced although I'm not a fan of mushrooms cooked in oil , I'm more of a butter person. The decaf coffee was top notch , I found the decor to be warm and inviting, seats were very comfortable and the atmosphere in general was good , I'd say a 9 out of 10 score and would definitely return...as long as we get a chat with Tracy again ....such a fun soul

Last night 13th Feb 23 I ordered the 12 Pigs in blankets with american mustard dip. When it arrived I recieved 6 with no dip. Tonight I decided to get the same meal and this time I got 10 with no dip. £5 .99 is expensive enough without getting what you ordered. I am so disappointed and don't think I will be ordering from here again even though it was one of my Favourite restaurants!!
