Been many times here think it's a little overpriced but good portion size however today we both had the steak and mushroom pie which i must say is a favourite of ours but not today the steak was really tough couldn't eat it a wee bit of mushroom in it but a lot of celery (yuk) and carrots in the pie very disappointed left more than we ate. Sorry but £26 for 2 meals and a drink and left most of it. Did not have time to come and complain as my husband had a hospital appointment. We will be back sorry to complain.

After a busy day touring the local area, we were really pleased to find this restaurant a 2minute walk from our accommodation. We hadn't booked but were fortunate to get a free table. The area we were seated in was on the dark side with low lighting which could have been improved. Aside from that, the service was great, the pizzas delicious and the prices not too bad at all. all in all a great experience.

We would like to support a local business , but sadly we decided not to return here. Lovely staff, but the food is hit and miss, we each had 3 courses, out of the 6 dishes one was fantastic ( though not very hot, and served on a cold plate). The others were either OK or quite bad . The Haggis starter was a bit tastless, and a steak, ordered medium rare was rare, almost blue. The staff are lovely, but there is no atmosphere, its brightly lit and was so very cold many diners had their coats on. The overall feel is of eating in an upmarket converted office. Its so tough running a restaurant, maybe a smaller menu, and a bit spent on styling it and creating sections would help the place feel more intimate.

Booked this restaurant by email for my sons 24th birthday celebration on 4/10/16 I received 2 emails confirming the booking one received on the 3rd the second on the 4th confirming the date time and amount of people to be seated. We all turned up to a closed restaurant. I've emailed but no reply has been received as yet. Telephone number has message advising they can't take the call. Very disappointing. Bookings by email should not be taken when a place has closed down.

My wife and I visited this cosy Italian restaurant for dinner during a short stay in Kirkaldy. We enjoyed our meal immensely. The staff were both very friendly and attentive despite them being very busy. Prices for both food and drinks were very reasonable. When we are next in the area, we will definitely make a point of visiting again.

I use da Vinci’s a lot as a meeting place , lunch or coffee stop , wether I am At work Or socialising , I have always booked my Table in advance since Covid, but no problem for walk ins . I’ve tried a lot of the menu , the breakfast with toast n hot drink is one of the best value for money items , also enjoy the combo , Mac n cheese , and my favourite is the garlic crispy chicken wrap with onions , which comes with salad n slaw, only complaint I would Have is to add more Stock To the soups as they’re a bit bland and thin ish at times . Otherwise I’m a happy customer , and wee etta is the best nothing is any trouble to her , amongst other staff ,(can’t remember their names ) But they’ve always been very pleasant and organised when I am in. well done team Da Vinci’s 👏

The restaurant comes highly recommended. In that view it is a dissapointment. The restaurant is like a cafeteria. The quicker the guests dissapear the better. The soup and the smoked salmon as appetizers were ok. But there were no bread with the salmon, which made it a bit hard to shallow. The worst thing was, that we became the main course 2-3 minuttes after the appetizers. We have never experienced that before in a restaurant. Of course we couldn't eat up! The fries were plain with a texture of an overcooked potato and with absolutely no taste. My steak was grilled too much with a lot of black spots. And I could taste it. 20 pct. of the meat was indedible. Should you not visit the restaurant? You should, BUT you have to keep the staff on a tight leash and be very specific about your requirements. It's necessary, because the staff and the kitchen is not. Bon appetit!

We live in Kinghorn but never know when the restaurant is open. There’s nothing anywhere to tell. How about some info in the Fife Free Press

Ordered online from here during a work course up in Lossiemouth. Overall, fairly average. No issues with the staff, the two guys behind the counter were friendly. However, the food (in areas) let me down. My Van Gogh Pizza fell apart - to elaborate, the Cheese fell off with all the topping going with it. Ended up with Tomato based Bread and piles of topping. However, it was tasty enough and the Chips were faultless. Not the biggest fan of the Garlic & Herb Sauce unfortunately - found it quite sickly. Cost wise, it was about £17 so in the grand scheme of things, about right in comparison to other takeaways in the area.
