Capo Landa in North Lanarkshire

I tend not to take much notice from previous bad reviews as 99% of people over exaggerate their experiences, same applies to Hotels all over the world, this restaurant is a fine example, we dined here after a recommendation as we were in the area for 1 night, booked in at short notice for a table for 2, very warm welcome into a happy environment, promptly shown to our table by a very happy and welcoming waiter, our table was clean, no grotty appearance or slippery floor and no hanging around for hours and hours, I'd say the restaurant was 75% full with couples and smaller groups, there was live music by a solo singer which was a nice touch, added to the atmosphere and ambiance of the whole evening. We were quickly attended to and asked if we required any drinks while checking the menu, low and behold our drinks were pretty rapid, no 20 minute wait nor any shocking service, I said to my wife I think we are in the wrong place!! It also struck me at how happy and cheerful the rest of the diners were, again our waiter returned to take our order once we were happy, ordered our starters and main...waited on perfectly with a happy smile, who'd have thought 😀. I didn't record the time it took for the starter however it was normal for any Saturday night restaurant anywhere in Scotland, when it did arrive the portions were very generous and the food was beautifully presented and delicious. From the moment we entered to the moment we left the whole evening was lovely, the final bill was such a surprise as we have paid double and in some cases treble within a few miles, all in all a very fine evening with delicious food in a cosy restaurant, as for the bad reviews I'd take no notice, most certainly a few exaggerated experiences and most definitely a few lies thrown in for good measure.

Superb lunchtime special menu. Large portions and food was delicious. Nice relaxed atmosphere and good value for money.

Ok so you would think when I had to break out the quavers and wotsits for the kids, they’d get the hint and bring them their starters. But no, it was another hour before they had any food. Even then, there was no kids menus (I mean how hard is it to have some pizza in an Italian restaurant). So adult size and style of food it was. Seabass kids?? The surroundings were grotty and floor slippery. Like some previous reviews, only one waiter had some social awareness and was appropriately embarrassed. He tried, where he could to help. But the Management and senior staffs attitudes were awful and of course, we weren’t even asked how we found the food or experience. The mains were ok, the desserts were not. Overall an awful experience and I won’t be back. I had some good memories of this restaurant way back, but I am sure my kids will not!! Please don’t dine here for Christmas or special occasions, especially if you have kids

Abysmal. Almost 4 hours for a 3 course meal. I understand making money but when you take in way more covers than you can manage you have to ask yourself if it’s worth the long term cost (12 adults at our table and none will be back). One waiter tried his utmost but it was a lost cause. It appeared that it was one (large) sitting and mains weren’t being served until all starters were done and the same with desserts. Either that or not enough crockery! Awful.

We had booked this for Christmas dinner, I thought the food was nice and one staff member went above and beyond to try and fix everyone else’s mess, I thought the service was absolutely appalling, our kids starters were completely forgotten about. We waited an hour and a half between starters and our mains, bearing in mind we had young children with us, it was way too long a wait. I found the guy running the restaurant to be quite rude. I can completely appreciate Christmas Day might be quite stressful for restaurants but they took on way more customers than they could handle, wasn’t worth the money and we definitely won’t be back.

Disappointing experience for Christmas dinner. The writing was on the wall when we ordered drinks only to find out that there were very few soft drinks available, including no lemonade. The food, which was actually decent overall, took quite long to be served but appreciate that can happen in a busy restaurant for Christmas dinner. Though, perhaps a gap of one hour is too long to wait between starter and main course and main course and dessert! Unfortunately the attitude of staff was poor at times; letting their stress and exasperation overspill into their engagement with customers. Only one staff member can be excepted from this criticism; a very attentive and helpful gentleman who clearly wanted our experience to be better but who was hamstrung by the poor planning and organisation by senior staff. You would have thought there would be better planning for Christmas Day but one staff member was constantly checking his phone for food pre-orders whilst scurrying around trying to serve. I would have thought these details would have been printed out multiple times and given to relevant staff in advance of the sitting. We were also served part lukewarm/part cold sticky toffee pudding for dessert. And on receiving our bill the deposit had not been taken off so we had to request this. Overall, it was poorly planned, poorly organised and badly executed. A very disappointing experience. We most certainly will not be returning to this restaurant.

Service so slow, 20 mins between courses, no drinks or desert menu offered. Place was not busy at all, gave feedback to Manager who was not concerned - will not be back !

We ordered lasagne & garlic bread for 12 people to collect on the day of a family birthday. It was absolutely delicious! Lasagne was really well filled. We were all very happy/ impressed. Will definitely use this restaurant more often.

Had a lovely meal with friends on a Saturday Evening. We arrived on time and were seated promptly. The place was not overly busy and the staff were very friendly and attentive. There was not a long wait for the food to come out and when it did it was very good and cooked perfectly. We all had starters and main courses which everyone enjoyed. The only problem was with the sweet course. One person ordered cheesecake and another a French coffee. The cheesecake had gone rubbery and the coffee was cold. The waiter and waitress sorted the problem immediately so that was okay in the end. We all enjoyed our night at La Capagnola and will visit again.

Visited with family a couple of weeks ago. The service was so friendly and welcoming and the food was amazing. We will definitely return!!

Tried a couple of new dishes from the updated menu. We were not disappointed with the food as it was delicious. Everything was washed down with a bottle of the new Red House Wine. Overall a pleasant evening and superb food.

Very good food, and super selection. We were welcomed well on arrival, and my granddaughter aged 2 was well looked after. Front of house Staff need more training. Our waitress didn’t know the menu, and when the mains arrived there was an error on two dishes. This was quickly sorted, although there was a further mistake on the steaks - one being med/rare, the other medium. We got rare and med rare. However, despite the mistake, the quality of the food was excellent. We will give them another visit.

We had booked our table in advance online for Saturday evening. Arrived at our table for 6:30pm, the waitress advised us there would be a bit of a wait...... well we were finally served our main meal at 8:20pm (nearly two hours later). We were honestly ready for giving up. The most frustrating thing is that the food was actually very nice! but waiting all that time just completely spoils it. The manager did take some of our drinks off the bill. However, this is the second time this has happened to us! we were willing to give the place another chance, as I know sometimes these things happen. For the same thing to happen again though...... sorry but I won't be returning. Manager needs to sort his organisation out. Maybe more staff are required? to deal with the volume of customers? especially on a weekend. Kudos to the girl serving as she was trying her best. Feel for the chef/cooks too as I did enjoy the food, but the service is just shocking. Talking to other diners and now reading other reviews, it would appear we weren't alone in the rubbish service.

Useless at taking orders and putting the correct order through. 3 occasion in a row now asked for penne carbonara and they send spaghetti. £4 for chips and get about half a portion. They accept mistake and replace but get it right first time it really isn’t difficult. Just as well it tastes good or it would have been 1 star.

Food was absolutely delicious. Couldn’t have asked for tastier. Been to a few Italians and this has been one of the best. First time going and can’t wait to go back!

Pleasant eatery nearby. Food was nice both ate light, choosing muscles and then Fish for main course. Staff were super friendly and the cocktails lush. All in all a pleasant evening.

Having tried this restaurant on and of over the past 20 years I can finally say it's now somewhere that I would really recommend .In new ownership over the past 3 weeks and made an impact already. Start with the staff, all friendly and intentive but not overbearing, the owner came over to chat as we we're leaving, really nice guy.Now for the food, can't remember the last time I seen fresh mussels so large and tasty. The tagliatelle salmon and Polo Milanese was just amazing. The Italian chef even appeared to ask how his food was!I can safely say we will be back but I'm sure before long you will need to book in advance.

Another excellent meal here this evening. We’ve been going to this lovely family restaurant for years and it never disappoints. The food is consistently high quality, the wines are excellent and the staff always go out their way to put you at ease and make you feel welcome.

I came in for a meal with my family and the owners where very rude too thier staff. The womanBehind the bar could maybe loosen up a little and smile. The customer is always right but with this restaurant it’s the other way around . It’s shocking the way I have seen the way the staff where treated. I bought the Rissoto and it was delicious safe too say but the owners attitude is not right One of the waiting staff looked like she was in tears with the way the staff where taking too her . The young man seems like a know it all

We arrived in Stepps this evening, exhausted from a day of driving and exploring castles. We were going to just go to the plastic pub attached to the chain hotel we are staying at as we were so tired, but my partner spotted this place a 5 minute drive away. Being keen to support local business, we decided to get back in the car and head over - and I am so glad that we did. We received a very warm welcome as soon as we walked in the door. We were asked to sanitise our hands and had our temperature taken so all felt very safe. We both ordered from the specials menu - lobster ravioli for me and my partner had the lamb (can't remember the proper name) and wow, we were not disappointed. The ravioli was very tasty and the lamb was cooked beautifully. The presentation of the lamb was very dramatic - it arrived under a smoke filled cloche The desserts were great - cheesecake and tiramisu. If you are in the area (even if you're not, this is worth a detour) then I would definitely recommend that you pay them a visit - it was much more than i expected from an unassuming Italian on the outskirts of a small town. I wish them every success in the current climate.

This restaurant is only open for takeaway as they are closed for lockdown, but they are still serving the same standards as always. I can't wait for them to reopen.

My local neighborhood Italian restaurant and a favourite venue for family birthdays.We have visited for takeaway much more often during the lockdown restrictions and the pizza, pasta, risotto are always top notch.Just got 3 pizzas tonight - pepperoni, mushroom and a parma ham & rocket and they were absolutely delicious. Just textbook pizzas. Can't wait until we can get back for a sit in (and a draft Moretti). In the meantime we will visit regularly for takeaway.Highly recommended.

Lamentablemente, recientemente asistí a los 3 Ragazzi para un velorio. No es la mejor manera de regresar a algún lugar, pero estas cosas pasan.El personal nos recibió cuando entramos, y fue muy educado y eficiente. Nos llevaron directamente a una mesa predeterminada y en poco tiempo tuvimos bebidas y el menú. Una vez más, el personal conversó con nosotros en todo momento y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos.La comida en sí fue muy agradable, y fue el tipo de cosas en las que, como Jock sin educación, pienso cuando imagino la comida italiana. Mi esposa y yo amamos nuestras comidas, y teníamos diferentes entrantes y platos principales, así que cubrimos una selección justa entre nosotros.Las pequeñas cosas cuentan, por lo que hacer que la gente muela queso parmesano o pimienta negra sobre su comida fue un buen toque. Nuevamente, el personal fue encantador y habló en todo momento y no se sintió invasivo en absoluto.Cuando todos salimos, la señora a cargo se tomó el tiempo de decir algo sobre mi padre (era su funeral). Una vez más, fue un pequeño gesto, pero encantador.Ya no vivo cerca de Glasgow, pero de vez en cuando visito por trabajo. Y volveré a comer aquí.

We missed this restaurant during lockdown. We returned to the usual fabulous food & service. Distancing guidelines are being adhered to and we all thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We'll be back soon.

Thank God the lockdown has been eased, I have really missed this place the past few months. Went for lunch today and was not disappointed, same high standard of food. Social distancing measures made me feel both safe and welcome.

Es un encantador restaurante italiano con un ambiente agradable y un servicio amable y eficiente. Hay un menú extenso con todos tus platos favoritos de pasta, pizzas y risottos junto con una selección de platos de carne y marisco. Elegimos los mejillones con salsa de vino blanco, ajo y guindilla, con un delicioso pan crujiente para fregar la salsa, y los filetes de lubina con salsa de vino blanco. Ambas comidas estaban deliciosas.

A proper Italian family restaurant. The food is good. Always tempting specials on the board . I think they try their best to make sure that you enjoy your meal. We wanted something that was not on the menu. No problem . Good size portions at a reasonable price. I also use the home delivery service. It’s as good as anywhere in Glasgow with its own wee character

Had a 21st birthday meal. Food was excellent and plenty of it. Staff were lovely and nothing was a problem. A great night had by all 13 of us. Thank you, will defo defo be back

No he estado aquí por años. Casi se me olvida que realmente es nuestro restaurante local. Los anfitriones son cálidos y acogedores, el menú es brillante, variado y auténticamente italiano. Sorprendentemente, es bastante económico por la calidad y el servicio brindado.En conjunto, una gran noche, comida maravillosa, probablemente la mejor para kilómetros a la redonda. Definitivamente volveremos más regularmente.Fácil de encontrar y buen aparcamiento gratuito.

Entré con mis compañeros de trabajo para el menú de almuerzo de Navidad, que era agradable y variado. La comida era deliciosa y perfectamente preparada (tuve mejillones para comenzar y pechuga de pollo para la principal). Las instalaciones son agradables y cómodas, aunque los usuarios de sillas de ruedas deben tener en cuenta algunos pasos del restaurante. El personal era muy educado y cortés y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos. Bien vale la pena una visita.

Visited with friends and enjoyed a wonderful dining experience at this excellent Italian restaurant. The choice of gourmet delights on the menu was supplemented with a quite superb listings of daily specials. The wine list was inspired, and none more so than the house red. A proper variety of dishes was ordered, veal, spaghetti and one of the specials a fillet of lamb. All were expertly prepared and well presented. The table service was quite excellent Hopefully a return will not be too distant. Highly recommended.

My wife and myself were looking for someplace to eat near Glasgow Fort. I remembered a recommendation for an Italian restaurant in Muirhead. We saw the 3 Ragazzi and drove into the car park where parking is easy and free. The meal and atmosphere were very good as was the waiter service

I have had 5 dinners there till now and I loved every one of them. They are a proper Italian restaurant, offering great food and wine. I fully recommend the pate for starter, the spaghetti ai frutti di mare and the tagliatelle al manzo for mains. Also all risotto dishes are lovely.Do pay a visit if you are in the area!

Muy mal servicio nada profesional y el propietario es una persona muy mal educada y sin modales fui con mi pareja para el almuerzo pedimos unos entrantes y pescado pero no tuvimos la oportunidad de poner comer ya que pedimos dos coca colas de botella y nos trajiero dos vasos de coca cola sin gas las mandamos de vuenta y pasados unos minutos no trajiero las misma de vuenta volvimos a quejar y nos dijieron que no tenían coca colas pequeñas si no que sólo de dos litros cuando me levanté fui al bar y la nevera está llena de de botellas de coca cola y el dueño muy antipático y grosero me dijo que menuda lo que a el ledava la gana muy mal educado este loca tendría que esta cerrado al público

The food was fantastic, I felt like being in Italy during dinner, not all italian restaurant deserve to be named as italian, but this one does! Food is great.

I dropped by this restaurant to check out the menu (I’m vegan and it is difficult), the owner met me outside and helped a lot. I came back later and was greeted by very friendly waitresses, the service was fantastic. What topped it off, was the food. It was just perfect, the bruschetta and pizza was exquisite. They catered for my needs perfectly, the beer on tap (poretti) was incredible too. I hope I stay here with work again, I need to eat here again.

Cracking food service good only fault didn’t give us time to sit down to take our jackets off when they were over wanting to take our drinks order but I’ll still go back.

The restaurant was warm and friendly, live singer gave it a nice atmosphere. We went specifically to have steak as a treat to ourselves as I think Italians cook steak so well. We both had fillet which was huge and cooked perfectly. What let it down was the accompaniments - only 1 mushroom halved, 1 bit of broccoli each and a few carrots. Chips were also cheap frozen ones. They were all tasty though. We had tiramisu and cheesecake for dessert which were both lovely. We finished with espresso martinis which were delicious. Service was great to start, became a little slow by the end of the evening, we had a bit of a wait to get someone for the bill

Mi compañero y yo estuvimos aquí una vez antes, y disfrutamos plenamente de la experiencia. Estábamos muy ansiosos por volver y probar nuestro restaurante italiano local una vez más, pero con nuestro hijo de 8 a 9 meses que estaba durmiendo en el cochecito.

As always, the food is delicious & well presented. The service is excellent & the owner & staff are always friendly and extremely helpful with the regular menu and advice on the specials of the day. This is our go to comfort food zone!

Had lunch with a friend today who has just moved to the area and hoped the food would be as good as it was when we visited previously and we weren't disappointed! Very friendly welcome as always and the food was lovely. The lunch menu is fantastic value with very generous portions. My 7 year old did find the kids menu a bit limited so she ordered from the a la carte - her main course was lovely but cost more than my two courses - a few more options for kids or half portions from the a la carte would have been good but it won't stop us from coming back again soon and I am sure my friend will be a regular visitor!

Entré para el té. Compartimos una bruschetta con salchicha y queso que estaba delicioso pero un 7. 95 por una rebanada de pan un poco caro. Tuve el risotto con pollo y tocino, que era precioso. La otra mitad tenía ternera con penne arrabiata. La salsa arrabiata era un poco desinteresada. El personal es muy agradable y amable. Estaba bien, pero no se apresuraría a volver

Went tonight for Valentine's night. All the food was excellent from the mussels to the sea bass. I'd never been before but I'll definitely be back .Great food and excellent staff , def best meal I've had in a while.

We visit this restaurant every few months! Food is lovely! Two course lunch (we always go Saturday afternoon)! Staff lovely and cannot do enough for us! We are regulars now! Great value ,lovely wine too! Nice refurbished too! We love it! Brenda!👍👍👍

Ambiente agradable y se ve la parte. Tenía un buen bruschetta para empezar, pero la decepción fue el pollo Milanese que era más migas de pan que pollo.

Had dinner here on Sunday evening. First class friendly service and great cooking. The manager and staff were very attentive and also noticed local residents were arriving to dine which is always a good sign. Great value for money, will be back.

The food was delicious, everyone was happy and there is a lovely family atmosphere. I would recommend the scallops and black pudding starter, it was amazing! Lovely cocktails too. Will go back!

Having been personally previously disappointed and having heard poor comments about Capo Landa I decided to try the new 3 Ragazzi. We were very pleasantly surprised by the professional friendly staff and excellent food. The service, quality of food and value for money was outstanding. We only popped in for pasta and pizza but will definitely return to try the excellent looking menu. Great to see the improvement.

Food is always fantastic and very fresh. Staff are always very pleasant and helpful. They have an amazing range of different wines. Would highly recommend.

Our family took us here for a birthday/father's day meal. Everyone was accommodated and we all enjoyed our various meals. The food & service was excellent as always. We're lucky to have this as our local! Highly recomend.

First visit with my wife since the place has had a makeover and name change and glad to say the food is still as good, and the decor is clean, modern but still cosy, it’s the same owners and has the same family feel to it. Peter the owner makes you feel so welcome a rarity these days as most restaurants want you in and out as quick as possible. The food is all freshly prepared and it shows. Portion size is great we could not finish they where so big. I would highly recommend this great family run restaurant

Decided to try 3 Regazzi for a meal with friends who haven't been before. I've been when it was Capo Landa, but this was my first visit since the refurbishment.

I was here last week with my partner, having been before when it was Capo Landa, which we didn't like but we thought new name maybe new owners and better food. Sadly this is not the case. The restaurant seems to be owned by the same people and the only things that have changed are the name, a lick of paint inside and a new sign outside. Inside was cold and uninviting, the food was really not very good and the portions were appallingly small, left still feeling hungry! The service was poor too, clumsy service and seems untrained waiting staff. I could not really report anything very positive about this restaurant, I wish I could as it seems a bit of effort has gone into the relaunch but unfortunately I cannot really find anything positive to say. Suffice to say we will not go back.

We had a lovely meal and all of our family enjoyed it! A big thank you to all the staff who made our celebration even more special. The food and service was fantastic. Looking forward to coming back!

My husband and I popped into our local Italian last night , (for the third time in a week)

New to the area and i have found the most Amazing Local Italian in Glasgow. Food and Staff are Fantastic. The weekends will never be the same again Thanks 3 RAGAZZI

Food was ok nothing special. Just what you would expect from your usual try hard “authentic Italian” restaurant. What concerned me more but was the way the older man (who I presume to be the owner) was acting towards his staff. Tickling the girls waists and winking at them telling them to “smile for him”. Not sure how this made the girls feel but they didn’t seem to enthusiastic about it and it certainly made me feel very uncomfortable. To be quite honest I was slightly put off my meal, won’t be back.

My wife suggested coming to Ragazzi for our dinner,thank goodness there’s an authentic Italian restaurant 10 minutes away from where I stay.The food was delicious,the wine excellent and the grappa smooth.A big thank you to all the staff for an enjoyable evening.We will be back for more.

We love this local family owned Italian restaurant. Fabulous food & service every time. Why have the hassle of travelling/ parking in busy city centre when this is on our doorstop.

We ventured here on a dreich Wednesday night, the restaurant was quiet, to be expected, but felt warm and intimate with the owners mingling with the diners in a friendly way rather than being intrusive. We had a laugh with every staff member during our meal.

Surroundings are typical Italian restaurant, fresh and clean and easy access with parking right outside. Staff are friendly and there is a pleasant atmosphere. Food was piping hot and came quickly, everyone enjoyed their meal and nothing was too much hassle, dinner for 4 came to just over £100 with soft drinks which was starter, main and 2 desserts. Would definitely go back

The food was very good and enjoyed by everyone in the group. The staff were efficient and friendly. have been to this restaurant many times and have always had a good experience.

For a start, the food is wonderful. Stuck in Muirhead on my own on a Saturday night I fancied Italian and went early (6.30). Being on my own I only wanted something simple so had a tagliatelle with chicken and mushrooms. Considering it was so early and there were not many other diners there were too many waiters - which would not have been a problem if only they had allocated tables. Instead I think I was attended by all eight or ten at some stage and far from feeling valued as a customer, felt they could not wait to clear my plates before my cutlery came to rest, and out of the door before the rush came. Maybe I am being over-sensitive but the middle-aged male Italian waiters were over-slick to the point of sickly insincerity and collectively appeared to be micro-managing the two local girls who seemed more than capable on their own. I have another night here but won’t go back, simply because it all made me feel uncomfortable. But the tagliatelle and the tiramisu were superb. The staff just need to lighten up a bit and let customers enjoy the food and take their time.

The food in this restaurant is very good, but on the night me and my friends were there we weren't treated very well, it was a quiet night and it wasn't very busy at all, there was only 6 people in the place when we arrived we doubled his clientele, we spent well over £300 that night, then because of a flippant remark by one of us, we were told to get out and not come back, so none of us has eaten in his place again, his loss, we go out often, hope his restaurant fails and he's the cause

Tenu par une famille italienne, ce restaurant nous offre une vraie bonne cuisine italienne, même si les pâtes ne sont pas toujours aussi "al dente" qu'au pays (mais tant mieux, perso je ne les aime pas trop "vivantes" (!)

Fuimos con un grupo grande de la familia. Todos disfrutamos muchísimo de la experiencia. La comida era increíble, mi marido tenía el plato de Rob Roy y comentado por días. . Tuve el fettucine con pollo estaba delicioso. Entrante de langostinos con salmón ahumado alcaparras era precioso. Los anfitriones eran muy eficiente y amable. Uno de los mejores italianos de comimos en todavía. !

my friend and i called for a collection,when we brought it back there was one meal missing, we called up to ask about this , to which we were told that the meal first of all was not on the menu then he came back with an attitude to tell me that he would make the meal and delivered it to us which was fine, but the way we were spoken to on the phone was terrible. we took the meal we had back for a refund to which a member of staff was waiting for us outside at the door,refused to let us in until we explained outside what the problem was,after a few minutes,this man (the owner i think) threw the door open,i got my money back but with him shouting at me on the way out and in front of customers in his premises, and he slammed the door behind me!!!!!!! not very professional at all .

He estado en este restaurante 4 veces después de trasladarse a la zona recientemente, y cada vez que hemos estado allí desde el momento que entramos por la puerta hasta el momento en que nos fuimos, tuvimos lo puedo describir como el mejor servicio que hemos tenido, la comida era excelente y el personal no podía hacer más por ti y muy amable, también muy bien de precio y el entretenimiento en vivo definitivamente hace una atmósfera fantástica noche.

Yo estaba en el viernes por la noche y fue una noche muy concurrida, el personal no podría haber sido más servicial inn explicando los platos, el servicio fue muy rapido. La comida era excelente.

Gran noche con las chicas nos pasamos un tiempo fantástico en la comida y bebida de sábado por la noche y música toda la 10 / 10 sin mencionar el servicio fantástico!

Fuimos a cenar antes del teatro, que estaba bien, el camarero no intenta mantener vendernos otros platos y la factura era de 40 libras.

The restaurant itself is lovely inside with quick service. Staff are all very friendly but one waiter was just irritating by continually trying to pull jokes that were not funny or appreciated. There was a singer which I personally felt was overkill and wasted as there was so few people to entertain. The food itself was not great. My starter came swimming in a 'gloopy' sauce which ruined the actual taste of the lobster. The same can be said for my main meal which was veal. Over cooked and floating in a really bland think sauce that ruined all flavour of the meat and mushrooms. My wife's duck was overcooked and her sauce was also bland. My friend had the lamb which instead of being overcooked was raw in parts. Not a beautiful pink as expected. Wine menu was good and the restaurant inside is lovely but there needs to be some refinements to the over extensive menu. Too many options has ruined some simple dishes that could be lovely and there love for drowning things in sauce needs to stop.

My partner & i ate here recently for a birthday meal..service was great from the start to finish, staff couldnt do enough for you very attentive! Starters & main courses were both superb. We will definately return. Thanks to all at Capo Landa for a most enjoyable evening.

I won a meal here for 2 and all I can say is just beautiful and would highly recommend it this was our first time 2 visit an Italian and we will definitely return. Thank u agaim

Whilst on a city break to glasgow with my wife and friends we fancied some Italian food. On checking out tripadvisor we chose this restaurant. The food was bland in flavour and my friends wifes chilli chicken pizza contained little or no chillis despite protestations from the staff who basically said that in not so many words that you simply cant pleasure the customers. Maybe he should step up his standards. This was a very disappointing meal compared to the chinese restaurant the previous night called Chin Chin the food and service blew this place away.

Visit this lovely restaurant regularly! Lovely cosy atmosphere great two course lunch very good value and lovely staff too!

Love the food here, it is always top notch. My husband had soup which was delicious, fillet steak which was cooked to perfection. I had garlic mushrooms and penne arribiata which were both delicious. House wine is always excellent. I would highly reccomended.

Had not been for a while but my other half suggested we go. Glad we did fantastic meal in a nice cosy booth.The squid was great for starters and I had an amazing spaghetti bolognaise.Staff very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely go back very soon!

Use this restaurant often. Usually excellent food and service. However on this occasion the amount of pate i was served for starter was inadequate even for a small appetite! I complained and this was quickly remedied. However as a fairly frequent customer taking Australian visitors / out, it was disappointing.

4 of us had meal here, all different dishes, and each one was cooked to perfection. Welcoming, friendly staff and warm décor makes for a nice all-round atmosphere. Will return soon. Well done all concerned.

Came here tonight with my parents and toddler son. Usual friendly welcome at the door. Food was fantastic. The waiters and waitress are so lovely and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. All the staff make a fuss of my son which keeps him happy and entertained.Can't think of a single bad thing to say about this restaurant! Thank you Peter and all of your fantastic staff, still my favourite place to go with family.

Came here after a couple of decent visits. I ordered garlic bread and it was burned to a cinder, when I mentioned this to the waiter I was told that's the way it comes !! It was brick hard. I ordered sautéed potatoes with onions with my steak and they were the same. Steak wasn't great. For what you pay and what you get it's not worth it.

Best Italian restaurant in Glasgow area best food, service and great hospitality Does not matter if it's a quiet diner for two or lively Saturday night with great entertainment this is the place to be

I had the pre theatre which was delicious. Bruschetta followed by penne arribiata, generous portion and very tasty. My husband went for the a la carte menu, he had fillet steak with peppercorn sauce, potatoes and seasonal vegetables. It was cooked to perfection. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would not hesitate to recommend it very highly.

We almost went in a couple of years ago, and finally managed it on our way home from Glasgow last month. It was just a wee bite of dinner so we had a margherita pizza and the melanzane. It was very nice. It is authentic - not a chain. It is authentic and family run. Good show. We enjoyed it and will be going back.

Had the seafood spaghetti in here which was fab. We were seated in a nice little booth and there was a man singing in the background which was nice.Well worth trying this place - food was reasonably priced too.

Went here to celebrate a birthday. What a fantastic meal. So tasty and cooked to perfection. Plenty to choose from. Service was first class. Good atmosphere

What a lovely restaurant. Staff and Management very friendly. That was my first time in Capo Landa everyone made us feel so welcome. We couldn't fault anything about this restaurant. A thoroughly pleasant evening was had by all with great food and very friendly staff, we would recommend this restaurant very highly. My little boy would love to have his birthday tea here he had such a nice time and we live in Leeds!
