Normally quite expensive but the current lunchtime menu is excellent and really well priced at only £6 a course. We had 3 course, 3 drinks and a couple of sides all for £38. That's better than The Tudor and The Mint. Thoroughly recommend this deal!

Steak, pasta, seafood always spot on but the wild mushrooms should always be ordered.

Excellent service. I pre-ordered a delivery on Saturday for delivery on the Sunday at 8pm (perfect timing for kick off for the Euros final) the delivery arrived bang on time and the food was piping hot and fresh plus delicious 😋 The driver was very friendly also. Love a Guidis ❤

Used. To be my favourite Italian, I won't be back after visiting Wednesday and refused a table at 830 pm plenty of tables , absolute joke , and the wee smarmy Italian wannabe guy (whom wasn't even talking to me with a bad attitude, had the cheek to sneer when I said I'm a good customer, rat cnut ) with his sneer was my final straw , 30 years and I ordered atleast one a week , never again guidis , probably racial stereo typed , avoid these descrimtaroy rats, Chris Rice

Massive menu, everything on it tastes great and the staff are friendly.

Very disappointed in my carry out . Got a family size combination paste second time in a month and didn't enjoy it one bit was tastless very bland mince was rubbery sauce was not nice at all , I don't know if there's a new chef or not . But seriously you need to step up a very disgruntled customer .

Usually a great meal but this time not so good. Steak arrived at table with pasta but had to wait at least five minutes after they arrived for the chips steak sauce and garlic bread to be brought to table . Steak wasn't cold but not that hot either but cooked well.

I was there today and the staff were fantastic so attentive and it was really busy. I had the seafood starter it was nice then the polo vino blanco and the sauce was out of this world and very well seasoned with fries and I asked for garlic bread and it was a 10" inch pizza style just wonderful but I had to bring most of it home the portions are big It was the best meal I've had in a long time 😀😀😀

Nice food and not too expensive.

Dropped in for lunch with my son pleasant staff and good service but underwhelmed by the food my son had the lasagne and garlic bread while it was a generous portion it was bland and lackluster tbh. I opted for the TBone with skinny fries asked for medium rare and it was medium but can see past that but it lacked seasoning and was chewy. The diane sauce was decent and the fries were good but without the good service it was 2 star can definitely do better.

Bruchetta awful about 20 tomatoes and small chunks of garlic on dry hard toasted bread. No flavour at all. Restaurant going downhill and of course the usual thirty minute wait before you get your food. Very disappointed in whole meal

Waiter told us there is no allergin information for food on the menu.

I was in today for lunch with my boyfriend. The waiter that seated us was friendly (Graham). The second waiter (ceiran, my spelling may not be accurate) was less helpful as my boyfriend told him, I am allergic to eggs and asked for a menu or allergin folder to check what I could have. He told us that you do not offer this on a menu or have anything like an allergen folder and then just walked away. I am sure that it is a legal requirement for you to have one and if not, he could have had a better attitude towards the situation as this is regarding not sending someone to hospital. All in all I really like this place as the food is excellent however on this occasion I was extremely disappointed with the service.

If you’re looking for an Italian in Airdrie/Coatbridge then procrastinate no more,there’s only one choice & that’s Guidis.Restaurant decor & overall ambiance & vibe is very laid back & relaxed...open plan kitchen & dining room with high vaulted ceilings & a beautiful conservatory...as mentioned it’s all very chilled out.Owner & staff offer a polite, professional & polished service...extremely friendly also...but the main act at Guidis,the star of the show has to be the cuisine...I would describe it as rustic Italian offerings...kind of comfort food with a slight touch of fine dining on particular dishes...like the garlic prawns.The pasta is definitely delectable...I adore the salsa Del a casa,spaghetti pasta with garlic,onions,bacon,chilli...all mingles together resulting in a tasty plate of food...Another favourite of mines is the chicken guojons.Also the place is immaculately spotless clean...Been a patron of Guidis for many years & never had a bad meal yet...Another bonus is it’s also extremely good value for money...be it the main menu or the meal deal menu...the puddings,cheesecakes etc are epic too...Oh & the coffee,the cappuccinos are excellent,proper Italian coffee,that strong you get a little pick me up from it.10/10

Food was good when it arrived. Service slow and no apology for late delivery of sides. Asked for a ginger beer and lime cordial - no lime cordial. Waiter at our table lacked any sense of customer engagement. Won't be rushing back.

Was in with my family, had the Pollo Al Limone with rice, my family all had fillet steaks, the food was amazing, cooked perfectly and delicious, the staff were brilliant and so friendly.

Good food and friendly staff. Only downside was asked waiter if they took Amex card he did not know and asked someone. He said they did but ended up they didn't. May seem petty but it's feedback that will improve service

Ordered for collection (delivery also available), great Covid measures in place. Give your name to the member of staff outside , park up and the food is brought to your car... Obviously like everyone else , we'd have rather enjoyed the meal in the restaurant but even as a takeaway, the food was lovely ! Till the next time !

Best place about for your Italian meals. Delivery always quick as I live in Coatbridge. The seafood salad is the best. Me and my husband can't get enough of this place can not wait until we can have our Saturdays back in Guidis.

Over 2 hour wait for delivery on a Tuesday night

We had the lasagna and garlic bread and it was lovely. My daughter and son in law had carbonara and a pizza and said the same.

Great service and set menu is great value for money. Staff very accommodating allowed us to move our booking forward 45 minutes because we ended up arriving early. Portions great size. Highly recommend the honeycomb sunday as a dessert.

My partner and I went there on Monday 28th sept, our booking was at 4pm, we travel from Dunfermline to go here, I had fillet Diane , my partner had salmon, honestly is the best steak I have ever tasted, the salmon was too, the servers are very helpful and friendly, I would be there every week if I lived in airdrie, we will be back soon, thankyou so much for a wonderful meal, and ambience

Has definitely went downhill. Food is now just very average. I can cook better pasta dishes at home. I'll wait for a long time before returning.

Booked table for my son and myself. Walked in with my face mask partially on as I was rushing in, only to be confronted by a staff member called Darren who quite abruptly said I need to have my face mask when entering the restaurant. Fair point and had no issues with that. His tone was was very aggressive and intimidating. Also told me that mask needs to be on during anytime I am going to the toilet etc. I told him that I don't use public toilets so I won't be getting up unless I am leaving. The stare I got from him made me feel uneasy. I decided to make a quick exit, and didn't bother ordering any food.

It's been a while i haven't come here. The experience was great. Good food, quiet atmosphere, staff was great like always. Definitely i will come back.

A good, friendly restaurant. Food was above average - could almost be part of a chain. Friendly enough staff, quick enough service, clean enough premises, just lacked that special oomph in the night we attended and given the size of the place was quite impersonal. I didn’t get the feeling that this was intentional, and in fact there is evidence all around of a caring private owner. Not expensive - perhaps if they halved the size of the premises, got two restaurants, made the food more authentic and less American / Italian, raised the prices, and made the atmosphere more convivial rather than machine like, it could just be that bit better. But, it is entirely possible that this existing model works financially, and in these troubled times that is no small achievement. Definitely a place to visit and see what you think.

We ordered delivery of some food. The food was good but...... The only issues were that the Garlic Bread we ordered was VERY chewy and also one meal was supposed to come with chips but didn’t. We emailed the restaurant but had no response. Terrible customer service but the main meals we had were nice enough.

Never disappoints me! The only place that always gets it right 100% food is amazing!! Salad dressing, OMG is the best 😋

If you have seen the film 127 hours and want to experience it yourself, come to this restaurant. Despite it being bookings only, it took 40 minutes for our order to be taken which we eventually had to go up to the till to request. I understand that covid precautions may take longer but staff were chatting and standing about idly and seemed to be avoiding eye contact walking past. A shame because the food was good but who wants dinner after 9pm on a Wednesday.

Good food at a fair price. The pizza was fantastic but we were slightly disappointed with the lasagne (it was very tasty but too runny). The service was good but could have been better as we had to wait for some more drinks when we ran out during the meal. Overall it was good and will definitely return.

Absolutely disgusted by Guidi,s my family have used this place many times in the past for family celebrations.Tried to book a family table to celebrate my daughters boyfriend being home on leave fro the Scots guards before he goes back to barracks,only to be told a family can only have a table up to 3 o,clock and after 8 o clock.Who made those rules up ? Safe to say we wont be back .

I have always loved the place for quality ,,service and attention.

Celebrated my mums, 70th birthday last week, a table for 8. Service was poor waiting an hour between courses and having to call staff over. Food wasn't any better unfortunately. Have dined here on many occasions and have never left feeling so disappointed, especially being such an important event/ celebration. Didn't complain at the time as we didn't want to make a fuss infront of my mum, its since we've found through family members my mum was also extremely disappointed.

Booked here for a group of 18. Waited an hour between starters and mains. Lots of apologies but no reasons. Food was thouroughly average. Didn't leave a tip and definately won't be back again. Very disappointing and a little embarrassing as it was my recommendation.

I visited the restaurant tonight with my wife and two children and was not disappointed. They adhered to all social distancing measures without it being obvious enough to spoil my enjoyment of my first night out in several months. Served by Paulo, he was very attentive, explained all the new measures that have been put in place and was extremely helpful throughout the meal. The meal itself was exquisite, Salsa Dela Casa , Mexicana, garlic bread with mozzarella all delicious and all the family stuffed. Can't wait to return.

Got a family sized pasta dish and a garlic bread take away . The pasta was nice and very good value . The garlic bread however must be the worst I’ve ever tasted. I was expecting a very thin pizza based bread but what I got was a cross between a naan bread and pitta bread . It was absolutely dreadful . Shame really as a nice garlic bread would have complimented the pasta and would have got a higher rating . Need to improve on the garlic bread !

Ordered a collection a day before for a celebration and waited 40 minutes on my order with no apology from staff members. When arriving home our dinner was cold and pizza was undercooked! The garlic bread doesn’t look presentable and never got eaten. £30 wasted,won’t be back.

Felt we could treat ourselves to a Guidis takeaway service tonight, took a delivery slot two hours in advance, the order arrived 1 hour and 15 mins after the delivery slot time. Called Guidis 3 times to hasten, two of the responses were pretty much take it or leave it, we haven’t got many staff on. Attitude was awful, they wouldn’t get away with that if serving in the restaurant. Delivery being late meant food cool, needed heated up, and standard wasn’t great, carbonara very oily, calzone verging on burned. We paid for a large order and customer experience was very poor. Really disappointed.

Ordered a delivery of family size pollo carbonara. I’ve dined in some first rate Italian restaurants in Glasgow but this was by far the best I’ve tried so far. Portions are plentiful and arrived hot after short wait. Excellent value for money. Would also recommend there chateau los boldos Sauvignon blanc .
