Always good food service is excellent.

I used to really enjoy the pizza at Tony Macaroni, but I’ve noticed some changes lately that have affected my experience. While the menu remains the same, it seems like the authentic Italian flavor is not as prominent as it once was. It would be great if they could explore ways to bring back that distinct taste that made their pizza so special.

Pizza always fresh, the misses enjoys it the most. My son Brian loves coming ere for his birthday 🎂

Had Spaghetti Carbonara and garlic chips. A friend had pepperoni pizza. Everything was absolutely delicious. Didn’t need to wait long for food at all either. Will defo be back.

I Have been to a few toni macs and this one is the best.The staff are second to none very helpful and friendly and fast service a pleasure to eat here.Would highly recommend.

food average, service not the best . was issued £12 service fee . which i did not expect. they said it was optional but already standing over me with it printed onto receipt , i would not feel comfortable saying no in front of everyone but at a already £100 bill it is not what i expected . if they need tip it should be part of the £100 im already paying , i will not be back . EVER

Gorgeous meal. Contacted us to confirm a change to a dish (removal of chilli oil) and enjoyed it so much!!

Delivered early but Italian sausage was poor quality, two bits of bone and two bits of cartilage in one pasta dish is a bit much, that got binned. The second pasta dish was overcooked and dry, too long in the microwave probably. Pizza was average.

Chips were inedible absolutely rotten , burnt , dried up . Tasted awful ( the couple that we could find to eat ) . 1st time ordering from Tony Mac . Won’t be back - £42 order . Pasta was edible , garlic bread ok . Chips only fit for the bin . Won’t be ordering again !

Fantastic pizza, garlic bread and spaghetti pomodoro. Their wine selection is fantastic quality at reasonable prices. The chianti classico and the Amarone della Valpolicella (both by zonin) are outstanding. The service was attentive and pleasant. We have eaten at several other Tony Mac’s but this one, for whatever reason, is head and shoulders better than the others. A real plus point is that at the end they point out the price and give the OPTION of a service charge. In fact the lady was only going to charge the basic price until we said no add in the service! This is the ONLY restaurant we have encountered that does that. Massive brownie points in our view.

Pasta was really nice. Burger wasn't, had a lot chewy bits, and the pulled pork topping was full of fat and had some bone bit in.

As a regular customer I was quite disappointed with the food tonight. Pasta was heavily spiced with chilli and pepper that over powered the dishes. Pasta was overcooked. Focaccia was shoved in a small box leading it to be soggy. Just not it’s usual standard.

My order arrived, the pizza wasn’t even warm they were genuinely cold. My Cajun Chips were cold and the seafood linguine was warm. This isn’t good enough for the money you pay. I need to think hard before I’ll order takeaway again from Tony Macaroni

Usually love our orders from use however tonight it was disappointing. The pizzas both came lukewarm and soggy in the middle and the chips were extremely soggy the garlic bread was burnt I was just disappointed £60 order and I felt let down I’m hoping it’s just a once off so will order again just hope next time is better on the bright side the risotto was lovely and warm

Been few times and u get ur good fast and I like that personally.

a don't know what u have done with the macaroni cheese but change it back to the way it was this new recipe isn't cutting it

Food arrived early and most of it was great. Having craved garlic mushrooms all day I ordered Funghi Fritti for myself but had to throw away as they contained cheese (which isn’t mentioned on the website). So in the end a complete waste of money.

Awful - The restaurant let me place an order after 9Pm despite them closing at 9. I then got the notification that my food would arrive between 9.30 and 9.50 however surprise surprise no show. Just eat then has the cheek to say the food was successfully delivered when it wasn’t. Will not be ordering from here again

delivery never arrived they said there system crashed but never thought to let me know and left my family hungry disgusting and woukd never use again

This was my first time ordering from Tony Macaronis. I ordered for delivery well in advance for when they started to deliver. My order consisted of Freshly made real Calamari (not many other places do this) starters and a main course of some lasagne with broccoli. They came with two different sauces for the Calamari and some fresh powdered parmesan cheese to add as I pleased. The calamari I'd give a 10/10 and recommend it to anyone who enjoys it and the lasagne I'm part way through is delicious 10/10. I'm not the best at ordering anything so a big Thanks so much to the lady on the phone, a thanks to the staff, a big thanks to the Chef and a massive thanks to the very polite man who was delivering my food too. Very friendly with a huge smile on his face which is lovely to see compared to other places.. Nice trainers too 😂 Take care all, I will be ordering again no doubt. 😢

I have long loved this place and its wide and varied menu. It is just enough Italian in what is assuredly an odd corner of Motherwell

Food was lovely & hot. Carbonara was beautiful.

Owners have the warmth of Fred and Rose West. They speak to the waitresses (who basically run the place and go above and beyond for the diners) like pieces of dirt. Assistant Manager is another one has the charisma and ability of Josef Fritzl. The food, when cooked is edible. There is a much better Italian restaurant less than 200 yards up the road. Go there, the owners acknowledge their staff and don't leave them waiting for wages either. Place will be closed in less than 12 months anyway and will be a charity shop or a Turkish barbers.

Great Menu. Prepared wonderfully by excellent chefs. The atmosphere and decor is warm and welcoming. Ben, the Assistant Manager is excellent and the waitresses, Hazel, Amy, Lucy and Sheryl are amazing too. Friendly service, value for money and the best Italian dining experience in Lanarkshire by a mile. They also do a takeaway and delivery service which is always delivered quickly and the food always hot and as delicious as the dining in food.

I ordered from here just tonight and the food was terrible,I phoned about the pasta and got given another dish which was equally as bad.Wont be going here again or ordering absolute disgrace.

The pasta was tasteless and the pizza ,not going back as I’ve wasted money on something I’ve not ate.

Saw an offer for 50% off all food when you make a reservation. Went along with my Mother to be told that I should have put a code into the "special requests" section! Even though I then showed them the code they would not honour the offer! We were told by the manager that there is limited reservations available with the offer which appears to be a complete lie as you select the day & time before submitting the code!!! They have lost our custom not just for tonight but in the future as well.

Food was of good quality and it was very fresh. Portions were of a good size.

Took my mum for her birthday on the 5th March, a much better experience here than the branch in Glasgow by a mile. Better food and much more affordable. My mum loved the lovely crockery just as much as the food! My only niggle was that the lady that greeted us asked if it was a special occasion. It was my mums 70th and it would have been a nice touch if there was a little acknowledgment at the end. As a chef I always have a plate on hand with a little bit of cake or something to present a birthday guest with. No worries though, we had a nice time. Thank you to the lovely waitress that served us. Will be back.

Disappointed with the things that have garlic in them, we ordered the garlic chips last time and had no taste, this time I ordered garlic bread and it didn’t taste of any garlic at all. Pasta and pizza was lovely ☺️

Parma ham shouldn't be cooked on the pizza. It ruined the parma pizza. The rocket was limp too

Food was just okay. Unfortunately think Tony macaroni as a company has went down hill. Tonight got a pizza which was okay. Calzone that the contents were cold, base burnt ? Chips where overcooked and pasta was okay nothing special.

phoned to order told me 25 mins so left it 30, got there waited another half hour, got hame n it was freezing cold, partner got a burger the meat was shocking, I got a pizza that was out of Asda clearly, garlic bread n cheese slices ended up one big clump, the cheese melts were absolutely tasteless n the cheesecake n cream was fake cheesecake best thing about the full order was the can of coke

Garlic pizza was dry, basically jist a dry pizza base, no flavour. Pasta was dry needed nore sauce, chips where clearly frozen chips put in the fryer. They have good colour on them but not cooked on the inside.

Only customers in on a Wednesday afternoon. Service was very good. Food was well above average. Very good value lunch menu. The music was so loud that the place was like a nightclub through (and I am not old).

Did a delivery through Just Eat and delivery person was very nice and arrived very quickly, too quickly considering I stay in the next town over the expressway. How can food be prepared and cooked within 5 minutes of my order online - 5 minutes after placing order, the screen said it’s out with the courier. The estimated time was between 45 minutes to an hour, which is reasonable considering we ordered a lasagna and another pasta dish from the menu. The order arrived within 15 minutes of ordering online and we stay in the next town over. The food is disgusting , the lasagna arrived in a plastic container and when opened, it was like cheese soup, not a single part of the lasagna was combined together and tasted worse than it looked. The pasta dish was supposed to be with Italian sausage which is normally served in very small pieces but full of flavour. This one had the meat on the bottom and the pasta on the top, so it didn’t actually look too bad until it was removed from the container and placed on a plate. It looked like the shape of dog or cat meat ( it wasn’t of course, it is sausage meat of some sort but looks inedible and zero flavour). The garlic bread looked like white toast with no garlic and burnt at the sides. Spent £30 for absolutely nothing, would have gladly given it to charity than receiving this. Was put in the bin after only a few fork fulls as turning our stomachs. I hadn’t ever eaten from a Tony Macaroni before and had no reason to think it was going to be this awful. I’m not exaggerating a word of this, we just thought we’d get a Monday takeout and was the worst thing we could’ve done. Never again and hope they don’t heat up food in containers in the future, people deserve to have the food they pay for, cooked there and then, and then delivered fresh like other reputable restaurants!!!

Pasta and chips arrived hot, portion sizes good. Only annoyance was the lack of sauce in the carbonara for the amount of pasta we were given, not enough for half the amount of pasta.

Been a few times, definitely won’t be back, each time we have went the bill was considerably wrong (items charged double the cost on menu). Basic bland food, nothing to get excited about. Chocolate fudge cake was good though - no doubt bought in. Service staff were pleasant, but the whole having to check your bill every time. I always tip, but to automatic put on service charge with the service staff openly asking you direct face to face at your table, as you have your card out to pay if you want to tip them is dreadful. Very awkward for the staff as well, but been clearly told to do so. Sorry, will be giving it a miss and heading elsewhere
