Parma ham shouldn't be cooked on the pizza. It ruined the parma pizza. The rocket was limp too

Pasta was good but cheesy garlic bread was disappointing. Main courses were great value for money. Service was first class.

Fantastic food, and the waitress did a wonderful job.

Only customers in on a Wednesday afternoon. Service was very good. Food was well above average. Very good value lunch menu. The music was so loud that the place was like a nightclub through (and I am not old).

Did a delivery through Just Eat and delivery person was very nice and arrived very quickly, too quickly considering I stay in the next town over the expressway. How can food be prepared and cooked within 5 minutes of my order online - 5 minutes after placing order, the screen said it’s out with the courier. The estimated time was between 45 minutes to an hour, which is reasonable considering we ordered a lasagna and another pasta dish from the menu. The order arrived within 15 minutes of ordering online and we stay in the next town over. The food is disgusting , the lasagna arrived in a plastic container and when opened, it was like cheese soup, not a single part of the lasagna was combined together and tasted worse than it looked. The pasta dish was supposed to be with Italian sausage which is normally served in very small pieces but full of flavour. This one had the meat on the bottom and the pasta on the top, so it didn’t actually look too bad until it was removed from the container and placed on a plate. It looked like the shape of dog or cat meat ( it wasn’t of course, it is sausage meat of some sort but looks inedible and zero flavour). The garlic bread looked like white toast with no garlic and burnt at the sides. Spent £30 for absolutely nothing, would have gladly given it to charity than receiving this. Was put in the bin after only a few fork fulls as turning our stomachs. I hadn’t ever eaten from a Tony Macaroni before and had no reason to think it was going to be this awful. I’m not exaggerating a word of this, we just thought we’d get a Monday takeout and was the worst thing we could’ve done. Never again and hope they don’t heat up food in containers in the future, people deserve to have the food they pay for, cooked there and then, and then delivered fresh like other reputable restaurants!!!

Been a few times, definitely won’t be back, each time we have went the bill was considerably wrong (items charged double the cost on menu). Basic bland food, nothing to get excited about. Chocolate fudge cake was good though - no doubt bought in. Service staff were pleasant, but the whole having to check your bill every time. I always tip, but to automatic put on service charge with the service staff openly asking you direct face to face at your table, as you have your card out to pay if you want to tip them is dreadful. Very awkward for the staff as well, but been clearly told to do so. Sorry, will be giving it a miss and heading elsewhere

Attended today, 14.12.23., with my wife and grandchild to celebrate our friends 65th birthday. The two young women waitressing had their hands full as the Christmas parties lunches were in full swing, yet busy as they were, they coped admirably. Regretfully though I did ask their names (Stacy?/Chloe?), I've forgotten; however, my wife, friend and I were tremendously impressed by their cheery professionalism dealing with the customers and nothing was too much trouble to them. Thank you both, ladies. As for the food, up to the usual high standard we've come to expect fromTony Macaroni's and that's why we always come back.

An Italian restaurant with no olives !!! Couldn’t get my choice of pizza because they had run out of both olives and artichokes. Initial drink order was incorrect. Just paid for drinks and left. Very disappointed.

I was there on Thursday the 2nd of November for my step sons 15th birthday, we have a younger son who is five and is Autistic so anyone who knows about Autism he has a very difficult diet. We were greeted by a waitress who from the beginning appeared a bit off even though the restaurant was empty, my wife ordered spaghetti ( she stated specifically spaghetti) the waitress brought a plate of pasta penne, Kobi would not have eaten this , when my wife said to the waitress she made out as if it were our fault and she was clearly rattled and rude ! Stating that this was our fault ! As the kid’s menu doesn’t have plain spaghetti? My wife clearly asked for spaghetti! The food we were served was lovely so compliments to the chef but I won’t be back and won’t be recommending this establishment due to the unfriendly and rude behaviour of one member of staff!

Another great dinner, we eat her regularly and food is always good and staff are great. Have never had a bad meal here and it’s great value for money.

Went into the resteraunt at the weekend and the food was fab and so cheap… ordered a takeaway tonight and it wasn’t good. Chips were different. In the resteraunt we were given real chips and tonight we were given frozen chips…

Ne vous fiez pas à la façade défraîchie et au quartier bof bof … la décoration de l’intérieur est très sympa , les serveurs très aimables meme si , comme partout , personne ne fait l’effort de parler plus lentement pour aider à se faire comprendre . Les plats étaient très bons , copieux … Qua t aux vins italiens , ben c’est du vin italien donc moyen lol… un peu chauvin je sais lol

Neat and welcoming environment, table well set. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, they come to ask if you need anything else time to time. Food didn’t take so long to be ready, tasty meals,we had Linguine allo Scoglio,it had calamari, shrimps ,mussel and clam, Nduga and pizza from the kids menu. Loads of options to pick from. Was immediately offered drinks when we arrived. They had puzzle and color paper for kids. Enjoyed the meal,had Toffle tablet for dessert and I really enjoyed it. I will definitely visit Tony Macaroni again.

Went in for lunch, food was delicious,I had lasagna it was amazing, my daughter had the Mac and cheese again delicious and my granddaughter had the pizza which was again delicious but too much so she took home the half she couldn't eat. The decor was lovely, staff were very friendly, helpful and polite nothing was too much for them. There was parking round the back, very nice place to eat.

We have gone to this restaurant many times and always enjoyed but today I was beyond disappointed. We ordered 2 pizzas and they were very soggy and watery as if the tomato sauce was more like tomato juice and the cheese just melted into it making the base soggy and tasteless The filo pastry on my desert was raw at the bottom and I’m afraid the worse thing for me was the very unfortunate and overpowering aroma of sweat coming from the male waiter which I’m very sorry to say actually made me very nauseous I realise it’s hot but it is a restaurant and this is extremely off putting when eating Sad to say I doubt I’ll be returning any time soon however the female staff were very helpful

Family visit for a birthday during the week. Place was quiet - it usually is the few times we’ve been here. Staff were very friendly and the inside of the restaurant is well decorated and modern. Food was great. Everything tasted fresh and the pizzas / focaccia bread were first class. Honestly no complaints. Even the chips were fresh and really enjoyable. We had the Presto menu which was great value for money. Great experience and will definitely be back 👍

I've been coming here for years and can't fault the place!

Had visited this restaurant around 10 years ago and the food and service was appalling. Popped by last night as everywhere else was closed and thought we’d give it another go. Glad to say that the service was much better - unfortunately the food if anything was a lot worse. Spent the rest of the night in the toilet. Take my advice and avoid like the plague!!!

Grabbed a wee takeaway there n honestly what a great wee pasta. Fantastic grub & amazing service. Didn't get the staff members name but very nice to talk to & top class customer service. Think i'll make a wee Tony Macs takeaway a regular thing. 👌

After eating our food we discovered a hair in our meal and was told in the most rude way ever that it wasn’t their fault. Never offered a replacement and told us to pay for all the bill. Shocking service. Also called police after we said we were not paying for it. Have eaten in other shops and had brilliant food but would never go back here. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT. 🤢

I go regularly with my daughter and always have a delicious meal. My daughter enjoys hers very much especially the sticky toffee pudding. The service is excellent. The staff don’t hound you asking if you want more drinks etc. I always like to ask when I want another. A favourite place to eat.

Terrible Just go to wetherspoon. Not much difference in food but better price in spoons. They have went to a lot of bother making it look decent but going by the lack of customers the food speaks for itself

The heating was off, so the pasta cooled down very quickly, the system generates a service charge pn the receipt although they advise its voluntary, if your not aware of it you may also tip them as well...

This ius my second review and my second negative one. Long story short I just haven't recieved the food I ordered and this time will have to go to my card company for a refund. Took my order at 8pm, at 9pm they closed and my order just vanished. Bloody con artists. Avoid.

I've been to a few branches of Tony Mac's, this one is head and shoulders better than the other branches, every dish our party had was delicious and well made.

My second time ordering takeout from here. The first time the food was tasty but cold. This time? With delivery taking about 2 hours, I threw it in the oven to heat up a little because it was the same. After 5 mins the smoke alarm went off.. I got some of it at least.

Terrible service-don’t visit Glasgow Fort Tony Macs We had asked the waitress, if we can have a half past and pizza which she made out to be would be £8.95 and if she can’t do that deal she would tell us! So the food arrives and we assume me and my husband are paying £8.95 each. Anyway that wasn’t the case! And when we questioned this the waitress was so fuming! The manager was ok but still had a bit of an attitude and didn’t discount the food! Anyway we accepted this sad treatment and then I put in a complaint to which the manager responds he wish I’d spoken to him! Well I had and he just seemed annoyed. So we accepted the rubbish we were told (they charged us £5.00 extra) it’s not even about the money it was the terrible service and attitude after we complained and no good will gesture! Anyway we won’t be eating here again! Terrible service, staff looked miserable and overworked! A goodwill gesture or nothing was offered me and my family have been going here for family dinners for so long but I will be telling friends and family to stay well clear! Just shows, that you pay for the service not the food!

Good Food Shame About The Service !! Sat Down Waitress was extremely rude !! Told me she had a restaurant to see when I asked to order my food her over all attitude was just poor.

We were there for a post New Year, pre-panto midweek dinner so it was quite quiet, but that was fine. Can't always expect a bustling atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we had no issues with our food or drink orders. Spot on service. Food was great - we had a variety of pasta, pizza and burgers and all enjoyed it, and it was plenty. Sadly didn't have time for pudding. Definitely next time.

Really delicious Italian food. Everything on the menu is really nice. Ordered from here both dine in and takeaway and it’s always been excellent quality food. Compared to other places it has a really nice atmosphere it’s probably the best restaurant in Motherwell and one of the best we’be been to. Highly recommended. Staff in store are really friendly and helpful and quick service. Perfect place for date night or to bring colleagues or friends for celebration.

Been twice recently and had fantastic experiences on both occasions, the staff are friendly and attentive, the quality of the food has also been fantastic, while not 100% Italian the Carbonara was the best I'd had in years, even shared the sharing starters are almost a main in themselves, I loved the Napoli Pizza adding black olives and upgrading to Buffalo Mozzarella. On Sundays they offer 1 course for £7.95, 2 for £12.95 or 3 for £16.95 while not the full menu I'd say it's about two thirds. Well worth a vist, looking forward to my next vist.

This place is like the Olymp with pizza like Ambrosia... I like as much as I can service, menu and prices... Fantastic Scotisch brand. Can't wait to see Tony restaurant in England...

Well what can I say..... The food was absolutely stunning 1st class and the portions were epic. I would not hesitate to recommend the restaurant to anyone! 10/10

4 of us went for dinner, chicken strips as a starter were sub standard(not even warm considering they had just been cooked?) Mozzarella sticks were ok,half a rack of baby ribs were good,arancini balls were average. Carbonara for 2 of us was ok(not much taste,quite bland)lasagne was lovely But the pizza came uncut(why do they not cut it especially as it had a few toppings which resulted in what looked like a steak knife dragging the pizza as it was getting cut with great difficulty and all the toppings falling off(just cut the thing before you serve it or supply a pizza cutter. Garlic chips were overcooked,hard and basically left . Best part was the 2 sundaes. And never have I sat in a restaurant so cold to the point where my nose started running. The server was up on a chair fiddling about with the air conditioning unit trying to open the vent which she couldn't even get open. Disappointing meal and can honestly say we won't be back KFC would have been better,cheaper and more tasty. And a rating of 3 is me being generous. Oh and by the way,.the OPTIONAL 5% which they say can be added onto bill for staff was added without asking., So a tip and an optional as they say service charge. I've driven past loads of times and it's been really busy hence the visit. Maybe an off night who knows but won't be back to see if it's any different another night.

Grub out of this world , had Spaghetti Bolgnaise , and Lasagna superbly service , staff really great , will be back in again , and would highly recommend Tommy n Mel

How was Tony Macaroni's? Expensive and poor value. Nice experience but £36 for a pizza, a pasta and chicken breaded dish and two cokes, come on!

Smashing. Great atmosphere and great choice on the menu. Our server was lovely and couldn't have done more to make our visit comfortable. I had a great time there and the puddings are absolutely phenomenal.

2 different pasta dishes ordered both rigatoni one with meatballs one with bacon onion and mushrooms both meals were awful pasta was under cooked they had been microwaved just hot in the centre of the dishes but cold on the outer part of the bowl the garlic bread was burnt and very hard the waitress did apologise for the food we won’t return here anytime soon

The vegetarian selection has improved over the years with options suited to all dietary requirements. The restaurant itself is well kept with a great atmosphere and great hosts. Jenny in particular ensures that your experience is enjoyable and to a high standard. For hot, fresh, Italian dining - get Tony Macs!

Excellent service and food really nice

This is being posted late as we have given them plenty of time to reply to our email. We dined here valentines day at night my partner had booked the table, for 3 were with our daughter who is 1. when we walked in we were left standing, when we were greeted finally we gave our name for the booking again left standing, eventually seated got given menus. Again left for a while, got our drinks and told her we were ready for food we were told 'just a minute' she then proceeded to go serve the couple that was sat after us, baring in mind my 1 year olds sitting there waiting for her food to be ordered also. Again we waited another 10 minutes. May add the place was not busy and ampel people working so no reason for delay. Eventually our food order was taken. Food cannot fault the food it was excellent, desserts were brilliant. However the waitresses attitude was a tad off putting, but we got through it as we hardly get out as a family and was happy to see my daughter eating a full dinner without complaining. Then the bill my partner requested this while i went to the bathroom with my daughter. He mentioned the points scheme app to which he got a rude and angry tone ' i dont know this what it is this' its plastered all over there menu, website and facebook, and signs in the restuarant hardly avoid saying you dont know about it, were meant to have money off & points which we never got and still havent got, and paid out the full amount that night, apparently no one in there knew of the points system, we arnt cheap skates just only reason we went here was for the loyalitly app plus the £5 off, got done out of that and our points. My partner never said till we were outside as he knows i would have said something and our daughter was tired, i emailed a complaint the next day didnt hear for 3 weeks. I then called the restuarant for a manager to discuss this ( heard him in background its nothing to do with us about the app tell her its head office and say bye, wouldnt even address his waitresses horrible attitude? Plus was extremely saracastic tone), said they would chase it up with head office? Nearly two months and nothing back, disgusting, use to eat here alot wont be returning.

I visited for a birthday meal. The service was fantastic. It was the best risotto I have ever tasted. The snowball cheesecake was delicious. It couldn’t have been better.

we were given vouchers for Tonys as a present and both of us had never been before although food was lovely being a diabetic there wasnt really any low carb options so prob wont be back again unfortunately as foods all.too high in carbs

Myself and my sister took our elderly aunt out for lunch on Monday it was a really enjoyable time the meal was lovely we all had different food I had a pizza my sister had spaghetti bolognese and my aunt had chicken in a mushroom sauce with potatoes and veg and we all thoroughly enjoyed it we had a sweet and a cup of tea also 5 soft drinks the bill was £50 it was great value for money. The staff were really friendly and helpful especially Fabio, definitely recommend to anyone .
