Kebab for a fiver... chip butty frozen chips but extremely tasty and a calzone pizza... Good value food so little wonder it's always busy... worth a punt if you are hungry in Stranraer

Always imagined this to be somewhat of a dive... group's of teens massed about the front. BUT how wrong can a body be.. a calzone pizza filled with kebab meat and caked in chicken tikka... extremely yummy indeed and darn good value too!

Great Staff they are top class and very helpful. Food is quality. Best in the town. Cannot fault them.

This is the best place for food but also other things to , friendly staff their just the best be lost without them

This year Kismet has delivered outstanding food, COVID hit everyone hard but we still continued our Friday night pizza nights. Id highly recommend season chips and chicken and lamb kebab wrap. the kebab wrap was so succulent cooked to perfection. If you’ve read poor recommendations before, I suggest you give them another try, with the new staff Kismet is definitely my number 1 for fast,efficient, good quality, unbelievably tasty food. My friends took me for a kebab.... Mmmm so delicious 😋😋😋😋😋. Staff were very pleasant I would rate them 11 out of 10.

We went as it was about the only place open, service in average time, plenty of tasty food for a reasonable price. Nothing spectacular but certainly not as bad as these other reviews suggest.

Watch out cause they try to overcharge you if they think you have a drink in you other than that food ok but beware and watch your wallet

Used to be a very good takeaway for Kebabs, Pizza etc but new owners took over and it has been closed twice recently by the health inspectors. Had chicken but it was raw inside, Good pizzas though but thats all i would have nowadays.

Wanted fish and chips in batter and we know this place caters for kebabs and pakoras etc etc etc . Where can one find a chippy in Stranraer that does battered fish and chips and takeaway not sit in ? We have tried one other and was not impressed as the fish was no longer sold . This place said breaded fish so went for battered sausage and chips x 2 and was only £6.60 so “cheap as chips”. Freshly cooked but you wouldn’t think so as when we got home not far to go the chips seemed exhausted ... well very tired anyway . No batter on the sausage but tasty all the same . For what we paid it served it’s purpose but that’s not great . Where can we find battered fish and chips and good at that to take away as we know where we can find fish and chips to sit in ... but sometimes we would like to take it home . Sorry guys would we be back ??? Maybe for a pizza or pakora.
