The pizza was extremely soggy on the base. Extremely disappointed as the toppings were falling off when picking up pizza. Also not to mention we had such a long wait time for our pizza and one of the orders was wrong. Additionally, would’ve at least been okay if the staff were approachable but all of them had a negative unapproachable demeanour. Would not recommend. NEVER TRY THE PARMA HAM UNLESS U WANT A HEART ATTACK XOXO

Fui al restaurante a eso de las 7 pm esta noche por mi cuenta. Me ofrecieron un asiento en lo que podrĂa describirse mejor como el estante de la ventana. Me sentĂ© pero no me gustĂł la sensaciĂłn de estar tan abajo mirando hacia afuera hacia la calle. HabĂa otros tres lugares en la ventana, ninguno ocupado. Me levantĂ© y le dije al servidor que no me gustaba ese lugar en particular y no me ofrecieron ninguna alternativa. HabĂa una mesa vacĂa para dos, pero me doy cuenta de que puede haber sido reservado. La Ăşltima vez que estuve, hace unas seis semanas, me di cuenta de que hay un bar con asientos a un lado de la zona de cocciĂłn, mucho más adecuado para comensales individuales, pero estaba lleno de basura. Tal vez por eso no se acostumbra. La pizza que me dieron en la Ăşltima visita estaba bien y me gustĂł más. El servidor parecĂa tranquilo por mi partida, que fue bastante decepcionante. TerminĂ© con una porciĂłn de papas fritas de Pizza Crolla en Hope Street, asĂ que supongo que me ahorrĂ© algo de dinero.

First time to Glasgow, I found this lovely best Western. Boutique feel , clean and tidy just been refurbished. Fabulous breakfast and the staff couldn't do enough to help

The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with good music and a convenient location in the city center. There’s also a car park right in front, which is a plus. However, our experience with the food was far from enjoyable. We ordered the garlic cheese bread, but it was completely flavorless—there was no hint of garlic, and the cheese was just bland. It was so unappetizing that we couldn’t even finish it between the two of us. We also ordered a chicken pizza, but when we asked about the sizes, the waitress was unsure, and even the waiter couldn’t provide a clear answer about the menu, While both staff members were friendly and welcoming, their lack of training was evident. Throughout the 45 minutes we were there, we kept hearing glasses breaking, plates dropping, and cutlery clattering, which became quite irritating. The manager on duty didn’t seem engaged either. When he noticed our unfinished garlic bread, he didn’t bother asking if something was wrong. Even at the end, when I paid the bill and responded with “I don’t know” when asked how everything was, he didn’t follow up. Overall, despite the pleasant atmosphere, the poor food quality and lack of professionalism made this a disappointing visit. We wouldn’t return.

ÂżPor quĂ© no sentarse en algĂşn momento? PensĂ©. Mi compañero de restaurante y yo pedimos el curry de verduras y paranthas (un tipo de pan plano) con garbanzos al curry. Con un precio de poco menos de 7 / -, llegaron despuĂ©s de una espera de casi 25 minutos. La camarera mayor que nos atendiĂł se disculpĂł por el retraso y nos metimos. Oh querido. Ambos platos estaban saturados de especias y tenĂan suficiente aceite flotante para atraer la atenciĂłn de los Estados Unidos. El desequilibrio fue exagerado, pero no tenĂamos otra opciĂłn dada la limitada hora del almuerzo, asĂ que comimos todo en un sufrimiento silencioso. Mi esĂłfago y mi intestino sintieron el ardor de las especias mucho despuĂ©s. Igualmente malas fueron las paranthas, que eran paranthas congeladas de la marca 'shaana' compradas en la tienda que se calentaron y nos sirvieron. Inmediatamente los reconocimos haberlos tenido antes. Y tampoco eran de la mejor calidad. A mitad de la comida, notamos que no habĂa señales del acompañamiento de yogur con el plato de parantha - garbanzos. La camarera se disculpĂł nuevamente y nos trajo una pequeña taza que contenĂa una cucharada de lo que parecĂan excrementos de paloma. Esta fue la 'Raitha'. Lo dejamos disgustado, concluimos una experiencia de comida miserable en un restaurante que tenĂa muchas esperanzas, dado el cambio en la administraciĂłn. . . E izquierda. Servicio amable, pero comida abrumadora. Mi (relativamente caro) pasta de mariscos era *muy* ligero en los mariscos reales; una carbonara de otros comensales era demasiado salado - se sentĂan bastante enfermos despuĂ©s de la comida. Look it's a chain the chef probably isn't from Sicily the pizza doughs probably batch made in a factory in Bolton but what it does it does very well. We booked a quiet time on a quiet Monday afternoon one other table in on arrival they left soon after one more table arrived while we were eating. Very quick friendly service . Through choice not any financial requirements we ate off the 2 course menu it was amazing for what it is. Starters were meatballs and bruschetta mains lasagne and chicken 🍗. Had a couple of drinks. Bill was 51 quid and pennies I'm recently retired after 20 years in hospitality my good wife is currently 17 years at that same hotel we appreciate the efforts made by hospitality staff even when it's very quiet so left a very fair tip as I usually do. It's easy to say support the small restaurants but in our busy lives I prefer the certainty with these chains a small restaurant one you'll love the lasagne next one will do it different one the garlic bread is really loaded with garlic next one it won't be some sell your favourite beer or wine some don't. There's a place in the market for most options in this particular place at this particular time this option really suited us and filled it's purpose very very well. I've no doubt we'll return..

Fantastic , affordable Italian food . Staff were very good and the pizza was very very good. The restaurant does get busy after 6pm so might be best to book but I just walked in and got a table no problem. Front of house staff are brilliant and are a credit to the brand. Looking forward to a return visit
