Muy decepcionado con este restaurante, orden mal dos veces, el servicio muy pobre, aprecio que estaba ocupado, sin embargo, la actitud del personal era pobre rozando la grosería. Pedí tiramisú de postre y nunca he probado nada tan malo! El chef aparentemente usó sal en lugar de azúcar, sí, los errores ocurren, pero realmente! Fue retirado de la factura, pero no pudieron deshacerse de nosotros lo suficientemente rápido, dado que trabajo en hostelería y conozco la industria, estoy realmente triste por la falta de servicio al cliente.

Very disappointed with this restaurant, order wrong twice, service very poor, I appreciate that it was busy however staff attitude was poor bordering on rude. I ordered tiramisu for dessert and have never tasted anything so foul!! The chef apparently used salt instead of sugar, yes mistakes happen but really !!!! It was taken off the bill but they couldn’t get rid of us quickly enough, given I work in hospitality and know the industry I am truly saddened by the lack of customer service.

Called in as it was past dinner time and rush was over and we had just travelled from Oban for an event...can't say anything to really do it justice, food was absolutely delicious..and so so tasty, salad beautifully prepared a wonderful treat ...the service welcoming, warm and so friendly. Thank you all.

Nice decor giving the place the Italian feel. Waitress was very attentive. Garlic bread starter was a bit disappointing. Was expecting more than a sliced medium cut packet bread with a bit of garlic spread over. Lasagna for main was tasty , well presented probably could of done with a bit more garnish. Visited on a Monday night so very quite inside. Would I go back? No.

Very nice place in the west end of Glasgow, menu was limited and food could've been better, service was great, it's worth a visit.

Visitamos un sábado por la noche y llamamos por teléfono para decir que estábamos llegando tarde debido al tráfico. Cuando llegamos al restaurante estaba lleno y había varias personas esperando en la entrada. Como no había mesa para nosotros y nos dirigíamos a un espectáculo, nos estábamos preocupando. Sin embargo, fuimos capaces de mirar el menú mientras esperaba y estábamos listos para pedir cuando se sentó unos 10 minutos más tarde. Podíamos ver la cocina y ver y oír al chef. Fue bueno escuchar que era italiano y nos dio confianza de que la comida sería realmente italiano. No decepcionó. Teníamos carbonara (tanto fresca como sin gluten) que era precioso, un risotto de setas, igualmente encantador, y canelones y también una focaccia de romero que estaban deliciosos. El chef estaba increíblemente ocupado, pero aún así logró producir platos muy sabrosos. El hecho de que el restaurante estuviera tan ocupado demuestra lo popular que es el lugar y con mucha competencia en la zona que es un gran logro. A pesar de que se les echó de menos, el personal siguió siendo amable y eficiente. Espero que volvamos. Gracias.

I had dinner on Saturday, the children and I enjoyed our meals. The staff were very attentive during our service.

Food was very average, service was polite, but it took quite a while before we were served. We also skipped dessert because of the mediocre meal

Lo prometí mucho. Mi familia todos pidieron platos de pasta que parecían encantadores y disfrutaron de ellos. Opté por la bandeja de "atrapada del día" maltrecha. Tengo que decir que fue realmente horrible. Tenía un plato de patatas fritas tibias que tenía un puñado de ensalada en el lado que parecía que había sido raspado del fondo de la nevera, sin aderezo y bastante poco apetitoso. La 'captura del día' consistía en cuatro trozos de pescado del tamaño de una picadura con la piel puesta y una montaña de calamares rebozados tirados en la parte superior. Estaba seco e insípido, no sazonado en absoluto y absolutamente no vale la pena el precio. Tal vez debería haberme quedado con buena pasta pasada de moda y probablemente le habría dado una gran crítica, pero pensé que podría ser bueno probar algo diferente. Lección aprendida. Muy muy decepcionante.

A lovely last minute booking, highly welcomed even though the place was full. Dinner for 12 was served with a smile, on time and with an open kitchen which gives comfort. Nothing is a hassle, traditional hospitality at its best. Would go back anytime.

To be honest we did not had the chance to have dinner here. The reason i write this review is the way we been treated at the door. It was two of us there was a table of 3 available at the window and 2 tables of 2 further down. And they refused to give it to us with the excuse there was a party coming. If there was a big party coming why the tables not together? At the moment glasgow is very bussy and they obviously wanted to keep the table incase bigger groups came in. When we arrived they said one minute we will sort you out, then it was well withint two minutes when i spoke to the manager his answer was well will be closer to 15-20 min before you have a table. I really dislike places like this who do not want to serve parties of two while obviously tables are available.

Came for for a bite after a long day. The place had a quaint and welcoming atmosphere, if a little small. Had the lasagne, which was quite possibly the best lasagne I've ever had, not to mention it was a good portion. Garlic bread was ok. My friend ordered the Marguerite pizza, which was quite large but delicious all the same. Interesting that they didn't have Tartufo as an dessert, but everything else was great! Would return again if I'm ever in Glasgow.

Well worth a visit, staff are friendly and our waitress was exceptional to be perfectly honest. Food was great, one steak was overcooked, but this was replaced with no questions asked. All other meals were said to be perfect 👌 I'd recommend a visit if you are in the area for sure

The service was very good. The food was extremely tasty. However I was a little disappointed that I was charged the full price for the two courses when we explained that it was too much for my friend to eat. Also soft drinks are a bit pricey.

Dined last night before event at hydro, it was a tight squeeze in restaurant as tables very close together. I ordered the cannelloni and I found it dry and not very tasteful, however my sister ordered a pasta dish with prawns and pistachio nuts and this was very nice so perhaps I was just ordered wrong however I will not return as I prefer a little bit of space and not getting chair pushed throughout my meal.

We had lunch at Villa Toscana while visiting Glasgow University. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious. The place was spotless and the staff were very attentive, welcoming and efficient. I'm so happy we stopped there. It was 5 of us and we all had different meals and starters. They sorted us out in no time. We had a great meal and a lovely experience. Thanks Villa Toscana.

Antonio is a master of Albanian, Italian, and Scottish cuisine! He knows what he’s doing in the kitchen!

Haven't eaten for years as rarely in this area. We took a chance and were lucky to get a table. Service was very cheerful; and prompt. we ordered a bottle of the house red without querying it - it was a Hardy's shiraz, which would not have been my choice, but it was EXCELLENT with our food! I had the arancini and my wife the bruschetta to start, then the pachheri ragu and the lasagne to follow. After that there was no room for a sweet! Food was full of flavour, good sized helpings, and very fairly priced. We must return soon!

My husband and I visited this restaurant before going to the Killers concert a couple of days ago. The staff were really friendly on arrival and quickly got a drinks order placed while we looked at the menu. We decided to split the cold meat platter for a starter, this was huge and could easily have fed 3-4 people. The meats, cheeses, bread and olives were delicious. We then both had the spicy sausage pasta (can’t remember the actual name of it) but it was amazing. There was a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant and although it was fully booked service was prompt without feeling you were being rushed out the door. I wish I could remember our servers name, a lovely, friendly blond lass. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend.

I had minestrone for starters, then i ordered tofie salmon (pieces of salmon on creamy pasta), profiteroles for dessert. Everything delicious!

Walked in on the off chance of getting a table pre concert, so a bit of a long shot but we were seated quickly just as the restaurant started to fill up. Service was friendly and not too formal. Great food, very authentic! And even better wine recommendations!

First time I've been here and it didn't dissapoint, the food was very nice and the service was excellent as well.

Great food. Buzzing atmosphere. Waiters/waitresses very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble The homemade Pate, sweet onion chutney with bread and The Garlic Mushrooms were delightful and a perfect way to start our evening. Mains were just enough to fill but not over stuff you. Salmon flakes with small penne was delicious as well as the ricotta and spinach cannelloni, Both excellent and highly recommended. We finished off with indulgent chocolate torte with ice cream and the tiramisu which was light and airy a perfect way to end our meal. We booked as a last resort as many places were fully booked for the time we wanted to eat and im so glad this little gem of a restaurant was available. Great food, great staff and a perfect setting meant we had a great start to our evening and one we will repeat on many a future occasion. Im already looking forward to out next visit.

We went and some weird Italian man was staring at us the entire meal. We told the waitress who served us and then gaslighted us into thinking that he wasn’t staring when it was CLEAR that he was. I believe this man was a staff member who wasn’t on duty that night or who could potentially be in management as he was older and went to parts of the restaurant where staff only had access. But overall he ruined the entire experience and I could not relax when I just wanted to enjoy my meal. I will never be returning again. Awful people.

Food was served on cold plates, we ordered 4 Pasta dishes and a garlic bread, they were all luke warm. The garlic bread (£4.95) was just 4 pieces of normal bread which were not very good. All the pasta was bland and unseasoned most probably due to it being luke warm. The waiter asked if everything was OK and good, when I said the food was not very warm he didn't want to know and didn't offer any excuses. Very poor, will not be returning.

The service was very good, very friendly and the food was even better my wife had the lasagne which with the large portion couldn't finish but really enjoyed. I had the 10oz fillet steak with veg and mushroom sauce it came with a £10 supplement but One of the best steaks cooked for me as requested 'Medium' will be back most definitely for more of the same. Drinks are also definitely house measures lol more the merrier. 👍👍💯💯

Sorry, but we didn't enjoy our meals here whatsoever. My wife had a chicken dish and I had the beef stroganoff. Both meals were tasteless and bland, mine had so much black pepper in it, it just blew my taste buds away - definitely not a stroganoff for me. Staff were lovely and welcoming but overall, we were very disappointed....and don't get us started on the toilets 🤮

Went to this lovely restaurant with a friend, on a Groupon deal. Service was excellent and I honestly could not fault the staff. I ordered pasta with a salmon sauce. I am not allowed to eat onions, this is for medical reasons, and unfortunately red onions were present in the sauce. There had been no mention of onions on the menu, hence me ordering this dish. It was exchanged for another dish of deliciousness, minus the onions, in jig time. My friend had the margarita pizza, but due to it's size half of it came home with me. It was very tasty and my partner and I had a lovely supper that night :) If you find yourself in the Finnieston area of Glasgow do yourself a favour and visit this gem of a restaurant.

Very nice place in west end with seating outside and lovely athmosphere. They offer small menue with 1 course for under £11 and two for £13. Kids menies available. Food is deliciois and served fresh and it is fast . Not a long waot even when busy. Service at busy times is a bit slow but inderstandable . They are very attentive to customers . Good for kids too.

overcharged almost double what we were meant to pay. charged us for a tiramisu we didn’t even receive. lied to us that dessert would be complimentary to which we decided to give a £10 tip, for what we thought was kindness but was actually a scam. and has ignored us asking for our money back. lies to customers and charges for things you don’t even get. now going through the bank.

Came here for lunch on an Itison deal, which was very good deal. Wee prosecco in the most beautiful glasses, waiter explained just new, and we advised to watch them as for sure they could be "nicked"! The starter of mussels and bruschetta were very tasty and decent portions, especially bruschetta. I chose the cannelloni and friend chose beef stroganoff. I wasn't happy with my cannelloni as it was too stodgy with the filling and for me not tasty and when waiter came up and asked if we were happy I just had to tell him the truth and he asked if he could get me something else, so asked for a small portion of the stroganoff. It took a wee while so knew he was making it from scratch which made me feel guilty. When it arrived it was so delicious and very kind of the waiter to give me a second choice. It was much appreciated and delicious. A lovely restaurant and good ambience and would definitely go back and recommend it. Good food except for me the cannelloni!

I was there with my mum before a concert. It was a bit frantic and we were sitting very near the door so found it a little noisy and cold as the door was opening and closing a lot. I ordered from the pre theatre and my mum wanted to order just a main from this menu which she got. When the bill arrived, they had charged us the same amount for one meal as it cost for the pre theatre menu. I found this a little annoying as the staff didn't tell us that it would be better to order two courses for the same price. Food was nice but probably won't be back

Great, relaxed atmosphere and very friendly staff

Fabulous little restaurant with a real authentic feel to it - unlike some others that have sprung up in the area over recent years. Staff were happy, friendly and relaxed even though it was rammed. Food was excellent. Not overly fussy or fancy, this was also part of that authentic feel. Food is well priced but like anywhere the drinks are pricey, but I always feel that serves me right. There was a decent pre theatre option on offer as well. On phenomenal service levels, my wife left her phone behind and we only noticed when we were in the Hydro for a concert, the restaurant would be closed by the time we got out and the staff went to extra lengths to leave the phone with a nearby shop and sent me a text with pics of exactly where it was … absolute stars!! Will definitely be back.

First visit but won't be last. Food incredible, cooked to order, piping hot & huge portions. Mussel started was huge, home made pate delicious. Stroganoff came with risotto & salmon pasta had huge amount of smoked salmon in it. Staff lovely. Highly recommended.

Extremely busy on Mother's day , but they fit us in and it was a beautiful authentic Italian restaurant. I definitely recommend the risotto. My daughter had the 2 course menu.

Food was good, atmosphere was cosy. However, I asked the staff for a vegetarian ravioli with the ricotta and spinach filling and tomato-basil sauce listed under the specials, and got served the funghi ravioli instead. When asked whether there was another vegetarian option, the staff said the mushroom one was the only one available. Quite disappointed.

Pizza and pasta was quite good, that's where the compliments end. The desserts were really tasteless, worst tiramisu I have had and the wine was overpriced. The service was good. Give it a miss!

Lovely food and great service we have been here 4 or 5 times and never been disappointed. We use Groupon, Itison and 5pm for great deals. Evenings are busier than lunchtime so book in advance to avoid disappointment. Highly recommended.

Food and service both excellent

I attended a convivial charity dinner. The proprietor joined us and was a charming delight. Excellent Italian food and excellent value. Highly recommended, especially as the staff are so attentive and efficient.

Had pasta with my daughter and both dishes were out of this world, would definitely recommend a hidden gem in the west end, will definitely be back.

The prices have really jumped up. I don't think it was good value for money. Having said that the prices everywhere have jumped up. I had the carbonara and from memory the last time I had it it was a lot better

We dropped by for dinner before a show at the SEC. The place was packed but we were quickly seated as we had a reservation. The waiters were flying around which is understandable but also made the atmosphere not very relaxing. The food was great and came out quick, though the pasta portions could have been bigger. I got the cannelloni which were supposed to be filled but they were simply served with the sauce on top like any other pasta. Overall a good experience, but there's room for improvement.

Most underwhelming lunch I have ever had. Minestrone soup lacked flavour and missing pasta veg was chunky but mushy the bread served with it was highlight of the dish! Pate was not pleasing to the eye and lacked the homemade vibe I expected to taste the onion chutney was tasty and bread was basic and not rustic. Pizza base was very soft and basic not authentic and far to much cheese. Lasagne very underwhelming this dish was a pile of pasta sheets clumped together with a dollop of dry bolognaise on top and a sprinkle off grated cheese no bechamel creaminess or nice crisp of cheese on top and this sealed it I won’t return. Waitress was very nice she knew the food was below par and as did the chef who kept coming out to look.

Random walked in for this cozy Italian place, and little did we know we were in for a great experience. We ordered a meatball with garlic bread, a grilled fish dish and a pepperoni picante pizza. Sounded common but the meatball my world, just wish we ordered some plain pasta with it. We waited a little bit for the pizza and it was full of flavor (and spicy). Fish was also good. After the meal, the gentleman said they didn’t bill us for the pizza because of the wait. But honestly it wasn’t that long at all. Thanked them and wondered if I could order pasta with the meatball, which wasn’t on the menu. The answer was yes! We’ll definitely come back!

Wonderful restaurant and nice atmosphere. We are of northern Italian heritage and are very familiar with the region’s food. We highly recommend this restaurant. The steak on a bed of arugula with peppercorn sauce and steamed veggies is perfect.

Teveel geld voor een pizza. Smaak is lekker maar niet bijzonder. Kaas valt er vanaf en is mager belegt. Bier is wel erg lekker
