Beneroti Bar & Bistro in Glasgow City

First time to Glasgow, I found this lovely best Western. Boutique feel , clean and tidy just been refurbished. Fabulous breakfast and the staff couldn't do enough to help

Had my sons 18th birthday dinner in Beneriti's and it was lovely the staff very friendly and couldn't be more helpful all our food was brought out all together and didn't need to wait and the food was delicious no complaints from any of us, thank you Beneroti definitely be back

We had such a lovely meal here. Two adults with two young children. The waitress/front of house was so lovely and friendly and my kids loved chatting to her. The food was delicious. Probably the best burger I've ever had. The food was a bit slow to come out between courses but well worth the wait. All so reasonably priced and we'd happily come again.

We came for a wee lunch was welcomed from lovely gentleman who couldn’t make enough to make us feel so valued and special had 3 meals; a veg pakora and prawns cocktail, steak 🥩 and for dessert sticky toffee pudding and chocolate brownie cake 🍰 with ice cream 🍨 absolutely delicious 🤤 prepared fresh, fresh from chef 🧑‍🍳 The pakora was prepared from fresh vegetables the steak 🥩 with the mushrooms 🍄 aside was prepared with all ingredients to perfection. The onions rings was with gold colour crispy and juicy same time absolutely as I mentioned above to perfection Overall food and service was excellent 👌 We definitely decided to make another turn to try another food from the menu as well During our lunch i saw another table with people which was choose a pizza 🍕looked so nice fresh prepared i can guess definitely will be delicious in same way

The restaurant is cute, clean and decent, the staff were amazing, very friendly and very welcoming, the food was freshly cooked very delicious, very well prepared with the ingredients on point, it was very tasty and juicy, I really did enjoy the food and the atmosphere Will definitely back again.

Had the lamb curry. Spicy, tender, and wonderful. Came with Naan and rice and salad. Had a beer with it. Highly recommended.

We ate here on Friday 29th March as our hotel was across the road. What a lovely restaurant with friendly staff. We took advantage of the special deal. 2 steaks with all the trimmings and a bottle of wine for £50. The steak was cooked to perfection for both of us. Looking around at other plates the food looked delicious. A wee gem in Kelvingrove!

Arrived, stood and waited to be seated as sign said, staff continually just walked past ignoring us. Eventually asked if there was a table free - told to sit anywhere, waited 10 minutes no one arrived to take our order, my friend went to the bar and after standing there for 5/10mins (only person at the bar at the time) and being ignored by 3 members of staff, one just kept saying Someone will be with you shortly and then left twice, one was whizzing about doing - what looked like the job of 3 people & one of which was standing drying glasses, she asked if he could tear himself away and serve her some drinks - he reluctantly did, she also ordered food whilst she was there as I was still trying to get a member of staff to take our order at the table with no joy, just given cutlery and was told a waiter would be with me shortly !!! Food arrived, lasagne was tasty but dry and the chicken dish was bland with very little sauce. Whilst we were sitting a couple of people sat at the table next to us and we got talking, their waiter eventually arrived only after they'd gone to the bar also, and when asked what lager he would recommend all he could say was 'I don't drink so I don't know' and he could tell them what lagers were available ??.....all in all we won't be back and their staff need re-training in how to run a restaurant. Also just prior to us leaving another couple (resident of hotel) came in with a dog, not a service dog, which initially was on a leash however they then let it off to roam around the tables where people were eating and one of the owners was handing out treats for the dog to other diners - speechless...avoid the place.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Had a banging burger and my wife had a dairy and gluten free curry.

Went in here as we had missed our bus from the bus stop just outside it and it was cold and raining ! Very busy bar/ bistro . Pleasant and comfortable furnishings and very bright and clean . Food looked good ( mainly Italian ) but we only had a couple of drinks which were served very quickly and in lovely glasses . Bar prices a bit steep ,but hey ho it’s in the city centre! Would return here and probably eat next time.

Arguably the best bit of food I've had, Vegetable pakora was amazing cooked perfectly and really nicely sized for it's price, the chips were also really nicely for it's portion. Lorraine was also really nice. I would definitely recommend

Having my 21st here in January and was invited along for a taste testing - the team are absolutely spectacular, Maggi is a great host and the chef is so knowledgeable and her food is out of this world. Can’t wait for my birthday now!

Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam (die Chefin eher nicht), Ambiente nett, Essen eher unterer Durchschnitt. Lieblos, Fertigprodukte, geschmacklich langweilig.

Wir haben ein Steak gegessen. Das war auf den Punkt zubereitet und sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Service sehr aufmerksam.

We only stopped in for a drink so limited comments on the food experience. However, we were very welcomed by the bar staff. We were given a bar snack to accompany our drinks. It is a well placed assumption the care and attention would be reflected when having a meal.

Really poor. £18 for a pint and an Aperol Spritz. The spritz was hilarious. Given the ingredients to mix ourselves then £18. Plenty of amazing places within spitting distance so give this a miss. Big Slope and the Grove. We won't be back.

Was looking forward to trying this place but it was horrendous. I ordered the tempura prawns to start which were nic enough but the dipping sauce with them was just straight soy sauce. No additions of ginger, garlic, sesame, honey or anything that would turn it into a pleasant dipping sauce. I ordered the smoked haddock and mashed potato for main. It took forever to come out and we debated just getting the bill and heading to the chippy up the road. I wish we had. I don't know how anyone can mess up such a basic dish but they managed it. The potatoes had that awful sweet taste that potatoes get when they are old and have been kept too cold. They were unseasoned, lumpy and certainly hadn't been mashed with butter. My friend ordered the poached salmon and mash served with vegetables. She complained that the salmon was flavourless, her mash was obviously the same as mine and the veg was frozen and not fresh

It took an hour and a half for our food to arrive (we think they forgot to put our order in), and served extremely mediocre food. I feel bad leaving such a bad review, but it was truly the worst dining experience I’ve had in a while.

Really tasty pub/hotel food! Really lovely staff. It’s recently had a make over & wow, it’s totally stunning inside. There’s also not many places that you can dine al fresco in a nice area in Finneston. I can imagine it being super busy in the sunshine out there. A nice wee spot near Kelvingrove Art Gallery. Ideal for anyone visiting Glasgow! You need to get the jalapeño poppers & the Brie wedges- delicious!

Went tonight and had the best lasagne I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The Mrs had the traditional Indian curry and it was also AMAZING! Finished it off with a sticky toffee pudding and fuge cake, both delicious and was absolutely stuffed. It was a great atmosphere as well, had some live music and had a great friendly service. Booked in this weekend as well for a big family dinner, can’t wait to try something else!

Lasagne amazing with lovely garlic bread and best mashed tatties they had ever had. Great friendly service and brilliant quality at good prices. Recommend to all

Great experience, 1 person wants Italian food but the other wants Indian- this restaurant solution serves authentic cuisine for both tastes (mix and match is available). Staff are polite and welcoming and food was good- I would recommend!!
