The pizza was cold when it was taken out, it was also forgotten to cut and when it was cut, it finally cooled down. The dough was absolutely unsalted, sour and clogged. As if it had fermented and because of that it did not grow enough in the oven. I’ve eaten pizza a lot, including in Italy, so I can safely say that I’m an expert in this. If you want to eat deliciously, go to Poezano, there the prices are more pleasant and the service. The culmination of the spoiled evening was that we ordered 2 beers for 0.33 (pointed with a finger in the menu) and we were given 2 pints, we immediately did not attach importance, but they added to the bill to our bill (which were not actually on the menu and we did not drink so much because we ordered less) after we paid, I noticed it and told the waiter his answer was just exhaustive «well, we took out a pint for you, next time specify what exactly you want 0.33 and so that we don’t worry» oh yes, I’m not worried, I just paid an extra 2 and paid a service fee of 3.7£ for Disgusting service, of course I’m not worried...

What an awesome place. Fantastic service from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Brilliant pizzas and tasty wine. Sat in the window with Mrs Escobar, eating lovely pizzas, drinking tasty wine. Perfect.

Quick service, amazing food for what you’re paying. Went with 3 people, got pizzas drinks and dessert with the dipping sauces and was no more that £60

Food is delicious, but another place that adds a “discretionary” service charge to your bill, so loses a star for that.

The food was really substandard, not at all like the website photos. Tasteless and bizarrely tasted like a child’s pizza from a supermarket. Cheddar overload. The wine, both red and white was a jaw breaker. We also shared a ridiculously overpriced bag of lettuce leaves pretending to be a salad. Considering this is a prime location I can only imagine they are relying on passing trade as definitely not repeat customers.

Best pizza experience outside Italy for both me and my girlfriend. Fast service (the place was kinda busy if not full at the moment), incredibly good pizza, reasonable prices (most of the pizza you eat are hella expensive and are complete garbage). 5 stars cause I can't give more, keep it up guys! :)

This is the fourth Franco Mancas we've been to. Consistently good. Staff here was very friendly and helpful. Pizzas delicious as usual.

Just had our first family meal here. I think this building used to be an Oddbins shop for many years. Pizza ranges from £10-13 which we thought was quite reasonable. We loved our pizzas and will definitely be back. Good selection. We also had this amazing little sharing platter. You have to get this! It was toasted almonds with sprinkles of a mild spiced powder over them. Almost like chilli chicory maple flavour. We demolished them!! Staff were attentive and friendly. We ordered the house Ale to drink and it was fantastic. The house lager was nice too but a little thin and too sparkling for our taste. The salted caramel ice cream is to die for! It’s like butterscotch flavour mixed through it. Yum! The tiramisu was a decent portion. Struggled to eat it all 🤣 The only thing that we were a little disappointed about was that there were no chips, fries or wedges / onion rings available for our kiddie to accompany the pizza, but not a huge deal. Also, when you download the app, the “buy 6 get the 7th pizza free” relates to the number of visits you have, and not the number of pizzas you buy, just one to watch, in case you are relying on that. We’ll definitely be back.

I guess beggars can't be choosers with coeliac but other than a very bland and cakey pizza base, it was as if cheese was being rationed. Half of the pizza was just solidly dry base only, very disappointed and think its a joke that this pizza cost around £16

Had lunch here today, ordered a chicken and feta salad, and a pizza and garlic bread. Chicken and feta practically invisible. Did mention this to the waitress, her response was oh sorry about that! No action taken. Bill was £50 approximately. Would not recommend if you are hungry, portion sizes are a joke.

The food is great, organic (save the planet), and they never disappoint! Their tiramisu is a masterpiece. Best in Glasgow if you ask me. Staff is friendly, the restaurant clean… nothing to complain about. I used to go to another P. pizza restaurant but not anymore. Franco Manca has similar prices but uses organic ingredients. 10/10!

Arguably, the best pizza I've ever eaten! I can't believe it's taken me this long to find this restaurant. I had the No10 pizza and all the ingredients tasted so fresh. This will now be my go to pizza restaurant when working in Glasgow.

Great location, the restaurant is very close to the station. The service is fast and attentive, so it's ideal if you need to stop for a quick bite before heading to explore the city.

nobody takes my order and I wait for long time, when I went to the cashier to order they asked me to set in the table and they will come, I wait them again and no anyone comes.

We shared a Franco's Favourite sourdough pizza for lunch. Absolutely gorgeous. If we hadn't been pushed for time, we'd have ordered another to take home. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Will return. Recommended.

I think this is probably the best authentic pizza I have ever had.

Been here a couple of times, great vegetarian pizza and salad. You can basically watch the pizzas being made and baked, which is reassuring and fun. The service is good, and they helped me with recommendations and adding toppings. I recommend the artichokes, on everything! The pizza sizes are good for one person, in my opinion

Came here for the mother’s day, the food was amazing, the staff accommodated for my dairy allergy, provided me with an allergy menu which was very helpful (they even do gluten-free bases for every single pizza) The food was beyond my expectations, the vegan cheese was no additional cost, shout-out to our waitress Veronica who made the experience even more memorable Definitely coming back again

Good food good service. Surprised they served wine in a normal glass, but it simply added to the charm.

Service - It felt like we were an inconvenience, and they wanted to close up (it was only about 7pm on Thursday). Interactions with staff were entirely functional, not friendly. We were waved to a table on arrival. We ordered starters, and when they arrived we were told our pizzas were in the oven. We didn't really know what to say other than "ok", since it was too late to do anything about it. The implication seemed to be "you'd better crack on eating those starters". Halfway through eating our starters, the pizzas were shoved on the edge of the table without comment. Food - Starters were good, but wasn't able to really enjoy for reasons mentioned above. Mains - pizza was sparsely and unevenly topped. Didn't really enjoy the smoked burratta pizza - amount of burratta was minimal, amount of mozzarella was minimal, amount of ham was minimal and maybe two basil leaves... Dough was good, but couldn't make up for the toppings. A bit disappointing having previously had excellent experiences in other FMs in the past. I wouldn't have paid a tip, but 10% was baked into the price by default and we couldn't be bothered to have that conversation.

It was probably a bit better than alright. Had better but had loads worse. Average about 10-13 per pizza. Crusts were a bit doughy for me. Toppings were excellent. Decent enough👍

Nice and friendly customer service. Ordered pizza number 2, which was supposed to be with basil ,but only managed to locate 2 pieces of basil on the top. Technically, with basil, but would expect slightly more of it. Pizza itself is quite nice and tasty. Unfortunately, pizzas up here are for more foodies selection people, for example no pepperoni at all..

What a nice place. First time I’ve been here and the pizza was quite good. Weirdly enough it cooled down much faster than I’d expect. But it tasted very good—both the mozzarella and tomato sauce was really nice. I was slightly disappointed by the dessert (tiramisu) as the sponge fingers were slightly too soaked for my taste. Still, it tasted good and I liked that it was more cocoa than coffee.

Nice pizza, really happy about the gluten free options. Pizza always feels like it could do with a bit of salt in order to taste anything as the ingredients on top are quite blandly cooked, but really like the garlic/ chilli oils and black pepper on the table. Have been here a few times now and service has always been really distant, waiting quite a while in order to for a server to reach the table even when it’s really quiet and you can see them just chatting in the corner. Have never received a check back on how food is and it’s quite difficult to grab a servers attention once you’ve got your food to ask for salt/ missing items. Would still come back because I’m so happy with the gluten free options and I’ve ordered takeaway a few times and really enjoyed it

Sad, soggy, cold, burnt pizza, with minuscule amounts of toppings. it tasted stale and cold. clearly shows that they use low quality ingredients. I was suspicious after the they brought the pizza within two minutes. I had a hunch that they had that pizza made before and just warmed it up and brought it out. just a waste of money better to stay away

Dropped in for a quick bite to eat during a Saturday shopping trip to the city centre. Never had a booking and was seated right away. Staff were very friendly and informative of the menu options. Wine questions were answered also. Really good value! Ordered an additional flatbread yo use up the delicious fresh dips.

This restaurant say they don’t take bookings but they actually do take bookings! Expect to be disappointed when you turn up and they are full! Website says they don’t take bookings! Won’t be back!!! Disgusting! Staff pretty clueless also.

Our favourite pizza place in town

Nice spot in Glasgow and a decent pizza, but asked for a bit extra tomato base on my pizza and was charged £1.50 extra, also don’t like the way they add ten percent on to your bill for a service charge automatically and £3.50 for a small bottle of coke is outrageous. Felt completely ripped off. Don’t think I’ll bother next time.

we went in at peak time on a busy Friday night expecting to be turned away (fair enough), but we were met by friendly staff who quickly sat us. the food came quickly, which was great as we were in a rush. but not only that, the food was delicious too. we will be back at a quieter time for a more relaxing experience, but overall it was great!

Unfortunately not a good experience here. Pizza was ok but the base was undercooked. The staff seemed a bit disinterested in serving as the pizzas took a good 25 mins after we had starters and the resteraunt was quiet. The server sadly dropped two pizzas on the floor and two new ones had to be made. This would be forgivable as mistakes can happen but we were given a service charge on top of our bill which just seemed a bit inconsiderate given the circumstances. Bit of a shame as other Franco Manca chains ive been to are usually much better than this.

Ordered delivery of 2 Beef Ragu pizzas and Garlic Pizza bread. There was no more than a table spoon of ragu on each pizza. They arrived cold and flavourless. Unfortunately not good, dough wasn't great either..much better pizzas in Glasgow, sorry I won't order again 😕

We just wanted something simple and quick so popped in here and got exactly what we wanted. Shared a started and a pizza together - beef ragu with sourdough bread and a tasty pizza. Wine just comes in tumblers but, so what, it tastes the same! Really good value and our server was very nice and helpful.

Cheap & cheerful pizzas, good veggie options and food always comes out quick. Staff are friendly and nice ambience. Highly recommend the halloumi pizza!!

Absolute class find. We were welcomed in by 2 lovely ladies, even though we had no reservation & 2 of us have dairy intolerances. Our toddler was given a rabbit shaped pizza which she was absolutely delighted with & we had lovely starters & huge, delicious pizzas for main with wine. Really affordable, lovely food & staff.

Ordered a delivery so can’t comment on the place itself but the pizza and focaccia were terrible. I grew up eating Franco Manca in London where the first restaurant opened so assumed the quality would be the same. Sadly it arrived soggy and freezing cold. A complete disappointment and not what I was expecting. When I called to complain I was told because I had ordered through Uber Eats it wasn’t their problem and I should go speak to them. Not helpful, just not interested. I won’t order again. I should have just ordered from an independent outlet.

Good prices! Hot honey burrata was sooo good. Ran out of beef ragu when I went so I’d love to come back and give that a try.

Really poor, slow service and they then added a service charge (for a table of 4) which we paid without realising because they took so long to bring the bill that we were in a rush to leave.

Pizza was lovely and service was top tier. Don’t offer the chance to take bookings online but went in and they were more than happy to set aside a table for 3 & thank goodness because it was full when we arrived

First time in, the pizzas were dry and very light on tomato sauce; their marinara was borderline depressing. Tried to give them another chance, restaurant half empty, and they tell me they don’t have a table.

Went here for a birthday celebration, I had the butternut squash salad and the halloumi pizza, all really fresh and tasty. The staff were lovely, will definitely be back.

The food was pretty good, and the service not bad. However it's not on to default to 10% service charge for a party of 2 (especially as the service was nothing special!)

We had originally planned to go to another restaurant nearby but they don't do bookings, and were very busy. We'd just got off the train from a day out in Edinburgh. It was busy here too and the only table available for our family of 4 was the side-by-side window seating. I'd say the best seats for people watching and added to our experience (it's was Glasgow on a Friday evening after all!). The staff were lovely and had a very relaxed nature, attentive but not overly (nothing worse than trying to say 'its great' with a mouth full of food 5 or 6 times during the eating experience, which we didn't have to do). We just ordered 4 pizzas which were at our Glasgow viewing point quickly, however we were never rushed. The price was great, averaging about 10 per pizza and we did share a bottle of wine. Will definitely be going back.

(Ein Blick dorthin kann sich lohnen) Nettes und freundliches Personal. Schnelle Zubereitung der Gerichte.

Außergewöhnliche Pizza werden hier angeboten und schmecken gut. Service? Na ja, eigentlich müssen die Servicekräfte nachfragen ob Trinkgeld gegeben wird, bei uns wurden einfach 13 Pfund zu Rechnung dazu gerechnet. Einen Tag vorher wollten wir da hin da hat die Servicekraft ( obwohl Plätze vorhanden waren) entschieden wir dürfen nicht mehr rein.

Had a catch up dinner with my gal pals here not too long ago and let me assure you - it did not disappoint! First off, the food - beyond gorgeous, amazing but so fresh and light that I could still make room for a few pints of the delightful house lager, so WIN-WIN for pizza and beer enthusiasts alike! Second off, I would quite literally sell my car for the ice cream, it was so rich and creamy! Let me tell you I honestly did not expect this quality of dessert food from a pizza place. And last, but definitely of the utmost importance, the SERVICE - Kiera served. She was an absolute gem, a ray of sunshine that perfectly balanced her delightful bashful Irish nature and fantastic professionalism to ensure impeccable service with a few laughs along the way! Franco Manca should be proud to have such a great representative. I was already planning on coming back for more delicious scran, but it is an absolute guarantee after how well Kiera treated us! I could go on for hours but I’ll finish with, give Franco Manca a visit on your next date night, catch up dinner or work lunch - you won’t regret it! Thanks again Kiera - I’ll be back soon!☺️

Excellent variety of freshly made pizzas. Would recommend alternative glasses for cocktails as this really does make a difference.

Très bon accueil avec beaucoup d'attentions (aimable, service rapide, questions sur les allergies, des cuillères en plus pour partager les desserts sans qu'on le demande). La pâte à pizza au levain est vraiment très bonne. Ne fait que des pizzas et les fait très bien.
