Have been before and the food was good, but this time the food was awful. Most of the dishes were cold and tasteless. Spent £22 a head for a dessert. Won’t be back.

Came here with family to have a nice meal. Jiban was really nice and attentive to the table and got the drinks right everytime. Atmosphere was really good and the food selection was top notch. We were catered for as a table for 9 in about 20 mins in a really busy full restaurant so wasn’t actually too bad all in all. It was a good experience. Jiban gets top scores⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was hot, fresh and plentiful - staff were very lovely, helpful and smiling 😊 massive thanks to Soniya who served us, nothing was a problem.

First Visit: Had an excellent dining experience and thoroughly enjoyed the variety of dishes. The food was delicious, especially the kebab options, which were a highlight. The cocktails were also fantastic. Second Visit: Went for dinner on a Friday, and the restaurant was quite busy, with a wait of about 30 minutes to get in. The food tasted just as good as during the first visit, but the cocktails were disappointing this time (cocktails was served in a champagne glass without ice, wasted £12 on it). However, Soniya provided excellent service.

Best Food. The Waiter name Samuel was very rude with us. Once we requested him to clear the table but he denied earlier and then when he arrived again he ask us to pick up the plates and give it to him and way of talking was very rude secondly we asked him to get water he dined and asked it to take by ourself

Visited for my 30th Birthday with my best friend and my brother. The pace is beautiful, staff are brilliant and extremely friendly. Food is of course amazing and there is so much to choose from! The dessert area being one of the best I have seen in ages. Overall amazing Boxing Day afternoon, really enjoyed! Our lovely waiter Kumar brought me a Mocktail for my birthday too, really sweet surprise!

We had a good time. We were seated in our own booth by the servers, who were so polite and professional and kept the restaurant clean. There was so much food to choose from. My fussy kids even enjoyed their food. I enjoyed everything I ate, and I stuffed my face. I couldn't stop eating, lol. Pakora, kebab, curry, carvery, then a dessert.

Kumar was great, was there to clear the table and make our drinks where full. 5 stars all round

Way too much salt and one of the greeters should not be greeting although the other one is really nice so I gave him an extra star. The salt is a bad issue.

Terrible staff, can't believe how rude they are!! They are desperate to get rid of you even if you've not finished i won't be back here, plenty other buffet places !! Staff should know how to deal with customers. I haven't had a good experience with the staff which is why I won't be back!!

I have been to lot buffets around UK .But hot world cuisine got my heart.Lot of varieties for best price u can’t find anywhere else.And most importantly best service by Divya sree .M she suggested me to have good combination of desserts ,when i’m so confused what to choose and whatever she suggested they are soo delicious .I like the way she advises everyone and helping out the customers with so warmth and love .Because of her I’m visiting again and again to indulge in delicious desserts .Such a great help by divya and thank you so much for the service .

me and my two friends decided to go for a meal before a concert that we were seeing. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by smiles and were quickly show to our seats. Our server Kumar was lovely and told us all about what was on offer and how it all worked. All in all we had an AMAZING time and with the Christmas film on in the background on silent with subtitles our meal out was fab. Highly recommend !

We have been coming here every few weeks from the beginning of 2020. Every time we have come we have found the standard of food exceptional. Staff are always really friendly and attentive , today Manisha was very quick when we were finished to take our plates away . Lovely, friendly and was very courteous. What more can I say other than , See you next week..... Visited again 17th December '24 and what can we say ........ it was as good as always . Choice of starters , mains and desserts in abundance . Staff so friendly and helpful as they are every time we go . Today we were fortunate to be looked after by Soniya , what a wonderful ,friendly and courteous young man he is. See you all again soon . Merry Christmas and we hope 2025 is a good year for you all .

Absolutely delicious food with a large variety. Perfect for families! Even has a large film screen, which is brilliant for those with smaller children. My partner and I visited the buffet yesterday, excited to try it after seeing all the buzz on TikTok and their marketing. As fans of Glasgow’s buffet scene, we had high hopes—but unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. The food was the biggest disappointment. Almost everything tasted the same, and the fish, in particular, smelled and tasted off, as if it wasn’t fresh. The lamb chops, which we were especially looking forward to, were lukewarm and lacked flavor. Much of the food was either overcooked, mushy, or simply oily, we really didnt enjoy our meall. The selection also seemed smaller and pricier compared to other buffets in the center. The only highlight was the waffles—they were fantastic. But beyond that, the overall food quality didn’t live up to the competition in the city center. That said, the service was lovely. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we didn’t have to wait long to be seated. We wouldn’t choose this buffet again over others in Glasgow.

Visited Glasgow from Bradford and thought I would try this place out considering I saw a few good reviews on tiktok. Not going to lie it looked amazing on tiktok but the taste just did not hit. I feel like everything was a bit bland for me and flavourless. The butter chicken was so sweet as well. Lamb chops were a bit chewy and not how I like them. The only thing I liked was the veg pakora. The variety of different foods were good because there was pakistani, chinese, itallian etc so many options to choose from. Desserts were mediocre to be honest so if you are Asian just give it a miss because your not missing out on anything special.
