Hot World Buffet in Glasgow City

It was a very good experience, enjoyed almost all the dishes we tried, grill collection and starters are the best, value for money.

Jiban was amazing food was a bit cold won’t come here again for the food but definitely would come back for jiban :) amazing guy

Good selection of foods and was served quickly when we arrived on a busy Saturday. Curries weren’t to my taste but there was plenty other options available - the best were the puddings! Rules around only allowing families of 4 during the week FYI - seems a bit off putting and no bookings available at weekend

Food is always really fresh and delicious. Something for all of our family including 2 fussy eaters. Staff are always very attentive and friendly. Our server Jiban was fantastic.

The food was to spicy for me but the Sunday lunch made up for it and the sweets section the men said it was the best macaroni cheese they had ever tasted and the other 5 all enjoyed and tried different stuff would certainly recommend staff friendly place was spotless we thought would been mobbed and as we came from Fife we got there for opening and just a small queue but soon filled up

Everything is perfect and the service is also very good. All employees are very kind and response well especially Waqas, nice employee and very friendly.

Every walk in experience I have had has been phenomenal and always great quality. I recently booked a large table for my birthday on a Saturday with 6 weeks notice as I like to make sure things are organised. Called again to confirm the birthday deal would be applicable despite us attending a week after my birthday. Was told the booking does not have to be on the same day but I need to bring ID but bookings can not be made on Saturday (website says they can asking as it is before 4PM) told the staff member this and that it was already booked and they just kind of accepted they were mistaken. On the day when entering I explained the booking and the details I had and I was told everything was ok and to be seated but was not given any of the extras which I wasn't too fussed about as I wanted a fountain refill and buffet has plenty of tasty cakes anyway. When I went to pay I explained once again but was told the booking needs to be ON THE DATE of birth, this is not stated on their site and was contrary to two different staff members over the phone. I was also told I had to book two weeks in advance, despite my 6 weeks notice and my booking being on their book at front of house. Gentleman argued that the staff was wrong and no discount can be given. I did not want to cause a scene as was busy so I just paid and left and said staff should all be on the same page about the offer. Overall I highly recommend popping in with a small group without booking but avoid planning large parties, especially Friday - Sunday or Birthdays.

I had a amazing experience yesterday! I loved all the dishes and Haleem was exceptional! And Kumar and Jiban gave an outstanding customer service kudos to them! Highly recommended 😊

Could not get in......... Called to make a booking for an important family meal, told me I didn't need to book just turn up at 4 at give my name at the door. Arrived to a que to about 60 people, went to the door and gave my name but was told to join the que. Very poor organisation.

If you like a buffet style restaurant, this is the place to be. An extraordinary selection of world cuisine. It was very busy when we visited but they were never short of anything Well worth a visit.

Came here with my boyfriend and the food was amazing, the service was great and Srinivas was a lovely host. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful. I highly recommend the chicken lasagne

Had an amazing time today. The food was superb 👌 and Kumar was absolutely outstanding,his friendly smiles and gesture was like an icing to a cake.

Was very busy however food was cold and quite poor. Mostly Indian food which we were happy about however would’ve liked to see more cuisines for being a “world” buffet. The staff closed the door in our faces upon coming in and left us to stand in the cold to wait, diners were not close to the door which could get cold. They also didn’t let you past as you were walking around with food. Desert section is hyped up however doesn’t live up to its expectations. Overall quite disappointed

We love coming here with the kids. Plenty of different food options to choose from. Drinks are awesome, milkshakes are cracking! The only thing to suggest would be to send a member of staff out to call out for a booked table. We could barely navigate through the huge Sunday queue and therfore couldn't announce or take booking, I did end up making it through but maybe a suggestion. Soniya looked after us and made sure we were happy! *back 13/04/2025* Kumar has taken great care of us today and has been very kind 👍

Great place for a good selection of foods. One of the best buffets ever and there desert section is to die for which is a rarerty for buffet places imo.

One of my favourite spots in Glasgow! The food is consistently great, and the staff is always welcoming. Kumar went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

It has pretty much everything one could want to eat in a Pakistani buffet plus a veriety of Chinese and Italian dishes and more. It has seen ups and downs and name changes over the period of last decade but now it is in the best state. Staff is courteous and available. Costs £23-24pp for grown ups and 1/2 price for the children.

Was in last night it was terrible We managed two rounds, the best dish there were the salt & chilli chips in the Chinese bit The salt & chilli wings were so old & smelly when you were literally biting into a brick inedible The lamb in the lamb bhuna again tasted off, no way it was fresh, Chicken biryani no taste no chicken just plain biryani rice, it’s obvious yous are catering for a non Asian palate with the lack of flavouring in dishes The Q system was a joke we were all in lines then a few young Scot’s decided to barge in and empty all the curry sauce in the Chinese section into their plates no consideration for all of waiting to use it 🙄 Soft serve machine needed a top up with mixture poor quality ice cream, Pass marks Pepsi ✅ Chilli chips ✅ Seekh kebab ✅ Garlic naan ✅ Chicken tikka ✅ Gyozas ✅ Veg spring rolls ✅ Salad bar ✅ Chocolate fountain ✅ Donner meat ✅ Everything else poor ❌ And the nightmare leaving the car park after our dinner because of the Q for the dessert place like why don’t you get one of your members of staff to help manage the flow of cars and help leave space for exiting buffet customers Won’t be back

Meals taste good , lots of variety However it takes about 45 minutes of standing in the cold open just to be seated, female staff were very rude to my disabled mum for not moving her chair in.

Absolutely amazing. The choice is tremendous and what we did have was really tasty. Soniya, our lovely server was so helpful and made it an all round great night for hubby's birthday. We'll definitely be back and we'll bring the family next time.
