Made a booking for 6 Nov, didn’t get a confirmation email. Tried calling them but no answer. We went there hoping for a lovely meal and the place was closed, no idea if there was an emergency and they’ve not been around etc. Not great especially as they are usually excellent. Surely if you are closed for a bit, put something on your voicemail and stop the website from allowing bookings to be made.

Avoid, staff looked put out we even went in..no smiles... miserable uniterested waitress, told couldn't replace 1 topping on a pizza but could leave 1 off and charge for a different 1, small pizzas, disgusting toilets was horrified like at a train station, run down, can't even afford to give you breadsticks or a receipt told to use my phone to take photo of receipt, unbelievable and out the window opposite pizza express packed out ...can see why..sad and solemn atmosphere

Visited for a family Sunday lunch. Didn't realise when I booked the Sunday lunch was the only option available on Sundays. Also Didn't realise there was a option to have beef well done as this wasn't offered to me when I ordered. Ordered a sharing platter. Wasn't given any plates to put the food on. Asked for plates and was given 2 small saucers. The food was cold, even the gravy was cold. Friendly and polite staff but won't return for food unfortunately.

I ordered this nuttela and strawberry crepe and an Oreo milkshake, it came after 40 minutes and it tasted rubbish and out of date , I gave it to my cats and they didn’t want it either. The overall price of this was £8 and the portion was tiny. I don’t recommend getting a crepe or milkshake from here as it is horrible and has ruined my day. If I could rate this 0 I certainly would

Very nice and spacious pub near Shoreditch. Came by for a few pints on a reasonably quiet Saturday. There was a fair amount of seating available and overall the Queen’s Head proved to be a relaxing place to stop by. The service and serving staff were very friendly and welcoming. They have a good selection of beers, making it a great spot for a beer-drinking session, and the interior is nice and warm. However, the food was pretty average. That being said, I only had the whole hog fries, which was nice enough, but nothing special. Certainly would not have any hesitation returning at any point later.

Oh dear… the Urban brand was our go to… no more. Sunday lunchtime, big queue. One guy serving/struggling, asking for help. Andrew Tate look alike and “tattooed chef” too busy chatting” Food… dreadful, meat lovers with bits of salami and ham. £1 of ingredients and nearly £10. If Mark is still in control then this ball has been well and truly dropped my friend. Better deal at uber eats. Poor show

The food was incredible… shame you have to sit in the main dining area of lakeside to eat it, because the food was banging, it deserves to be eaten somewhere fancier! The butter chicken curry was so good, chicken was lovely and tender and combined with the crunch of the fresh salad it was perfect!!
