Beautiful Setting, Great Service — But One Letdown I visited Villa Bianca with a friend for my birthday, and it’s truly a beautiful restaurant with a romantic and elegant atmosphere — perfect for a special occasion. The service throughout was excellent and very professional. We really enjoyed the Parmigiana di Melanzane, Bruschetta, and hand-cut fries — all full of flavour and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the Rigatoni All’Arrabbiata was a bit of a letdown, as the pasta was undercooked and raw in the centre. I did raise this with our waiter, who kindly apologised, but I was still charged for it, which was disappointing — especially as you can see in the picture I posted, the pasta clearly wasn’t cooked through. That said, I would definitely return for the lovely ambiance, great service, and the other dishes we enjoyed. I just hope the kitchen takes more care next time, especially for such a well-regarded venue.

We came here for an evening out with colleagues. A brief breakdown: - service was slow and it did take quite a while for the food to come out - the place itself was really quite something and atmosphere very very nice - service was slow and the time taken between ordering drinks, and ordering food was slow. - we were charged a service charge for what was slow service, and then made to feel it was wholly inappropriate when we asked for service to be removed. A lovely experience let down by service which could have been much much better. My dinner was nice. A solid 6/10 however my starter was an absolute 10/10.

Shebin gave us amazing service and was fantastic with regards to quickly sitting us down and arranging for our food to arrive quickly. The food was amazing and will definitely be back.

First time i went and last staff ignored me at the till to order something to take out guy takes the orders asks me cash or card I said cash then he responds they not taking no cash they have no change imagine how you behind on orders so you're busy at half 10 pm and have no change?!

Love Franco Balham. Have been coming here for years and it still has the perfect mix of welcoming atmosphere, lovely service (Gio u r a star) and great food at reasonable prices.

Last week, I dined at the Pizza Express in High Barnet. The waitress, Anna, was lovely and was really helpful with providing advice about the Pizza Express app.

Pizza , seafood marinara , delivered. Fast delivery, lovely driver,food piping hot, not greasey, pizza was really good, decent selection of seafood, but just a few to many mussels and not enough prawns, but still tasty all good.

I took my family for a meal at the Rushton Pizza express. The service was very slow and the first order of drinks the water which one of my sons asked for was forgotten. later on in the meal we ordered another set of drinks and the Sprite for one of my granddaughters was also forgotten. The service was very slow and when the mains came out two of the pizzas were not there and we had to wait another five minutes.

Love this Delicatessen/Restaurant Walk off a Kentish Town street and into a slice of Italy. Great Pizza, cheese, wine and gelato.

Food was good and great service. We were served by Steph and she couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Thank you 😊
