The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

Llegó a las 7. 15 . Solo pedí una principal inicialmente. El camarero no era muy amable. Casi no hablaba, no sonreía, no parecía conocer el menú. Miró por encima de mi hombro para deletrear espaguetis pomodorra. La comida llegó y era bueno, aunque no - una caña para preguntar. nosotros si todo estaba bien o si necesitábamos más bebidas. A las 8. 35 , (unos buenos 30 minutos después de haber terminado nuestra comida) llamé al camarero para pedirle que despejara la mesa y preguntarle si podíamos pedir postres. Dijo que la cocina ahora estaba cerrada, a pesar de que la mayoría de las mesas a nuestro alrededor todavía esperaban entrantes o red eléctrica. El sitio web dice restaurante nos abre hasta las 10 pm. No es bueno cuando se conecta a un hotel de 4 estrellas. Fácilmente podríamos habernos ido sin pagar y nadie - se habría dado cuenta. ¡El barman/maitre d pasó la mayor parte de su tiempo mirando su teléfono móvil!

The best coffee in the area - superb views - friendly staff, great bacon rolls too! I am a fairly regular visitor to this lovely venue, long may it continue as an independent. Its so nice that it is not a chain nor a bland offering as is usually found at similar settings.

LA peor pizza que me han servido -era una gran pila de basura en un plato- el «chef» (cocinero! ) debería avergonzarse -¡No puedo imaginar cuál sería la reacción si esto se sirviera en Italia! !

I am guenuenly disgusted by the service in this Domino's. I called asking for the prices for delivery and they told me to speak louder, and after doing as they said, they put me on hold and told me "Go to your nearest domino's in person then." This kind of service will not get you many customers so I do really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

So, I've been ordering for years from here and always thought of it as a premium takeaway and to be fair I've always found the food really good....but when they let you order through the website when they are closed and then say they will refund you that's what you expect. No refund incoming then when I ring up they say they will deliver the order BUT minus the garlic bread because it's not an offer night! Really ? It's your mistake so own it and honour the original order or maybe just maybe refund the money as your email said you would, which lets be honest you had no intention of doing. Nice number that, 10 people with orders of about £30 ! If they don't chase it up that's £300 for nothing. Very disappointed, your mistake so hold your hand up and either refund or honour the order

Just about to change management but we've met the new owner. He guarantees lots of seafood. As he says " he's from Sicily so should know how to cook seafood". Looking forward to it.

11/10 Spaghetti Bolognese always get it when we go to town

I had an incredible dining experience at Bacco Restaurant. The food was absolutely phenomenal—especially the truffle pasta, which was rich, aromatic, and perfectly cooked, and the carpaccio, which was fresh and flavorful. The attention to detail in the dishes truly reflects the essence of authentic Italian cuisine. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed yet refined meal. The service was excellent, with attentive staff who made the evening even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a genuine Italian dining experience in London, Bacco is a must-visit! Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!

Pizza was a bit dry, but good overall. However, paying £6.25 for 10 chips it's a joke

Had a great meal today as always. Our server Nemo was amazing, very attentive and looked after us well, my 6 year old said she wants to come back everytime Nemo is working! Very well located restaurant right in Bicester town centre, we are locals so we will be back.

That’s the best Pizza Express we’ve had in ages, super service and food after a long time was amazing! Will be going to the town centre from now on not the Ashford Outlet. Happy customers, we have been coming to pizza express for over 30yrs!

We had been out all day and needed a light meal and sit down, we found Zizzi open and the server, Zara, welcomed us in and seated us in a nice location. Service was super quick and friendly. We ordered the favourites sharing plate - calamari, bruschetta, garlic bread and arancini. All of it was delicious and hot and just what we needed. The arancini came up as three balls though and it was a sharing platter for two so that was a bit odd. Overall fab, always rely on zizzi

AWFUL service. We tried this over Dominoes and will NEVER make that mistake again. They sent me out the wrong order & then disagreed that that was the right order until I read out what the ingredients should be. The woman was SO rude and hung up on me! I’ve never ever in my whole life complained about a take away before but this was BAD.
